유통물류센터는 재고를 보유하고 있어 효율적인 보관면적에 관한 설계는 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구는 표준 파렛트 유닛로드 이용을 고려한 유통물류센터의 최적 보관면적 산출방안 제시를 연구 목적으로 하며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내에서 주로 사용되는 T-11형과 T-12형 파렛트를 보관하는 표준 랙 모듈을 정의하였다. 둘째, 다양한 파렛트 운반 장비를 조사 및 분석하여, 유형별 표준 운반장비 작업통로를 정의하였다. 그리고 최종으로 보관 공간 내에서 랙 모듈 배치 시 발생할 수 있는 비활용 공간 최소화 방안 제시와 함께 유통물류센터 보관 공간에 대한 손쉬운 최적면적 산출 방안을 제안하였다는 측면에서 큰 시사점을 갖는다. 향후 연구에서는 Mini-Load용 표준 랙 모듈 및 GTP(Goods to Person) 피킹 시스템 등 최근 물류 기술이 반영된 표준화된 전체 물류센터 레이아웃 배치에 관한 연구가 필요하다.

2001년 인천국제공항의 개장과 함께 과거 우리나라 항공 수출입 관문 역할을 담당하던 김포공항의 항공물류 거점 기능은 급격히 쇠퇴하였다. 그러나 김포공항 지역의 입지적 이점에 힘입어 김포공항 물류단지는 오늘날 수도권의 중요한 도시물류 거점시설로 기능하고 있다. 분석결과 인천공항의 배후물류단지, 수입화물 중심의 부가가치 물류활동 그리고 수도권 지역의 도시물류 배송센터 역할 등은 현재 김포공항 물류단지에서 수행되는 대표적인 기능으로 파악된다. 하지만 도시물류 거점시설로서 공항물류단지의 기능은 향후 운영주체(공항공사)의 수익성 제고 전략에 따라 축소될 우려가 있다. 김포공항 물류단지가 공공 기능을 수행하는 도시물류 거점시설로 지속적으로 발전하기 위해서는 국가 및 지역 단위 물류거점(시설) 개발전략과 체계적으로 연계되어야 하며, 이를 위해서는 관련 법령 및 기본계획의 종합적인 정비가 수반되어야 할 것이다.

Many Firms consider the application of a cross-docking system to reduce inventory and lead-time. However, most studies mainly concentrate on the design of a cross-docking system. This study presents the method that selects the cross-docking center under the existing logistics network. Describing the operation environment to apply the cross-docking system, the selection criteria of the cross-docking center, and the main constraints of transportation planning under the environment of multi-level logistics network, we define the selection problem of the cross-docking center applied to a logistics field. We also define the simulation model that can analyze variously the cross-docking volume and develop the selection methodology of the cross-docking center. The simulation model presents the algorithm and influence factors of the cross-docking system, the decision criteria of the system, policy parameter, and input data. In addition, this study analyzes the effect of increasing the number of simultaneous receiving and shipping docks, and the efficiency of the overnight transportation and cross-docking by evaluating each scenario after simulating the scenarios with the practical data of the logistics field.

Recently many firms operate a cross-docking center in addition to run a distribution center to reduce logistics costs and maintain or enhance logistics service. However, it is true that many firms just operate their cross-docking centers as they are without any change, in spite of that the location of the cross-docking center should be changed and operated when the location of distribution center is changed and moved. This study presents the method that re-selects the location of the cross-docking center when the existing distribution center is changed. Describing the operation environment to apply the cross-docking system and the selection criteria of the cross-docking center under the environment of changeable logistics network, we define the simulation model which can analyze and select the location of the cross-docking center applied to a logistics field. The simulation model presents experiential algorithm selecting the location with the data of the demand point such as volume, transportation costs, and delivery distance.

