최근 불확실한 금융환경변화로 금융기관의 경쟁이 심화함에 따라 고객의 요구(needs)를 충족시키기 위해 지역 금융기관 또한 주민의 요구에 맞는 서비스 제공 등 다양한 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 지역 금융기관의 상품 및 서비스품질 요인이 고객 만족과 충성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고 제공된 상품 및 서비스품질 요인을 비교 분석하여 각 서비스요인의 상대적인 중요도를 살펴보았다. 표본은 2015년 10월 7일부터 10월 30일까지 서울지역의 새마을금고 및 신용협동조합에 방문고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며 표본을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 지역 금융기관 상품요인 중 금리, 공제와 보험, 복지사업이 고객의 만족 수준에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며 서비스 품질요인 중에는 접근성, 전문성 및 공감 성이 만족 수준에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 다음으로, 고객만족도는 고객 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 지역주민에게 금융 편의를 제공하면서 지역경제에 기여하는 지역 금융기관의 특성상 금리나 전문성 요인 이외에 공제와 보험 및 복지사업 그리고 공감성이 중요한 요인으로 분석된다. 본 연구는 지역 금융기관의 차별화된 이미지로 금융경쟁 시장에서 경쟁 우위를 가질 수 있다는 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

본 연구는 빈곤여성가장 가구를 위한 서비스 전달체계 안에서 함께 공조하고 있는 지방자치단체 공무원과 기관종사자간 민관협력체계의 현실과 간격을 진단하고, 보다 효율적인 지역사회 서비스 전달체계를 형성하기 위한 정책적 고려사항들을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 지역사회에서 빈곤여성가장을 위한 지원 사업을 담당하고 있는 지방자치단체 자치구 공무원과 사회복지기관 및 기타 관련 기관 종사자를 대상으로 한 설문지 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 조사대상자의 약 70%가 지역사회내 민관협력체계나 기관간 네트워크가 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있는 것으로 지적하였다. 둘째, 지역사회 내 빈곤여성가장 발굴을 위해 보다 적극적으로 업무를 수행하고 있다고 평가하거나, 유관 기관간 협력 네트워크가 잘 이루어진다고 평가한 사람일수록 빈곤여성가장 가구를 위한 사회복지서비스가 충분히 전달되고 있으며, 필요도와 충족도간 격차는 줄어들었다고 진단하고 있었다. 셋째, 공공부문과 유관 민간기관간 종사자들은 다른 모든 요인을 통제한 이후에도 빈곤여성가장 가구의 탈빈곤을 위한 사회복지서비스의 필요성과 충족정도, 여성가장 탈빈곤 저해요인 등에 대한 인식에 있어서 현저한 격차가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론에서는 빈곤여성가장을 위한 사회서비스 전달체계안 공무원과 기관종사자간 인식의 차이를 해소하고 보다 효과적으로 서비스를 대상자에게 전달할 수 있는 정책방안이 모색되었다.

This study has examined layout of communal outdoor space and welfare facilities in the nation's very first senior apartment complex in Segok-dong, Gangnam-gu that has been developed by Seoul City. In order for this space to play a role as a center of communication: 1) A center space of community should be created at the point of intersection of main moving lines of pedestrians. 2) Hierarchical area should be set up between main moving lines of walking and communal outdoor space. 3) It should be designed in a way to reflect demands of seniors and be accommodated their activities and behaviors. 4) It should be functionally connected to local infrastructure facilities so that it can promote social exchanges among seniors. Points to be considered in welfare facilities: 1) They should be placed at the center of the complex to provide convenience to all seniors. 2) Area of senior citizen center should be subject to flexible legal regulation in light of the unique characteristics of the Complex. 3) in case that welfare facilities are installed in the same space, intermediate space is required to alleviate collision between private space and public space. 4) Senior assistance facilities should put more emphasis on running programs that make good use of the space than on securing the space itself.

