  • In this paper, we propose an Intelligent Monitoring Network System(IMNS) for the truck scale balance system. Truck scale balance system consis of three parts; Load cell part, Indicator part, and Junction box part. IMNS is attached to Junction box in truck scale balance system. Even if Load cell have been some problems, a truck scale balance system still has been run to determine, the values involved error. Therefore prosed system is has concentrated on Load cell part. Other Parts have been changed a portion of circuit for monitoring system.

로드셀형 풍향풍속계 개발 (Development of Load-Cell-Based Anemovane)

  • 로드셀형 풍향풍속계는 바람의 벡터적 성질을 이용한다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 풍향풍속계는 기존과 달리 풍속계의 날개부가 회전하지 않는 고정형이다. 로드셀형 풍향풍속계를 개발하기 위해서는 측정된 4개 날개의 압력비와 풍향, 압력합과 풍속사이의 관계식을 각각 도출해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 압력비와 풍향사이의 관계식을 도출하기 위하여 각각 ANSYS CFX를 이용한 해석적 접근과 풍동실험을 이용한 실험적 접근을 적용하였다. 해석시 $0^{\circ}$에서 $90^{\circ}$까지 $7.5^{\circ}$ 간격으로 풍향조건을, 실험시 $10^{\circ}$ 간격으로 10가지 풍향조건을 설정하였다. 또한 실험 및 해석적 접근을 통해 압력비와 풍향사이의 관계식을 도출하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 계층적 셀 구조에서 umbrella 셀과 overlaid 셀 사이의 부하 분배 문제를 연구한다. 부하 분배 정책을 제안하고 HSDPA에서 인터넷 트래픽을 전달하는 경우를 시뮬레이션하여 제안된 정책의 성능을 평가한다. 평가 결과, 마이크로 셀이 피코 셀의 부하를 잘 분담해주는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 특정한 피코 셀 집단에 큰 부하가 가해졌을 경우에 그 효과가 크게 나타났다. 이 정책을 사용할 경우, 비정상적인 큰 부하에 대처하기 위해 필요한 용량을 확보할 필요가 없어지므로 시스템 설치비용을 줄일 수 있게 된다.

  • This paper describes the development of a precision 3-component load cell with plate beams which may be used for measuring forces Fx, Fy and moment Mz simultaneously in industry. The equations to predict the bending strains on the surface of the beams under forces or moment are derived, the attachment location of strain gages of each sensor is determined, and 3-component load cell is carried out. It reveals that the rated strain calculated from the derived equations are good agreement with the results from Finite Element Method analysis.

  • Therefore this study focused on developing real-time system, which makes it possible for nurses to check the residual quantity and changing time of Ringer's solution in nurses' room. Load Cell is utilized as a sensor to check the residual quantity of Ringer's solution. This Load Cell detects the physical changes of Ringer's solution and transfers electronic signal to the amplifier. Amplified analog signal is converted into digital signal by A/D converter. Developed Embedded system, which computes these data with microprocess(8052) then makes it possible to monitor the residual quantity of Ringer's solution real-time on a server computer.   • This study describes the real-time measurement system which consist of multi-components load cell and linear motor. Operationg and data acquisition is controlled by PC. Multi-components load cell measures simultaneously the vertical force Fz and frictional force Fx when contactors move on sample surface. Linear motor is used to translate with constant speed without vibration. The frictional coefficient is calculated by Matlab$^{TM}$. The frictional coefficients between Al. plates. and fingertip and fabrics are measured.d.

  • The KTX-Sancheon has been commercially operating on the high-speed line since March. 2. In order to verify the performance of high-speed train and core equipments such as current collection system, sophisticated tests and evaluating procedures should have been considering. In this paper, the load cell with a built-in strain-gauge which developed to improve measuring method of contact force between the pantograph and catenary system is introduced. The static test results of the load cell shows that its design is very suitable and applicable for the dynamic test and on-line test. After the test and evaluation of load cell's dynamic calibration with pantograph, we will be applied to test interaction characteristics between the pantograph and catenary system on the high-speed line.

  • Feasibility of the small capacity fuel cell powered vehicle is carried out for system design with loading characteristics. The major design concepts which include battery, driving motor, and fuel cell module are analyzed and discussed for the future development. A load characteristics program is developed in order to calculate the traction power of fuel cell vehicle according to the driving courses specified. Further, the small capacity fuel cell vehicle is analyzed to determine the capacity of stack as a function of the velocity for an appropriate power required.

  • In this paper, transient voltage response of Polmer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) stack is analyzed and voltage dynamic characteristic is modeled for optimal design of power conditioning system (PCS). According that the load is changed, the corresponding operating voltage of fuel cell stack is also varied with a certain deep and rising time due to the chemical and mechanical responses. This transient behavior can affect on the operation with respect of PI gain in controller, duty ratio, capacitor of capacitor and so on. So in this paper the detailed theoretical analysis of transient voltage dynamics is explained and the methodology of dynamic modeling is introduced. In addition, the validity and feasibility of the proposed dynamic model is verified by experimental results under various load conditions.
