소형어선용 어창내의 열 유동특성 해석 (Numerical Analysis of Fluid and Thermal Characteristics on Live Fishing Tank of Small Fishing Boat)

  • The depression of the external situation like the departure of WTO system and the plan of EEZ proclaim is forcing fishery into improving their fishing condition. By this international and domestic circumstance, development of the sea water cooling apparatus for fish hold storage is demanded sincerely. This study represents the thermal characteristics of the fish hold storage during transportation. The numerical analysis in this study is the finite volume method with the SIMPLE computational algorithm to study the seawater flow behavior in the fish hold storage. The computation were carried out with the variations of the circulating flow velocity and depth of fish hold storage. As the result of the three dimensional simulations, the mean temperature doesn't almost change by the circulating flow rate. find the mean temperature is suddenly changed by the ratio of depth of fish hold storage.

  • Recently, with the policy balance development in the country, Ministries of the government as managers related each of regional projects have prepared pan-governmental support system to achieve Making Livable Area Policy. This study is analysis result of investigation in 2007 authorized cases of MLCP(Making Livable City Project) which Ministry of Construction & Transportation have propelling from city and rural-urban area of town, myeon and dong, to rural area of small village size. Areas chosen for MLCP have the active participation of inhabitants, and to promote successfully project, need to support system and originality for area. Such projects will finally increase the life quality, and make life-spaces wanting to live in the area.

  • This study examines and analyzes residential environment and factors with partial region of Chungjang-dong, Dong-gu, Gwangju based on land register and questionnaire. Consequently, most of residents are in their forties or over and working at downtown or place near it. It is found that rate of their own house is high and they live in the current house over 10 years. Residential factors at downtown area include its convenience, distance to workplace, convenient transportation and easy use of cultural and commercial facilities, but their consciousness of residence shows a low satisfaction with children education, air pollution, noise, parking facilities, green zone for making community, resting place, sunshine, view and privacy.

노인주거에 관한 중년층의 주요구 (Housing needs for the Elderly in Reference to the Middle-Aged)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate housing needs for the elderly in reference to the middle-Aged, the relationship of their housing needw with demographic variables and personal characteristic. The main results are as follows: 1. The desired distance form their residence to children's house is about halr an hour to one hour by car. White color employees are more declined to living seperately from thier children than blue color. Most of them like to depend on pensions for living expenses. 2. The favorite housing plans are listed in the order of self-contained unit(50.7%), intermediate care housing(38.6%) and living with their children(10.7%). This tells that the prospective elderly likes to live independentlay from their children and suggests the need for housing plans for elderly people. 3. Women are highly interested in both interior and exterior housing environment. People who are active in their everyday life tend to show more interests in interior facilities and space arrangements of their house, transportation, and neighboring environments.

An improved algorithm in railway truss bridge optimization under stress, displacement and buckling constraints imposed on moving load

  • Railway truss bridges are amongst the essential structures in railway transportation. Minimization of the construction and maintenance costs of these trusses can effectively reduce investments in railway industries. In case of railway bridges, due to high ratio of the live load to the dead load, the moving load has considerable influence on the bridge dynamics. In this paper, optimization of the railway truss bridges under moving load is taken into consideration. The appropriate algorithm namely Hyper-sphere algorithm is used for this multifaceted problem. Through optimization the efficiency of the method successfully raised about 5 percent, compared with similar algorithms. The proposed optimization carried out on several typical railway trusses. The influences of buckling, deformation constraints, and the optimum height of each type of truss, assessed using a simple approximation method.

  • 인터넷이 우리의 생활의 기본 인프라로 자리 잡고 사이버 공간에서의 생활이 일상화되면서 부가적인 많은 문제점들이 생겨났다. 그 중 사이버 침해는 정보사회의 가장 심각한 문제 가운데 하나가 되었다. 해마다 증가하는 사이버공격, 지능화되고 진화하는 공격 유형 등으로 사이버 생태계가 더 복잡해지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 최근 인터넷 침해 사고 현황과 인터넷 침해 유형 및 해킹방법을 분석하고 국내 대응 조직 및 국제 협의체 현황을 분석하였다.

