Research papers must be expression given by letter that had fixed types, rules and universal sentence languages to inform many persons about study results until present when these research paper was considered review, oriental medical papers had some problems, as like difficult contents not to inform absolutely, usage of past language, not considerable in logic history and continuity, and have used not fixed types and rules, error of statistical analysis and research construction. Also centered clinic that had trends important treat tools by drugs ,acupuncture and moxa studies. In briefly, papers of korea traditional medicine had some several problems. Oriental medicine has very concerns not only korean but other countries in present and then it will increases much more study in future. For the purpose cope with this concerns korea traditional medicine researchers need much educations of relation department and must recognized much concerns.

The optics and the signal processor of dual beam laser Doppler velocimeter(LDV) was fabricated. By using the dual beam and the forward scattering, the optics part of LDV was fabricated. And the signal processor of LDV was designed by the frequency counter type using new 11:6 period timing device in order to remove error signals, and was made of the reference clock of a 500 MHz ECL oscillator. Doppler frequencies from 10KHz to 70MHz can be measured using the signal processor. In the accuracy of the period counting part, from 1.81x10**-4% to 1.27% is estimated, and in the accuracy of the validation logic part, from 0.78% to 14.78% is estimated.

For the bucket tip position control of the excavator, a traditional hydraulic excavator system was exchanged into an electro-hydraulic one. EPPR valves are attached to the traditional MCV and hydraulic joysticks are replaced by electronic ones to develop the electro-hydraulic system. To control the electronic pump with a good performance, the control logic for the pump is deduced from the AMESim simulation and the experimental method on the test bench. To get a good position control performance of the excavator bucket tip, PI+AntiWindup controller is selected as a position controller. The experimental results showed the good controllability for the electro-hydraulic excavator system on the test bench.

Concept about health is rapidly changed into 21C. thinking logic of customer about food is changed from just food to safety food by disposition of consumption about foodsafety. But government, manufacturer, distribution trader and seller which have different recognitions about foodsafety lose trust of customer. Because they did't focus on thinking changed of customer about foodsafety. Our thinking about rapidly changed food safety being intergrated with IT technology is helping to expand and supply into market. In this article, We'll study Traceability System about cattle and pig related to food. this system was developed in livestock market. In this study, we problems from these systems after studying present construction positions of these systems and purpose of this study is investigation of actual use condition. Also purpose of this study abstracts problems which will be developed and researched.

This study was carried out about the system engineering, the design, and Mock-up for the development of passenger car of Korean High Speed Train of maximum operating speed of 350km/h. The design was studied to carbody section ＆ lay out, ring, fitting, carbody, electrical system based on Korean-TGV. The design of aluminium alloy carbody which was enabled to reduce the weight of carbody structure and was studied with construction of air-tightness. Air pressure controlled system provided to comfort passenger due to a reduction of difference pressure between inside and outside of passenger room on running of the tunnel. The Interior design was performed in order to satisfy high speed and comfort to study by the modern design. The electrical system was designed two parts of logic and network for high reliability of train.

소프트웨어 애플리케이션에서 재사용성이 높고 기술적 자산으로서의 가치는 일반적으로 Business Logic 또는 Control 논리를 적용하고 있는 부분에 있다. User Interface나 DB 등 다른 구성 부분은 개발 환경의 변화에 따라 기존 산출물을 변형 적용하고 Control 및 논리 부분은 객체 컴포넌트화 하여 설계, 구현의 산출물을 재사용 저장소에 넣어, 유사 시스템이나 조직내 다른 응용 영역에서 재사용 할 수 있도록 저장소에 넣어, 유사 시스템이나 조직내 다른 응용 영역에서 재사용할 수 있도록 한다. 이러한 컴포넌트 자산들을 구축하는 과정을 정형화하는 프로세스를 정의하고 수운용 시스템 개발에 시범 적용한 사례를 살펴봄으로써 컴포넌트 중심의 재사용 모델을 제시하고 성공적인 재사용 체제의 구축 배경을 설정한다.

The problem of decision making under imprecise environments are widely spread in real life decision situations. We present a method of object recognition from imprecise multi observer data, which extends the work of Roy and Maji [J Compu. Appl. Math. 203(2007) 412-418] to generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft set theory. The method involves the construction of a comparison table from a generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft set in a parametric sense for decision making.

e-4WD(Electric-4WD) system is a 4WD(4-Wheel Drive) System that can transform a car into a Hybrid System. e-4WD consists of a Motor, Inverter, Speed reducer and Clutch. The Motor, Speed reducer and Clutch are installed on the rear sub-frame as a chassis module type. The inverter is installed separately. Compared to a mechanical 4WD, the e-4WD system has many advantages. For example, the reduced number of drivetrain components makes better use of the space. Driving with a motor only at low speed improves fuel economy and reduces exhaust gas. Engine downsizing is available because the motor assists the engine. The performance of a conventional HEV(Hybrid Electric Vehicle) system can also be maintained. This paper proposes the specifications of components and the control logic for an e-4WD System. And the effect of the e-4WD system is proven using a test vehicle equipped with components under various test conditions.

This paper discuss both cloud computing and smart computing, and then debates structural and functional issues about how the two computing systems interact for offering user-friendly information solutions. Smart Table is proposed to configure cloud resources. Smart Control algorithm is proposed to choose the best resources. The information interaction between cloud computing and smart computing services is realized for efficient construction of information systems and for user's convenience of information services.

Correlation immune functions can be used not only as filter functions or nonlinear combiners in stream ciphers but also as a primitive logic in block cipher. In this paper, we suggest a construction method of correlation immune functions. Using this method, we find lower and upper bound of the cardinality of the correlation immune functions. This result improves Mitchell's result and Yang-Guo's result.
