The mission of the TTC system is to acquire and process the telemetry data from the satellite and to provide mission planning and satellite control for the target stellite system. In this paper, the transmission scheme for the Tracking, Telemetry and Command(TTC) system of satelliteis described and determined according to the recommendation of CCSDS, and the channel characteristics are analyzed according to modulation method. Expecially, we introduced the concepts of carrier vs. telemetry data power ratio which causes the channel performance to degrade, and analyzed the effects of transmission performance according to the power ratio of carrier vs. telemetry data and the modulation index. The channel of the LEO TTC sytem is different with usual satellite communication system. So, we have generalized the link budget of TTC sytem for using the link budget of ground station well-known and proposed the determination method of modultion indices for improveing channel performance.

In this paper, we analyze system level and link level performance for MB-OFDM UWB system. we propose physical layer model of MB-OFDM UWB system in MBOA. For this analysis, Base-band channel model from IEEE 802.15 3a was adopted. we considered the channel index parameter to select any one of 100 distinct realizations provided by the IEEE working group. Our experimental results indicate BER values according to Es/No.

Recently, spatial information technologies using remotely sensed imagery and functionality of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) have been widely utilized to various types of transportation-related applications. In this study, extraction programs of some practical indices, to be effectively used in transportation reference planning problem, were designed and implemented as prototyped extensions in GIS development environment: traffic flow estimation (TFL/TFB), urban rural index (URI), and accessibility index (AI). In TFL/TFB, user can obtain quantitative results on traffic flow estimation at link/block using high-resolution satellite imagery. Whereas, URI extension provides urban-rural characteristics related to road system, being considered one of important factors in transportation planning. Lastly, AI extension helps to obtain accessibility index between nodes of road segments and surrounding district areas touched or intersected with the road network system, and it also provides useful information for transportation planning problems. This approach is regarded as one of RS-T (Remote Sensing in Transportation), and it is expected to expand as new application of remotely sensed imagery.

전기공사비지수는 실적공사단가의 합리적인 시간차 보정과 물가변동 등에 따른 계약단가조정을 위한 자료로 활용된다. 전기공사비지수는 전기공사업계 산업구조의 변화, 신기술공법의 변화, 새로운 상품등장 및 퇴장 등을 반영하여야 한다. 그러나 현행 고정방식 전기공사비지수는 이러한 변화를 즉각적으로 반영에는 가중치 및 기준연도 가격지수의 장기간 고정으로 인한 이론적으로 한계가 있다. 그리고 전기공사업 특성상 노임비중이 높아 특정 월을 중심으로 주기적으로 급격한 변동이 발생되는 문제점이 있었다. 이러한 문제점과 이론적 한계를 보완하는 대안으로 연쇄방식 전기공사비지수를 개발하여, 이를 건설공사비지수, 고정방식 전기공사비지수와 비교분석을 하였다. 그 결과에 의하면, 연쇄방식 전기공사비지수는 이론적 특성상 고정방식에 비하여 현실 상황을 잘 반영하며, 특히 전기공사지수의 활용취지 등에 부합하는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 연쇄방식 전기공사비지수는 고정방식에 비하여 상대적으로 우월하고는 말할 수 없지만, 최소한 고정방식의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 하나의 대안으로 생각하여 볼 수 있다.

Single-index models have found applications in econometrics and biometrics, where multidimensional regression models are often encountered. Here we propose a nonparametric estimation approach that combines wavelet methods for non-equispaced designs with Bayesian models. We consider a wavelet series expansion of the unknown regression function and set prior distributions for the wavelet coefficients and the other model parameters. To ensure model identifiability, the direction parameter is represented via its polar coordinates. We employ ad hoc hierarchical mixture priors that perform shrinkage on wavelet coefficients and use Markov chain Monte Carlo methods for a posteriori inference. We investigate an independence-type Metropolis-Hastings algorithm to produce samples for the direction parameter. Our method leads to simultaneous estimates of the link function and of the index parameters. We present results on both simulated and real data, where we look at comparisons with other methods.

Customer Satisfaction Management(CSM) is becoming more common and the importance of measuring the CS Index(CSI) is getting higher and higher. Furthermore, the existing CSI have many problems in view of the link between enterprise result and those indecision, which could not explain the links clearly. Therefore, NPS(Net Promoter Score) index have been developed by Fred Reichheld and the NPS shows up rapidly and attract attention. In this paper, we provide conceptual frameworks on the links among the latent variables(total CSI, elementary CS and the referral) and propose more effective and practical index between CSI and the "would recommend" index through testing the Structural Equation Model(SEM) on "CSI${\leftrightarrow}$would recommend${\leftrightarrow}$referral".