물리적 환경의 고령친화 디자인 가이드라인 개발 (Development of Aged-friendly Design Guideline in Physical Environment)

  • The purpose of this research is to provide a basic framework of design guideline for elderly people who can live without inconvenience. It is time to think about how to create an age-friendly city for the Korean society which is rapidly advancing in population aging. Design guidelines studied in this research cover not only architecture but also urban, landscape and transportation fields, and consist of 90 items in 7 areas (park&open space, buildings, pedestrian street, crosswalk&bicycle lane, bus stop&subway station, parking housing). The importance of each item and each area were surveyed to verify objectivity. The result of importance of each item can be used to select design guidelines which can be applied first to create an aged-friendly physical environment.

  • According to the statistics, Korea is expected to reach a super-aged society in 2025. In preparation for an aging society, The government is making efforts to improve in social activity and welfare for the elderly people. But in case of people who live in urban-rural mixed cities, They can not benefit from traffic convenience that is essential in social activities. For example, surveys and interviews show that, The dwellers(65+ of some urban-rural mixed cities) have many restrictions on social activities because of mobility disadvantage. Therefore, We propose that expansion for the people who need to use the voucher taxi, Increase of the public bus service and rebuilding of the bus stop terminal. We are looking forward to this study will be used as basic data for transportation policy of urban-rural mixed cities across the country.

단순연계 출근통행시간에 미치는 요인분석 (Factors Influencing Commuting Time to Work for the Simple Linkage Travel)

  • 본 연구에서는 개인의 활동시간배분 행태 중 출근통행시간에 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 출근통행시간은 개인의 거주지를 결정하고 교통수단을 선택하는 중요한 지표가 된다. 수도권(서울, 인천, 경기)에 거주하며, 동시에 수도권으로 출근하는 단순연계 통행(집-직장-집)을 한 사람들을 대상으로 분석하였다. 종속변수가 연속변수일 경우, 어떤 분포를 가정하지 않고 적용할 수 있는 Cox Hazard Proportional 방법론을 이용하였으며, 공변량(covariate)으로는 출근지의 공간변수와 교통수단 변수의 교호작용(interaction effect)을 모델에 도입하였다. 출근통행시간은 수도권 전체를 대상으로 한 경우와 서울, 인천, 경기도의 거주지별로 나누어 추정하였는데, 그 결과, 개인속성변수, 가구속성변수, 통행특성변수가 출근통행시간에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 교통수단별 이용행태에서도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.01). 본 연구를 통해 Cox Hazard Proportional모델의 유용성을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 2006년 수도권 가구통행실태조사 자료를 이용하였는데 현재 진행 중인 2010년 조사 자료를 이용하여 시대적 변화를 고려한 행태 변화에 대한 연구를 향후과제로 제안하였다.

공공자전거시스템의 사회적 가치와 자전거 특성의 관계성 연구 (Perceived Features of Cycling and Value of Public Bike System)

  • 본 연구에서는 시민들이 인식하고 있는 자전거의 특성과 공공자전거시스템의 사회적 가치에 대한 상관관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 최근 10년간 전 세계적으로 활발히 진행되고 있는 공공자전거 서비스를 대상으로 해당 교통 시스템에 대한 사회적 가치를 시민들의 지불의사액으로 설정해 연구를 진행하였다. 지불의사액 추정을 위해서 CVM 방법 중 가장 활발히 활용되고 있는 이중양분선택형(double-bounded dichotomous choice)과 개방형 질문을 통합 활용하여 수원시 시민 1,722명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 공공자전거에 대한 특성 요소도 함께 질의하여 그 결과를 이항 로지스틱 회귀모형(binary logistic regression)과 중도절단회귀모형(censored regression)을 통해 공공자전거시스템에 대한 사회적 가치인식과의 관계를 검증하였다. 분석결과 월지출 교통비, 소득 그리고 자전거 소유 등의 변수와 함께 교통체증의 해소가 가능한, 버스와 승용차와 같은 교통수단, 높은 이동성을 가지는 수단으로서의 자전거의 특성이 공공자전거의 사회적 가치를 향상시키는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 공공자전거에 대한 긍정적인 특성들이 인식되면 해당 시스템의 가치를 높게 평가하는 행태로 이어지며, 궁극적으로는 시스템의 이용 가능성을 향상시킨다고 해석될 수 있다. 공공자전거시스템에 대한 특성인식의 중요성을 검증한 본 연구결과를 토대로 공공자전거시스템의 효율성 제고를 위한 정책 추진 전의 검토사항에 대해 고찰해 본다.
