2019 개정 RDA 특징 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Analyzing the Features of 2019 Revised RDA)

  • 본 연구는 2019년 RDA 개정에 따라 개정 RDA의 특징을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 목록 측면에서 고려사항을 제안하고자 문헌연구를 실시하였다. 개정 RDA 분석을 통해 목록분야에서 고려사항으로 다음 3가지를 제시하였다. 첫째, 목록데이터를 시맨틱 웹 구축이 가능한 링크드데이터로 변환하려면 목록데이터 보완 및 어휘집 구축과 같은 고품질의 데이터 구축이 우선되어야 한다. 둘째, MARC 데이터를 링크드데이터로 완전하게 변환하기 전까지 MARC가 서지데이터의 유일한 인코딩 포맷이므로 개정 RDA에 반영된 LRM 및 링크드데이터의 새로운 개념을 MARC에서 수용할 수 있도록 이를 확장할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 개정 RDA에 포함된 개체 및 요소별로 다양한 조건과 옵션이 있고, 자료유형에 따라서도 입력 요소가 다르기 때문에 일관된 기술을 위해서는 정책 문서와 이에 적합한 응용프로파일이 구체적으로 개발되어야 한다. 본 연구를 시작으로 앞으로 MARC뿐만 아니라 BIBFRAME에서도 개정 RDA의 새로운 개념을 적용하기 위한 연구가 필요하며, 또한, 목록 규칙의 개정이 필요한 국가 및 도서관에서는 개정 RDA 규칙과 레지스트리를 이용할 수 있도록 RDA를 수용하는 방안을 고려해 볼 필요가 있다.

Implied Volatility Function Approximation with Korean ELWs (Equity-Linked Warrants) via Gaussian Processes

  • A lot of researches have been conducted to estimate the volatility smile effect shown in the option market. This paper proposes a method to approximate an implied volatility function, given noisy real market option data. To construct an implied volatility function, we use Gaussian Processes (GPs). Their output values are implied volatilities while moneyness values (the ratios of strike price to underlying asset price) and time to maturities are as their input values. To show the performances of our proposed method, we conduct experimental simulations with Korean Equity-Linked Warrant (ELW) market data as well as toy data.

빅데이터를 통한 소비자의 의복관리방식 트렌드 분석 (Trend Analysis on Clothing Care System of Consumer from Big Data)

  • This study investigates consumer opinions of clothing care and provides fundamental data to decision-making for oncoming development of clothing care system. Textom, a web-matrix program, was used to analyze big data collected from Naver and Daum with a keyword of "clothing care" from March 2019 to February 2020. A total of 22, 187 texts were shown from the big data collection. Collected big data were analyzed using text-mining, network, and CONCOR analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, many keywords related to clothing care were shown from the result of frequency analysis such as style, Dryer, LG Electronics, Product, Customer, Clothing, and Styler. Consumers were well recognizing and having an interest in recent information related to the clothing care system. Second, various keywords such as product, function, brand, and performance, were linked to each other which were fundamentally related to the clothing care. The interest in products of the clothing care system were linked to product brands that were also naturally linked to consumer interest. Third, the keywords in the network showed similar attributes from the result of CONCOR analysis that were classified into 4 groups such as the characteristics of purchase, product, performance, and interest. Lastly, positive emotions including goodwill, interest, and joy on the clothing care system were strongly expressed from the result of the sentimental analysis.

Linked-list 구조를 갖는 ATM용 공통 버퍼형 메모리 스위치 설계 (Design of a shared buffer memory switch with a linked-list architecture for ATM applications)

  • This paper describes the design of AATM switch LIS of shared buffer type with linked-list architecture to control memory access. The proposed switch LSI consists of the buffer memory, controller and FIFO memory blocks and two special circuits to avoid the cell blocking. One of the special circuit is a new address control scheme with linked-list architecture which maintains the address of buffer memory serially ordered from write address to read address. All of the address is linked as chain is operated like a FIFO. The other is slip-flag register it will be hold the address chain when readaddress missed the reading of data. The circuits control the buffer memory efficiently and reduce the cell loss rate. As a result the designed chip operates at 33ns and occupied on 2.7*2.8mm$^{2}$ using 0.8.mu.m CMOS technology.

