대구.경북지역 기업의 물류특성 분석 (Logistics Peculiarities for the Firms in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk Area)

  • 본 연구는 설문조사를 통해 수집된 대구 경북지역 기업 113개 업체를 대상으로 물류현황에 대해 업종별, 기업 규모별, 무역규모별, 화물 성격별 그리고 기업위치 지역별로 정성적 분석을 시도하였다. 특히, 이들 기업들의 3PL기업 이용에 영향을 미치는 기업특성 파악하기 위하여 수출입물동량, 취급 화물의 성격, 기업의 본사위치, 자사창고의 보유 여부를 예측변수로 사용하는 로짓 모형을 설정하였다. 102개의 유효데이터를 사용하여 모형을 추정한 결과, 수출입 물동량과 기업본사가 위치는 3PL기업의 이용에 10% 수준에서 통계적 유의성 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 취급 화물이 부피화물인지의 여부, 자사창고보유 여부는 가정한 바와 같은 부호를 가짐에도 불구하고 통계적 유의성을 가지지 못하는 것으로 추정되었다. 이를 종합해 볼 때 본사가 대구 경북 이외의 지역에 위치하는 경우 3PL기업을 활용한 물류전략을 보다 많이 수행하는 것으로 해석 해 볼 수 있다. 나아가 수출입 물동량이 많을수록 통관, 검역 등 수출입 관련 전문물류업체인 3PL기업을 활용하여 물류 효율성 증대를 도모하고 있다고 할 수 있다.

균형성과표(BSC)를 이용한 물류정보시스템 성과평가지표 개발 (The Development of Performance Evaluation Measures for Logistics Information Systems on the Basis of BSC)

  • The objective of this study is to empirically develop performance evaluation measures for LIS (logistics information systems) based upon BSC (balanced scorecard) model and determine the relative importance among four perspectives of BSC using AHP (analytic hierarchy process) methodology. Above all, forty nine probable measures for evaluating LIS performance were identified through reviewing the previous research related with SCM (supply chain management), logistics management, and information systems evaluation. And then, these probable measures were examined by means of coincidence analyses using three mutually exclusive criteria(validity of content, ease of measurement and reliability of measurement). Data for conducting the coincidence analyses were collected from LIS users and LIS development personnel. As the results of the coincidence analyses, it was found that 31 ones among 49 probable performance evaluation measures theoretically derived could be qualified for LIS performance evaluation. And AHP analysis showed that the weight of each perspective was respectively as follows : 46.8% for financial perspective, 31.3% for customer perspective, 14.8% for internal business process perspective, and 7.1% for learning and growth perspective. The academic contribution of this study is that performance evaluation measures for LIS could be systematically and empirically developed on the basis of BSC. Also, the results of this study are expected to be used as a practice guideline of evaluating and improving LIS.

Decision-Making on Incoterms 2020 of Automotive Parts Manufacturers in Thailand

  • The objective of this research is to examine the factors affecting the decision-making of International Commercial Terms (Incoterms) of automotive parts manufacturers in Thailand. This mixed method study applied qualitative and quantitative research methods and utilized the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to prioritize the significance of the factors. By an in-depth literature review and expert interview, four main criteria were identified. These criteria include Operating costs, Cooperation and bargaining power, Knowledge and understanding and Operation duration then main criteria divided into fifteen sub-criteria. The common Incoterms, Ex Works (EXW), Free On Board (FOB), Free Carrier (FCA), and Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF), were determined as alternatives to the incoterms through a preliminary survey. The results revealed that the operating costs were the most important factor for the company. Moreover, it was discovered that this was consistent with the priority of the secondary factors, which included the annual budget for the transportation expenses and product value at one time. The respondents' perspective suggested that FCA was the most appropriate Incoterms for international trade for a company. The findings of this research suggest a hierarchy model for organizations to prioritize the significant factors in order to make a decision on the most appropriate Incoterms.

