사포닌과 아미노산 함유비료의 살포가 크리핑벤트그래스의 생육에 미치는 효과 (The Growth Effects of Creeping Bentgrass by Application of Liquid Fertilizer with Saponin and Liquid Fertilizer with Amino Acid)

  • 본 연구는 사포닌과 아미노산 함유비료를 크리핑벤트그래스에 관주시비하여 잔디생육에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 복합비료를 대신하여 잔디관리에 이용할 수 있는지 평가하기 위해 수행되었다. 엽색지수, 엽록소지수, 건물중, 잔디밀도, 뿌리길이 및 잔디의 양분함유량을 조사하여 생육을 평가하였다. 시험 전후 토양분석결과, 처리구에 따른 토양화학성의 변화는 나타나지 않아 SLF와 ALF의 시비가 골프코스의 토양화학성의 변화에 영향을 미치지 않음을 확인하였다. 벤트그라스의 엽색지수와, 엽록소지수는 2SLF와 2ALF에서는 엽색지수와 엽록소지수가 CF와 비슷하거나 약간 높았고, 잔디밀도와 뿌리길이는 2SLF, ALF 및 2ALF에서 CF보다 높았다. 건물중과 잔디 중 질소와 칼리함량은 2ALF 처리구에서 가장 높게 조사되었다. 잔디품질은 뿌리길이, 잔디밀도, 건물중 및 질소와 칼륨함량에 대해 고도의 상관성을 보였고(P<0.05), 잔디에 함유된 질소는 잔디밀도, 뿌리길이 및 건물중과 같은 잔디생육과 높은 상관성을 보였으며(P<0.05), 잔디에 함유된 칼륨은 잔디밀도와 건물중에서 높은 상관성을 보였다(P<0.05). 이러한 결과를 통해 기능성물질이 함유된 비료는 복합비료를 대신하여 잔디관리에 이용할 수 있을 것으로 기대되었고, 기능성액상비료의 관주시비 시 질소와 칼륨이 잔디에 흡수되어 잔디 지상부 및 지하부생장과 밀도를 증가시킴으로써 잔디품질을 향상시키는 것을 알 수 있었다.

The Structural Effects on The Pretilt Angle of Alignment Materials with Alkylcyclohexylbenzene as a Side Chain in Polyimides

  • Polyamic acid precursors were prepared by mixing various main chain dianhydrides, main chain diamines and side chain diamines. Copolyimide films with alkylcyclohexylbenzene as a side chain were prepared by thermal imidization of polyamic acid precursors. Pretilt angles on rubbed polyimides changed according to the side chain and main chain structures of the polyimide. Consequently, we found that LC pretilt angles of polyimide films with a liquid crystal structure as a side chain showed to be approximately 90$^{\circ}$ when a linear and rigid polyimide main chain and a side chain of suitable length were employed.

포장지의 발수도 자동 해석 시스템 개발 -KS M 7057에 근거한 발수도 자동 측정- (Development of Automatic Analysis System for Water Repellency of Packaging Paper -Automatic Measurement of Water Repellency Based on KS M 7057-)

  • The test results for water repellency of paper and paperboard according to KS M 7057 can readily be influenced by an operator's bias. In order to discard such bias, the automatic analysis program of water repellency was developed based on different shape features of a liquid trace formed on a specimen. That is, the shape of a liquid track flowing down on the specimen with an angle of $45^{\circ}$ was evaluated according to width variation between head and tail of the trace($S_{Hr}$), uniformity of a liquid flow($S_{d}$), length of long traces($L_{SHr}$), eccentricity of liquid traces($E_{i}$), and then was recognized as a specific degree of water repellency. Finally, the automatic analysis system of water repellency based upon KS M 7057 made it possible to readily measure water resistance of paper and paperboards classified into R0 to R10.

Analytical and Numerical Results for the Liquid-Lubricated Magnetic Head-disk Interface Using Measured Rheological Data

  • To increase the information storage density in magnetic disk files, the head, the headdisk spacing must be reduced. This has motivated the investigation of alternatives to the conventional air-lubricated head-disk interface (HDI), which operates at a spacing of about 100 nm. One such alternative under consideration is the liquid-lubricated bearing. To properly model the HDI with a liquid bearing it is necessary to incorporate the theological properties of liquid lubricants at high shear rates. These rheological properties themselves are most easily measured within the HDI. Recently, some question has arisen in the literature concerning the interpretation of the frictional data acquired in this manner. In this study analytical and numerical solutions of the Reynolds eqn. are applied to the starved, liquid lubricated HDI to provide some validation of the rheological data reported the author and coworkers (Streator et al., 1994). Results of the analysis highlight the importance of the inlet taper region in determining the equilibrium configuration of the starved HDI even when only a small fraction of its length is wetted by the lubricant.

  • We demonstrated a solvent-assisted soft-lithographic patterning method for producing patterned structure and patterned ordering with lyotropic liquid crystalline polymer (LCP) film. Experimental results showed that the liquid crystalline ordering of lyotropic film could be controlled by shearing effects of the fluidic solvent though the patterned mold channels. In this work, two types of lyotropic LCPs were used to investigate the effects of the alkyl chain length of the lyotropic LCP on producing liquid crystalline ordering through the solvent-assisted fluidic patterning.

