Recently, diverse bio-growth and object production experience learning contents have been developed for AR-based storytelling. In this paper, we will develop a storytelling-based growth type content using 3D printer which can add interest in and motivation of experiential learning. It is possible to increase the value of the characters produced by 3D printer as they can be used as personal collections. The bio-growth type content enables the learners and users to experience the local culture, history, and tourism ecology, which can enhance the educational effect by promoting their understanding in a fun way. The purpose of this study is to develop an application for experiential learning contents which creates a virtual environment in an object smart device where you can experience the culture and ecology of a learning community, and then produce the output using the 3D printer to keep as a personal souvenir. The developed contents application for experiential learning can be utilized not only for students but also for tourists. It is expected to serve as a source for further development of various contents through 3D printing technology.
This study was performed by the literature review on housing of the aged in Korea with social constructionism perspective. This kind of research may be utilized as a theoretical framework for performance of any systems of housing for the aged. In terms of structural context, the value of conventional custom of filial piety thoughts and duty for family are being collapsed, which nay be suitable to the change of society, should be considered for positive acceptance of changes in ideology. In terms of institutional context, a method to grope for housing for the aged should be established through amicable cooperation between organizations of legalization concerned. In terms of organizational context, there is no organization that exclusively concern housing for the aged until now, thus, development of concrete manual is required for jobs of service in current department of policy for the aged. In terms of operational context, the service may include the understanding of characteristics of the aged and design of housing may also change the service of administration, and as cooperation in the local community care systems may change the service to the aged in the field. Connection of these services and operation of these organizations nay be required in the field to manage housing. Finally in terms of intersubjective context, as the form and method of housing management service is important, with understanding of the social meaning and importance on the role of manager.

This study investigated and analyzed the degree to which the '3rd Library Comprehensive Development Plan' established in Korea is related to the UN SDGs agenda, including whether the library does business or services related to the UN agenda. As a result, first, IFLA welcomed the UN 2030 Agenda by supporting the UN 2030 Agenda, that is, by presenting the library's specific implementation strategy to achieve the 17 goals of the SDGs. Second, all 14 Core tasks of the '3rd Comprehensive Library Development Plan' were found to be closely related to UN SDGs. Among them, it was analyzed that the convenience of access to user information, including the linkage of library information services, and the strengthening of library services tailored to the life cycle were most strongly related to this agenda. The results of this study are expected to help the community, government, local governments, and the public to appreciate the social contribution and value of the library.

The aim of this thesis is to present why the business district of old downtown in Jejusi collapsed and what sort of problems caused by that as collecting objective data, which help us to comprehend how the commercial zone has been decaying, on the physical state of the specific area near 'Sinheungro' and 'Chilsungro', which are main commercial sites in the downtown, and analysing it. Firstly It was revealed that most land investigated was property in which structure was able to built or poor land within $60m^2$. This was caused by increasing in land value and high density in space use so that the area did not develop. Secondly, In addition to be low density, most of buildings in 'Sinheungro' and 'Chilsungro' were so old and inefficient - the old buildings were abandoned without improving due to expensive rent and complicated property rights. Thirdly, According to the survey accomplished, major commercial facilities in the area have struggled with the continuous recession in their business. It was the inevitable result of not having an effective alliance with surrounding retail shops and a lack of a strategic action for satisfying consumers desire or adapting to new shopping patterns. Fourthly, Infrastructure in the site was ruining the beauty of the urban landscape as well as bringing on bad access to the inner city as not having improved enough. Furthermore, many administration departments which were in charge of each infrastructure existed. This was resulted from not considering unification between each infrastructure and regional characteristics of the local community.
A Korean endemic and evergreen small tree ' Dendropanax morbifera $L_{EV}$.(Araliaceae)' is a component of evergreen forest and mainly idstributein sourthern region and islands in Korea. A local population of D. morbifera which is located between evergreen and deciduous forest within 50m x 50m quadrate was investigated to ascertain the change of population structure, emergence and growth dynamics of seedlings and saplings, and pattern of spatial distribution by the temproal and spatial expansion of population . The result of analysis of population structure by Importnace Value(IV), evergreen forest showed a high species diversity of evergreen tree species such as Cinnamomum japonicum, Machilus japonica, Neolitsea serica, Daphniphyllum macropodum, Ligustrum japonicum, and etc, in middle and under story than in upper story where Camelia japonica and Quercus acuta were dominant. And in conterminous deciduous fores, the major component of evergreen forest in this region, Camellia japonica, Quercus acuta, evergreen tree of Lauraceae and etc. were abundant in only under story. IV of D. morbifera differed from among three story. In comparative analysis of emergence and growth dynamics of D. morbifera seedlings and saplings between evergreen and deciduous forest, emergece and density of seedlings were significantly greater in evergreen than in deciduous forest, and growth of height and basal diameter of seedlings and saplings were slightly larger in evergreen than in deciduous forest. The spatial distribution patterns by Moristia's index mapping of indivuduals using a lattice method of XY axis within this population showed that seedlings(age up to 2 years) and saplings (age>2 years and height<1m) both evergreen and deciduous forest were more or less aggregated apart from mature trees, and thougth intermediate trees(height>1m and dbh<10cm) had a aggregated distribution pattern, mature trees(dbh>10cm were uniform. In conclusion , the expansion of D. morbfera population from evergreen to deciduous forest accompanied with a mumber of evergreen woody species, and also, emergence and recruitment, and growth of seedlings were greatly influenced moisture and canopy by around community structure.

