This paper stems from information accumulated from extensive literature review, a pilot study and a formal interview for an ongoing research on housing privatization implemented by the government-linked companies in Malaysia. Through extensive literature review, issues pertaining to housing privatisation were identified. Expectations of public sector, outcome of housing privatisation and factors influencing such outcome have also been tentatively confirmed through pilot study and an ongoing postal survey. A formal interview with a project director of independent Public-private partnerships (PPP) organization in UK has also inspired some useful lessons for the local housing industry. Different modalities of PPP from various countries show that while housing privatization pose several problems, mitigating them is possible through appropriate strategies.

Objectives : To review the needling depth, therapeutic and adverse effects of intraperitoneal acupuncture and related acupoints. Methods : Studies and reports from the literature, Korean medical health insurance data and databases were searched and selected. Results : The depth of needle insertion for acupoints related to intraperitoneal acupuncture has been documented to range from 0.9 to 10.5 cm depending on the acupoints and literature. In studies of safe needling depth, the justice of safe needling depth varied from study to study, but was generally based on the peritoneum, and the depth varies by patient age, sex, body type, and weight. Clinical studies in China have shown good efficacy and no side effects of abdominal long needle acupuncture, but there have been case reports of adverse events following abdominal acupuncture. Conclusions : To ensure both therapeutic effectiveness and safety of intraperitoneal acupuncture, It is necessary to utilize the ultrasound in clinical practice and conduct related research.

With a rapid growth of the internet shopping mall consumer according to popularization of the internet, it is possible for the general public to get information covering a wide range a wide range go easily and companies attempt to apply review a new marketing means. The present paper aims to research investigated the Evaluation method of Reviews by the Experienced Review. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, carried out literature study of a related field. Through these methods, we were able to obtain participation of 166 people from student a college woman. Using 149 responses derived statistics by means of Win SPSS Version 12.0 statistics program package. The analysis results are the on-line customer review is composed of four dimensions that is expertise factor, trustworthiness factor and usefulness factor, evaluation factor.

Online reviews offer valuable information to businesses by reflecting consumer experiences about their products and services. Two important aspects of online reviews are first, the topics consumers choose to address and second, the sentiments expressed in their reviews. Building upon previous literature that shows online reviews are context-dependent, we examine the impact of topic distribution on review sentiment in South Korea and the U.S. during pre-and post-pandemic periods. After performing topic modeling on Airbnb app review data, we measure the contribution of each topic on review sentiment using SHAP values. Our results indicate variations in topic distribution trends between 2018 and 2021. Also, the order and magnitude of topics' impact on review sentiment change between pre-and post-pandemic periods for both countries. This study can help businesses to understand how topics and sentiments associated with their products and services changed after pandemic, and also help them identify areas of improvement.

We scrutinized the Korean taxonomic literature, with special focus on some nomenclatural points and four different cases were listed categorically. Several naked names (nomen nudum), invalidly published names, typographical and orthographical errors, incorrect use of hybrid names and authorship, and errors in the citation of the bibliographic references have appeared in newly published literature in Korea, due to misapplications of ICBN (International Code of Botanical Nomenclature). Although literature review and synonyms are imperative and essential elements of taxonomic study, many author citations tend to be copied from one publication to another without any confirmation of the original source. It is strongly recommended that scientists who have previously published careless work should be more careful, and they should be instructed to read original descriptions and to learn current practices in the code.

Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to analyze the trends of research related with oriental nursing. Method: 124 articles about oriental nursing from 1990 to July 2003 were analyzed according to the articles' characteristics, sources by publication period, research design, nursing intervention effect of experimental study and concept, and content of literature review. Result: 1. The number of studies related with oriental nursing has progressively increased by year from 1990, and that of articles was the highest during the period between 1995 to 1999. 2. The majority of research design were survey and correlational studies, and most of them were published in the before 2000. But experimental design were used in the after 2000. 3. Nursing intervention used in the experimental design were Dan Jeon Breathing, Qigong, Yoga, Guided Imagery, Aroma therapy, San-Yin-Jiao(SP-6) Pressure, Percutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation, Massage(Meridian Point, hand, foot, etc.) Chuna- Bed Exercise Program. Diet for Sasang Constitution etc. 4. The key concept of literature review articles is ki(energy), oriental nursing, health promotion, oriental medicine management of illness etc. Conclusion: The summary of the above results shows a tendency that the study has increased by year. Especially, experimental study proved affirmative effect. Besides in the literature review, inquiry of theories and practical perspective, which is necessary for the establishment of oriental nursing was introduced. However, for the establishment of oriental nursing, more experimental and qualitative studies are to be required.

Background: Lipomas are benign soft tissue neoplasms of mature adipose tissue commonly occurring in the trunk or extremities. But, intraoral lipomas are rare entities which may be only noticed during routine dental examinations. Especially intramuscular lipomas on the tongue have been reported very rarely. In this study, we report a case of intramuscular lipoma on tongue, with a review of the literature from 1978 to 2019, providing data on age, gender, location, presenting symptoms, size, surgical methods, and recurrence. Case presentation: A case of intramuscular lipoma occurring in tongue region in a 65-year-old male is reported. Surgical excision is the mainstay of treatment for the lesion. In order to decrease the deformity and discomfort after the excision, we tried to modify surgical technique using enveloped mucosal flap. This technique provided more comfortable healing procedure on the operative site without recurrence. Conclusion: This is a rare case of large intramuscular lipoma on tongue. Surgical excision with enveloped mucosal flap design was performed to diminish postoperative raw surface and discomfort and a 24-month follow-up showed excellent healing without any recurrence. A case of intramuscular lipoma on tongue and relevant literature reviews are presented in this study.

In order to secure clinical evidence for the treatment of cold accumulation (CA), this study reviewed and analyzed 91 records of literature and related records. To perform a classical literature search, the Oriental Medicine Classic databases and the Uibujeonrok electronic data were searched. Books on Immunopharmacopuncture (IP) were also reviewed. A common etiology for CA was attributed to the abdomen, while the detailed sites of the abdomen differed. In IP, CA had a more comprehensive list of symptoms of physiological and pathological significance. As for the treatment of CA, typically, herbal medicine was used until the end of the Korean Empire period, and moxibustion treatment on CV4, CV6, CV-12, ST36, EX-B4, and conduction exercise therapy were also reported. Since 1965, acupuncture needle-based invasive treatment such as acupuncture for CA, and IP have been described in IP theory. Consequently, the treatment of CA (as described in the IP theory), was considered to be a more advanced method of treatment compared with the existing classical treatment methods.

Objectives This study aimed to explore literature evidence regarding Chuna manual therapy for premature infants and determine its applicability. Methods Eight electronic databases were searched, and randomized control trials (RCTs) applying Chuna manual therapy to premature infants were sought. The Cochrane risk of bias tool was employed to assess the methodological quality of each RCT. Results Two RCTs met the inclusion criteria and were subjected to analysis. Each study compared the usual care group with the pediatric Chuna group. The results indicated improvements in nutritional status, a reduction in hospitalization days, and enhancements in growth indicators. Conclusions Chuna manual therapy is worth applying to premature infants. However, evidence is limited due to a lack of well-designed RCTs. More qualified clinical trials are needed to obtain stronger evidence.
