To gain a national competitive advantage in Northeast Asia, Northeast Asia logistics hub strategy was undertaken by Korean Government. Korean Government had published Northeast Asian Logistics Hub Roadmap including the upbringing of total logistics providers to solve the high logistics cost which weakens the competitive advantage of Korean companies. To solve the high logistics cost, the Government had revised the Korean Physical Distribution Promotion Law for the introduction of certification system of the total logistics provider and enacted the Rules on the Certification of Total Logistics Provider and is going to introduce the certification system of total logistics provider. In this certification system, third party logistics related point is very high, the success in this certification system depends on the strategic alliances of the small and medium size logistics companies. The purpose of this paper is to study certification system of the total logistics provider and contribute to gain the competitive advantage of total logistics provider as global logistics provider.

글로벌 산업화 및 경제성장으로 국내외 교역량이 증가함에 따라 국가 물류비 부담이 지속적으로 상승되면서, 선진국이나 글로벌 선진기업의 경우와 마찬가지로 국내에서도 이러한 국가물류비 감소를 통한 산업 경쟁력 제고를 위해 다양한 물류 효율화를 시도해 왔다. 특히 2000년대 초반 유닛로드시스템(Unit Load System)을 도입을 통해 T11($1100{\times}1100mm$)의 표준파렛트를 설정하였고, 이를 기준으로 포장 모듈 및 물류 설비가 정합성을 유지하도록 물류설비인증제도를 시행함으로써 물류표준화 확산과 동시에 3자 물류의 확산을 통한 물류효율화가 진행되면서 국가물류비 절감에 상당부분 기여해왔으나, 최근 인증수요의 감소와 함께 GDP 대비 국가물류비 비율에서 아직 선진국과 약 3%정도 격차를 보이고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 국내 물류분야 인증제도에 대한 현황 및 실효성 분석을 통해 국가 물류 효율화 및 선진화와 동시에 물류산업 활성화를 위한 정책적 전략으로서의 물류인증 활성화 방안으로 인증 수요자의 니즈를 충족하는 수요기반의 물류인증제도 도입을 제안하였다. 즉, 동북아 교역량의 증가에 대응한 순환물류시스템(Returnable Transport System) 도입 필요성을 반영한 '동북아 물류설비 인증' 개발과 전자 상거래의 초국경적 글로벌 유통에 따른 '안전운송 인증'과 같은 수요기반의 인증 도입을 통해 물류산업 지원과 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 물류보안 인증 획득 기업 및 인증 준비단계에 있는 기업을 위한 정부지원 정책 방안을 도출하고자 기업의 요구사항을 파악하고, 우선순위를 분석하기 위하여 AHP와 QFD 기법을 적용하였다. 분석결과, 물류보안 인증 확산을 위한 기업의 요구사항에 대한 우선순위는 물류보안통합시스템(40.3%), 정부지원체계 강화(32.4%), 인증제도의 운영효과(27.2%) 순위로 분석되었다. AHP 분석 결과를 토대로 QFD 기법을 적용한 상대적 가중치 분석결과에서는 생산성 향상(28.38%), 서비스 수준향상(26.70%), 물류비용 절감(21.60%), 정보기술 선진화(19.68%), 환경보호(3.64%) 등의 순위로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 물류보안 인증 획득 및 유지관리 개선을 하고자 하는 공급망 내 관련 기업뿐만 아니라 다른 기업들에게 물류보안에 관한 가이드라인을 제공해 줄 수 있으며, 기업경쟁력을 강화시키고 글로벌 시장에서 경쟁우위 기업으로 성장할 수 있는 발전 도모에 활용될 수 있다.

Recent trends in globalization and informatization underscore the importance of logistics. As a result, there is a need for skilled and specialized logisticians. Third Party Logistics (TPL) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) require logisticians with a broad base of knowledge in areas such as multimodal transport, international trade, information technology computers, finance, operations management, etc. This study conducted a survey to find out the opinions of demanders and suppliers. The results of the surrey show that there are more skilled logisticians in the field of management, computer works in manager level and system management. The survey also found that the certificate exam, which the Ministry of Construction and Transportation started in 1997 as the "Certified Logistics Manager" exam, should have more questions in areas such as foreign languages, computers, logistics information, management skills, etc. To produce better logisticians in Korea, the government will have to invest more into their education, especially near the major ports and metropolitan areas. In addition, it is important that universities and companies work together to provide students with internship and other field-experience teaming opportunities. Logistics education centers should be built at the national level. In addition, the existing certification should be divided into two separate certifications: one for ordinary logistics, and one for international logistics. To further improve the certification system, short-answer or essay questions should be added to the second exam, and an additional certification for the highest level logisticians, a so-called "professional logisticians certificate," needs to be introduced.ntroduced.

