전자무역과 전자상거래에 따른 수출입물류서비스 발전방안 연구 (Advances in Cyber Trade and E-Commerce: Thier Impacts on Ex-Im Logistics Services)

  • Globalization of the industry induces the internationalization of any given manufacturing company's supply chain. Development of e-Commerce and Information Technology (IT) changes the logistics structure, making logistics information systems essential. Web-based connectivity and supply chains based on new technologies are becoming essential in the logistics industry. Customers are driving the implementation of systems to ensure timely, thorough, and accurate information, often with immediate access; in response, the Internet has propagated tracking and tracing systems. Value-added services are the key to successful intermediary activities. The nationwide Integrated Logistics Information System (ILIS) aimed to utilize existing and future information infrastructure and knowledge bases to build an integrated logistics information network that would provide comprehensive logistics information services for shippers and carriers in order to improve the efficiency of both inventory and information flows in their supply chains. The ILIS, as one of the seven national information networks, has provided various services, particularly services related to import/export and clearance. Though a survey concerning logistics information services shows rather positive results, shippers and carriers still require better services and reductions in EDI prices. Therefore, the role of the ILIS needs to be re-defined. Short-term plans for the ILIS contain ICD services and XML/EDI services, which are described in detail.

컨테이너 물류 합리화를 위한 항만기능강화방안 (On the Study of the rationalization of container logistics)

  • Today, the problem of the logistics rationalization has significant meanings as one of the new strategies for improving the power in the international competition. In order to achieve the logistics rationalization, the enhanced recognition to logistics of each enterprise is essential. However, the complete arrangement of the logistics external environment, that is, logistics infrastructure is also one of the most important matters. In this respect, to rationalize the container logistics, this paper deals with the strategies for strengthening the function of Pusan port which is handling the 95% of the export and import container. Some suggestions for those are as follows : First, the coastal container transportation system must be strengthened to dissolute the preponderance of road transportation. Second, a new large port must be developed at Gadeok island to handle the increasing container traffic in the years of 2000. Third, the port authority must be established under the cooperation of the central government and local government to comply with the necessity of the synthetic control for city and port. Fourth, the Inland Clearance Depot in going must be promptly completed to establish the efficient and synthetic container logistics system.

중국효과와 항만통상정책 (China Effect and Ports Commerce Policy)

  • China has increased 10 percent every year since 1978. In particular, development and growth of Chinese ports make a remarkable in that the marine and coastal transportation handles the 90 percent of export-import cargo. This growth is beginning to threaten Korea's ports which are striving to become the hub of Northeast Asia logistics. Furthermore, the hub strategy of Northeast Asia is closely related to transshipment cargo invitation. The results of documents research indicate Busan and Gwangyang ports play an important role as an intermediate stopover between China and America. The ways to achieve transshipment cargo invitation are the construction of transshipment system based on the supply chain between korea and china, the maximization of trading volumes creation, equipment of ports infrastructure, and the constructions of the rail, road, coastal transportation infrastructures.

  • 최근 미국의 보호무역 기조에 따라 대미수출이 위축되어 유라시아 신흥시장의 개척 필요성이 한층 커졌고, 대형 국적선사인 한진해운의 파산으로 인해 아시아-유럽 해운항로를 대체할 수 있는 운송로 확보의 필요성이 대두되었다. 더욱이 전자상거래의 확산으로 인해 국제교역 및 물류환경이 급변하고 있어 국제 물류활동에 IT기술을 적용하는 환경에 대비해야 하는 시점이다. 따라서 본 연구는 유라시아 각 국의 물류정보 수준비교를 통해 한국의 시각에서 유라시아 물류정보 공유플랫폼 정보화전략을 수립하는 차원에서 수행되었다. 본 연구는 유라시아 국가 간 물류활동 지원을 위한 표준화 방향, 단절 없는 통관 물류서비스 제공, 무역업체의 비즈니스 확대를 위한 정보제공, 국가 간 물류기업 간 협력확대를 위한 정보연계 기반구축 등을 목표로 한다. 본 연구를 통해 국가 간 정보공유를 통한 물류활동이 활발히 이루어지기를 기대한다.

