산업단지내 효율적 컨테이너 운송을 위한 수송 모형 (Container Transportation Models in Industrial Estate Area)

  • 지속적인 유가 상승과 탄소배출 규제 강화는 기업들로 하여금 높은 경쟁력을 가지도록 요구한다. 따라서 고객 서비스 증대와 비용절감을 위해 효율적인 물류시스템을 구축하고 운영하는 것에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며 비용 경쟁력을 가지는 친환경 산업단지의 필요성이 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 부산시에서는 친환경정책을 통해 경쟁우위를 점하고 부족한 산업단지를 충족시키기 위해 서부산권에 '부산신항배후 국제산업물류도시'를 선정하고 개발을 진행하고 있다. 이러한 산업단지를 구축하기 위해서는 적절한 정책과 화물수송 공동화를 통한 물류시스템이 필요하다. 특히, 산업 단지내 물류시스템의 체계구축을 통한 효율적인 운영은 저비용 친환경적인 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 물류체계를 분석하고 분석내용을 바탕으로 물류네트워크 운영모델을 제시함으로서 산업단지의 기반을 마련하는데 목적이 있다.

공차율을 고려한 유연한 수입곡물 화물차운영이 물류비용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Flexible Operation of Imported Grain Transportation Vehicles on Logistics Costs by Considering Empty Transfer Rates)

  • This study analyzed regular transportation costs between port warehouses and processing plants and between processing plants and central distribution centers and further transportation costs relations according to empty transfer rates in each circulation by examining the distribution routes of imported grain including wheat, barley, corn, and soybean, namely port warehouses, processing plants, and central distribution centers. Based on the results, the study compared and reviewed the logistics transportation costs. The analysis results of the alternative model show that logistics operational costs could be considerably cut down by introducing a flexible vehicle transportation operational method, which is to change the vehicle loading parts for proper substitute transportation after unloading and transport them to other locations such as central distribution centers instead of returning empty, as an alternative to high operational costs deriving from empty vehicle operation in each circulation after unloading items in case of transportation of imported grain and processed items. The results allow for a more realistic approach to general problems with large-scale distribution network operation and provide a theoretical foundation to serve as a guide to establish policies for corporate operation of imported grain logistics systems.

물류센터의 물류활동과 인프라를 고려한 한국산업규격(KS)의 개선방향에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of the Korean Industrial Standards Related to Logistics Centers : Based on Logistics Activities and Infrastructures)

  • 본 연구는 국내 물류센터에서 다양한 물류활동이 수행되기 위해 필요한 인프라 요인들을 기반시설, 물류설비, 물류장비, 운영시스템으로 분류하고 정의하였다. 물류활동에 직 간접적으로 영향을 주고 있는 물류센터의 인프라 요인을 체계적으로 분석하여 제시함으로써, 물류센터 내의 물류활동에 대하여 명확하게 파악하고 인식할 수 있는 토대를 제공한 것이다. 또한 물류센터와 관련된 한국산업규격(KS)의 인지도와 사용률이 매우 낮은 문제점을 개선하기 위해, 국토해양부 교통체계효율화사업(보관시설 표준정합시스템 개발연구)의 일환으로 수행된 국내 321개 보관시설 조사와 분야별 전문가 자문회의 결과를 이용해 한국산업규격(KS) 개선방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 물류활동과 인프라 요인(기반시설, 물류설비, 물류장비, 운영시스템)을 고려한 한국산업규격(KS) 개선방향을 제시함으로써 국내 물류센터의 설계 및 운영의 효율성을 도모할 수 있는 기틀을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

물류 4.0 시대에서 물류효율성 증대를 위한 인코텀즈 상 정형거래조건의 탄력적 운용방안 연구 (Flexible Operation of International Commercial Terms to Increase Logistics Efficiency in Logistics 4.0)

  • Recently, International commerce has continuously expanded with the development of logistics technology. However, the cost of international logistics is rising rapidly. The Korea International Trade Association (2021) proposes that the use of international commercial terms in Incoterms® could be an effective way against logistics costs. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect on the flexible operation of international commercial terms. For the detection of variables and data collection for empirical analysis based on previous studies and in-depth interviews. The questionnaires were distributed after pilot-study to a random sample of companies based on the list of members such as the Korea International Trade Association, the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency, and the Global Small and Medium Business Association. A total of 800 questionnaires were distributed, and 166 were used for empirical analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, mutual cooperation and Flexibly using of international commercial terms has a positive (+) effect on logistics efficiency. This is in line with the study of Yang (2021) and Stojanović et al. (2021) that logistics by using international commercial terms will increase the efficiency of logistics. Second, use of international commercial terms based on mutual understanding mediates the relationship between the logistics environment of the other country and the logistics efficiency. As in the study of Vidrova (2020), it is important to operate on international commercial terms mutually.