The purpose of this study was to find out the characteristics of housing policies and apartment designs by comparison of supplying and remodeling apartments between France and Korea. The literature review was used in Korea cases and the literature review, site investigation, and expert interviews were used in France cases. At first, by reviewing the related literatures about the apartment developments and regenerations in France and Korea, twelve remodeling cases were represented respectively in Ile de France and Seoul. As a result, in housing policy, the Korean housing market had a shortage of low-priced houses related to biased apartment developments by private sector dependence. Consequently, the living in Korea generally required the high price in low quality houses. But in France, the housing policies were very successful in housing quantity, quality, and expense. It is involved in balances between the public housing supply and the activation of a private housing market based on the government support policy. Nevertheless, in the success of the apartment as a house type, apartments in France means the social elimination because of the supply method problems and the management failures of HLM institutions. However, in Korea, the apartment implies the successful life of the middle class population because of the competitive evolutions during 40 years as a market housing. Secondly, In the characteristics of remodeling, the remodeling in Korea was for property value improvements. It mainly executed to expand the size of a house by expansion of living space. However the remodeling in France was for social mixes and connections with the surrounding area. It mostly performed by various design methods such as vertical merging houses, partial removal, reconstruction, and construction of a local community centers and mixed-use residential buildings. This study shows the simultaneously remodeling features of those two countries. These findings can be used in developing effective strategies for the public housing regenerations in Korea and other countries.

In this study, geochemical composition, CFCs (Chlorofluorocarbons), ${\delta}^{18}O$, ${\delta}D$, ${\delta}^{13}C$ isotopes and noble gases isotopes (He, Ne) were analyzed to determine their recharge age, source of $CO_2$ gas and noble gases of carbonated hot spring water and carbonated-water samples collected in the Seoqwipo of the Jeju. The pH of the carbonated waters ranges from 6.21 to 6.84, and the high electrical conductivity range ($1,928{\sim}4,720{\mu}S/cm$). Their chemical composition is classified as $Mg(Ca,\;Na)-HCO_3$ and $Na(Ca,\;Mg)-HCO_3$ types. As a result of the calculation of groundwater age using CFCs concentrations as an environmental tracer, the carbonated water and groundwater were estimated to be about 47.5~57.2 years and about 30.3~49.5 years, respectively. The ${\delta}^{13}C$ values of carbonated water range from -1.77 to -7.27‰, and are plotted on thr deep-seated field or the mixing field of the deep-seated and inorganic origin. Noble gases isotopic ($^3He/^4He$, $^4He/^{20}Ne$) ratio shows that helium gas of carbonated hot waters comes from deep-seated magma origin.

