Video on Demand (VOD) is a multimedia service which allows a remote user to select and then view video at his convenience at any time he wants, which makes the VOD become an important technology for many applications. Numerous periodic VOD broadcasting protocols have been proposed to support a large number of receivers. Broadcasting is an efficient transmission scheme to provide on-demand service for very popular movies. This paper proposes a new broadcasting scheme called Popularity Cushion Staggered Broadcasting (PCSB). The proposed scheme improves the Periodic Broadcasting (PB) protocols in the latest mobile VOD system, which is called MobiVoD system. It also, reduces the maximum waiting time of the mobile node, by partitioning the $1^{st}$ segment of the whole video and storing it in the Local Media Forwarder (LMF) exactly in the Pool of RAM (PoR), and then transmitting them when the mobile nodes miss the $1^{st}$ broadcasted segment. The results show that the PCSB is more efficient and better than the all types of broadcasting and caching techniques in the MobiVoD system. Furthermore, these results exhibits that system performance is stable under high dynamics of the system and the viewer's waiting time are less than the previous system.

문화 컨텐츠 산업의 직무 능력 요구에 적응하는 산업현장과 연계된 실무능력 향상을 위해서 방송 연예, 연기학 교육과정 개발이 필요 하다고 판단된다. 우선 연기 예술의 직무 역량을 도출하기 위하여 문화 콘텐츠 산업의 환경 분석, 산업체 수요 조사, 재학생과 졸업생 요구조사, 지역사회 요구조사를 실시하였다. 또한 현장 전문가와 재학생 및 졸업생들의 평가를 통해 기존의 교육 과정을 분석하였다. 위의 분석 된 결과를 토대로 방송 연예, 연기학과 전공 교육과정개발을 수행하였다. 위의 교육과정 개발을 통해 핵심역량에 집중하는 연기 교육으로 교육 효과의 극대화를 꾀할 수 있으며 지역적인 인프라를 바탕으로 다매체 시대에 걸맞는 통합적인 배우를 양성할 수 있다. 또한 명배우를 양성하기보다는 쓰임새 있는 배우를 길러 낼 수 가 있다.

스마트폰의 사용이 크게 활성화됨에 따라 거의 모든 사람들이 항상 휴대하고 있으며, 실외에서는 GPS 위성시스템을 이용하여 자신의 위치를 인식하고 관련된 응용 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다. 그러나 실내에서는 스마트폰의 위치를 인식하기도 어렵고 TDOA 방식의 상대 위치를 측정하는 방식에서는 글로벌 좌표를 인식할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 음향 신호를 이용한 TDOA 방식의 상대 위치 추정 시스템에서, GPS 수신기와 지자기 센서를 이용하여 실내에서 스마트폰의 글로벌 좌표를 인식하는 시스템이 제안되었고, 그 성능과 실험 결과가 기술되었다.

본 논문에서는 혈압과 광용적맥파, 국부피부온도변화에 따른 심혈관 파라메터의 통계적 변화와 관계에 대해 연구하였다. 국부피부온도변화는 Finometer의 혈압, 광용적맥파 그리고 총말초저항에 영향을 주었고 오실로메트릭 혈압, 심박수, 심박출량에는 영향을 주지 않는 결과를 얻었다. 그러므로 온도변화가 있는 환경에서 에러를 줄이기 위해 심혈관계의 상태를 광용적맥파로 평가하기위해서는 온도를 제어하거나 보상해 주어야 한다.

본 논문에서는 2009년도에 설치 운영중인 중앙재난상황실의 DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) 재난경보방송시스템을 이용하여 국지적 재난방송으로 활용하기 위한 연구로 광역단위의 재난방송이 아닌 지자체 중심의 국지적 재난방송이 가능하도록 활용방안에 대해서 연구하였다. 게릴라성 폭우등 지구 환경의 변화로 인하여 국지적 재난이 빈번히 발생하고 있는 상황에서 국지적 재난 상황을 일반 국민에게 신속히 상황 전파하고 대피 방법등 지역 맞춤형 재난방송을 전달함으로 재난에 대한 국민의 신뢰도를 높힐 수 있는 방안을 연구하였다.

This study is to explore the relationship between trust in local administrative organization and organizational performance. Local administrative organizations provide the citizens with administrative services. Heightening the organizational performance contributes the citizens' happiness and the stream of times through organizations' change. To provide high quality of administrative service to citizens, trust in organizations is more important than any other capital. The improvement of organizational performance needs through this social capital. Factors about trust variables and organizational performance variables are extracted through the theoretical discussions. To do the research, public servants in 7 local administrative organizations of Gangwondo were asked to do the survey about how trust in organizations affects organizationa performances. The results explain that trust variables are related to organizational performance, and the local administrative organization which is high in trust is high in organizational performance. Trust in local administrative organizations improves the organizational performance internally and the organization will obtain trust from the citizens externally.

This paper proposes an improved image segmentation algorithm by the watershed algorithm based on the local adaptive threshold on local minima search and the fixing threshold on label allocation. The previous watershed algorithm generates the problem of over-segmentation. The over-segmentation makes the boundary in the inaccuracy region by occurring around the object. In order to solve those problems we quantize the input color image by the vector quantization, remove noise and find the gradient image. We sorted local minima applying the local adaptive threshold on local minima search of the input color image. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm controls over-segmentation and makes the fine boundary around segmented region applying the fixing threshold based on sorted local minima on label allocation.

This letter presents an angular minimum spanning tree (AMST) algorithm for topology control in multi-hop wireless ad hoc networks. The AMST algorithm builds up an MST for every angular sector of a given degree around each node to determine optimal transmission power for connecting to its neighbors. We demonstrate that AMST preserves both local and network-wide connectivity. It also improves robustness to link failure and mitigates transmission power waste.

This paper presents the design and implementation of 16-QAM modem that can be applied to fixed broadband wireless access systenm. It is implemented in the hardware prototype that consist of FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) for digital signal processing and analog front end module for analog signal processing. We provide 20.48Mbps data rate using implemented modem and test the modem in KOREA 26㎓ broadband wireless local loop system including IFU(Intermediate Frequency Unit) and RFU(Radio Frequency Unit) via air interface.

본 논문에서는 본사와 각 지점 간에 설치된 인터넷 사설교환기(IP PBX)의 통화지연시간을 단축하는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 지사 PBX의 내부 메모리 내부에 주소저장 공간을 마련하고, 가장 많이 사용하는 전화주소를 저장하게 한다. 따라서 해당 IP PBX에 연결된 전화 단말기를 이용하여 원거리에 있는 IP PBX에 접속되어 있는 전화번호로 호를 시도 할 때 해당 주소를 검색하기 위하여 먼저 자신의 내부 메모리를 검색한다. 검색한 해당 전화번화가 있으면 해당 주소로 바로 전화를 가능하게 하여 본사와 설치된 IP PBX에 조회를 거치지 않게 함으로써 통화지연시간을 개선할 수 있도록 알고리즘을 개발하고 실험을 통하여 입증하였다.
