This study is a spatial analysis of the boundaries related to the division of the Korean peninsula. The boundary space was extracted by extracting $38^{th}$ parallel and digitizing the map of the Armistice Agreement Annex. The purpose of this analysis was to extract more accurate scope based on the armistice agreement, the appendices, and the UNC regulations and to analyze the wrong information correctly. The range of demilitarized zones was determined by UNC 551-4(2014) and UNC 551-5(2015) to ensure that there is no change in the location of the Southern Limit Line. It also confirmed that the MACHA was excluded in the DMZ. As a result, the area of the DMZ was measured at $889.7km^2$. Also this study identified the interval and number of markers in the MDL and the Han River estuary. It could be confirmed that the interval of markers within the MDL depends on the subject of management. This study is more accurate from the start and can be used as basic data needed in the study and education of DMZ and border areas after verification by public organizations.

The buoy-enabled underwater surveillance system is a device that is installed in a particular sea area and operated for a certain period of tine and moved to another sea area after recovery. In this paper, a mooring method which is applied for a buoy-enabled underwater surveillance system was selected to maintain installation and enure stable operation. Also, the structure of the mooring line was designed. Two-point mooring method was selected considering interference with the communication cable of array-assembly. The composite structure of buoy chain, nylon rope, and anchor chain is designed as the basic component of mooring line. For the verification of design, a numerical simulation and wave tank experiment were performed. Their results were confirmed similarity in test condition. Finally, the mooring lines were designed for the environment of the sea trial location. The mooring line produced by the final design confirmed the stability above the significant wave height considered in the design on the sea trial.

For the spatiotemporally aligned observation of photothrombosis induction and transient variations of in vivo brain stroke, we developed a novel photothrombosis inducing system compatible to a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system using nonmagnetic stereotaxic equipment. From the spatial point of view, the system provides a more reliable level of reproducibility of the photothrombosis in each brain. From the temporal point of view, from T1- and T2-weighted in vivo MR (magnetic resonance) images, the transient variations such as incidence, location, and size of the thrombosis are measured quantitatively. In addition, the final variation is observed in the ex vivo brain by TTC (Triphenyltetrazolium chloride) staining based on histological assay and utilized for the verification of the MR images. From the experimental result of the rat brain, the proposed system shows more reliable characteristics for transient variations of brain strokes.
After the Gyeongju earthquake, which was the largest in the history of measuring instruments in Korea in 2016, and after the Pohang earthquake, where the pillars of pallet structures were destroyed in 2017, the seismic design standards for all domestic facilities have been revised and supplemented. In particular, during the investigation of the Pohang Earthquake damage cases, liquefaction damage that occurs mainly in countries with strong earthquakes such as the United States, Japan, and New Zealand was found, so studies are being conducted in depth to improve seismic design standards. In this study, the liquefaction potential assessment in the recently revised seismic design standard for port and harbor was reviewed, and an applicability review was conducted focusing on the newly cited liquefaction potential index (LPI). At this time, by varying the thickness and location of the sandy soil where liquefaction can occur, the LPIs for various cases were calculated and compared. Also, 22 LPI values in the practical port area were compared and reviewed along with performance of the liquefaction assessment based on the site response analysis using the boring-hole data of the actual 22 port sites.

It is difficult to identify attacker's real location when the attacker spoofs IP address in current IPv4-based Internet environment. If the attacks such as DDoS happen in the Internet, we can hardly expect the protection scheme to respond to these attacks in active or real-time manner. Many traceback techniques have been proposed to protect against these attacks, but most traceback schemes were designed to work with the IPv4-based Internet and found to be lack of verification of whether the traceback related information is forged or not. Few traceback schemes for IPv6-based network environment have been suggested, but it has these disadvantages that needs more study. In this paper, we propose the reliable IP traceback scheme supporting integrity of traceback-related information in IPv6 network environment, simulate it, and compare our proposed scheme with exsisting traceback mechanisms in terms of overhead and functionality.
The purpose of this study was to construct a model of MVCT(Megavoltage Computed Tomography) dose calculation by using Dosimetry Check™, a program that radiation treatment dose verification, and establish a protocol that can be accumulated to the radiation treatment dose distribution. We acquired sinogram of MVCT after air scan in Fine, Normal, Coarse mode. Dosimetry Check™(DC) program can analyze only DICOM(Digital Imaging Communications in Medicine) format, however acquired sinogram is dat format. Thus, we made MVCT RC-DICOM format by using acquired sinogram. In addition, we made MVCT RP-DICOM by using principle of generating MLC(Multi-leaf Collimator) control points at half location of pitch in treatment RP-DICOM. The MVCT imaging dose in fine mode was measured by using ionization chamber, and normalized to the MVCT dose calculation model, the MVCT imaging dose of Normal, Coarse mode was calculated by using DC program. As a results, 2.08 cGy was measured by using ionization chamber in Fine mode and normalized based on the measured dose in DC program. After normalization, the result of MVCT dose calculation in Normal, Coarse mode, each mode was calculated 0.957, 0.621 cGy. Finally, the dose resulting from the process for acquisition of MVCT can be accumulated to the treatment dose distribution for dose evaluation. It is believed that this could be contribute clinically to a more realistic dose evaluation. From now on, it is considered that it will be able to provide more accurate and realistic dose information in radiation therapy planning evaluation by using Tomotherapy.

