  • Users are able to use the information and service more free than previous wire network due to development of wireless network and device. For this reason, various studies on ubiquitous networks have been conducted. Various contexts brought in this ubiquitous environment, have recognized user's action through sensors. This results in the provision of better services. Because services exist in various places in ubiquitous networks, the application has the time of services searching. In addition, user's context is very dynamic, so a method needs to be found to recommend services to user by context. Therefore, techniques for reducing the time of service and increasing accuracy of recommendation are being studied. But it is difficult to quickly and appropriately provide large numbers of services, because only basic context information is stored. For this reason, we suggest DUPS(Dimension User Profile System), which stores location, time, and frequency information of often used services. Because previous technique used to simple information for recommending service without predicting services which is going to use on future, we can provide better service, and improve accuracy over previous techniques.

  • As the quality and level of life rise, many people are doing search for various pieces of information about tourism. In addition, users prefer the search methods reflecting individual opinions such as SNS and blogs to the official websites of tourist destination. Many of previous studies focused on a recommendation system for tourist courses based on the GPS information and past travel records of users, but such a system was not capable of recommending the latest tourist trends. This study thus set out to collect and analyze the latest SNS data to recommend tourist destination of high interest among users. It also aimed to propose an altered TSP algorithm to recommend the optimal routes to the recommended destination within an area and a system to recommend the optimal tourist courses by applying the Elasticsearch engine. The altered TSP algorithm proposed in the study used the location information of users instead of Dijkstra's algorithm technique used in previous studies to select a certain tourist destination and allowed users to check the recommended courses for the entire tourist destination within an area, thus offering more diverse tourist destination recommendations than previous studies.

  • Lately, In addition to the increased interest in the big data field, there is also a growing interest in application fields through the processing of big data. Opinion Mining is a big data processing technique that is widely used in providing personalized service to users. Based on this, in this paper, textual review of users' places is processed by Opinion mining technique and the sentiment of users was analyzed through k-means clustering. The same numerical value is given to users who have a similar category of sentiment classified as a clustering operation. We propose a method to show recommendation contents to users by predicting preference using collaborative filtering recommendation system with assigned numerical values and marking contents with markers on the map in order of places with high predicted value.

  • Variety of smart devices including smart phone have become and essential item in user's daily life. This means that smart devices are good mediators to get collecting user's behavior by sensors mounted on the devices. The information from smart devices is important clues to identify by analyzing the user's preferences and needs. Through this, the intelligent service which is fitted to the user is possible. This paper propose a smart service recommendation model based on user scenario using fusion context-awareness. The information for recommendation services is collected to make the scenario depending on time, location, action based on the Fusion process. The scenarios can help predict a user's situation and provide the services in advance. Also, content categories as well as the content types are determined depending on the scenario. The scenario is a method for providing the best service as well as a basis for the user's situation. Using this method, proposing a smart service model with the fusion context-awareness based on the hybrid sensing is the goal of this paper.

  • In this paper, it provides social network service using context-aware for tourism. For this the service requires Anthropomorphic natural process. The service object need to provide the function analyzing, storing and processing user action. In this paper, it provides an algorithm to analysis with personalized context aware for users. Providing service is an algorithm providing social network, helped by 'Friend recommendation algorithm' which to make relations and 'Attraction recommendation algorithm' which to recommend somewhere significant. Especially when guide is used, server analysis history and location of users to provide optimal travel path, named 'Travel path recommendation algorithm'. Such as this tourism social network technology can provide more user friendly service. This proposed tour guide system is expected to be applied to a wider vary application services.

Design of a Mirror for Fragrance Recommendation based on Personal Emotion Analysis (개인의 감성 분석 기반 향 추천 미러 설계)

  • The paper proposes a smart mirror system that recommends fragrances based on user emotion analysis. This paper combines natural language processing techniques such as embedding techniques (CounterVectorizer and TF-IDF) and machine learning classification models (DecisionTree, SVM, RandomForest, SGD Classifier) to build a model and compares the results. After the comparison, the paper constructs a personal emotion-based fragrance recommendation mirror model based on the SVM and word embedding pipeline-based emotion classifier model with the highest performance. The proposed system implements a personalized fragrance recommendation mirror based on emotion analysis, providing web services using the Flask web framework. This paper uses the Google Speech Cloud API to recognize users' voices and use speech-to-text (STT) to convert voice-transcribed text data. The proposed system provides users with information about weather, humidity, location, quotes, time, and schedule management.

  • Recently, various location-based services are becoming very popular in mobile environments. In this paper, we propose a new concept of a frequent item set, called “associative class set”, for supporting the location-based service which uses a large quantity of a spatial database in mobile computing environments, and then present a new method for efficiently generating the associative class set. The associative class set is generated with considering the temporal relation of queries, the spatial distance of required objects, and access patterns of users. The result of our research can play a fundamental role in efficiently supporting location-based services and in overcoming the limitation of mobile environments. The associative class set can be applied by a recommendation system of a geographic information system in mobile computing environments, mobile advertisement, city development planning, and client cache police of mobile users.

  • The need for personalized recommendation is growing due to convenient access and various types of items due to the development of information communication and smartphones. Weather and weather conditions have a great influence on the decision-making of users' places and activities. This weather information can increase users' satisfaction with recommendations. In this paper, we propose a collaborative filtering-based place recommendation system using living index by utilizing living index of users' location information on mobile platform to find users with similar propensity and to recommend places by predicting preferences for places. The proposed system consists of a weather module for analyzing and classifying users' weather, a recommendation module using collaborative filtering for place recommendations, and a management module for user preferences and post-management. Experiments have shown that the proposed system is valid in terms of the convergence of collaborative filtering algorithms and living indices and reflecting individual propensity.

  • Location information service using big data is continuously developing. In terms of navigation, the range of services from map API service to ship navigation information has been expanded, and system application information has been extended to SNS and blog search records for each location. Recently, it is being used as a new industry such as location-based search and advertisement, driverless cars, Internet of Things (IoT) and online to offline (O2O) services. In this study, we propose an information system that enables users to receive information about nearby stores more effectively by using big data when a user moves a specific route. In addition, we have designed this system so that local stores can use this system to effectively promote it at low cost. In particular, we analyzed web-based information in real time to improve the accuracy of information provided to users by complementing the data. Through this system, system users will be able to utilize the information more effectively. Also, from a system perspective, it can be used to create new services by integrating with various web services.

  • In this study, we develop that Location Recommending System using personal emotion information based on Collaborative Filtering. Previous Location Recommending System recommended a place visited by the user of the rating or the pattern of location for the user place. These systems are not high user satisfaction because that dose not consider the user status or have not objectively the information. Using user's personal emotion information to recommend a high-affinity users who have visited the place felt similar emotions objectively can improve user satisfaction with the place. In this study, a user using a mobile application directly register the recognized emotion information using the current position and bio-signal, and using the registered information measuring the similarity of user with a similarity emotion, predicts a preference for the place it is recommended to emotional place. The system consists of a user interface, a database, a recommendation module.