본 연구는 외부비용의 한 항목인 유지비용을 내부화하여 이에 따른 사회적 후생의 변화에 대한 연구이다. 연구대상으로는 민자 고속도로, 고속국도, 그리고 일반국도 등, 도로여건과 통행요금이 다른 3가지 노선이 경쟁하고 있는 천안$\sim$논산간 노선을 선정하였다. 유료도로의 수요함수는 회귀분석을 통해 도출하였다. 최선 가격설정법의 현실적용 어려움을 고려하여 유지비용을 통행요금에 재반영하는 방법으로 차선 가격설정법을 적용하였다. 유지비용을 통행요금에 반영함으로써, 노선별 통행량 변화에 따른 사회적 후생뿐만 아니라, 통행수입금의 변화 측면도 함께 연구하였다. 분석결과, 차선 가격설정법을 적용함에 따라 사회적 후생의 변화는 작은 차이를 보였으나, 재정적인 측면에서는 고속국도에 유지비용을 반영하였을 경우 연간 약 130억 원의 재정적인 효과가 있어 국가 재정 지원 감소에 기여할 것으로 분석되었다.

청년문제에 대한 심각성과 관심이 증가하는 현실에서 본 연구는 사회복지 현장에서 니트청년을 지원한 희망플랜 사업을 중심으로 사회복지사들이 사업에 참여하기 전에 청년, 니트 문제에 대해 어떻게 인식하였고, 사업을 전개하는 과정에서 경험했던 어려움은 무엇이며, 이러한 어려움에 어떻게 대처하였는지를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 사회복지사들은 사업 참여 이전에 청년문제의 심각성에 안타까움을 가지고 있었지만, 그것을 해결할 방법이 없다고 인식하고 있었고, 다수의 사회복지사들은 청년이나 니트문제에 대해 관심도 없고 무지한 상태였다. 이러한 상황에서 니트 청년들과 사업을 운영하는 과정에서 사회복지사들은 니트 청년의 특성으로 인한 어려움, 니트 청년들과 관계를 형성하는 것의 어려움, 청년들이 시간을 내지 않거나 지키지 않는 것의 어려움, 사업에 대한 노하우가 없는 것으로 인한 어려움, 기관 단독으로 운영할 수 없는 것의 어려움, 취업 목적을 달성하는 것의 어려움 등 6가지의 어려움에 직면하였다. 이러한 어려움에 대처하는 과정에서 사회복지사들은 니트 청년들이 사업에 참여하도록 적극적으로 찾고 설득하며 지지하였고, 청년에게 시간과 장소, 방법을 맞추었으며, 사업 안에 있는 낙인요소를 제거하고 개별화하여 단계적으로 사업을 진행하였다. 또한 지역주민과 지역기관, 관과 긴밀히 연결하고 네트워크를 형성하면서 사업을 운영하였고, 청년을 취업시키기보다는 일의 경험을 제공하되 장기적으로 성과를 보는 것으로 관점을 바꾸며 대처하였다. 이를 통하여 사회복지사들은 실무자로서 개인의 변화뿐만 아니라 사회복지 조직과 현장, 지역사회와 지역기관의 변화를 경험하게 되었다. 이러한 결과에 기반하여 본 연구는 사회복지 실천현장이 청년 갭이어를 지원하는 과정에서 다양한 활동을 제공하고, 청년과 일을 할 때에는 공급자로서 역할을 하기보다 다양한 행위주체가 연결되는 방식으로 일하며, 무엇보다 사회복지 현장이 청년을 포괄하는 형태로 사업의 범위가 확대되어야 한다는 것을 제안하였다.

사회복지관련 예산의 급격한 증가가 함께 사회복지관련 사업도 다양한 분야로 확대되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 사회복지정책을 수행하는 정부 및 지자체에 의한 지원과 보조사업 추진의 당위성 및 논거를 명확히 할 필요가 있다고 사료되며, 본 연구는 후생경제학 입장에서 노인복지시설 운영지출에 의해 이용노인들이 얻게 되는 효과인 사회적 편익, 즉 경영가치를 분석하고자 하였다. 노인복지정책의 달성을 위해 제공되는 복지서비스를 통해 지역 노인들은 가족들의 경제활동 참여기회 제공, 질환 예방 및 건강증진 기회제공, 삶의 만족감 제고 등의 다양한 영향을 발생시키게 되며, 본 연구에서는 노인복지시설 이용시 노인들이 얻게 되는 편익을 AHP분석기법을 적용하여 운영가치를 산출하였다. 수도권지역 P노인복지관의 사례를 적용한 결과 노인복지관 운영에 의한 이용가치는 248.4억원으로 추정되었으며, 이 중에서 비용요소에 의해 발생하는 기여효과는 전체의 23.1%인 57.3억원으로 분석되었으며, 자립요소 57.6억원(23.2%), 치료요소 133.4억원(53.7%)의 순으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과는 노인복지예산 및 서비스를 소비지출 및 소모성 혜택 정도로 인식하는 사회분위기 속에서 사회적 논란 야기 및 재정압박요인으로 작용하는 현 시점에서 노인복지정책에 대한 개입 지원 보조의 당위성 논의의 타당성은 결국 실증적인 분석을 통하여 뒷받침될 수 있느냐에 달려 있다고 사료되며, 본 연구는 이를 위한 기초적 연구로서의 역할이 기대된다. 또한 복지예산은 소멸성 지출이 아니며 우리나라 사회 경제에 다양한 영향을 파생시키는 중요한 산업임을 본 연구에서 확인할 수 있었으며, 지속적 연구를 통해 정책적 지원 및 사회적 합의가 필요하다.

