Purpose: This study aims to measure whether the business performance of Padang restaurants in North Jakarta is primarily affected by service distribution strategy and other factors, specifically the local-based organizational culture and entrepreneurial orientation. Research design, data and methodology: This quantitative research has used Structural Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) with SMART PLS 3.0 as the analytical tool. The study's sample focus is the owner or person in charge of the Padang restaurant business in North Jakarta. Data has been collected using a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale scale ('1-strongly disagree' to '5-strongly agree'). A total of 86 samples with a random technique were obtained from three areas in North Jakarta: Kelapa Gading, Pademangan, and Penjaringan. Results: Interestingly, this research finds that service distribution strategy does not affect business performance, either directly or indirectly. Business performance in this study is affected by entrepreneurial orientation. In additional results, the local organizational culture significantly affects the entrepreneurial orientation, but does not affect the business performance in terms of management process. Conclusions: This study provides practical implications for restaurant businesses regarding the use of local cultural concepts to consider strategies for survival in today's challenging times while continuing operations during limitations.

본 논문은 문화 콘텐츠 산업의 성공적인 사례로 여겨지는 프랑스의 지방 축제 문화 콘텐츠에 대해 조사하고 우리나라의 적용 가능성 및 관련 문제에 대해 진단하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구에서는 스토리텔링의 구조와 감성적 요인을 의사소통 및 역사적, 문화적 자원의 도구로서 문화 기호학 측면에서 분석한다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 전통과 역사, 문화, 예술, 양조장 체험을 기반으로 한 패키지 관광 상품같이 역사적 자원과 문화적 자원을 연결하는 전략이 요구된다. 둘째, 스토리텔링 전략이 요구된다. 보르도 와인의 위상은 오랜 역사적 배경과 자연의 혜택에서 시작된 유수한 이야기를 담고 있다. 셋째, 소통과 경험을 지향하는 전략에 관한 것이다. 넷째, 재미와 환상을 유도하는 전략이다. 축제는 놀이의 한 형태이며 놀이는 문화 그 자체이다. 가장 개인적인 행복 지수의 증가를 허용하는 지역축제의 활성화는 가장 중요한 가치와 중요성을 가진 것으로 평가된다. 마지막으로 유럽 축제의 사례는 과거 역사에서 채택된 재미있는 이야기를 만들어서 콘텐츠를 창출한다는 점에서 여러 영역에서 벤치마킹 할 가치가 있는 것으로 고려된다.

본 연구의 목적은 지방정부에서 제공하는 문화관광정보 웹사이트가 콘텐트와 서비스적인 면에서 충실하지 못하므로 지역문화관광 웹사이트의 분석을 통해 문제점을 분석하고 개선 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 연구의 방법은 지역문화관광 웹사이트를 분석 및 평가하기에 적합한 요인들을 도출한 한국관광공사 지자체 관광분야 홈페이지 평가지표인 콘텐트 평가, 사용성 평가, 디자인 평가, 상호작용성 평가의 4개 항목을 근거로 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 지역문화관광 웹사이트의 가장 큰 문제점은 사용자중심의 콘텐트와 서비스가 부족하다는 것이었다. 따라서 자유로운 관광경로 설정, 예약시스템의 보완, 다양한 검색 기능의 강화 등 지역문화관광 웹사이트는 사용자의 요구를 반영한 맞춤형 정보를 제공하여야 한다.

이 연구는 사회 환경변화에 따라 충청남도 지역사회 특성에 따른 도서관 이용 및 독서문화진흥을 위한 정책을 마련하는데 있다. 이에 충청남도를 대상으로 도서관 일반 현황, 도서관 및 독서문화 인프라, 법제도 등의 환경분석과 도민(학생, 일반) 대상 도서관 이용 및 독서문화에 관한 실태조사 및 도서관 직원 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 분석을 바탕으로 충청남도의 지역사회 특성을 반영하고 그에 따른 정책 방안을 제안하고자 충청남도를 6대 지역생활권역으로 구분하고 도서관 이용 및 독서문화진흥 정책과제 발굴, 충청남도 도서관 직원 대상 의견을 수렴하여 총 20개의 도서관 이용 및 독서문화진흥 정책을 제안하였다. 제안된 정책 추진을 위해서는 지역생활권 도서관의 노력뿐만 아니라 광역대표도서관의 역할과 위상 강화와 함께 충분한 인력과 예산 확보가 뒷받침되어야 한다.

This paper describes the design and trial development of a system that supports continuous hazard mapping by local residents in their daily life. We performed an interview survey to design our system in a model traditional town in Saga Prefecture, Japan. The results show that despite continued efforts, many practical problems remain and residents feel unsafe. Considering these results, we designed and developed a unique information and communication technology-based support system that contributes to community-based disaster prevention and reduction. The continuous resident participation and posting design are the core concept for our community-based approach. Our system continues to support making a hazard map by integrating the community-based hazard information. Local residents register information (disaster types, risk level, photographs, comments, positional information) about locations that could be dangerous in a disaster. In addition, our system enables information sharing through a Web server. We expect that this information sharing will allow local hazard information for each district to be used.

