남해안 해조류의 지방산 조성 (Fatty Acid Compositions of Sea Algaes in the Southern Sea Coast of Korea)

  • 우리나라 남해안 완도지역에 자생하는 해조류 중 갈조류 9종, 홍조류 5종, 녹조류 2종의 지질함량을을 조사하고 지방산조성을 GLC로 분석하였다. 총지질 함량을 볼 때 갈조류 9종은 0.58∼3.00%, 홍조류 5종은 0.47∼2.16%, 녹조류 2종은 0.55∼2.00%로 매우 낮았다. 지방산 성분중 생리적으로 의의가 큰 n-3계열 지방산은 linoleic (18:3), stearidonic (18:4), eicosapentaenoic(20:5) 및 docosahexaenoic (22:6), n-6계열 지방산은 linoleic(18:2), linolenic(18:3), eicosadienoic (20:2),eicosatrienoic(20:3) 및 arachidonic acid(20:4) 등이 각각 정량되었다. 총 n-3 및 n-6 지방산 조성을 보면 갈조류는 1.46∼25.67% 및 0∼48.51%, 홍조류는 1.17∼21.91% 및 0.28%∼29.35%, 녹조류는 3.67∼ 10.61% 및 4.1 ∼8.66%였다. 해조류는 갈조류, 홍조류 및 녹조류의 종류에 따라 n-3계열 불포화지방산과 n-6계열 지방산 함량 조성이 매우 상이하였으며, 특히 영양학적긴 측면에서 볼 때 지충이, 톳유엽 및 실풀 외에도 광생이모자반, 뜸부기, 톱니모자반, 꼬불꼬시래기 등은 n-3 polyenes의 조성비율이 높은 기능성 식품으로 활용가치가 높은 것으로 고찰되었다.

  • An epidemiological survey was made on dietary calcium intake, serum total calcium and ionized calcium ion, and serum lipid compositions. Compared with 120 normotensive controls, 101 hypertensive subjects were significantly higher in the levels of serum cholesterol and triglyceride, but lower in HDL-cholesterol and higher in the ratio of total choesterol/HDL-chol Hypertensive subjects were also significantly lower in the relative amount of fatty acids C18:2 but higher in those of C20:0, C20:2 and total amount of saturated fatty acids(longer than C14:0) than control serum. Patients were significantly lower in serum total calcium and ionized calcium ion concentrations and significantly less calcium ingestion from milk and dairy produces by feeding frequency test.

돈지, 들깨유 및 달맞이꽃 종자유의 혼합급이가 흰쥐의 간장 및 뇌조직의 지방산 조성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Feeds Mixed with Various Level of Lard , Perilla Oil and Evening Primrose Oil on Fatty Acid Compositions of Liver and Brain Tissue in Rats)

  • In order to observe the effects of the fees mixed with the lard and two vegetable seed oils on the fatty acid compositions of liver and brain tissue, the oils mixed with 2.5% lard and various levels of perilla oil and evening primrose oil were administered to the male rats of the Sprague-Dawley for 4 weeks . In the fatty acid composition of liver lipid, saturated fatty acid (SFA) contents were rich in the phopholiipide and cholesteryl ester fraction. Monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) contents were rich in the triglyceride fraction and polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) contents were rich in the phospholipid fraction. In the fatty acid composition of liver lipid fractions, according as the contents of mixed perilla oil decreased and the contents of mixed evening primrose oil increased , n -3 PUFA contents tended to decrease and n-6 PUFA contents tended to increase. Fatty acid composition of liver lipid fractions were influenced from the fatty acid composition of the test lipids. In the fatty acid composition of brain phospholipd, PUFA contents (40%) were rich and according as the contents of mixed evening primrose oil increased, the ratio on n-3/n-6 PUFA and eicosapentaenoid acid (EPA) /arachidonic acid (AA) tended to slightly decrease.