최근 자율주행의 발달로 차량에 장착된 다양한 센서가 일반화 되고 그 센서에서 발생되는 빅 데이터는 교통 분야에서 활용도가 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 교통 빅 데이터의 활용을 위해 실시간으로 발생되는 차량 센싱 빅 데이터와 도로 기상 등 공공데이터를 지도상에 효율적으로 맵핑하기 위한 그리드 인덱스 기법을 제안하였으며, 제안한 그리드 공간 분할 방식과 그리드 ID 부여 방식에 대하여 적용 가능성 및 효과를 분석하였다. 차량 센서에서 실시간 분석된 강수 데이터를 전국 화물차의 디지털 운행기록장치(DTG, Digital Tachograph) 데이터를 기반으로 가상 생성하여 좌표기반으로 맵핑하였으며, 제안 방식과 링크 단위 처리방식의 처리 속도를 비교하였다. 제안 방식은 링크 단위의 처리 방식 대비 약 2,400배 이상의 데이터 처리 성능 개선을 나타냈다. 추가로 그리드 맵핑의 적용 가능성 및 링크 단위 맵핑과의 차별성을 확인하고자 가상 생성한 데이터를 시각화하고 비교하였다.

Using cross-ties to connect cables together when forming a cable network is regarded as an efficient method of mitigating cable vibrations. Cross-ties have been extended and fixed on bridge decks or towers in some engineering applications. However, the dynamics of this kind of system need to be further studied, and the effects of extending cross-links to bridge decks/towers on the modal response of the system should be assessed in detail. In this paper, a system of two cables connected by an inter-supported cross-link with another lower cross-link extended to the ground is proposed and analyzed. The characteristic equation of the system is derived, and some limiting solutions in closed form of the system are derived. Roots of cable system with special configurations are also discussed, attention being given to the case when the two cables are identical. A predictable mode behavior was found when the stiffness of inter-connection cross-link and the cross-link extended to the ground were the same. The vector of mode energy distribution and the degree of mode localization index are proposed so as to distinguish global and local modes. The change of mode behaviors is further discussed in the case when the two cables are not identical. Effects of cross-link stiffness, cross-link location, mass-tension ratio, cable length ratio and frequency ratio on $1^{st}$ mode frequency and mode shape are addressed.

혼잡지표는 혼잡발생지역을 계량적으로 평가하기 위해 필요하다. 지금까지의 혼잡지표의 구축은 방법론상 해당분석 시간 동안 통과하는 다수의 차량에 대한 데이터 수집을 근간으로 하는 비경제적인 실측치조사기반이라 어려움이 있었다. 이렇게 비교적 고비용으로 산정된 혼잡지표 역시 혼잡정보의 제공이라기보다는 교통운영, 교통정책의 평가 및 개발을 위해 주로 활용되어져 왔다. 본 연구는 단일 GPS Probe 차량을 이용하여 실시간으로 간선도로상의 혼잡 유무를 가릴 수 있는 모형을 개발하여 이를 통해 교통상황에 대한 정보를 (1)링크혼잡정보와 (2)링크통행속도정보를 동시에 구하여 도로이용자에게 정보를 제공함은 물론 전술한 전통적 교통영역에서도 이용이 가능하도록 하였다. 또한 간선도로상에서 신호의 영향을 고려한 모형을 구축하기 위해, 기존의 혼잡모형에 새로운 항목을 추가하여 실시간 혼잡지표 모형을 개발하였다. 이후 현장실험을 통해 모형을 검증하였으며 결론적으로 본 연구에서 제시한 실시간 혼잡모형의 현실적인 적용가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 단일 Probe 차량을 이용하여 경제적으로 혼잡의 유무를 가릴 수 있는 모형을 통해 실시간적인 혼잡지표를 개발하여 교통정보제공의 내용에 다양화를 추구하였다는 것에 학술적 의미가 있다.

본 연구에서는 유연한 로봇 조각기를 허브가 있는 첨단질량이 부착된 유연한 외팔보로 모델링하고 Hamilton의 원리에 의하여 유도된 운동방정식을 Galerkin의 모우 드 합 방접을 이용하여 유한차원화하여 상태방정식으로 표시하였다. 계를 제어 모우 드부(controlled mode part)와 잔류 모우드부(residual mode part)로 나누어 제어 모 우드부에 대해 최적제어 이론을 도입하여 귀환계수(feedback ccefficient)를 구하였으 며 측정이 불가능한 상태변수(inaccessible state)를 근사적으로 추정하기 위하여 Lu- enberger 관측기가 사용되었다.2차 성능계수(quadratic performance index)내의 입 력에 대한 가중치의 변화에 따른 제어효과 및 계의 여러 모우드중 중요 모우드만 제어 하는 제어기를 사용함에 따른 Spillover 효과가 계의 제어효과에 미치는 영향을 시뮬 레이션을 통하여 고찰하였으며, 또한 실험을 통하여 이론의 타당성을 검토하였다.
