Neighborhood park has the multiple functions toward quantitative and qualitative improvement of quality of citizen's life. This study is about neighborhood park in 4 Local Industry Complex of Cheonan City. Through this study has intended to analyze the status of use and the importance level of facilities. To reach this goal, this study has analyzed the general information, use and importance level of users through such statistical methods as frequency analysis, regression analysis and reliability analysis. As a result, users has the speciality in the neighborhood park in industry complex. Break area or facilities for the workers should be installed. Not end once installed, but continually improved and more efficient management of park facilities will be made. Also, importance of facilities analysis has the higher in normal or importance. Management and cleanliness is especially higher in importance. Importance for the overall facility was affecting in order the facility design, management, safety, installation number.

Korea seems to have introduced the legal basis for supporting and revitalizing the 6th industry since about 2010. Problems such as lack of systematic support system, inadequacy of cooperation and cooperation between ministries, and poor efficiency have been raised. Also, there is a lack of information on the designation, development method, participant, and management plan of the 6th industrial complex. In this study, we review prior researches and cases related to the 6th industry and examine how to efficiently create the 6th industry-specific complex by analyzing the requirements of customers for the enterprises, residents, professionals and officials of the metropolitan area and non-metropolitan areas. As a result of the questionnaire survey, some suggestions for the establishment of the 6th industry specialization complex were drawn. First, 77.5% of the total requires a combination of public and mixed use, which can be expected to have positive effects such as sharing development gains with local residents and improving resettlement of local residents. Second, the 6th industrial complex should be harmonized with the 1st, 2nd and 3rd industries. However, unlike the standardized land use plan of existing industrial complex, it is necessary to expand the distribution and sales space to reflect the demand for tertiary industry. It is also necessary to consider measures for securing primary industrial sites or securing primary industrial sites through external procurement. Third, it is necessary to establish and operate a plan reflecting rent and rental demand after leasing for a certain period.

The major challenge in promoting large-scale offshore wind power projects is securing local acceptance. Several recent studies have emphasized the crucial role of local governments in addressing this problem. However, local governments have difficulty in achieving clear results because of the lack of expertise and manpower in offshore wind power projects, making thempassive in promoting these initiatives. In this context, we briefly introduce the case of Shinan-gun, which recently successfully conducted a pre-feasibility study on a large-scale offshore wind power complex led by the local government.

Weighted network link prediction is a challenge issue in complex network analysis. Unsupervised methods based on local structure are widely used to handle the predictive task. However, the results are still far from satisfied as major literatures neglect two important points: common neighbors produce different influence on potential links; weighted values associated with links in local structure are also different. In this paper, we adapt an effective link prediction model-local naive Bayes model into a weighted scenario to address this issue. Correspondingly, we propose a weighted local naive Bayes (WLNB) probabilistic link prediction framework. The main contribution here is that a weighted cluster coefficient has been incorporated, allowing our model to inference the weighted contribution in the predicting stage. In addition, WLNB can extensively be applied to several classic similarity metrics. We evaluate WLNB on different kinds of real-world weighted datasets. Experimental results show that our proposed approach performs better (by AUC and Prec) than several alternative methods for link prediction in weighted complex networks.

In this paper, Wireless sensor network technology applied to various greenhouse agro-industry items such as horticulture and local specialty etc., we was constructed automatic control system for optimum growth environment by measuring growth status and environmental change. existing monitoring systems of greenhouse gather information about growth environment depends on the temperature. but in this system, Can be efficient collection and control of information to construct wireless sensor network by growth measurement sensor and environment monitoring sensor inside of the greenhouse. The system is consists of sensor manager for information processing, an environment database that stores information collected from sensors, the GUI of show the greenhouse status, it gather soil and environment information to soil and environment(including weather) sensors, growth measurement sensor. In addition to support that soil information service shows the temperature, moisture, EC, ph of soil to user through the interaction of obtained data and Complex Growth Environment information service for quality and productivity can prevention and response by growth disease or disaster of greenhouse agro-industry items how temperature, humidity, illumination acquiring informationin greenhouse(strawberry, ginseng). To verify the executability of the system, constructing the complex growth environment measurement system using wireless sensor network in greenhouse and we confirmed that it is can provide our optimized growth environment information.