동북아 e-Trade 활성화를 위한 e-ADR에 의한 분쟁해결에 관한 연구 (Dispute Resolution by e-ADR for e- Trade in the Northeast Asia)

  • Korean Government is increasingly focusing on the Northeast Asia Business and Logistics Hub strategy to create a competitive advantage. A key element of this strategy is creating or leveraging distribution and logistics hubs that act as centres for distribution in Northeast Asia. A Northeast Asian e-Hub Policy is required for business hub and logistics hub in the Northeastern Asia. An e-Hub is an integrated, sophisticated set of e-Biz, information and e-trade facilities and services that provides access to a marketplace and exchangee the e-trade data. To study the e-Hub policy, Pan Asian e-Commerce Alliance, Korea-Japan e-Trade Hub project, and ASEM e-Trade project are considered. E-trade via cyberspace may need new methods of dispute resolution to reduce transaction costs for small value-related disputes and to erect structures that work well across national boundaries. Voluntary Mediation Councils and cyber tribunals should be encouraged by governmental sectors to continue developing private sector mechanisms to resolve e-trade disputes. Government-sponsored online cross-border dispute resolution systems may be also be useful to complement these private sector approaches. E-trade in Northeast Asia results in disputes owing to the incompleteness of e-trade law in the countries. These disputes contain disputes regarding e-trade model, central title registry, authentication body. To resolve these disputes in the Northeast Asia, a variety of electronic alternative dispute resolution bodies must be organized under cooperation of Korea, Japan, China. This study deals with the e-ADR construction in the Northeast Asia to resolve the disputes in the e-trade and to activate the e-trade in the Northeast Asia.

지속가능 공급사슬관리가 만족과 상생협력에 미치는 영향: 중소유통물류센터와 체인점의 비교 (Effect of Sustainable Supply Chain Management on Satisfaction and Win-Win Cooperation: Comparison of Small and Medium-Sized Distribution Logistics Center and Chain Store)

  • Purpose: Recent emergence of diverse businesses in the distribution industry has led small and medium-sized retailers and their distribution logistics centers to face difficulties. Transactions between companies are connected within a supply chain, and the companies have relationships in the form of a supplier and a buyer. Therefore, it is important to identify causes of problems among companies through supply chain and strategic partnerships, thus developing optimal management plans and maximizing performances of companies. This study proposes that sustainable supply chain management consists of product quality, price quality, distribution quality, and promotion quality based on stakeholder theory and resource-based view. This study examined the impacts of sustainable chain management factors on satisfaction and win-win cooperation. Research design, data, and methodology: In the proposed model, satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between sustainable chain management and win-win cooperation. The data were collected from 245 owners who use small and medium-sized distribution logistics center and analyzed using 2SLS (two-stage least square) with SPSS 28.0. Exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis were used to assess the validity and reliability of constructs. Results: The findings are as follows. In the case of the total and Nadeulgage samples, product, price, and distribution quality had a significant positive effect on satisfaction, but in the case of Neighborhood super, product and price quality have a significant positive effect on satisfaction. Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on win-win cooperation in the overall, Nadeulgage, and Neighborhood super. Satisfaction plays a partial or full mediating role in the case of total, Nadeulgage, Neighborhood super. Conclusions: This study emphasized the need for sustainable supply chain management of small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers by examining the relationship between small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers and chain stores. It was found that store satisfaction plays an important role in the win-win cooperation between small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers and chain stores. Small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers can maximize product quality, price quality, distribution quality, and promotion quality by understanding the effect of chain store-related satisfaction and win-win cooperation on chain stores.

  • 해운업의 성장과 더불어 국내 선박관리업의 시장도 급격히 확대되어 이제 과거의 인력송출이라는 단순한 업무에서 벗어나 선주재산의 관리라는 측면에서 기업다운 기업으로 성장하도록 새롭게 조명해야 할 단계에 이르게 되었고, 그 대상도 국내를 벗어나 국제시장을 대상으로 글로벌화하지 않으면 안 되는 단계가 되었다. 이 논문에서는 우리나라의 선박관리업의 성장에 지대한 영향을 미친 일본이 선박관리업에서 국제적 수준의 독립선박관리회사를 보유할 수 없었던 이유를 분석해 보고, 일본에 있어서 선박관리업의 쇠퇴과정을 모델링하며, 이러한 일본의 쇠퇴모델을 따르지 않고 발전하기 위한 한국의 발전모델을 제시하고, 제시된 발전모델로 전환하기 위한 방안을 제시한다.