Effect of Lipid Compositions on Gene Transfer into 293 Cells Using Sendai F/HN-virosomes

  • Fusogenic liposomes that incorporate Sendai virus envelope proteins, so-called Sendai virosomes, have been developed for in vitro and in vivo genetic modification of animal cells. In this study, several different virosomes of varying lipid compositions were formulated and their in vitro gene-transfer efficiencies compared. The virosomes were prepared by quantitative reconstitution of the Sendai envelope, fusion (F) and hemagglutinin-neuraminidase (HN) proteins into liposomal vesicles. Virosomes that contained luciferase reporter genes were tested in 293 transformed human kidney cells. F/HN-virosomes that were prepared with an artificial Sendai viral envelope (ASVE-virosomes) or phosphatidylserine (PS-virosomes) exhibited an 8- or 6-fold higher gene-transfer efficiency than cationic liposomes that were made with 1,2-dioleoyl-3-trimethylammonium-propane (DOTAP). F/HN-virosomes that were prepared with phosphatidic acid (PA-virosomes) instead of PS were less efficient in gene transfer than either ASVE- or PS-virosomes. In addition, the genetransfer capability of ASVE- and PS-virosomes was maximal at a $Ca^{2+}$ concentration of 510 mM. These results suggest that the incorporated lipid components significantly affect the in vitro gene transfer that is mediated by Sendai F/HN-virosomes.

더덕의 지방산 및 아미노산 조성 (Fatty Acid and Amino Acid Compositions of Dodok (Codonopsis laceolata))

  • 본 연구에서는 산더덕과 재배더덕의 일반성분. 지방산 및 아미노산 조성을 비교분석하였다. 재배더덕은 산더덕보다 조회분은 1.83배, 조단백질 1.67배 높았으며, 산더덕은 재배더덕에 비하여 조지방이 1.09배. 조섬유가 2.03배 높은 값을 나타내었다. 지질성분의 지방산조성은 총지방질, 유리지방질. 결합지방질에서 함량의 차이는 있지만, linoleic acid, palmitic acid, linolenic acid가 주요 지방산으로 60%이상을 차지하였다. 아미노산양은 시료 100mg당 건량기준으로 산더덕이 6.07mg, 재배더덕이 8.42mg이었으며, 질소 gram당 아미노산 함량순위는 산더덕의 경우 Arg>Glu>Lys>Asp>Phe이었으며, 재배더덕의 경우는 Arg>Glu>Asp>Lys>His의 순이었다.

Fatty Acid Compositions of Sea Algaes in the of Korea

  • Total lipid contents were 0.58∼3.00% in 9 kinds of brown algaes, 0.47∼2.16% in 5 kinds of red algaes and 0.55∼2.99% in 2 kind of green algeas, respectively. Fatty acid compositions of the algaes were determined by gas liquid chromatography. Total polyenes and n-3 polyenes of linoleic acid(18:3), stearidonic acid(18:4), eicosapentaenoic acid(20:5) and docosahexaenoic acid(22:6) were 3.88∼57.57% and 1.46∼25.67% in the brown algaes, 5.30∼39.75% and 1.17∼21.91% in the red algaes, and 7.76∼19.27% and 3.67%∼10.61% in the green algaes, respectirely. The fatty acid contents and compositions of total polyenes and n-3 polyenes were vary different in the algae groups and sepecies.

시판 지방성 가공식품의 지질함량과 지방산조성(1)-쵸코렛을 중심으로- (Lipid Content and Fatty Acid Composition of Commercial Fatty Processed Food(I) -Chocolate-)

  • This study was carried out to investigate lipid content, melting point, refractive index and fatty acid composition of commercial chocolate and imitation chocolate. Fifty-eight samples for test were 45 of domestics and 13 of foreign in Seoul. The results were as follows ; Mean value of lipid content was 35.1% in chocolate and 31.9% in imitation chocolate, and foreigns were lower than domestics. In melting point of lipid, chocolates and imitation chocolate were 26.4$^{\circ}C$ and 27.4$^{\circ}C$ as mean value, respectively. Mean value of refractive index of lipid was 1.4560, imitation chocolate of domestic were lower than another. The fatty acid compositions were chiefly consisted of {{{{C_18:1 , C_18 , C_16, C_16:1 and C_18:2. }} The ratio of SFA : MUFA : PUFA in chocolate and limitation chocolate were 8.2 :6.9 :1.0 and 3.1 : 4.3: 1.0 , respectively.

