In this study, we propose a novel, intuitive method of constructing an expression quantitative trait (eQT) network that is related to the metabolic syndrome using LOD scores and peak loci for selected eQTs, based on the concept of gene-gene interactions. We selected 49 eQTs that were related to insulin resistance. A variance component linkage analysis was performed to explore the expression loci of each of the eQTs. The linkage peak loci were investigated, and the "support zone" was defined within boundaries of an LOD score of 0.5 from the peak. If one gene was located within the "support zone" of the peak loci for the eQT of another gene, the relationship was considered as a potential "directed causal pathway" from the former to the latter gene. SNP markers under the linkage peaks or within the support zone were searched for in the database to identify the genes at the loci. Two groups of gene networks were formed separately around the genes IRS2 and UGCGL2. The findings indicated evidence of networks between genes that were related to the metabolic syndrome. The use of linkage analysis enabled the construction of directed causal networks. This methodology showed that characterizing and locating eQTs can provide an effective means of constructing a genetic network.

해외에서는 다양한 분야에서 ISNI를 활용한 창작물 식별 및 연계 서비스가 구축 및 운영되는 반면에 국내의 경우 일부 분야에 한정된 ISNI 활용 및 연계 서비스가 국립중앙도서관을 중심으로 운영되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내에 적용 가능한 ISNI 기반 연계 및 활용 서비스를 제안하고자 한다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 해외 ISNI 연계 사례를 살펴보고 관련 기관의 요구사항을 파악하였다. 또한 ISNI 공유 및 융합서비스를 구축하기 위한 4가지 방안을 제시하였다. 해당 내용에는 ICI(Identifiers Co-operation Initiatives) 구축, 창작자 프로파일 구축, 출판계를 통한 ISNI 활성화 그리고 외부 연계를 통한 ISNI 서비스 활성화가 포함된다. 본 연구가 ISNI 기반 연계 및 활용 서비스를 구축하기 위한 기초자료가 되기를 희망해본다.

Technological elements required for the development of culture tourism homepage are use, contents, structure, linkage, search, and appearance. Tourism information service provides many conveniences to tourists, and help to maximize profits and additional income for urban tourism.

국가적 차원의 연구 성과평가와 연구정보서비스의 연계를 위한 프레임워크를 메타데이터 표현과 교환의 두 가지 측면에서 모색하였다. 이를 위해 과학기술분야 연구개발사업을 대상으로 국가적 차원의 연구성과평가 메타데이터의 기능적 요건을 도출하였고, 이에 기초하여 주요 기능별로 국제적인 표준의 적용 방안을 제안하였다. 또한 웹 아키텍처 상에서 연구정보를 재사용 및 교환할 수 있는 국제표준으로서 OAI-ORE에 기반하여 성과평가 메타데이터를 표현 및 연계하기 위한 구현 방안과 사례를 제시하였다.

본 연구를 통해 한국과 일본의 초등 돌봄 정책 분야 부처 간 연계방식을 비교하고 한국의 초등돌봄교실에 주는 시사점을 도출하였다. 배경, 추진과정, 현재 운영방식을 중심으로 한국과 일본의 부처 간 연계방식을 살펴보았다. 추진배경, 예산, 목표, 연계부처, 근거법령, 행정단위 측면에서 상호 비교하고 한국의 초등돌봄교실에 주는 시사점을 도출하였다. 도출된 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동의 건전한 발전이 학교와 지역 발전에 초석이 됨을 인식하고, 지역사회와 학교가 상호 협력활동을 강화해야 한다. 둘째, 돌봄 정책은 단편적 문제를 극복하기 위한 대안이 아니라 거시적 관점에서 여러 요소들을 함께 고려하며 추진되어야 한다. 셋째, 한국은 보다 실효성 있는 부처 간 연계 방안을 모색해야 한다. 넷째, 학교를 거점으로 부처 간 정책 사업이 융합될 수 있는 방안을 모색한다. 다섯째, 초등돌봄교실의 성공적 운영을 위해 운영 주체를 학교장 중심에서 지자체 중심으로 옮기는 방안을 적극 모색해야 한다. 여섯째, 정책 상위 결정자들의 지속적이고 적극적인 관심과 지원이 필요하다.