우리나라의 동북아 물류거점화전략과 관세자유지역제도의 발전방향 (A study on Korean Free Zone and it's growing strategy)

  • The objective of the study is to propose to the strategy to make korean main ports to international logistics center in Northeast Asia. so this study's construction is constructed four steps. First, analysis the environment of economy, business and logistics industry in Northeast Asia. Second, analysis the constructions and characters of Free Zone Act. Third, analysis of Korean Government's policy about Free Zone. Forth, propose the growing strategy of Free Zone. In 1999 Northeast Asia was adopted in Korea, which will facilitate the process and strengthen the international logistics capability as a international logistics hub in Northeast Asia. But only adoption in the point of law is not enough to growing korean main seaport and airport to a international logistics hub. so various strategies are needed. In this study, we propose the growing strategies that are to establish and manage the free zone of ports and its hinterland are: the establishment of a long-term vision of international logistics complexes, the improvement of the proximity to markets/customers by way of linkage of global networks, the activation of the industrial complex in hinterland, the development of the skilled labor and the labor climate, the cooperation between governmental bodies and government/provincial bodies, continuous development of logistics infrastructure and so on.

중국의 물류네트워크 및 경제발전 (Logistics network and economic development in China)

  • 물류시스템은 점점 더 중국의 경제성장을 위한 중요한 원동력 중 하나로 인정받고 있습니다. 물류효과의 폭이 넓어의 범위와 중국의 물류인프라, 물류산업의 발전과 함께 급속한 발전을 이루었습니다. 이 논문은 중국에서 2003년부터 2012년까지 기간 동안 31 지방을 포함하는 데이터 집합을 사용하여, 물류 발전과 경제 성장 사이의 관계를 조사합니다. 요인분석은 국가경제성장의 물류의 발전에 미치는 영향을 정의물류함수의 전체평가를 얻기 위해 적용됩니다. 고정효과패널 데이터의 접근방식에 따르면, 중국의 경제성장에 물류발전의 중요하고 긍정적인 영향은 그사이에, 해안지방과 내장 지방 사이 의 경제발전에 대한비교분석 도 실시, 발견된다. 결과는 경제성장에 물류발전의 영향은 서부지역에 비해 동부지역에서 높은 것이 좋습니다.

  • Many countries are pursuing the policy of activation of the railway that are means of high-efficiency eco-friendly for a sustainable low-carbon green growth through railroads' logistics, the Korea government also aims to increase railroad logistics two or three times more than present railroad logistics. But there are problems to expand the terminal infrastructure that are the limitation of geographical conditions and huge costs. We are developing the simulation to analyze the result by changing the operation method of yard trailers, reach stackers and gates. This paper aim to analyze gate performance adopting RFID.

  • Hai Phong is the important transportation hub of the northern Vietnam with many advantages. Hai Phong can connect with orthers provinces by road, railway, airport, seaport system and inland waterway. So far, Hai Phong is develop so fast However, Hai Phong's logistics services are still low level and less competitive. The human resources are lacking of experiences and also low quality, the logistics enterprises are small, low capital and they can not compete with foreign companies. Further more, the infrastructure are invested but there are still have some problems inside. This paper has assessed and systemized the situation of development of Hai phong.

  • With the proliferation of smart devices, applications under ubiquitous environment must provide transparent access to computer resources. However, existing u-Logistics systems can not properly react on such requirements, because the status information of objects is input only in fixed milestones by system's operators. In this paper, we introduce an event notification service suitable for u-Logistics environment. The system is based on RFID infrastructure and provides real-time tracking by combining the event of objects with location information received from GPS satellites. The system also provides a graphical user interface based on a state/transition approach, making it easy that clients facilitate definition of profile, and uses XML structure to more easily represent and exchange events.

북한과 중국의 무역과 물류체계 활성화 방안 (A Study on Development of Trade Relations and Logistics System between North Korea and China)

  • North Korea sharing a border with China has developed economic relations with China for a long time. During the cold war(from 1950s to late 1980s), political, military and economic ties between the two countries have become stronger because they had maintained the same political and economic system. However their economic relations have significantly changed after China has adopted market economies since the late 1970s. In particular, trade volume has been shrinked significantly since the late 1990s when China began to ask hard currency payments in their commercial transactions. This paper aims to investigate the conditions and prospects of trade and logistics relations between North Korea and China including the problems existed and then make some suggestions to foster their trade relations. In conclusion in order to develop its trade relations with China, it is suggested that North Korea should make significant changes in its economic and logistics system including infrastructure, institutional schemes, social and trade practices ect. because most problems in bilateral trade have been incurred from North Korea.