본 연구의 목적은 국가산업단지 경쟁력 강화 사업의 일환으로 추진되고 있는 산업단지캠퍼스 사업에 대한 분석을 통해 국가산업단지의 경쟁력 강화에 있어 산업단지캠퍼스 사업의 의의와 정책과제를 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 창원 국가산업단지 구조고도화 사업의 일환으로 추진되었던 창원대학교 메카융합 산업단지캠퍼스 사업을 대상으로 설문조사 및 심층면담조사를 바탕으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구의 결과, 창원 산업단지캠퍼스 사업은 R&D역량과 정부재정지원 확보, 기업 간 정보의 교류활성화 측면에서 성과를 보인 것으로 드러났다. 그러나 사업대상 지역의 불균등 분포, 규정 및 관리감독의 부실, 타 정부사업과의 프로그램 중복, 연구 성과의 생산성 부족 등의 문제점이 제기된다. 이러한 문제점의 주요 개선방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산업단지캠퍼스 신규 선정 시에는 지역적 안배를 적절하게 고려하여 선정할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 정부재정지원이 종료된 산업단지캠퍼스에 대한 구체적인 성과관리 방안과 사업성과의 지속성 확보를 위한 관련 규정 및 관리감독체계 구축이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

본 논문에서는 용인지역 IT산업 육성을 목표로 용인지역 IT산업 육성 성공요인 및 성공전략에 관련된 선행연구 결과를 기반으로 용인지역 IT 산업단지 조성을 위해서는 어떠한 전략을 우선적으로 일관성 있게 추진해야 하는지를 IT기업, 행정공무원, 교수 및 연구원의 측면에서 AHP 기법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 그리고 IT산업단지 조성전략 분석에서 제시된 결과를 바탕으로 용인지역 IT산업단지 조성방안을 수립하였다. 본 연구에서 전문가 방문조사 및 설문조사 등을 통해 제시한 용인지역 IT산업단지 조성방안은 용인시 IT산업 육성을 위한 정책수립에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

In addition to simply providing quality food to the people, the fishery industry must be maintained and developed because it has various functions such as national food security, preservation of natural scenery, protection of national territory, and revitalization of the local economy. However, risk factors such as climate changes and environmental destruction have raised concerns about the sustainable development of the industry. Since these risk factors are becoming larger and more complex over time, it is time to conduct research related to the risk of the fishery industry. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the risk factors facing the fisheries at this point, to analyze the economic ripple effect of regional fishery product supply shortage, and to draw implications. As a result of this study, the economic ripple effect of fishery product shortage per won was highest in Busan, followed by Gangwon, Gyeongnam, and Gyeongbuk. Considering the size of the local fishery industry, Busan had the highest supply shortage per 1% of local fisheries production. It is also necessary to prepare special risk management and countermeasures for these regions since the effect of supply shortage in regions such as Jeonnam, Gyeongnam, and Jeju is large compared to other regions.

연구의 목적은 부산시 물류창고업의 공간분포와 연계의 특성을 파악하고 우리나라 항만 배후단지의 물류창고업에 대한 정책적 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 부산시에 입지하는 물류창고업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 설문자료에 기초하여 부산시 물류창고업을 업종, 규모, 조직형태로 구분하고 GIS를 이용한 점 패턴 분석과 근접성 분석을 하였다. 부산시 물류창고업은 영세한 단독사업체에서 탈피하여 본사와 지사 등의 조직을 가진 중 대규모의 업체로 변화하고 있다. 이들 업체들은 북항, 남항 및 감천항 등의 배후지역, 신평 장림공단 및 사상공업지역에서 공간적 집적을 이루며 분포한다. 부산시 물류창고 업은 고객인 제조업체에게 보관 서비스뿐만 아니라 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 동일 산업인 물류업의 다른 업종과 연계를 형성한다. 연계는 공간적으로 근접한 국지적 범위에서 대부분 형성되어 집적이익을 발생시켰으며 집적이익은 국지적 범위 내 물류창고업의 효율성으로 전환되어 연계의 공간적 범위를 확대시키는 것으로 나타났다.

The residence plan of Korea has been formed with bias for quantitative growth and uniformity failing at obtaining human value. Also, rapid growth brought about severe problems of deteriorated human life and destruction of environment. The solution for these problems is pursued in many directions, but there is short of active plan yet. The residence shall develop into new direction to satisfy the demand by reflecting society and culture as well as residents. This study examines external design with symbolic representation of regional feature as an alternative for uniform residence environment problem. This study will be a basic data upon suggesting the direction for planning high quality residence environment. This study examined the elements which form external space of residence complex, designed plan for external space of residence complex, and examined how to reflect regional feature which is important element of local community and culture on the space plan for residence complex based on the evaluation by local residents centered on Gimcheon-si, Gyeongbuk which just started local specialty by fostering. 'Special Area for Grape Industry.'
