시뮬레이션프로그램을 활용한 교실조도 분석 및 개선방안 (An Analysis of Classroom Illuminance with Simulation Program and Improvement of Classroom Illumination)

  • 학교 조명실태를 조사하고 교실 1실에 설치된 조명기구의 수량별로 분류하고, 분류된 형태별로 조도를 측정하여 조도실태를 분석하였다. 책상면 조도는 학교시설기준을 만족하나 칠판용 국부조명을 설치하지 않은 경우 칠판조도가 학교시설기준에 미치지 못하였다. 교실 마감재 반사율 측정과 램프교체 및 램프청소 실험 등 실제로 측정한 자료를 기초로 하여 시뮬레이션 한 결과 현실적으로 전반조명 9등과 칠판용 국부조명이 필요하였으며, 유지관리를 고려한 설계가 요구됨을 알 수 있었다.

음향인식기술을 활용한 자동차 인식 조명제어 가로등 개발 (A development of Automotive recognition streetlight lighting control with sound recognition technology)

  • 본 논문에서는 기존 가로등의 소비 전력을 줄이고 자동차의 유무에 따라 지능적으로 조명을 제어하는 효율적인 새로운 조명제어 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 새로운 조명제어 시스템은 자동차가 이동할 때 발생하는 음향을 수집하고 분석하여 자동차의 유무를 판별한다. 그리고 자동차 감지 정보를 통해 가로등의 조명을 제어하고 다음 가로등에 자동차 감지 정보를 전송하여 순차적으로 가로등을 점등한다. 실험결과, 자동차의 유무에 따라 조명을 제어하고 자동차의 이동방향을 판별하여 순차적으로 가로등이 점등하는 동작을 확인하였다. 이와 같은 시스템은 자동차의 이동이 적은 지방도로나 국도에서 비효율적으로 항시 점등되어 있는 가로등에 적용하여 에너지를 절감할 수 있는 기술로 판단된다.

음영처리기법의 비교를 통한 실내공간 조명효과의 예측 (The Prediction of Interior Luminous Effect Through a Comparison of Shading Algorithms)

  • In Interior design, light is the most important factor in deciding color, texture and illumination level which are the basic factors of spatial design. To apply rendering technologies on prediction of illuminating effect, it is important to understand and analyse the basic properties of the illumination models that are local illumination model and global illumination model. The illumination models in computer graphics express the factors which determine the surface color, texture and light distribution through the reflection. The purpose of this study is to propose the best way of shading algorithm in interior space provided by the computer, based on the experimental analysis that 5 shading methods are applied to the interior space. The results of this study were as followed. 1) Local illumination models that are Lambert shading, Ground shading and Phong shading are not suitable to the prediction of interior illumination effect. 2) Ray tracing that is global illumination model could be adopted to interior illumination effects. Ray tracing is a very versatile algorithm because of the large range of lighting effects it can model. 3) Neither radiality nor ray tracing offers a complete solution for simulating all interior illumination effects. 4) Radiosity excels at rendering diffuse-to-diffuse inter-reflections and ray tracing excels at rendering specular reflections. By merging both shading techniques, that offers the best of both. Using computer technologies to simulate lighting in preliminary design stage which will provide information for designers and occupants to determine the effect of using artificial light sources at each stage of their design process. Further study in illumination analysis, prediction of illumination effect, and lighting calculation is required as computer media expands.

  • This paper describes a relative localization algorithm using odometry data and consecutive local maps. The purpose of this paper is the odometry error correction using the area matching of two consecutive local maps. The local map is built up using a sensor module with dual laser beams and USB camera. The range data form the sensor module is measured using the structured lighting technique (active stereo method). The advantage in using the sensor module is to be able to get a local map at once within the camera view angle. With this advantage, we propose the AVS (Aligned View Sector) matching algorithm for. correction of the pose error (translational and rotational error). In order to evaluate the proposed algorithm, experiments are performed in real environment.

지역적 이진패턴을 이용한 2차원 바코드 검출 알고리즘 (A 2-D Barcode Detection Algorithm based on Local Binary Patterns)

  • To increase the data capacity of one-dimensional symbology, 2D barcodes have been proposed a decade ago. In this paper, a new 2D barcode detection algorithm based on Local Binary Pattern is presented. To locate 2D barcode symbols, a texture analysis scheme based on the Local Binary Pattern is adopted, and a gray-scale projection with sub-pixel operation is utilized to separate the symbol precisely from the input image. Finally, the segmented symbol is normalized using the inverse perspective transformation for the decoding process. The proposed method ensures high performances under various lighting/printing conditions and strong perspective deformations. Experiments show that our method is very robust and efficient in detecting the symbol area for the various types of 2D barcodes.