본 연구에서는, 재난대응의 문제가 사회문제로 대두되어 가고 있는 상황에서 재난대응과 관련된 부산광역시의 재난관리 조례와 16개 구 군 재난관리 조례를 분석하였다. 분석모형으로는 지방자치단체의 재난관리 조직시스템 평가모형(Yun, 2011)인 유기성, 전문성, 통합성, 현장대응성의 4가지 차원을 활용하였다. 그 결과, 현장대응성과 관련된 조례조항이 가장 많이 확인되었고 그 다음으로 유기성, 전문성, 통합성 순이었다. 개선방안으로는 유기성과 통합성을 보완하기 위한 민관의 적극적인 정보공유의 활성화와 업무체계의 일원화의 필요성 등이 제시되었다.

While the endeavor to introduce the service activity in the college education is enlarged, the object of this study is to introduce the concept of service learning in social work education. The 'content centered service-learning' is focusing on the practical education, the liaison and participation in community and the promotion of civil awareness which are very important in social work education that focuses on the interest and participation in the human and social problem as practical study. This study contemplates the educational effect of the course of social work combined with service learning. This study verifies the self-efficacy, the altruism, the change of social responsibility of students and the effect by carrying out the course of social welfare and service activities side by side. To evaluate the effect of service learning, pre and post test and qualitative analysis in journal of service activity, the discussion during the class and the mid and final term evaluation were done. Through the service learning, students showed the promotion in self-esteem, the altruism, the social responsibility, the self insights as a social worker and were able to have the chance to consider their future job. From the view point of local centers, it was evaluated that the service activity of students was helpful to the institutions and the clients, and that the liaison between the community agency and the college and the experience of integration of service learning and the course of social welfare was helpful too. Based on the above mentioned results, this study provide some recommendations in implementation of service-learning as the teaching methodology of social work.

The purpose of this study is to suggest institutional reformation of public office facilities by analysis the status of services on welfare for the aged and disabled. For this study, we have researched and analyzed on two different aspects. The aspects are space composition of public office facilities, welfare systems and service support within region. And we can get the following important points as conclusion; (1) We need to consider on not only access for public office facilities site but also the connection on business such as block plan on zone and connection between quarters. Architectural plan has to be considered. (2) Most of the public office facilities use human service resources as a supporting system for shortage of convenient facilities. Variety of welfare services are required. (3) We need to secure various programs and space for local peculiarities and social demand.

Nowadays, ethical consumers are increasing and they consider social values such as worker's human rights, environment and animal's welfare as key criteria in purchasing products. This study focused on the academic and practical research of ethical consumption, in which the needs and interests are now growing globally. This study addressed the concept, trend and practices of ethical consumption as well as seeking methods to support and promote ethical consumption. It examined the concept and types of ethical consumption from the perspective of the philosophy on ethical consumption. Ethical consumption was defined as a behavior that intended to improve the environment and the welfare of people and animals by purchasing products produced according to sound ethical principles and avoiding products that are made through the exploitation or the damage of people, animals and the environment. It also dealt with the practices of ethical consumption such as the fair trade movement, Clean Clothes Campaign, boycott, local food movement, animal's welfare movement. In conclusion, I suggested that consumers, companies, governments, and NGOs should make an effort to promote ethical consumption.