A Phylogenetic Analysis for Hox Linked Gene Families of Vertebrates

  • The human chromosomes 2, 7, 12 and 17 show genomic homology around Hox gene clusters, is taken as evidence that these paralogous gene families might have arisen from a ancestral chromosomal segment through genome duplication events. We have examined protein data from vertebrate and invertebrate genomes to analyze the phylogenetic history of multi-gene families with three or more of their representatives linked to human Hox clusters. Topology comparison based upon statistical significance and information of chromosome location for these genes examined have revealed many of linked genes coduplicated with Hox gene clusters. Most linked genes to Hox clusters share the same evolutionary history and are duplicated in concert with each other. We conclude that gene families linked to Hox clusters may be suggestion of ancient genome duplications.

Interlinking Open Government Data in Korea using Administrative District Knowledge Graph

  • Interest in open data is continuing to grow around the world. In particular, open government data are considered an important element in securing government transparency and creating new industrial values. The South Korean government has enacted legislation on opening public data and provided diversified policy and technical support. However, there are also limitations to effectively utilizing open data in various areas. This paper introduces an administrative district knowledge model to improve the sharing and utilization of open government data, where the data are semantically linked to generate a knowledge graph that connects various data based on administrative districts. The administrative district knowledge model semantically models the legal definition of administrative districts in South Korea, and the administrative district knowledge graph is linked to data that can serve as an administrative basis, such as addresses and postal codes, for potential use in hospitals, schools, and traffic control.

  • 웹 3.0의 개념과 실체에 대한 논의와 함께 도서관 3.0의 개념과 실체에 대한 논의도 최근 몇 년 동안 여러 학자들과 현장 전문가들에 의해 진행되어 온 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 도서관 3.0을 바라보는 다양한 논의들을 분석하고 도서관 3.0의 개념을 정리하고자 하며, 이를 기반으로 한 도서관 3.0 서비스 모형을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안된 도서관 3.0 서비스의 키워드는 기계에 의한 데이터 처리가 가능한 시맨틱 웹 기술과 소셜 네트워킹 서비스가 전자도서관에 적용되어 '진정한 지식 공유 및 협업'이 가능한 소셜시맨틱디지털도서관, 도서관의 자원이 Linked Data가 되어 전 세계의 도서관이 연결된 구조의 링키드 도서관, 그리고 RFID 및 모바일기술이 적용된 유비쿼터스적 모바일 도서관이다.

Mapping Items of Functioning Questionnaires into the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health: Stroke

  • Purpose: The aim of the study was to investigate items of commonly used questionnaires that measure functioning status of persons with stroke and map to the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). Methods: Eighty-six patients with stroke were recruited from 12 medical institutes for the study. Each item of the Modified Bathel Index (MBI), Stroke Impact Scale (SIS), Mini Mental Status Evaluation (MMSE) and SF-36 were examined and compared its concept with the ICF. Concept linking was performed by 10 health professionals independently. A field test was performed to assess its correlation between those of scales and their linked ICF category sets. Results: It was found that 11 items in MBI was linked to 14 ICF categories, whereas 27 items of MMSE had 10 categories of ICF linked. 60 items of SIS were to be linked with 35 ICF categories. Agreement between professionals in linking was found to be high: 97.5% for MBI items, 78.0%, 78.0%, and 74.8% for MMSE, SIS, and SF-36 respectively. Strong relationship was observed between measurement scales and linked ICF code sets (r=-0.76 for SIS, r=-0.78 for MBI, r=-0.47 for MMSE) whereas there was no relationship was found between SF-36 and its ICF code set (r=-0.06) from the field test. Conclusion: It was found that items of SIS, MMSE and MBI may be linked to ICF categories. Those of linking concept between clinical tools and the ICF could be helpful for clinical data standardization.

  • We have proposed an Object-linked Broadcasting Service that displays various data related to the object onscreen. In thls paper, we describe the structure of the Object-linked Broadcasting System that will enable our proposal to be realized, and report new techniques that we have developed to create the system. We have carried out the experiment to confirm the system performance as well as execution of each technology assembling the system. We have confirmed that the performance of the system we developed satisfies the proposed specification based on user requirements and current technology.

  • 중복수가 있는 조사는 추출단위 (병원, 가구)가 단순임의추출 또는 층화임의추출을 통해 추출되고 추출단위들이 여러 조사단위 (환자, 사람)들과 서로 연결되어 있는 경우를 말한다. 연결형태에 따른 조사단위의 집합을 network라 정의하면 network는 하나 이상의 추출단위와 연결될 것이고 하나의 추출단위는 하나이상의 network와 연결이 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 두 개 이상의 변수가 연결되는 중복수가 있는 다변량 층화임의추출의 경우에 배분문제를 연구하였다.