물류아웃소싱 서비스의 입찰단계 요인이 신뢰, 협력 및 서비스 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of the Bidding Stage Factors of Logistics Outsourcing Service on Trust, Cooperation and Service Satisfaction)

  • 물류아웃소싱 서비스 입찰단계는 화주기업과 물류기업 모두에게 매우 중요하다. 왜냐하면 물류 입찰단계를 통하여 화주기업은 불확실성 해소를 위하여 자사의 물류운영 정보를 물류기업들에게 제공해야 하고, 물류기업은 자사가 가지고 있는 화주기업 물류에 대한 경험 및 노하우를 피력하고 화주기업의 위험과 물류운영으로 인한 이익을 공유하겠다는 제안을 함으로써 입찰에 나온 계약물량을 수주할 수 있기 때문이다. 따라서 물류아웃소싱 입찰단계에서 확인할 수 있는 요인들과 그 요인들이 물류아웃소싱 서비스 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 물류 아웃소싱 파트너십 요인에 관한 선행연구와 물류아웃소싱 결정요인에 관한 선행연구에서 확인한 요인들을 토대로하여 물류아웃소싱 서비스의 입찰단계에 대한 측정요인들을 도출하여 각각의 측정요인에 대한 설문을 작성한 후, 국내 화주기업을 대상으로 물류를 수행하고 있는 물류기업에서 종사하는 전문가들에게 설문을 진행하였으며 Smart- PLS 방법론을 활용하여 연구모형을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 물류입찰단계에서 화주기업은 불확실성의 해소를 위하여 물류기업들에게 자사의 물류운영정보를 제공해야 한다. 입찰 설명회 통하여 운영 특이사항에 대하여 상세히 설명해야 하며, 필요하다면 제조공장 및 물류센터 현장 Tour도 진행해야 한다. 둘째, 물류기업은 입찰단계에서 화주기업의 물류에 대한 경험 및 지식 등 자사의 경쟁력을 제안을 통해 어필해야 하며, 자사의 부족한 물류서비스 보완을 위하여 타 물류회사와의 연합도 고려해야 한다. 셋째, 물류기업은 입찰단계에서 물류 아웃소싱을 통한 이익 및 위험을 공유하겠다는 제안을 해야 한다. 화주기업의 환경 불확실성으로 인한 위험을 자사의 역량으로 포용 가능한 범위 내에서 수용하겠다는 제안을 해야 하며, 화주기업 물류를 수행함으로써 발생되는 이익을 공유하겠다는 자세를 보여야 한다.

물류 종사자의 성격유형이 물류생산에 미치는 영향 (The Effects on Logistics Production with reference to Personality Type in Logistics Workforce)

  • In order to increase the productivity of the logistics center and transportation, we try to articulate the priority ranking factors of the productivity influenced by the personality of the field workers (logistics center workers) and functional workers (drivers) via the AHP technique Individual personality was studied by applying the Big 5 model of psychological factors (openness, Conscientiousness, extroversion, Agreeableness, neuroticism). In this paper, extraversion was critically analyzed as a priority factor. A trait of extroversion is a strongly active and individual personality. In this study, the field workers are logistics center workers and the functional workers are drivers. They are interactively influenced in the In & Out operation. For example, when it comes to 'up and down work' and 'inspection work', the functional workers perform 'up and down work' and 'delivery work' and the field workers perform 'inspection work'. Stressing on the respective work has an affect on work productivity. Inspection workforce has something to do with inventory management. Functional workforce affects the delivery workforce. Delivery work is positively correlated with customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, as a result of research, extrovert personality that has something to do with an energetic activity would not affect on the implementation of their operation. In addition, personal extraversion of workers and drivers in the warehouse can have a significant impact on job commitment and productivity improvement.

