The PCI 2.2 spec introduces Delayed Transaction mechanism to improve system performance for target device with slow local bus. But this mechanism has some restriction since target device doesn't know prefetch data size. So, we propose a new mechanism, which target device prefetch exact data on local bus, to improve data rate on PCI or local interface. The simulation results showed that the proposed mechanism more improves system performance than the Delayed Transaction mechanism.

We have studied the DNA of Allium sativum L. with respect to highly repetitive sequences. Fast reassociated DNA fragments expected to be highly repetitive sequences based on $C_{o}t$ curve were isolated and characterized. Their copy numbers were approximately $10^{5}~10^{7}$ per haploid genome. Nucleotide sequences analysis of six candidates reveals that their G/C content were low, 25-40% and typical patterns of repeating sequences exist. Repeat sequences were used as probes to access restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) of genomic DNAs of four local clones, Tanyang, Mungyong, So san, and Uisong. The hybridization pattern were very similar among these four local clones.clones.

In semi-arid areas of Southern Africa, dehydration can compromise the performance and welfare of local chickens, particularly during the growing period when confinement is curtailed and birds are left to scavenge for feed and water. The effect of water restriction on the growth performance was compared in Naked Neck (NNK) and Ovambo (OVB) chickens that are predominant in Southern Africa. A total of 54 eight-wk-old pullets each of NNK and OVB chickens with an initial average weight of $641{\pm}10g/bird$ were randomly assigned to three water intake treatments, each having six birds for 8 wk. The water restriction treatments were ad libitum, 70% of ad libitum and 40% of ad libitum intake. Nine experimental pens with a floor space of $3.3m^2$ per strain were used. The pens were housed in an open-sided house with cement floor deep littered with a 20 cm layer of untreated wood shavings. Feed was provided ad libitum. Average daily water intake (ADWI), BW at 16 weeks of age (FBW), ADG, ADFI, feed conversion ratio (FCR) and water to feed ratios (WFR) were determined. Ovambo chickens had superior (p<0.05) FBW, ADG and ADWI than NNK chickens. Body weight of birds at 16 weeks of age, ADG, ADFI, ADWI, and WFR declined progressively (p<0.05) with increasing severity of water restriction while FCR values increased (p<0.05) as the severity of water restriction increased. Naked Neck chickens had better FCR at the 40% of ad libitum water intake level than Ovambo chickens. The dressing percentage per bird was higher in water restricted birds than those on ad libitum water consumption, irrespective of strain. Heart weight was significantly lower in birds on 40% of ad libitum water intake than those on ad libitum and 70% of ad libitum water intake, respectively. In conclusion, NNK chickens performed better than OVB chickens under conditions of water restriction and would be ideal to raise for meat and egg production in locations where water shortages are a major challenge.

The virtual forces of the original local flexibility method are restricted to inducing stress on the local parts of a structure. To circumvent this restriction, we developed a pseudo local flexibility (PLFM) method that can successfully detect damage to hyperstatic beam structures using fewer modes. For this study, we further developed the PLFM so that it could detect damage in plate structures. We also devised the theoretical background for the PLFM with non-local virtual forces for plate structures, and both the lateral and rotary degree of freedom (DOF) measurements were considered separately. This study investigates the effects of the number of modes, the actual location that sustained damage, multiple damage locations, and noise in modal parameters for the damage detection results obtained from damaged numerical plates. The results revealed that the PLFM can be used for damage detection, localization, and quantification for plate structures, regardless of the use of the lateral DOF and/or rotary DOF.

In the analysis of contingency table with ordered categories, the relationship between odds for adjacent categories has received con-siderable interest. We consider likelihood ratio tests of independence against an order restriction on odds in 2 $\times$ k contingency tables.

Multicast can send one copy of each packet to each member of the multicast group. Network resource is utilized effectively, consequently, it is suitable for one-to-many environments. reliability and flow control, however, are not supported basically, it is not suitable or transmission of multimedia data which have a time restriction. In this paper, we present a network model and a multicast retransmission scheme The proposed scheme remove ack-explosion from sender through local recovery and performs local retransmission when time restriction is satisfied on receiver by considering the state of receiver's buffer. Mathematical analysis and simulation are conducted to prove performance of the proposed scheme. The results are shown that the proposed scheme consumes a lower network bandwidth than the existing network model and guarantees QoS of receivers.

In order to react the dynamic behavior of the system more actually, it is necessary to solve the first problem of synchronization for Markovian jump complex network system in practical engineering problem. In this paper, the problem of local stochastic synchronization for Markovian nonlinear coupled neural network system is investigated, including nonlinear coupling terms and mode-dependent delays, that is less restriction to other system. By designing the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and applying less conservative inequality, we get a new criterion to ensure local synchronization in mean square for Markovian nonlinear coupled neural network system. The criterion introduced some free matrix variables, which are less conservative. The simulation confirmed the validity of the conclusion.

This study reviews an overview of the current tax support system in Local Tax Law for venture company. And this study provides the directions for developing tax support system in Local Tax Law related policy for the venture company in Korea. The tax authority provides a supporting directions of venture company in three ways: a financing viewpoint, a technical and manpower viewpoint, and the location viewpoint. And the supporting system for venture company is devide into tax support system through tax laws and support system through other law. The requirements of receiving tax supporting for venture company in Local Tax Law are a venture company, a small and medium company, a newly starting firm, and so forth. To mitigate the restriction imposed by the current tax law on venture company encourage venture activities in Korea.

"Special Act on the Rocal Collaborative Development", proposed by Seoul in late 2015, aims to promote win-win cooperation between local economic players and the development of local communities. However, since it is not possible to ensure its effectiveness by signing a local collaborative agreement, the rights and duties granted to the Parties to the Convention shall be more clearly defined. In addition, it is feared that the application of a uniform standard to businesses that wish to restrict the operation within the local collaborative development zone could prevent the operation restriction based on local characteristics. Accordingly, based on the FBR system in the U.S., it is possible to define the business as a "uniform store" and to determine the possibility of a uniform store to be sold through zoning plans in the region by the Local Collaborative Community Council.
