본 논문은 신경회로망과 같은 경험적 모델에서 출력별로 신뢰 구간을 추정하는 세 가지 대표적인 방법을 검토하고, 검토한 방법을 뉴로-퍼지 모델에 적용하여 장단점을 비교 분석한다. 본 논문에서 고려한 출력별 신뢰 구간 계산 방법은 cross-validation을 이용한 stacked generalization, 회귀 모델에서 유도된 predictive error bar, 지역 표현하는 신경회로망의 특성에 기반한 local reliability measure이다. 간단한 함수 근사화 문제와 혼돈 시계열 예측 문제를 이용하여 모의 실험을 수행하고, 세 가지 신뢰도 추정 방법의 성능을 정량적, 정성적으로 비교 분석한다. 분석 결과를 기초로 각 방법의 장단점 및 특성을 고찰하고, 모델링 문제에서 모델의 출력별 신뢰 구간 계산 방법의 실제 적용 가능성을 탐색한다.

네트워크 분석이 확산되면서 매개중심성이나 연결정도중심성과 같은 다양한 중심성 지수가 개발되어 활용되고 있으나, 가중 네트워크에서 지역중심성을 측정할 수 있는 지수로는 최근접이웃중심성 이외에는 거의 알려져 있지 않다. 이 연구에서는 가중 네트워크를 위한 일반화된 지역중심성 지수인 이웃중심성 지수를 새롭게 제안한다. 이웃중심성 지수는 파라미터 ${\alpha}$를 사용하여 이진 네트워크를 위한 연결정도중심성 지수와 가중 네트워크를 위한 최근접이웃중심성 지수를 일반화한 것이다. 6가지 실제 네트워크 데이터를 대상으로 하여 제안된 지수의 특징과 적정 파라미터 값을 살펴보는 실험을 수행하고 결과를 보고하였다.

Productivity of public organizations was far older due to issue more difficult to measure than private organizations. Unlike the private sector, the public sector is a diverse and sometimes conflicting objectives (efficiency, effectiveness, equity, democracy, etc.) exist, it is difficult to measure productivity in a single index. Many departments of government is intricately interrelated and sometimes produced by the joint efforts, it is difficult to allocate performance, incentives and accountability to among departments. And there is the difficulty of collecting data on the productivity indicators of public organizations. Despite these difficulties, we developed a productivity index system and measuring method to systematically introduce the concept of productivity in the local administration. In this paper, the productivity and the productivity index measurement practices of local governments conducted annually from 2011 on was deep into research. First, the report found examples of the governments of the developed countries, productivity measurement, then the way MOPAS(Ministry of Public Administration and Security) measure productivity index of local governments, success factors, the implications were in-depth analysis. Finally, in order to enhance productivity and competitiveness municipalities studied ways to take advantage of the productivity index.

In this study, we attempt to provide empirical evidence for the effect of the expenditure of the local governments on the air quality management. Based on the statistical data, the concentrations of air pollutants including $PM_{10}$, $O_3$, and $NO_2$ were analyzed in accordance with local characteristics of the local governments' environmental expenditure, demographic characteristics, and economic and human resources between 2008 and 2014. The results showed that government spending is estimated to have insignificant impact on air pollutants concentration. All these results are consistently corroborated from the analysis based on different alternative measure of local governments' expenditure (budget composition and measure of expenditure residuals). Subsequently, this study implies that environmental expenditures of local governments have not been effectively enforced to enhance the air quality of the region in Korea.

We find an easier formula to compute Hausdorff and packing dimensions of a subset composing a spectral class by local dimension of a self-similar measure on a self-similar Cantor set than that of Olsen. While we cannot apply this formula to computing the dimensions of a subset composing a spectral class by local dimension of a quasi-self-similar measure on a self-similar set on the way to a perturbed Cantor set, we have a set theoretical relationship between some distribution sets. Finally we compare the behaviour of a quasi-self-similar measure on a self-similar Cantor set with that on a self-similar set on the way to a perturbed Cantor set.

In this paper, we study experimentally the local polishing of $SiO_2$ surface using the $CO_2$ laser. For laser local polishing, we polished to remove the grooves or to be reformed the surface of grooves after forming the grooves on the material surface. We measured the reflectance, transmittance, and beam profile in order to measure the roughness of polished surface. The Atom Force Microscope (AFM) is used to measure roughness of local polishing surface. We can predict that the laser polishing contribute to the removal of generated debris and surface roughness on the micro processing.

Since the analytic expression for a diagnostic in the logistic regression model is not available, one-step estimation is often used by a case-deletion point of view. In this paper, infinitesimal perturbation approach is used, and it is shown that the scale transformation of infinitesimal perturbation approach is eventually equal to the weighted perturbation of local influence approach and the replacement measure. Also, multiple cases deletion for the masking effect is considered.

오는 2010년에는 제5회 전국동시지방선거가 실시된다. 본 연구는 이에 대한 준비의 일환으로, 2006년 5월 31일 실시된 제4회 전국동시지방선거자료(전라북도도지사 선거)를 대상으로 소지역주의가 나타났는지 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 지사에 출마한 각 후보자가 지역별로 얼마나 골고루 득표했는지를 측정해 볼 수 있는 RS 지수, 후보자별 지역친밀도를 측정해볼 수 있는 카이통계량, 대응분석 등의 분석방법을 활용하였다. 그 결과 일부 후보에 대하여 지역주의가 심하게 나타나고 있음을 확인하였으며, RS 지수는 종합지수인 관계로 지역주의여부를 평가하는 측도로서의 타당도는 떨어짐을 알 수 있었다.

This paper presents the measuring technique for local heat transfer coefficients using a copper sensor in a rod bundle with mixing vanes. A copper sensor consists of a cartridge heater and four pieces of thermocouple. The Heater is located at the center of the copper sensor and thermocouples measure the surface temperature of the copper sensor. Unheated copper sensor and heated copper sensor are able to measure the local heat transfer coefficient at the position where the heated copper sensor is installed. However the entire region of a rod bundle is actually not heated, the decay of local heat transfer coefficients measured represents overestimated value rather than an actual value. The calibration curve for local heat transfer coefficients is presented using the correction factor calculated by CFD.