지하터널기반 미래물류 운송체계의 운영 시나리오 및 인터페이스 분석을 통한 요구사항 도출 연구 (Research on Deriving Requirements through Operational Scenarios and Interface Analysis of Future Logistics Transportation System based on Underground Tunnels)

  • As the demand for logistics services increases rapidly in modern society, the existing freight delivery system through road transportation is caused various problems such as traffic congestion and greenhouse gas emissions. To solve that, the development of an 'underground logistics tunnel-based cargo transportation system' is currently being considered in Korea. In order to build a new concept stable and safe logistics system, derive system design requirements and functional specifications, and reflect them at the development of target system. In this study, to make foundation for development of an "underground logistics tunnel-based cargo transportation system," define system components through analysis from a hierarchical perspective, and the functions of each component were analyzed and defined. We identified what interfaces the components have at each stage of the operating process. Lastly, we defined a detailed operation scenario based on the previously derived results, deriving target system functional requirements.

  • Along with the increasing trade volume among Korea, China, and Japan, firm and efficient logistics management through mutual co-operation Is being highly requested. In order to achieve logistics efficiency, logistics standardization should precede. Using standardized pallet is the core of logistics standardization which is closely connected to the unit load system and palletization. This study focuses on pallet standardization in three countries which are Korea, China, and Japan. The dramatic effect from pallet standardization Is expected in economy / international trade field and logistics / environment field. This study suggests an institute of Asian logistics standardization as a method to accomplish the logistics standardization among three countries. When these three countries overcome the disparity in standardization level and diverse concerns, we will finally attain efficient logistics system which will work as a 'highway' of North-East Asian logistics.

  • Established on February 1st, 2010, The ROKN maritime task flotilla has a goal to successfully cope with North Korea and other potential threats. Unlike precedents of its kind, The ROKN maritime task flotilla is expected to concentrate more an far-sea strategies than coastal strategies. In such circumstances however, the existing maritime logistics systems have limitations upon which to utterly support the operation conception of the ROKN maritime task flotilla seven. To ensure it's efficiency, transformation of the systems is prerequisite. The purpose of this study is to deduce an adequate maritime logistics system for the ROKN maritime task flotilla by evaluating the limitation of the current system and foreseeing its performance necessary abilities to operate in the future. In order to do this, the study presented problems and the direction of development on the structural and behavioral sides. Fist, regarding problems in the structure of maritime logistics system, the investigation pronounced the need of improvement in mobile logistics support ability and its speed. In addition, for the behavioral side, the need of improvement in logistics cooperation system and self-maintenance ability was affirmed. For the development of an adequate maritime logistics system, the study suggested the amelioration in the operation of an adequate mobile logistics support platform and the speed of the logistics using high-speed transportation such as planes for the structural side. Moreover, for the behavioral side, it recommended th enhancement of logistics cooperation system including the nations that already imported th weapon system, amelioration of self-maintenance ability, and necessity to operate mobile maintenance group.

On the Derivation of Safety Requirements and Specifications based Integrated System Operation Scenario for the Development of Unmanned Courier Storage Device Platform in Urban Areas

  • In modern society, digital lifestyles are spreading to minimize contact with people and to receive contactless information. The spread trend has established an unmanned distribution system in which transactions through contactless technologies such as kiosks and chatbots are activated in face-to-face transactions with sellers and consumers. In order to streamline logistics supply worldwide, digital new deal based joint logistics hubs, unmanned courier storage platforms, and fresh logistics based last mile services have been developed into unmanned logistics systems, focusing on the intelligent logistics system automation process. Unmanned courier storage system installed in urban areas and home to daily logistics where volume is concentrated are provided with fresh logistics services through cold chain and receiving freights in contactless environments. Development is also underway to minimize safety accidents caused by courier services, such as managing various information based on the integrated control system. This paper defines the concept of integrated operation for the development of a platform for contactless unmanned courier storage device developed into next-generation logistics system. In addition, we intend to develop systems engineering-based output for deriving safety requirements and specifications by identifying risk sources that may occur in the operational scenario. Therefore, the goal is to establish a foundation for safety and reliability between interfaces of logistics systems to be installed in apartment and subway station environments that want to provide unmanned logistics services to various consumers.