The Yellow Sea Ecoregion Conservation Project is a joint international project which is carried out under the purposes of conserving the habitats in the Yellow Sea Ecoregion and biodiversity from various threats that damage ecosystems, informing the importance and value of the Yellow Sea Ecoregion, and promoting the understanding and interests of Korea, China and Japan. Subsequent to the Yellow Sea Ecoregion Planning Programme which had been performed during the period from 2002 to 2006, the Yellow Sea Ecoregion Support Project has been performed over 7 years in total from 2007 to 2014. Panasonic is sponsoring the financing of the project, and the organizations in charge of the project by country are Korea Institute of Ocean Science & Technology for Korea and World Wide Fund for Nature branches for China and Japan. While the Yellow Sea Ecoregion Planning Programme was focused on the biological assessment and the selection of potential priority area by scientific review, the Yellow Sea Ecoregion Support Project is oriented toward practical activities targeting more diversified stakeholder. Especially, this project plans to support direct conservation activities in the region and participation and cooperation from local residents. The project plan is comprised of 3 phases. During the first period from 2008 to 2009, small grant projects were operated targeting 16 institutions of Korea and China, and for the second period from 2010 to 2012, one place each was selected as demonstration site for habitat conservation in Korea and China respectively and supported for three years to introduce the conservation method based on international standards such as the management of marine protected areas, ecosystem-based management and community-based management and simultaneously to develop habitat conservation activities suitable for national and regional characteristics. During the period from 2013 to 2014 which is the last phase, the project plans to distribute the performance of small grant projects and demonstration site activities through a series of forums among stakeholder. Through the activities described above, the recognition of general public on the conservation of the Yellow Sea Ecoregion was changed positively, and community-based management began to be reflected in the policies for the marine protected areas of central and local government.
Local opposition and protest constitute single greatest hurdle to the siting of locally unwanted land uses(LULUs), especially siting of high-level radioactive disposal not only throughout Korea but also throughout the industrialized world. It can be attributed mainly to the NIMBYism, equity problem, and lack of participation. These problems are arisen from rational planning process which emphasizes instrumental rationality. But planning is a value-laden political activity, in which substantive rationality is central. To achieve this goals, we need a sound planning process for siting LULUs, which should improve the ability of citizens to influence the decisions that affects them. By a sound planning process, we mean one that is open to citizen input and contains accurate and complete information. In other word, the public is also part of the goal setting process and, as the information and analyses developed by the planners are evaluated by the public, strategies for solutions can be developed through consensus-building. This method is called as a co-operative siting process, and must be structured in order to arrive at publicly acceptable decisions. The followings are decided by consensus-building method. 1. Negotiation will be held? 2. What is the benefits and risks of negotiation? 3. What are solutions when collisions between national interests and local ones come into? 4. What are the agendas? 5. What is the community' role in site selection? 6. Are there incentives to negotiation. 7. Who are the parties to the negotiation? 8. Who will represent the community? 9. What groundwork of negotiation is set up? 10. How do we assure that the community access to information and expert? 11. What happens if negotiation is failed? 12. Is it necessary to trust each other in negotiations? 13. Is a mediator needed in negotiations?
Under the market economy of capitalism, several limitations reveal the inequity and redistribution problem of wealth, inefficiency of over-manufacturing and over-consumption, pollution of the natural environment, and the constraint of human liberty and dignity. The new challenge of symbiotic relationships that encourage individual corporations coincides with the need to practice social responsibility and share values to overcome these limitations. Social economy and the social enterprises that simultaneously pursue the making of corporate private profits and the realization of social values have been suggested and disseminated as alternative social value creators. Furthermore, the concept of a sharing economy, which refers to the sharing of things rather than owning them, is growing traction as a new paradigm of capitalism. However, these efforts of social enterprises have fallen short against the conflicts between private profit and social values. This study deals with the case of a start-up social corporation, "Purun Bike Sharing Inc.," which is based on a regional sharing economy business model about bike rental services that use Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This corporation pursues harmonic management to achieve a balance between private profit and social value. Its corporate mission is to achieve sharing, coexistence, and contribution for public welfare. This mission is a possible idea for use in the local community network as a core key for sustainable social enterprises. The model can also be an alternative approach to overcome the structural friction in the social corporation. This study considers the case of Purun Bike Sharing as a sustainable way to practice a sharing economy business model based on a regional cooperation network, which can be combined with social value, and to apply ICT to a sharing economy system. It also examines the definition and current state of social enterprises and the sharing economy, and the cases of the sharing economy business model for the review of prior research.