패널회귀분석을 이용한 내항 화물운송사업체의 경영특성 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Management Characteristics of Coastal Port Freight Transportation Business Using Panel Regression Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 패널회귀분석의 GLS 및 고정효과모형 추정을 통해 내항 화물운송사업의 화물운송수입과 자본, 자산, 영업외 비용, 부채비율이 부채에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 이론적 배경을 통한 요인과 가설 설정, 2006년부터 2015년까지 10년간 내항 화물운송사업체의 재무상태표, 손익계산서 자료를 분석한 결과, 자산은 부채에 정(+)의 영향, 자본과 영업외비용, 부채비율은 부채에 부(-)의 영향을 끼치며, 화물운송수입은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 내항 화물운송사업체가 부채확대로 자산 확보하려는 경향, 은행차입을 통한 이자비용 등 영업외비용을 활용한 부채감소 레버리지 효과 창출, 부채보다 자본을 줄여 부채비율을 하향조정하고 있는 경영특성과 재무적 운영방식을 채택하고 있음을 실증적으로 보여준다. 향후 연구에서는 내항 화물운송업체를 업종별(화물선, 유조선, 예부선), 지역별(서해권, 남해권, 동해권)로 세분화하여 분석할 필요가 있다.

기상정보시스템 품질요인이 이용자 만족과 사업성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Weather Information System'Quality Factor on User Satisfaction and Business Performance)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest a key quality factor affecting user satisfaction based on quality attribute of weather information system and additionally, a managerial implication for activating weather information service market by analyzing causal relevance between weather information system and business performance. Methods: As its method, a causal relevance of quality factor of weather information system affecting satisfaction and business performance was analyzed by using structural equation model. An enterprise utilized in analysis sample performed a survey by targeting 186 distribution/logistics and general manufacturing company. Results: It was revealed that information, service quality of weather information system exerted a significant influence on user satisfaction and it did not take a significant influence on business performance in terms of quality of information, system and service. A significant relevance between user satisfaction and business performance was strong supported. Finally, it was revealed that utilization level of weather information system had a moderating effect on business performance. Conclusion: Domestic weather information system mainly focused on information utilization based weather information system and additional service level utilizing weather information is very low in practical terms. Therefore, in order to expand domestic weather related service market, systematic market expansion strategy of providing corporate customized service and case enlargement would be required.

Modified (Q, r) Model for Discrete Demand

  • In the continuous review (Q, r) model one continuously monitors inventory level and places a replenishment order when the inventory position reaches the reorder point. In many business practices, however, inventory decreases in a discrete fashion. As a result, replenishment orders are usually placed after the inventory position gets far below the reorder point. This makes a chance of shortage more likely and the service level lower than designed. Such a discrepancy can be compensated for by raising the reorder point to some extent. The question is how much the reorder point should be raised in order to compensate for a potential shortage. In this study, we present experimental analyses for this question. Regression models are also proposed for on-site use.

RFID 비즈니스 이벤트의 생성을 위한 시뮬레이션 모델 (A Simulation Model for the Creation of RFID Business Events)

  • 물류, 의약품, 병원 등 다양한 환경에서 RFID의 도입이 확산되고 있다. RFID의 도입을 위해서는 EPC정보서비스(EPCIS)등과 같은 핵심 RFID S/W의 성능 및 적합성 평가가 선행되어야 하며, 이때 다양한 종류의 비즈니스 이벤트 데이터셋이 필수적으로 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 RFID 응용환경을 시뮬레이션하는 접근방법을 통해 보다 실제와 유사한 RFID 비즈니스 이벤트 데이터셋을 생성하기 위한 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 모델은 페트리넷을 기반으로 하여 다양한 RFID 환경에 대한 유연한 표현이 가능한 특징이 있다. 또한, 실제 RFID 환경의 시뮬레이션이 가능함에 따라 RFID 도입여부 검토에서도 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
