온라인 매칭 및 물류시스템이 역직구 활성화에 미치는 영향-국가신뢰의 매개 효과 (The Effect of An Online Matching and Logistics System on Reverse Overseas Direct Purchase: The Mediating Effect of Reliability)

  • Recently, traditional trade in the global trade market has stagnated in the aftermath of the US-China trade war and the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. However, the global e-commerce market is growing rapidly, presenting a new opportunity for exports. To examine the effect of an online matching and logistics system on reverse overseas direct purchase and the mediating effect of reliability, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on 320 employees in a Korean trade company from March 10 to April 30, 2018. The study model's goodness of fit was tested, and an analysis was performed using the AMOS statistical package. The online matching and logistics system were found to have a positive effect on reverse overseas direct purchase. Furthermore, results revealed that while a country's reliability mediated online matching and reverse overseas direct purchase, it did not mediate the logistics system. These results mean that online matching is affected by a country's reliability in overseas consumers' buying decision process. This study provides implications for the future directions of export companies and national policies to promote reverse overseas direct purchase. Future research including more countries and companies would be able to make further contributions toward the development of the Korean cross-border e-commerce industry.

글로벌 해운물류에 적합한 실시간 화물위치 추적시스템 (Real-Time Location Tracking System suitable for Global Shipping Logistics)

  • 최근 GPS(Global Positioning System)와 무선통신 기술을 이용하여 화물의 위치정보를 파악하는 것이 용이해지고 있다. 해운물류산업에서는 글로벌화가 가속화됨에 따라 화물을 실은 선박의 입출항 확인, 물류차량의 물류거점별 진입여부 등 화물의 가시성, 추적성, 실시간 정보제공의 필요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 이러한 위치정보를 무선통신기술을 이용하여 물류주체에게 제공함으로써 공급사슬을 효율적으로 운영하고, 물류비용을 줄일 수 있다. 이전의 논문에서 GPS 데이터를 이용한 소프트웨어적인 방법으로 GPS 기반의 글로벌 위치추적 시스템을 제안한 바 있다. 그러나 이전 시스템에서는 실시간 위치이동 정보를 파악하기에 미흡한 문제점이 있었으며, 경도, 위도 좌표에 따른 글로벌 물류거점 위치를 신속하게 검색 및 조회하는 연구가 미비했었다. 따라서, 이 논문에서는 실시간으로 해운물류 과정의 화물 위치를 파악하고 GPS 좌표에 따른 물류거점을 신속하게 검색할 수 있는 보완된 위치추적 시스템을 제안한다.

  • Globalization of Economic activities have increased Company's interests about International Logistics Management. Expansion of International trade depends on International Logistics which can overcome distance and time. In In-cheon, There are many small scale and minor Freight Forwarders take advantage of being linked with a port, an airport but their inefficient paper works cause raising of Logistics costs and losing of competitive power. In this study, we design a web based ocean forwarder information system for freight forwarder to solve these problems. So, this system will provide decreasing operation time, human resources, and accessing easily because of web based system, and finally decrease logistics cost and improve national competitive power.

  • This paper proposes an algorithm which reduces transportation cost while goods are delivered in time in a logistics system. The logistics system assumed in this paper is the system in which multiple cars moves various goods from spatially distributed warehouses to stores. For reducing transportation cost, the car assignment algorithm which allocates goods to minimal cars employs the BF method; routing of each car is modelled as the TSP and is solved by using the genetic algorithm. For evaluating the proposed algorithm, the logistics system is modelled and simulated by using the DEVS formalism. The DEVS formalism specifies discrete event systems in a hierarchical, modular manner. During simulation, each car is modelled as a message and traverses warehouse and stores. When a car arrives at a warehouse or a store, predetermined amount of goods are loaded or unloaded. The arrival time and departure time of cars are analyzed and eventually whether goods are delivered in the desired time bound is verified.