  • Mass transfer coefficients were measured for water vapor absorption into a LiBr-Water solution of 60wt% flowing down an absorber of vertical tube type. The absorber is copper tube of 25mm inner diameter and 1000mm length. The film Reynolds number were varied in the range of 35~130. The solution is fed from the top of the pipe, and the conditions of solution are supercooled liquid and superheated liquid. As results, the flowrates of LiBr solution which takes peak value of average absorption mass flux exist. Mass transfer coefficients decrease with increasing the flowrate of LiBr solution, and the decrease rate in the case of supercooled liquid is large as compared with that in the case of superheated liquid. But the absorption rate of supercooled liquid is decidedly superior to that of superheated liquid.

돈분액비 시용이 트리티케일 생육과 토양의 화학적 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Application of Liquid Pig Manure on Green Manure Crop Triticale and Subsequent Soil Quality)

  • 돈분액비를 활용하여 경종 축산 연계를 통한 자원순환농업의 활용 및 녹비작물의 생산량을 증가시키기 위해 트리티케일 재배지에서 돈분액비 시용이 생육특성과 토양 화학성 변화 및 건물수량성에 대한 결과 요약은 다음과 같다. 초장에서는 LPM처리구에서 115.3cm로 대조구 대비 8.1% 양호하였으며 근장에서는 LPM 처리구에서 3.9cm 길었고 전체길이도 LPM처리구에서 132.3cm로 대조구 대비 9.9% 컸다. 건물체량은 대조구에 비하여 LPM처리구가 전 조사시기에서 높았으며 20% 이상 증가하였다. 대조구의 시험후 토양의 유기물 함량은 18.8g $kg^{-1}$로 시험전 보다 높았으나, LPM처리구에서는 시험전 토양보다 낮은 14.1g $kg^{-1}$이었다. 시험후 토양의 치환성 K는 LPM처리구에서 높게 나타난 반면, Ca, Mg 및 Na는 대조구에서 높았으며 시험전 토양에서 보다 낮은 경향이었다. 건물체량은 LPM처리구에서 대조구에 비하여 21.9% 증가하는 경향이었다.

  • A Light Emitting Diode(LED) is a semiconductor device which converts electricity into light. LEDs are widely used in a field of illumination, LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) backlight, mobile signals because they have several merits, such as low power consumption, long lifetime, high brightness, fast response, environment friendly. In general, LEDs production does die bonding and wire bonding on board, and do silicon and phosphor dispensing to protect LED chip and improve brightness. Then lens molding process is performed using mixed liquid silicon rubber(LSR) by resin and hardener. A mixture of resin and hardener affect the optical characteristics of the LED lens. In this paper, computational design of static mixer was performed for mixing of liquid silicon. To evaluate characteristic of mixing efficiency, finite element model of static mixer was generated, and fluidic analysis was performed according to length of mixing element. Finally, optimal condition of length of mixing element was applied to static mixer from result of fluidic analysis.

수소결합에 의한 자기조립된 원반형 액정의 제조와 특성 (Preparation and Properties of Self-Assembled Discotic Liquid Crystals Formed by Hydrogen Bonding)

  • 페놀과 피리딘 간의 단일 수소결합을 이용하여 새로운 형태의 자기 집합된 원반형 액정을 제조하고 그 액정 특성을 조사하였다. 원반형 구조 설계를 위해 phloroglucinol을 중심부 분자로, 체계적으로 알킬사슬 길이를 변화시킨 trans-4-alkoxy-4'-stilbazole을 주변 물질로 사용하였다. 적외선 분광 분석을 통해 중심부 분자와 주변 물질 사이의 분자간 수소결합이 성공적으로 형성됨을 확인하였고, 또한 수소결합의 안정성이 분자 정렬에 의해 크게 영향을 받음을 확인하였다. 자기 집합된 원반형 액정 복합체는 원반형 메소겐 주위의 알킬 사슬 길이에 따라 다른 액정상들을 나타내었다. 긴 알킬사슬을 함유하는 액정 복합체의 경우 육방형 컬럼상이 나타났으며, 상대적으로 짧은 사슬을 갖는 다른 액정 복합체에서는 네마틱 컬럼상이 형성되었다. 이는 자기 집합된 원반형 액정 복합체의 액정상 구조가 원반형 핵 단위 주변의 알킬사슬 길이에 의해 크게 영향을 받음을 의미하였다.

간헐 가솔린 분무의 충돌에 의한 미립화 촉진 (Impinging Atomization of Intermittent Gasoline Sprays)

  • Experimental and analytical studies are presented to characterize the break-up mechanism and atomization processes of the intermittent- impinging-type nozzle. Gasoline jets passing through the circular nozzle with the outlet diameter of 0.4mm and the injection duration of 10ms are impinged on each other. The impingement of fuel jets forms a thin liquid sheet, and the break-up of the liquid sheet produces liquid ligaments and droplets subsequently. The shape of liquid sheets was visualized at various impinging velocities and angles using the planer laser induced fluorescence (PLIF) technique. Based on the Kelvin-Helmholtz wave instability theory, the break-up length of liquid sheets and the droplet diameter are obtained by the theoretical analysis of the sheet disintegration. The mean diameter of droplet is also estimated analytically using the liquid sheet thickness at the edge and the wavelength of the fastest growing wave. The present results indicate that the theoretical results are favorably agreed with the experimental results. The size of droplets decreases after the impingement as the impinging angle or the injection pressure increase. The increment of the injection pressure is more effective than the increment of the impinging angle to reduce the size of droplets.
