전동차 구동대차의 구조해석 및 하중시험 비교 고찰 (A Comparision on Structure Analysis and Load Test of Driving Bogie for Electrical Multiple Unit)

  • This paper describes the result of structure analysis and load test for bogie frame. The purpose of the analysis and test is to evaluate an safety which body structure shall be considered fully sufficient rigidity so as to satisfy proper system function under maximum load. Bogie system consists of bogie frame, suspensions, wheel-sets, braking system and transmission system. Among these component, the bogie frame is most significant component subjected to the vehicle and passenger loads. The evaluation method is used the JIS E 4207 specification throughout the FEM analysis and static load test. The analysis and test results have been very safety and stable for design load conditions.

  • This paper describes the result of load test of a bogie frame. The purpose of test is to evaluate the safety which bogie frame shall be considered fully sufficient rigidity so as to satisfy proper system function under maximum load. Bogie system consist of the bogie frame, suspensions, wheel-sets, a brake system and a transmission system.   • This paper describes the evaluation of structural integrity and dynamic characteristic of inertial load test equipments for performance test of railway vehicle propulsion control system. The propulsion control system of railway vehicle has to be confirmed of safety and reliability prior to it's application. Therefore, inertial load test equipments were designed through theoretical equation for performance test of propulsion control system. The structural analysis of inertial load test equipments was conducted using Ansys v11.0 and it's dynamic characteristic was evaluated the designed using Adams. The results showed that the structural integrity of inertial load test equipment was satisfied with a safety factor of 10.2. Also, the structural stability was proved by maximum dynamic displacement of 0.82mm.

  • Load test for newly introduced precast segmental bridge is carried out to experimentally evaluate load carrying capacity, Analysis accompanied with the test is also performed and the results are used in the evaluation. In addition to initial evaluation of the bridge by load test, remote dynamic monitoring system to perform realtime assessment of the bridge condition is also under development. In this paper the procedure and results of load test and evaluation are presented along with introduction of dynamic monitoring system.

  • Bi-directional load test is one of O-cell tests. The O-cell test is a system which may be used for performing static load tests on cast in situ reinforced concrete bored piles. The technique was devised and developed by Osterberg of Northwestern University(USA) and has been in use around the world. The principle of the method is that an O-cell is installed in a cast in situ bored pile base. Once the pile concrete reaches its design strength the cell is connected to an hydraulic pump and pressured. Pressurisation causes the cell to expand, developing an upward force on the section of pile above the cell loads, pile movements and strains within the pile then enable the capacity of the pile and its load settlement curves to be ascertained. Bi-directional load tests using O-cell are now becoming common practice around the world, particularly where the loads to be applied are high or where it is not convenient to perform top-down loading tests. In the study, calculate ultimate capacity of bi-directional load test using FEM and beam on elasto-plastic foundation theory.

  • Load capacity varies according to a day of the week in traction power supply system, because time schedule in railway is changed as demand for passengers and freights. Therefore, Voltage drop also varies as load capacity. In Korea railway, Voltage collected from catenary in train is decreased, as load supplied traction power supply system is increased. Therefore, investigation about voltage drop should be performed, before development of countermeasure against voltage drop. The investigation can be performed by simulation or field test. Naturally, field test is more precise than simulation. In addition, field test should be carried out at peak load. This paper presents test and analysis about voltage drop in railway. The test is performed in both a day of the week and weekend. The analysis is figured out comparison load capacity between two days and voltage drop across terminal.

  • A Web-based pile load test (WBPLT) system was developed and implemented in this study. Object-oriented and concept-based software design techniques were adopted to integrate the pile load test database into the system. A total of 673 case histories of pile load test were included in the database. The data consisted of drilled shaft and driven precast concrete pile axial load tests in drained, undrained, and gravel loading conditions as well as pre-analyzed data and back-calculated design parameters. Unified modeling language, a standard software design tool, was utilized to design the WBPLT system architecture with five major concept-based components. These components provide the static structure and dynamic behavior of system message flows in a visualized manner. The open-source Apache Web server is the building block of the WBPLT system, and PHP Web programming language implements the operation of the WBPLT components, particularly the automatic translation of user query into structured query language. A simple search and inexpensive query can be implemented through the Internet browser. The pile load test database is helpful, and data can be easily retrieved and utilized worldwide for research and advanced applications.

  • This paper presents the load modeling process and bus load models for KEPCO power system. At first, load devices commonly used in KEPCO power systems were selected, and tested for measuring the voltage and frequency sensitivity of active and reactive power. From this test, about 40 voltage and frequency dependent load models have been obtained. The bus load composition rate for KEPCO power system has been determined using the various recent surveys and papers in order to develop the load model for a power system bus. To verify the accuracy of developed bus load models, the field test for measuring active and reactive power according to artificial variation of the bus voltage was performed at 8 substations for spring summer, autumn, winter cases. With data of this seasonal field test, more reliable bus load models for KEPCO power systems were developed.

  • 본 논문은 대전력시험설비를 이용한 특고압 가스 절연 부하 개폐기의 대전력 시험회로의 구성과 통합형 시험 방법에 관하여 연구하였다. 대전력시험설비는 전기기기의 전기적 및 기계적인 성능을 검증하는 설비로서 단락발전기, 보호차단기, 투입스위치, 임피던스, 고압변압기, 저압변압기, 측정 및 보호시스템 등으로 구성되며, 이 시스템을 이용하여 단시간전류시험, 전류개폐용량시험, 단락투입 및 차단시험 등을 실시한다. 특고압 가스 절연 부하 개폐기의 규격으로는 국내 배전계통에 적용되는 ES(한국전력공사 표준규격) 5925-0002가 있으며, 국제 규격으로는 IEC 60265-1, 62271-1 및 IEEE C 37.74 등이 있다. 본 논문에서는 여러 규격에 각각 규정되어 있는 시험 절차, 시험회로 구성 및 시험 방법 등을 통합하여 600[MVA]급 대전력 시험설비에 적용하였다.

  • 항공용의 센서 포드는 비행체 기동조건에서 유도된 비행 하중에 대하여 정적 구조시험을 통한 구조 건전성을 검증해야 한다. 이를 위해 센서 포드 전 구조체의 정하중 시험장비 개발이 필수적으로 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 시험요구도를 기본으로 정적 구조시험의 구성 및 시험 구조물, 시험체 구속장치, 하중 인가장치, 제어 및 계측장비 등의 설계, 제작, 조립 및 검증에 대한 방법과 절차들을 확보하였다. 결론적으로 센서 포드의 정하중 시험 및 데이터 획득을 성공적으로 수행하였으며, 시험장비의 신뢰성도 함께 입증하였다.
