In tile wireless communication networks although the modulation and demodulation structure with proposed BOWLIS algorithm is a little confusing but we certified that it is fit structure in fast operation processing and high speed wireless LAM system that is more strong on frequence and electro magnetic interference because it process the inputted data within 2.8Us that is faster 0.4Us than 3.2Us in standard form. Also we certified that in the sigtlt of consuming power it is better than pipe-lined structure because of reducing the processing step to 4.

In this paper, we propose a new fingerprint feature extraction method using the convex structure. A fingerprint minutiae flows along the uniform direction and is regarded as a sinusoidal signal across the normal direction. Local maxima of the signal represent coarse thinned one-pixel-wide ridges in which the convex region of the signal correspond to ridges. The proposed fingerprint feature extraction method detects the convex structure and local maxima. Finally fingerprint features are extracted from one-pixel-wide ridges. Because it has no parameter, it is efficient for various fingerprint identification systems.
One of the characteristics of the neurons that distinguishes them from other cells is their complex and polarized structure consisting of dendrites, cell body, and axon. The complexity and diversity of dendrites are particularly well recognized, and accumulating evidences suggest that the alterations in the dendrite structure are associated with many neurodegenerative diseases. Given the importance of the proper dendritic structures for neuronal functions, the dendrite pathology appears to have crucial contribution to the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases. Nonetheless, the cellular and molecular basis of dendritic changes in the neurodegenerative diseases remains largely elusive. Previous studies in normal condition have revealed that several cellular components, such as local cytoskeletal structures and organelles located locally in dendrites, play crucial roles in dendrite growth. By reviewing what has been unveiled to date regarding dendrite growth in terms of these local cellular components, we aim to provide an insight to categorize the potential cellular basis that can be applied to the dendrite pathology manifested in many neurodegenerative diseases.
Sealed Interface Local Oxidation (SILO) technology has been investigated using a nitride/oxide/nitride three-layered sandwich structure. P-type silicon substrate was either nitrided by rapid thermal processing, or silicon nitride was deposited by LPCVD method. A three-layered sandwich structure was patterned either by reactive ion etch (RIE) mode or by plasma mode. Sacrificial oxidation conditions were also varied. Physical characterization such as cross-section analysis of field oxide, and electrical characterization such as gate oxide integrity, junction leakage and transistor behavior were carried out. It was found that bird's beak was nearly zero or below 0.1um, and the junction leakages in plasma mode were low compared to devices of the same geometry patterned in RIE mode, and gate oxide integrity and transistor behavior were comparable. Conclusively, SILO process is compatible with conventional local oxidation process.

Generally the excessive caused by isolated sources in localized to members closely located to the vibration sources. In this case it may not be economical to model the whole structure to obtain the responses of a specific member. In this study, a substructuring technique has been used for local vibration of a framed structure. The boundary conditions of members selected are determined by condensing the degrees of freedom of the remaining members. Fixed and hinged boundary condition are also assumed for comparison. According to the results, the substructuring technique is quite efficient in predicting the responses of a structure on which the vibration source in located, but is not very reliable for the members located for away from the source.
The conformational details of β-lactose are investigated through molecular dynamics simulations in conjunction with the adiabatic potential energy map. The adiabatic energy map generated in vacuo contains five local minima. The lowest energy structure on the map does not correspond to the structure determined experimentally by NMR and the X-ray crystallography. When aqueous solvent effect is incorporated into the energy map calculation by increasing the dielectric constant, one of the local minima in the vacuum energy map becomes the global minimum in the resultant energy map. The lowest energy structure of the energy map generated in aquo is consistent with the one experimentally determined. Molecular dynamics simulations starting from those fivelocal minima on the vacuum energy map reveal that conformational transitions can take place among various conformations. Molecular dynamics simulations of the lactose and ricin B chain complex system in a stochastic boundary indicate that the most stable conformation in solution phase is bound to the binding site and that there are conformational changes in the exocyclic region of the lactose molecule upon binding.
The RGO with controllable oxygen functional groups is a novel material as the active layer of resistive switching memory through a reduction process. We designed a nanoscale conductive channel induced by local oxygen ion diffusion in an Au / RGO+GQD / Al resistive switching memory structure. A strong electric field was locally generated around the Al metal channel generated in BIL, and the local formation of a direct conductive low-dimensional channel in the complex RGO graphene quantum dot region was confirmed. The resistive memory design of the complex RGO graphene quantum dot structure can be applied as an effective structure for charge transport, and it has been shown that the resistive switching mechanism based on the movement of oxygen and metal ions is a fundamental alternative to understanding and application of next-generation intelligent semiconductor systems.
This paper analyzes the structures and issues of 2018 Korean local elections based on the author's observations on the electoral processes. Even if this paper does not follow a traditional statistical method, it provides the interpretative meanings of 2018 local elections by utilizing an expert's observations of campaign processes. This result of 2018 election can be summarized into two analytical frames. In terms of electoral competition structure, three key factors, such as presidential approval rating, party competition structure, ideological spectrum, tend to affect the winning of governing party. In the light of election issue, the inter-Korean summit, the Washington-Pyeongyang summit, Incheon deprecating remark were positive to the vote gains of governing party, but the negative campaign, the drucking scandal and the swing voters were found not to be significant. The local election in Korea tends to show dual meanings, a proxy war of national-level politics and a composition process of local government. This paper found that the 2018 election has dual meanings at the same time, in a sense that it is the punishment of the ex-governing party's wrongdoing and the power change of local government.
In this paper, we present a novel local descriptor, Local Prominent Directional Pattern (LPDP), to represent the description of facial images for gender recognition purpose. To achieve a clearly discriminative representation of local shape, presented method encodes a target pixel with the prominent directional variations in local structure from an analysis of statistics encompassed in the histogram of such directional variations. Use of the statistical information comes from the observation that a local neighboring region, having an edge going through it, demonstrate similar gradient directions, and hence, the prominent accumulations, accumulated from such gradient directions provide a solid base to represent the shape of that local structure. Unlike the sole use of gradient direction of a target pixel in existing methods, our coding scheme selects prominent edge directions accumulated from more samples (e.g., surrounding neighboring pixels), which, in turn, minimizes the effect of noise by suppressing the noisy accumulations of single or fewer samples. In this way, the presented encoding strategy provides the more discriminative shape of local structures while ensuring robustness to subtle changes such as local noise. We conduct extensive experiments on gender recognition datasets containing a wide range of challenges such as illumination, expression, age, and pose variations as well as sketch images, and observe the better performance of LPDP descriptor against existing local descriptors.

One of the most useful method for increasing combustion loading of premixed flame is to strengthen the turbulent intensity of unburned mixture. It produces an important information to a design of efficient combustion equipment that analysing microstructure of strong turbulence premixed flame. The flame structure and characteristics are depend on the turbulence of unburned mixture. Therefore, to strengthen the turbulent intensity of unburned mixture make flame scale small and accomplish efficient combustion. We measured the velocity of local flame front movements, local eddy radius and local reaction zone thickness quantitatively with increasing turbulent intensity of unburned mixture. We researched the microstructure of flame using ion currents that react sensitively in the reaction zone. Consequently, the velocity of local flame front movements is depend on the velocity of unburned mixture and local eddy scale is to be small with increasing turbulent intensity. But there is no change in local reaction zone thickness with turbulence.