본 연구는 전통고택을 이용한 관광문화복지의 지역 활성화 방안을 연구하고자 한다. 연구대상은 2014년 6월13일부터 11월7일까지 영월고택의 실태 및 면접조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 척도문항을 중심으로 현장조사와 건물소유자 면접을 하였고, 통계처리는 SPSSWIN 18.0으로 분석하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 지역 관광문회복지의 강점과 약점이 파악되고, 지역의 정체성을 찾아가기 위해서는 전통고택을 지역전통문화를 대변하는 수단으로 삼아야 한다. 둘째, 타 지역과 차별화된 전통주거생활문화의 체험장으로 구축한다. 셋째, 관광자원과 전통고택을 연계한 각종 지역행사와 다양한 프로그램개발 및 이미지 부각으로 전통고택의 가치를 재해석하고 재조명해야 할 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 전통고택문화의 계승과 재해석으로 과거 현재 미래가 공존할 때 지금보다 많은 지역의 발전과 소득증대 및 관광객을 유치할 수 있으므로 귀중한 정책 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to understand what kind of effects a local residents’ participation on a local environmental problem has on the Environmental consciousness of the resident, and on the local community. I (researcher) employed qualitative research methods on the residents' environmental movement, which claimed to preserve the Sung Mi Mountain from the Seoul City Hall's plan of the water reservoir construction. I tried to understand the participation motivation and participating actions, and also the changes and effects the participation brought at both a personal, and community level. The data were gathered by means of in-depth interview with the local residents and unstructured questionnaire. At first, through the residents' environmental movement, the participants acquired a growth in environmental consciousness. For example, they obtained better understanding of the environment, change of attitude to environment, and participation function. Secondly, it is meaningful that a local tie intervened by the environment, enforced self-governing, and shows how community sentiment plays an important role for local community organization. Moreover, the environmental movement contributed to developing a ‘culture for participation’. In conclusion, participating in a local environmental problem can be an integration of learning and practice and also leads to reflective thinking about the relationship not only between human beings and nature, but also among human beings. In addition, it can buildup a systemic cooperation for local problem-solving and the ability to make an alternative culture in the community. These are the significances of the local environmental problem-participation on the environmental education.

The purpose of this study is to present the scheme that can enhance the value of native local foods by analyzing the case into which storytelling is incorporated in order to revitalize native local foods. Towards this end, the cases of native local foods throughout the country were recommended through professional survey and one region among them was finally selected through the field study. The survey on the native local foods was conducted through qualitative study. The four stages of storytelling: the findings of storytelling, the production of storytelling, the experience of storytelling, and sharing of storytelling were analyzed by stage and the contents of the survey by stage were developed. In the findings of story, the origins and background of the main family's foods and food-related stories were derived. The production of stories deals with how to convey the stories of surveyed native local foods to consumers and it presented the stories about the place and food menu. In the experience of storytelling, the physical environment and non-physical environment, in which people visit native local eating houses and experience native local foods were analyzed. Finally, in the sharing of story, how the tourists who have experienced the native local foods make stories and disseminate and share them was analyzed. The significance of this study is that through the storytelling technique it presented the findings, production, experience and sharing of native local foods in the level that can apply to practical business. Although the research is in the stage of inquiry, this study is meaningful in that it presented the basic methodology that can induce the revitalization of the native local food industry through examining the tradition and significance of native local foods that can be found in all the regions of the country.

본 연구에서는 다각적 측면에서 문화예술공간의 장소마케팅적 가능성을 살펴 지역과 문학촌의 발전 가능성을 논해보고자 하였다. 이는 문학촌이 개별의 관(館)에서 탈피하고 지역문화 가치의 중심인 촌(村)으로 기능하는 가능성을 짚어보는 것이며, 나아가 지역활성화 및 문화예술사업발전의 기여 방안을 제언하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하는 것이다. 따라서 본고에서는 '김유정문학촌', '이효석문화예술촌', '황순원문학촌소나기마을'을 선정하여 이를 기반으로 사례연구를 진행하고 그 운영 실태를 탐색하였다. 그 결과 문학촌이 유의미하고 흥미로운 콘텐츠를 지속적으로 개발하고 그 질을 높인다면 지역 사회의 중심축으로 충분히 기능할 것으로 드러났다. 이는 장소마케팅의 가능성에 대한 긍정적 영향을 시사하며, 이러한 성과를 이루기 위해서는 여타의 문화산업과 차별화시키고 신산업으로의 입지를 확보해 지역문화의 새로운 패러다임을 열어나가야 할 것이다. 이에 지역 내 문학 소모임 등을 문학촌에서 직·간접적으로 연계하여 진행하거나 공간 활용과 문학촌 내 관련 작품과 지역 교육을 연계하는 등의 접근을 제시하고자 한다.

본 글은 주로 호젠기 감독님은 창작한 영화 작품 <훈>과 <그 산, 저 사람> 두 편을 연구한다. 세 부분으로 호젠기 감독님 향토를 소재로 한 영화의 미학적 스타일을 전면적으로 연구하다: 제1부는 향토 장르 영화의 특징을 논술한다. 각각 영화의 제재 선택, 주제 표현, 인물 만들기 및 감정 표현에서 논술을 전개한다. 제2부는 작품의 화면, 소리, 색채의 세 가지 측면에서 각각 논술을 펼쳐 향토 장르 영화의 미학적인 풍격을 한층 더 반영하였다. 제3부는 향토 장르 영화 발전 과정에서의 당혹스러움과 그것이 어떻게 발전했는지를 분석한다. 본 눈문은 호젠기의 향토영화 미학적 스타일을 분석해 중국 향토영화의 발전에 대한 가치와 시사점을 제시한다.