쇼핑용 복합빌딩의 옥외조명으로 인한 광공해발생 실태조사 (Light Pollution Survey of Outdoor Lighting in Shopping Complex)

  • 우리나라의 경우 최근 경관조명의 중요성을 인식하고 많은 건축물과 광장, 조경, 역사적 모뉴멘트 등에 옥외조명이 설치되고 있다. 특히, 최근 쇼핑용 복합건물들은 옥외조명을 설치함으로써 건물의 인지도를 높이고, 그에 따라 매출을 증대시키고자 한다. 그러나, 대형 쇼핑용 복합빌딩에 옥외조명을 과다하게 설치함으로써 광공해를 발생시키고 있다. 이미 광공해에 대하여 선진외국에서는 조명조례와 광공해대책가이드 등을 제정하여 쾌적한 조명환경을 구축하려고 노력하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 주로 야간에 많이 이용되는 3개의 복합쇼핑 빌딩에 설치된 옥외조명의 광공해의 발생 실태를 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 건물의 표면휘도, 보행도로의 수평면조도 및 연직면조도를 직접 현장에서 측정기구로 측정하여 CIE기준과 비교하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 전반확산형조명기구가 보행도로에 설치됨으로써 눈부심이 부분적으로 발생하고 있으므로 cut-off 조명기구를 설치할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 건물외관의 옥외조명은 건물의 인지도와 광고를 강조하기 위하여 휘도값을 크게 설계한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 도로에 면한 건물표면의 측정휘도값이 CIE기준과 비교했을 때 2배정도 높게 나타났으며, 보도의 연직면 조도비도 권장값보다 크게 나타났다. 아직 우리나라의 경우 광공해에 대한 기준이나 가이드가 없으므로 이에 대한 대책이 절실히 필요하다.

시민의식조사를 통한 도시 야간경관디자인 컨셉 표현 (The Expression of Design Concept on Night Landscape through the Citizen-Minded Survey)

  • Light was the symbol of the city's prosperity and culture. People can walk around the city at the night time with safe. Now light is used with beauty and function at the same time. This study is the example how to draw the lighting design concept in specific city and district based on the citizen-minded survey. The citizen-minded survey makes a new chance taking the goodness and characteristics from local city specially and select the site for applying the specific opinion and requirement in the city. The expression of design concept on night landscape design gives the fresh image to the city during the night time. Because people feel the free and dynamic mood in the night landscape lighting, it is very important to set and express the design concept on night landscape design. The result of this study was applied in the Daegu city. In particular, the distribution complex's night landscape lighting in the Daegu was designed with specific concept expression from the citizen-minded survey. Making and expressing the design concept on night landscape design is basic for unity and diversity in the city.

  • In early Highlighting the client's personality especially, home design demands very careful consideration. It's not an easy task to understand the characteristics of each family member, to take into account their requirements, and strike proper harmony among them. For this Sampung Apartment Project, I decided to create a cozy homelike atmosphere by using overall modern and antique furniture, props, and lighting. I tried a different sense of space by choosing wood as the main material, installing furniture that looked antique, and applying painting with touch instead of pictures or wallpaper By the use of the light bulb color overall, lighting was yellow and added more comfort. Local lighting was used in certain places to add more fun along with the props. After choosing white as the main color, point colors were determined according to the client's inclination toward green and blue. The color choice also matched the client's paintings that were in soft green and blue. Each room was planned and color coordinated according to their own characteristics. The children's rooms were planned with such point colors as pink, green, and blue. The master bedroom and the family room were produced around gold and grey color, respectively.

아동실의 실내계획방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Planning of Children's Room)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the current interior conditions of children's rooms and to suggest theplanning guidelines of children's rooms. Data were collected through questionnaire survey including measurements and observations. The sample consisted of 291 households with the 3-5 years old children in Pusav. Data were analyzed by using SPSS-PC. The major findings were as follows : 1) It was found that most of children lived in small rooms. Considering their furnitures and equipments, the size of children's rooms should be 10-13 $m^2$. 2) Children's rooms should be closed to their parent's room and living room to take care of children and far from kitchen, balcony, diming room to prevent hazards. 3) Interior finishings such as wall papers, floor coverings should be chosen to consider the children's tastes and their preferred styles. 4) The types of furniture arrangement were divided by 5 types: one wall type, parallel type, ㄱ type, ㄷ type, ㅁ type. 5) The local lighting such as task lighting for studying and playing night lamp for sleeping should be used.

  • In this paper, the illuminance distribution of blackboards on classroom in elementary, junior, and senior high school was measured and analyzed. Generally, average illuminance and uniformity of illuminance was 519[lx] and 0.543 (elementary: 389[lx], 0.387; junior: 632[lx], 0.570; senior: 527[lx], 0.608) respectively. When all lighting fixtures in each classroom were turned on, average illuminance was higher about 65% than lights-out, and, in case that local lighting fixtures exist, was higher 27% than absence, but uniformity of illuminance turned bad on the contrary ($0.462{\rightarrow}0.676$). According to classification into direction of windows on classroom. facing north, both were bad. In case of classroom to slant to east or west, the difference of illuminance at the forenoon and afternoon was big, and uniformity of illuminance was also bad.