The global halal market is forecast to grow at an annual average of 5.2 percent from 2017 to $3.07 trillion in 2023 due to the high growth rate of the world's Muslim population, the spread of halal-certified food consumption and the economic growth of the Muslim world. Through this study, the difficulty of obtaining halal certification can be overcome through accurate understanding of the general supply chain and other halal supply chain. Also, by examining the trends and requirements of halal logistics standards in countries with advanced halal logistics systems, halal logistics certification agencies, and halal port logistics, we can help establish our own halal logistics system by finding areas that can be benchmarked in Korea and differentiated from those that can be found. For the safe supply chain management of halal products between logistics Supply Chain, an integrated logistics system shall be developed to manage customs and customs as one-stop, while maintaining a complete halal condition on a series of logistics processes such as storage, transportation, customs clearance, etc. Korea, entry into the halal logistics market through halal integrity guarantee solution or platform development can also be considered, taking advantage of the strength of IT and packaging.

Purpose - The paper aims to explore the critical and uncover issues encountered to the supply-chain companies in launching halal based services in India. Research design, data, and methodology - After a meticulous review of relevant literature on the halal concept and halal logistics, researchers involved in a data collection by conducting semi-structured focus group interviews. Four groups with a maximum of 5 members each have chosen from the areas of transportation, warehousing, certification, and packaging. A total of 20 questionnaires were collected by applying purposive sampling method. Results - More than 95 percent of the chosen focus groups agreed that they know only about halal but don't have any exposure to halal logistics. The discussion has revealed that the adoption rate for halal transportation, warehousing, halal certification, and packaging is almost zero. The respondents were chosen only from transportation, warehousing, certification and packaging companies from south India which are operating throughout India. This research never attempts to be acquainted with the opinions of channel members who directly or indirectly involved in meeting customer demands. Conclusions - This is a ground-breaking effort aimed to study the critical issues related to Indian halal logistics which is beneficial to both logistic companies as well as to the academic world.

본 연구는 물류기업을 대상으로 녹색물류기업 인증이 녹색물류성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고, 그에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 녹색물류와 관련된 선행연구를 통해 물류성과, 환경성과, 자원성과 및 기업성과와 같은 성과 변수를 도출하고, 녹색물류기업 인증 기준과의 영향관계를 분석하였다. 물류기업 종사자를 대상으로 녹색물류기업 인증과 녹색물류성과의 관계에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하고, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰성분석 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 가설검증을 위해 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 녹색물류 목표관리는 물류성과와 환경성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 물류에너지 및 온실가스 산정은 물류성과, 환경성과 및 자원성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 녹색물류 효과관리는 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 녹색물류 전환사업은 녹색물류성과라고 할 수 있는 물류성과, 환경성과, 자원성과 및 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다.

In this year(2006), the Korean government has announced the integrated logistics promotion act, to improve the international competitiveness of Korean logistics companies and to develop the north-east asia logistics hubs. Therefore, in this study, emphasized to goes forward better and presents integrated logistics industry expansive assignment through domestic logistics companies' problem and integrated logistics industry investigation of certification system as plan for successful fixing of integrated logistics industry for Northeast Asia logistics hub while strengthen international competitiveness of domestic professional logistics companies. So that the South Korea becomes Northeast Asia logistics hub country, to expand lacking logistics infra at good time is important, also, reform backward logistics system of consignor companies and advance actively to the Northeast Asia logistics market is very important to improve the professional logistics companies' upbringing to lead the Northeast Asia logistics market.

지구온난화 문제는 1997년 "쿄토의정서" 채택으로 큰 전환점이 되었다. 따라서 일본에서는 $CO_2$ 배출을 최소화하기 위해 "그린물류 파트너십회의"와 "유통업무 종합화 및 효율화의 촉진에 관한 법률"등을 제정하여 유통업무의 종합적이고 효율적인 수행을 지원하고 있다. 특히, 물류부문의 트럭운송사업자, 창고사업자, 항만운송사업자의 자주적 계획적인 환경대책을 기초로 그린경영을 추진하는 그린경영인증제도 등을 추진하고 있다. 이와 같이 일본정부는 종합적이고 효율적인 물류시스템을 구축하여 지구온난화방지 차원에서 $CO_2$ 배출을 최소화하는 친환경 그린물류정책을 적극적으로 추진하고 있는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 친환경물류체계를 구축하고 있는 일본의 그린물류정책의 현황에 대해 고찰한 결과, 친환경적이고 지속발전 가능한 녹색물류전략, 친환경 녹색물류산업의 육성, 녹색물류인 증제의 도입, 행정기관의 부서별 책임역할 등에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

Purpose - This paper mainly studied the role of the logistics legal system in promoting international transport logistics, building marine economy international cooperation demonstration zone and deepening the economic and financial cooperation etc between China and Korea. Research design, data, and methodology - The study conducted a survey on China and Korea's 2012-2017 years data. After empirically analyzing the data, we believe that cultural industry in Korea and China will maintain its growth momentum. Results - This study explored the way to establish an integrated logistics system between China and Korea to match the e-commerce certification system, online payment system and logistic distribution, thereby gradually promoting economic development and logistics integration in Asia. Conclusions- China-Korea FTA can encourage private flow to take on enterprises. In terms of improving logistics efficiency, reducing logistics costs and establishing a unified logistics industry standardization system. This will accelerate logistics industry integration in Northeast Asia, build a unified logistics management center in Northeast Asia, and promote a new model of integrated logistics cooperation in Northeast Asia. Therefore, it has a practical and reference significance.