  • 1984년 6월 26일 경상남도 기장읍에서 구입한 미꾸라지의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 미꾸라지의 총질소중 단백태질소는 2189.1mg%, 유리아미노태질소는 408.1mg%, 휘발성염기질소는 46.3mg%를 차지하였다. 2. 미꾸라지의 구성아미노산조성은 glutamic acid, lysine, arginine, proline, aspartic acid, 등이 많이 함유되어 있었으며, 그 중 glutamic acid는 12.03%로 가장 높은 함량을 나타내었다. 3. 총 정제지질중 중성지질이 가장 많았고 인지질, 당지질순이었다. 중성지질의 지방산조성은 포화지방산과 monoene 산이 많았으며 주요지방산은 16:0, 16:1, 18:1 산이었다. polyene산에서는 18:2 산이 많았다. 당지질의 지방산조성은 중성지질과 비슷한 경향을 나타내고 있었으나 인지질에서는 중성지질이나 당지질보다 포화지방산과 polyene산이 많이 함유되어 있었다.

동충하초(Cordyceps militaris)가 당뇨의 혈당 및 동맥경화 개선에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Cordyceps Militaris on the Improvement Actions of Blood Glucose and Atherosclerosis in Diabetes)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of Cordyceps militaris extract supplementation on the improvement of blood glucose, lipid compositions and hepatic functional enzyme activities in the serum of streptozotocin(STZ, 50 mg/kg BW, IP injection)-induced diabetic rats fed the experimental diets for 5 weeks. The concentrations of blood glucose and lipid compositions(total cholesterol, ${\beta}$-lipoprotein, free cholesterol, cholesteryl ester, triglyceride and phospholipid) and atherosclerotic index in serum were significantly lower in the DM+CM group than in the DM group, whereas the ratio of HDL-cholesterol concentration to total cholesterol in the DM+CM group were higher than in the DM group. The activities of hepatic functional enzymes(aminotransferase, LDH and ALP) in serum were lower in the Cordyceps militaris extract administration group(group DM+CM) than in the hyperglycemic DM group. The results shown above suggested that Cordyceps militaris extract supplementation effectively improves blood glucose and atherosclerosis in the serum of diabetic rats.

지리산 싸리의 지질 구성 지방산과 유리 아미노산 및 구성 총 아미노산 조성에 관하여 (Compositions of Fatty Acid, Free Amino Acid and Total Amino Acid of Lespedeza x chiisanensis T. LEE)

  • 지리산 싸리의 유리 아미노산, 총 아미노산 조성과 총 지방산 조성을 규명하기 위한 gas chromatography와 HPLC를 사용하여 분리 정량한 결과는 다음과 같다. 조지방 함량은 11.13%이고, 조단백질 함량은 5.18%로 조성되어 있다. 유리 아미노산의 총 함량은 433.14mg/100g으로 조성되어 있으며, 유리 아미노산 중에서 필수 아미노산의 총 함량은 94.84mg/100g으로 21.90%를 차지하고 있다. 총 아미노산의 함량은 3159.85mg/100g으로 조성되어 있으며, 총 아미노산중에서 필수 아미노산의 함량은 1068.18mg/100g으로 35.80%를 차지하고 있다. 총 지방산 조성은 $C_{18\;:\;2}$가 45.05%로 제일 많이 함유되어 있고, $C_{18\;:\;3}=18.71%,\;C_{19}=14.70%,C_{18\;:\;1}=6.81%,\;C_{16}=4.35%,\;C_{16\;:\;1}=1.59%$순으로 함유되고 있고, 탄소소 홀수 지방산이 14.70% 함유되어 있으며, 불포화 지방산이 72.44%이고, 필수 지방산은 63.76%를 차지하고 있는 결과로 볼 때 유지자원 및 사료의 자원으로 가치가 있다고 판단된다.