With the globalization of economy, there is keen competition among countries to be a logistics hub and companies are striving to be first in establishing logistics system centering on advantageous sites, especially airport and seaports, to perform supply, production and distribution. Gwangyang port has been designated as Free Economy Zone. This paper analyzes many problems and presents various measures to activate Gwangyang port as follows regional economy to promote Gwangyang Free Economy Zone, governmental support, introduction & logistics functions, early development of the hinterland, investment attraction into the area and diversified promotion & marketing activities.

In this paper, a design method for a logistics transportation robot based on a modular conveyor rack and path planning considering the environment of a logistics center is proposed. The driving part of the logistics transportation robot is designed and the working method of lifter for the transportation function is explained. The design of the modular conveyor rack is also described and an algorithm for a logistics transportation robot using a modular conveyor rack is suggested. The $A^*$ algorithm is improved by using the concept of rotation cost and the initial state of the transportation robot's characteristics. We experimented with a four-step transportation algorithm for a logistics transportation robot using a modular conveyor rack and showed that the proposed method can be used successfully in a logistics center. In addition, we verified the effectiveness of the improved $A^*$ algorithm considering the rotation cost and the initial state of the robot.

This study proposed a logistics plan for sending supply to be distributed to areas other than producing areas to wholesalers and allocating supply to be distributed to areas near producing areas to local distribution center in the vicinity instead of shipping the entire quantity to wholesalers for fruits auction to increase the competitive edge of the domestic fruits and vegetables logistics market in the ear of infinite competition. A video auction-based short distance division logistics operation model was developed to enhance competitiveness related to the circulation of fruits and vegetables, reduce logistics costs, and rationalize logistics by distributing the items sent to wholesalers through field auction and the shipments at local distribution center to neighboring areas through video auction connected to wholesalers real-time. The study especially came up with a logistics rationalization plan by examining and analyzing the stages and costs of transportation between producing areas and wholesalers on the circulation routes of fruits.

In order to increase the productivity of the logistics center and transportation, we try to articulate the priority ranking factors of the productivity influenced by the personality of the field workers (logistics center workers) and functional workers (drivers) via the AHP technique Individual personality was studied by applying the Big 5 model of psychological factors (openness, Conscientiousness, extroversion, Agreeableness, neuroticism). In this paper, extraversion was critically analyzed as a priority factor. A trait of extroversion is a strongly active and individual personality. In this study, the field workers are logistics center workers and the functional workers are drivers. They are interactively influenced in the In & Out operation. For example, when it comes to 'up and down work' and 'inspection work', the functional workers perform 'up and down work' and 'delivery work' and the field workers perform 'inspection work'. Stressing on the respective work has an affect on work productivity. Inspection workforce has something to do with inventory management. Functional workforce affects the delivery workforce. Delivery work is positively correlated with customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, as a result of research, extrovert personality that has something to do with an energetic activity would not affect on the implementation of their operation. In addition, personal extraversion of workers and drivers in the warehouse can have a significant impact on job commitment and productivity improvement.

본 연구에서 사용되는 컨테이너 보안 장치의 전도성 대역에서 전도성 노이즈가 방출되는 현상을 전자파 저감 기술을 활용하여 측정 주파수 0.204MHz에서 40.3dBuV로 저감하여 컨테이너 보안장치의 전자파 노이즈억제기술개발을 확보한 기술 내용을 기재하였다.

본 연구는 한국경제의 장기발전모델로 한반도의 어느 구역에 “특구형 국제물류센터”를 설립하는 방안을 제시하고 있다. 이 제안의 요체는 인류(人流)와 물류(物流)가 원활히 흐르는 “물류 경제 특구”를 건설하여 한반도를 동아시아의 물류거점으로 재탄생시키자는 것이다. 설문조사로 물류센터 유치에 있어서의 한국의 경쟁력을 분석하였고 설문 조사시 수집되었던 각종 아이디어를 정리하여 “물류센터”의 성공적 지정 전략을 제시하였다.