This study aims to develop strategies to reinforce the roles of universities and volunteer service activities centering on promotion of their connections to communities and community-oriented volunteer service activities. First, for autonomous and continuing development of volunteer services, universities should have active connections with service organizations. Second, more specialized volunteer service programs should be developed. Third, as volunteer service activities are somewhat forced on college students, recognition for them should be improved. Fourth, as the quality of the service and academic achievement decrease, conditions for volunteer service education and programs should be made available. Fifth, for continuing participation in volunteer service activities, organized systems should be established.

우리나라 노인들의 사회복지서비스 이용은 매우 저조하고 서비스가 각기 독립적으로 제공되고 있기 때문에 중복과 누락현상이 나타나고 있음이 지적되어 왔다. 본 연구는 경기도 국민기초생활보장대상 노인들 전수를 대상으로 노인들이 어떠한 서비스기관으로부터 어떠한 사회복지서비스를 받고 있는지에 대해 살펴보고, 노인들의 사회복지서비스 이용기관수에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과 서비스중복 문제보다는 낮은 서비스이용률이 더 문제인 것으로 드러났다. 노인의 사회복지서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아본 결과 비교적 욕구요인이 큰 비중을 차지하였고 그 외 귀속요인과 자원요인도 중에는 큰 영향을 미치는 변수들이 나타나, 사회복지서비스확충과 지역별 균형의 달성, 서비스 연계 활성화가 필요한 것으로 밝혀졌다.

u-City와 ITS는 서로 상이하면서도 부분적으로 연관도가 깊은 서비스들을 제공하고 있다. 따라서 연관도에 따라 중복성 문제나 효율적 추진의 어려움을 지적 받고 있어 두 시스템간의 서비스 연관분석과 우선순위 도출이 필요하다. 연구 방법으로 서비스간의 연관표를 작성하고 전문가 설문조사를 통하여 연관도를 분석한다. 설문조사 결과를 누적 합산하여 종합점수를 도출한 결과 ITS의 돌발상황관리 서비스와 u-사고/재난재해 서비스가 최빈치로 나타났다. 사업우선순위는 연관도가 높은 서비스를 우선 추진하는 것을 기본원칙으로 하여 단계별로 구분하고 서비스의 패키지화를 통해 시너지 효과를 기대할 수도 있다. 이 논문은 u-City와 ITS 서비스의 연관도 분석과 이를 통한 도입서비스의 우선순위 도출로 효율적 사업추진 방안을 제시한 점에서 의의를 가진다.

해양사고를 줄이고 해사안전 및 바다국민 행복을 도모하기 위해 해양수산부는 2021년 1월말부터 국민을 대상으로 지능형 해상교통정보서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 서비스를 통해 다양한 정보가 생성 및 수집되고 있으며, 수집된 정보를 기반으로 데이터과학에 접목시켜 서비스 알고리즘을 개발하고 검증하여 보다 안전하고 효율적인 지능형 해상교통정보서비스 구현을 위한 연구개발이 진행 중에 있다. 향상된 서비스를 개발 및 구현하기 위해서는 수집·저장된 데이터를 연계하고 여러 시스템에서 데이터를 원활하게 접근하여 사용하고 저장할 수 있는 데이터파이프라인 체계가 필요하다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 데이터과학 기반 서비스 알고리즘 개발 환경과 지능형 해상교통서비스 테스트베드 등 다양한 시스템에서 활용 가능한 데이터파이프라인을 설계하였다.

This paper proposes an approach to analyzing the relationship between technology and services, and to identifying promising service areas for technology-based firms with the analysis of business model (BM) patents. First, BM patents and technology patents are collected and classified into their relevant categories, respectively. Second, patent citation analysis is conducted to analyze the linkage and impacts between each technology and service field at macro level. Third, as a micro level analysis, patent co-classification analysis is employed to identify the interrelationships among specific technology and service areas. Finally, the promising service areas for technology-based firms seeking service areas for diversification is investigated with portfolio analysis. The working of the proposed approach is provided with the help of a case study of IT and mobile services. The proposed approach could guide and help managers of technology-based firms to discover the opportunity of the diversification to new areas in emerging service fields.
