국내에서 지방자치단체의 정보화 추진은 정보화의 변화 추세에 따라 업무별로 자료를 구축하여 활용되고 있으나 통합적으로 연결된 형태의 자료구축이 이루어지지 않고 있어 현 정보시스템의 활용 효율을 높이고 의사결정지원을 위한 정보시스템의 구축이 필요하다. 이에 지방자치단체에서 업무적으로 연결된 통합 DB(Database)와 DW(Data Warehouse)를 구축하여 업무 편리성을 높이고 의사결정에 활용할 수 있는 모델을 제시한다.

pure Mg and some Mg alloys are relatively rapidly corroded after operation, resulting in the decrease of mechanical strength and change of local ion concentration. In this study, the corrosion mechanism of biodegradable implant materials was investigated by corrosion tests of the Mg alloy in Hank's solution. Particularly, the crystal structures and chemical bonding state of corrosion reactants was systematically examined.

We show the existence of ground state and orbital stability of standing waves of nonlinear $Schr{\ddot{o}}dinger$ equations with singular linear potential and essentially mass-subcritical power type nonlinearity. For this purpose we establish the existence of ground state in $H^1$. We do not assume symmetry or monotonicity. We also consider local and global well-posedness of Strichartz solutions of energy-subcritical equations. We improve the range of inhomogeneous coefficient in [5, 12] slightly in 3 dimensions.

Nowadays, clustering algorithm is considered as a promising solution for lacking human-labeled and massive data of social media sites in numerous machine learning tasks. Many researchers propose disaster event detection systems have ability to determine special local events, such as missing people, public transport damage by clustering similar tweets and hashtags together. In this paper, we try to extend tweet hashtag feature definition by applying word embedding. The experimental results are described that word embedding achieve better performance than the reference method.

The current article studied wave propagation in a nonlocal porous thermoelastic half-space with temperature-dependent properties. The problem is solved in the context of the Green-Lindsay theory (G-L) and the Lord- Shulman theory (L-S) based on thermoelasticity with memory-dependent derivatives. The governing equations of the porous thermoelastic solid are solved using normal mode analysis with an eigenvalue approach. In order to illustrate the analytical developments, the numerical solution is carried out, and the effect of local parameter and temperature-dependent properties on the physical fields are presented graphically.

Hematotoxicity and vascular irritation of DA-125, a new anthracycline antitumor antibiotic, were investigated in mice and rabbits. In hematotoxicity study, healthy male ICR mice were treated with DA-125 by a single intravenous injection at doses of 18 and 24 mg/kg. After 4, 8, 12 and 16 days WBC count, RBC count, hemoglobin concentration, hematocrit value, and platelet counts were measured respectively. As a positive control, 12 mg/kg of doxorubicin (DXR) was used in the same manner. Remakable reductions of WBC counts in groups treated with DA-125 or DXR were observed 4 days after administration and returned to normal range 8 days after injection in groups of DA-125 18 mg/kg and DXR 12 mg/kg. The recovery of leukopenia induced in a group of DA-125 24 mg/kg took about 16 days after administration. The RBC counts, hemoglobin concentrations and hematocrit values also decreased in all drug treated groups on day 8 and recovered thereafter. The platelet counts of groups treated with DA-125 or DXR decreased on day 4 and recovered from day 8 of experiment. Local vascular irritation of DA-125 was also assessed in rabbits. The obtained results can be summarized as follows. 1. Thrombophlebitis was not induced even after daily intravenous administration of 0.4% solution of DA-125 or 0.2% solution of DXR for 7 days. 2. Macro- and microscopic observations revealed that the irritative activity of 0.4% solution of DA-125 in blood vessels was not so much different from that of saline when they were injected once a day into vein retroauricularis of rabbits for 7 days. 3. Mild inflammatory reaction was noted around vessels in rabbits treated with 0.2% solution of DXR after consecutive intravenous infusion for more than 5 days. 4. The potencies of vascular irritation of the test solutions were summarized in the following order; saline = 0.4% DA-125<0.2% DXR. These results indicated that DA-125 showed similar pattern of hematotoxicity with DXR but was less hematotoxic than DXR, and that 0.4% solution of DA-125 did not elicit unusual toxic properties when injected through intravenous route for clinical practice.

Local intelligent services aim at controlling local services such as cooling or lightening services in a certain local area, using Internet-of-Things (IoT) sensor data in the area. As the IoT paradigm has evolved, local intelligent services have gained increasing attention. However, most of the local intelligent service mechanism proposed so far do not directly take the users' presence and service preference information into account for controlling local services. This study proposes an individual presence-and-preference-based local service system (IPP-LISS). We present a intelligent service control algorithm and implement a prototype system of IPP-LISS. Typically, the intelligence part of IPP-LISS including the prediction models, is generated on remote server in the cloud because of their compute-intense aspect. However, this can cause huge data traffic between IoT devices and servers in the cloud. The emerging mobile edge computing technology will be a promising solution of this challenge of IPP-LISS. In this paper, we implement IPP-LISS in the cloud, and then, based on the implementation result, we discuss applying the mobile edge computing technology to the IPP-LISS application.

The network-based IP mobility solution - Proxy MIPv6 provides a mobile node with local mobility support without requiring MIPv6 functionality of the mobile node by using two principle functional entities, LMA (Local Mobility Anchor) and MAG (Mobile Access Gateway) located in a Proxy MIPv6 domain. Yet, in case that a mobile node moves into a mobile network located in the domain, the mobile node can't receive the local mobility support any more because it can't communicate with the MAG. This paper proposes a scheme to support nested network mobility in a Proxy MIPv6 domain by adding MAG functionality to a mobile router in the mobile network and evaluates the performance of the proposed scheme. Performance analysis shows that the proposed scheme can increase the performance of handover delay, signaling costs, and packet loss ratio.

As the local economy has become stagnant, various policies have been made to revitalize the enormous construction industry. However, it is difficult for these policies to achieve their objective, as the construction industry is not an island unto itself but is interconnected in complex ways with diverse other areas of the economy. Interviews and surveys were conducted with experts in Busan, in order to identify the causes of the stagnant economy in the local construction market. The main findings were as follows. First, cost reduction and realistic master plans are needed as a solution for the problems of the redevelopment housing plan. Second, the alleviation of the construction policy is also necessary in order to overcome the problems of not considering the local construction industry. Finally, vocational training and quality education are needed to address the low awareness of construction feasibility analysis and the lack of highly trained human resources. The results of the study will help efforts to revitalize the local construction industry, and will provide an opportunity to reconsider the differences between the experts on issues of the industry.
