  • This plan is referred about linking the department of data processing at Pusan commercial high school with the faculty of management information at Kyungnam Junior College of Information & Technology. The purpose of this plan is educating students at knowledge and skill which reflected changed through development of information technology during the last decade effectively and woke them have ability of good management of future. The effect of this plan is a protection the extravagance by mutual overlaping the quality of education and inspiration the student's will to study by organization education. This research is performed by the purpose of orgarnizing & lingking curriculums and developing plan of management. After mutual comparise and analyze the 1999's curriculm of the department of data prove ssing at pusan commercial high school and the faculty of management information at Kyungnam Junior College of Information & Technology, and receive the holding processor's opinion that based on the aim of management information and direction of employment guidance. The model of curriculum is established like this table. Prepared curriculum model is prepared like this.

A Exploratory Study on the Expansion of Academic Information Services Based on Automatic Semantic Linking Between Academic Web Resources and Information Services (웹 정보의 자동 의미연계를 통한 학술정보서비스의 확대 방안 연구)

  • In this study, we link informal Web resources to KISTI NDSL's collections using automatic semantic indexing and tagging to examine the possibility of the service which recommends related documents using the similarity between KISTI's formal information resources and informal web resources. We collect and index Web resources and make automatic semantic linking through STEAK with KISTI's collections for NDSL retrieval. The macro precision which shows retrieval precision per a subject category is 62.6% and the micro precision which shows retrieval precision per a query is 66.9%. The experts' evaluation score is 76.7. This study shows the possibility of semantic linking NDSL retrieval results with Web information resources and expanding information services' coverage to informal information resources.

  • Recently, most of the public institutions are developing ITA(Information Technology Architecture) & BSC (Balance ScoreCard) system. ITA's reference model is provided for the consistency, reusability, and interoperability. By the way, PRM(Performance Reference Model), one of the ITA reference models, is needed to link with BSC system. In this paper, we provide the linking method of ITA and BSC.

  • Linking of the national R&D information between different ministries is a difficult task because they were all constructed independently. A standard infrastructure for the dissemination of such R&D information is required. This paper suggests a distributed integration method for the effective linking, gathering and integration of national R&D information. R&D management institutes designated by each ministry will gather and manage all the R&D information produced using the budget by the ministry and the information required for the integrated management of national R&D will be gathered from this information. Standardization of the R&D information, linking procedure and the construction method for the data linking software will be defined in this paper. The usage of R&D information will be processed more effectively to maximize the utiliation and productivity of national R&D activities.

Video object segmentation using a novel object boundary linking (새로운 객체 외곽선 연결 방법을 사용한 비디오 객체 분할)

  • Moving object boundary is very important for the accurate segmentation of moving object. We extract the moving object boundary from the moving object edge. But the object boundary shows broken boundaries so we develop a novel boundary linking algorithm to link the broken boundaries. The boundary linking algorithm forms a quadrant around the terminating pixel in the broken boundaries and searches for other terminating pixels to link in concentric circles clockwise within a search radius in the forward direction. The boundary linking algorithm guarantees the shortest distance linking. We register the background from the image sequence using the stationary background filtering. We construct two object masks, one object mask from the boundary linking and the other object mask from the initial moving object, and use these two complementary object masks to segment the moving objects. The main contribution of the proposed algorithms is the development of the novel object boundary linking algorithm for the accurate segmentation. We achieve the accurate segmentation of moving object, the segmentation of multiple moving objects, the segmentation of the object which has a hole within the object, the segmentation of thin objects, and the segmentation of moving objects in the complex background using the novel object boundary linking and the background automatically. We experiment the algorithms using standard MPEG-4 test video sequences and real video sequences of indoor and outdoor environments. The proposed algorithms are efficient and can process 70.20 QCIF frames per second and 19.7 CIF frames per second on the average on a Pentium-IV 3.4GHz personal computer for real-time object-based processing.

  • 국내학술지의 국제적 이용과 인용확대를 위해 국가출연기관인 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)은 CrossRef에 Co-Sponsoring Member로 가입하여 디지털 콘텐츠의 식별과 접근을 위한 고유 식별 체계인 DOI(Digital Object Identifier) 번호부여 및 DOI 기탁사업을 추진해오고 있다. CrossRef는 논문, 회의자료, 단행본 자료의 DOI 기탁업무를 수행하는 전 세계적인 비영리기관이며 DOI에 기반하여 Cited-by linking 서비스를 시행하고 이용자들의 필요에 따른 다양한 학술서비스를 제공하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 CrossRef에서 시행하는 서비스인 DOI, CrossCheck, Cited-by linking을 소개하고 KISTI를 통한 CrossRef서비스와 KISTI에서 운영하는 DOI Center 대해 기술하고자 한다.

  • By nature, smart construction technology is a convergence technology, therefore aptly constructing and running an information system is needed in order to effectively develop and maintain it. Thus, in this study, an information system prototype was developed for the creation and linking of high precision digital maps at road construction sites for the effective performance of the development of the Information Collecting and Analyzing Techniques in the Construction Site (ICAT). For this, (1) defined input/output (I/O) data of each technical detail of ICAT, (2) analyzed the data flow, (3 ) proposed an information system prototype for high precision digital maps development and connection. Based on the information system prototype constructed in this study, it was inferred that each technique and its information for the Smart Construction Technique Development Business was in a consistent flow. Developed information system prototype would enable effective cooperation between subjects directly involved in the technique development, by defining I/O data in advance. Moreover, it would be of value to practitioners for refining the output data from each technique, thereby linking databases and forming Entity Relationship Diagram.

  • We Propose the Suity Cryptography File System to encrypt or decrypt a plaintext or an encrypted tort by using the dynamic linking mechanism In the Linux kernel. The dynamic linking mechanism gives the flexibility of the kernel without changing the kernel. The Sorority Cryptography File System uses the blowfish algorithm to encrypt or decrypt a data. To overcome the overhead of the key server, I use key generating algorithm which is installed in the same Security Cryptography File System. The Security Cryptography file System is fitted into the Linux system.

  • Personal information includes information about a living human individual. It is the information identifiable through name, resident registration number, and image, etc. Personal information which is collected by institutions can be wrongfully used, because it contains confidential information of an information object. In order to prevent this, a method is used to remove personal identification elements before distributing and sharing the data. However, even when the identifier such as the name and the resident registration number is removed or changed, personal information can be exposed in the case of a linking attack. This paper proposes a new anonymization technique to enhance data utility. To achieve this, attributes that are utilized in service tend to anonymize at a low level. In addition, the anonymization technique of the proposal can provide two or more anonymized data tables from one original data table without concern about a linking attack. We also verify our proposal by using the cooperative game theory.

  • The characteristics of Korean characters are shown and a mechod of recognition is accordingly developed for the elements. It is found that a linking matrix is adequate to identify the Characteristies of each element uni quely. The linking matries for elements are included in this report.