This qualitative study focused on the activation of cooperative child care sharing centers'. Eight centers nationwide were selected as example cases in accordance with region (large city, small and medium-sized city, county unit), opening time, operating institution, location, full-time care for dual-income children, and participation in the 2020 care community pilot project. Co-researchers visited each center together to observe the site and conducted in-depth interviews with the head of the center or dedicated staff using semi-structured questionnaires. Interview data were analyzed using triangle verification and transcribed : the data were then grouped into 12 categories and 34 subcategories. From this, the following three topics were derived: the main functions, operational difficulties, and activation conditions. In conclusion, four suggestions are made: 1. proper relationship with the Family center, the cooperative childcare sharing center, and the local care communities 2. activation plan through "solution of operational difficulties" 3. "extension" of the cooperative child care sharing center 4. the role of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, the Korea Institute for Healthy Family, local governments, and Family Centers.

This study was conducted to find ways to restore the domestic medical tourism industry, which was seriously hit by a sharp drop in foreign patients after the COVID-19 Pandemic. Kendall's W verification was used by asking expert panel for keyword advice by ranking. The conclusion of the study is that institutions attracting foreign patients need an opportunity to turn the crisis situation into an opportunity by expanding treatment for severe foreign patients. In addition, it is possible to gain familiarity and trust in hospitals in situations where it is difficult to visit overseas through virtual and augmented reality, and to prevent the risk of infection and protect patients in the untact era. In addition, the blockchain can maintain patient information supplementation, share it safely, minimize customer inconvenience by using payment means using virtual currency, and finally, smart healthcare can manage and provide information to patients regardless of location.
This study focusses on the development of a motion-sensing smart leggings prototype with the help of a module that monitors motion using a fiber-type stretch sensor. Additionally, it acquires data on Electrocardiogram (ECG), respiration, and body temperature signals, for the development of smart clothing used in online exercise coaching and customized healthcare systems. The research process was conducted in the following order: 1) Fabrication of a fiber-type elastic strain sensor for motion monitoring, 2) Positioning and attaching the sensor, 3) Pattern development and three-dimensional (3D) design, 4) Prototyping 5) Wearability test, and 6) Expert evaluation. The 3D design method was used to develop an aesthetic design, and for sensing accurate signal acquisition functions, wearability tests, and expert evaluation. As a result, first, the selection or manufacturing of an appropriate sensor for the function is of utmost importance. Second, the selection and attachment method of a location that can maximize the function of the sensor without interfering with any activity should be studied. Third, the signal line selection and connection method should be considered, and fourth, the aesthetic design should be reflected along with functional verification. In addition, the selection of an appropriate material is important, and tests for washability and durability must be made. This study presented a manufacturing method to improve the functionality and design of smart clothing, through the process of developing a prototype of motion-sensing smart leggings.
As the meter reading method of gas meters develops, smart gas meters capable of remote meter reading (leak checking meters and multi-function safety meters) are being used. These meters have a function to judge leakage by utilizing the flow rate and pressure data collected as an additional function. Leakage judgment function using flow rate data has valid cases in the actual field, but the pressure data-based leakage judgment standard is based on not only the pressure value change due to leakage but also various factors (pressure regulator pressure, connection with adjacent meters, usage of adjacent houses, location of meters, etc.). There is a problem with pressure magnitude changes (levels). In this paper, as a technique that can judge leaks by using pressure data collected from smart gas meters, it was developed through preprocessing of pressure data, criteria for pressure value ranges related to leaks, leak judgment techniques, and application case verification.
