냉간성형 각형강관 T형 접합부의 항복선해석 전용한계 (Application limit of Yield Line Analysis on Welded T-joints in Cold-Formed SHS Sections)

  • 본 논문은 지관에 압축력을 받는 냉간성형 각형강관 T형 용접접합부의항복선 해석에 관한 연구이다. 기존 연구 중 냉간성형 정방형 각형강관 T형 용접 접합부만을 포함하는 실험결과와 Kato, Packer, Zhao, CIDECT 및 본 연구진들의 제안식을 비교하였다. 제안된 항복선 모델의 적용한계치를 제안하기 위하여, 항복선 해석에 기초하여 이전 논문에서 제안된 항복선모델을 재검토하였다. 제안된 항복선 모델은 냉간성형 각형강관 곡률부와 용접크기를 고려한다. 마지막으로, 실험상의 실체 파괴모드와 해석상의 비교결과를 참조하여, 항복선 해석의 적용범위를 ${\beta}^{\prime}{\leq}0.8$로 제안하였다. 여기서, ${\beta}^{\prime}=0.8$, ${\beta}^{\prime}=b_1^{\prime}/b_0^{\prime}$, $b_1{^{\prime}}=b_1+t_0$, $b_0{^{\prime}}=b_0-t_0$.

  • 본 논문에서는 차량 구동라인의 굽힘 진동을 저감시키기 위해 사용되는 동흡진기의 설계 파라미터에 대한 최적설계를 수행하였다. 정확한 동적 응답특성을 얻기 위해 구동라인을 구성하는 추진축의 진동해석으로부터 추출된 유연성 데이터를 구동라인 동역학 모델에 적용하여 유연체 구동라인을 만들었다. 동흡진기의 내부 튜브 질량, 고무 강성계수 및 고무 감쇠계수를 최적화를 위한 설계 파라미터로 선택하였다. 구동라인의 수직 가속도를 최소화시키기 위해 중심합성 실험계획법의 3-요인, 2-수준 실험을 15회 수행하여 목적함수에 대한 2차 회귀방정식을 만들었으며, 최적화 프로그램을 이용하여 동흡진기 설계 파라미터들을 결정하였다. 최적화된 동흡진기를 장착한 차량 모델은 초기 모델에 비해 구동라인의 수직 가속도 피크값을 17.1% 감소시켰다.

Transformer Winding Modeling based on Multi-Conductor Transmission Line Model for Partial Discharge Study

  • To study and locate partial discharge(PD) and analyze the transient state of power transformer, there is a need for a high frequency model of transformer winding and calculation of its parameters. Due to the high frequency nature of partial discharge phenomenon, there is a need for an accurate model for this frequency range. To attain this goal, a Multi-Conductor Transmission Line (MTL) model is used in this paper for modeling this transformer winding. In order that the MTL model can properly simulate the transformer behavior within a frequency range it is required that its parameters be accurately calculated. In this paper, all the basic parameters of this model are calculated by the use of Finite Element Method (FEM) for a 20kV winding of a distribution transformer. The comparison of the results obtained from this model with the obtained shape of the waves by the application of PD pulse to the winding in laboratory environment shows the validity and accuracy of this model.

Simulation of Voltage and Current Distributions in Transmission Lines Using State Variables and Exponential Approximation

  • A new method for simulating voltage and current distributions in transmission lines is described. It gives the time domain solution of the terminal voltage and current as well as their line distributions. This is achieved by treating voltage and current distributions as distributed state variables (DSVs) and turning the transmission line equation into an ordinary differential equation. Thus the transmission line is treated like other lumped dynamic components, such as capacitors. Using backward differentiation formulae for time discretization, the DSV transmission line component is converted to a simple time domain companion model, from which its local truncation error can be derived. As the voltage and current distributions get more complicated with time, a new piecewise exponential with controllable accuracy is invented. A segmentation algorithm is also devised so that the line is dynamically bisected to guarantee that the total piecewise exponential error is a small fraction of the local truncation error. Using this approach, the user can see the line voltage and current at any point and time freely without explicitly segmenting the line before starting the simulation.

자동차 외판 특징선 곡면의 단면 형상 측정과 분석 (Measurement and Analysis of the Section Profile for Feature Line Surface on an Automotive Outer Panel)

  • The current study presents a geometric measurement and analysis of the section profile for a feature line surface on an automotive outer panel. A feature line surface is the geometry which is a visually noticeable creased line on a smooth panel. In the current study the section profile of a feature line surface is analyzed geometrically. The section profile on the real press panel was measured using a coordinate measuring machine. The section profiles from the CAD model and the real panel are aligned using the same coordinate system defined by two holes near the feature line. In the aligned section profiles the chord length and height of the curved part were measured and analyzed. The results show that the feature line surface on the real panel is doubled in width size.

  • In this paper, a new design method for coupled-line filters with tapped input/output has been developed. The design equations for this tapped filter have been obtained using a new equivalent circuit model of tapped lines. From an edge coupled-line filter, tapped lines replaces the input/output coupled lines which tend to have very narrow gaps (few mils). Therefore, tapped coupled-line filters tend to be less sensitive to filter fabrication tolerances and to be easily fabricated using milling tools. The new filter design algorithm allows very accurate filter design for frequencies less than 20 GHz and bandwidth less than 20%. Above 20 GHz, the filter performance can be optimized starting from the filter design algorithm in this paper. Simulation problems with 2-D EM tools to characterize filter performance at high frequencies have shown to be solved by providing a channel for the filter to eliminate higher order modes.

  • On-line game business has emerged as the most lucrative entertainment industry, with over 4 million players in China, with more than 45% of the market dominated by Korean on-line games. While the interactive entertainment market continues to expand, with many new Korean on-line game publishers entering the market, relatively little is known about which factors influence online game players' behavioral intentions (i.e., intention to play, brand-identity, word of mouth, flow, etc.) in this area. It appears that in this extremely attractive and growing services segment, academics, as well as practitioners, would benefit from investigating the relationships among the players' intention to play, social norms, word of mouth, flow, and the impacts of several other key game-related constructs. A conceptual framework is proposed and a simultaneous equation model is developed. This paper develops the exploratory LISREL model for identifying the factors affecting the players' intention to play for on-line games. Based on data collected from on-line questionnaire survey in China, the validity of the model has been tested and interesting conclusions have been developed concerning the relationships between the game-related constructs. It is hoped that this result might provide the useful guidelines for developing the successful on-line game contents. With better understanding of the players' behavioral intentions, Korean on-line game developers should be able to penetrate the China market with sustainable advantage over their competition.

  • 최근 웹툰이나 애니메이션을 3D 콘텐츠로 제작하는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 3D 콘텐츠 제작에서 모델링은 반드시 필요하지만 시간이 오래 걸리는 작업이다. 드로잉 기반 모델링을 사용하여 2D 카툰 원화에서 3D 모델을 생성하기 위해서는 라인 드로잉이 필요하다. 하지만 2D 카툰원화는 3D 모델의 기하학적 특성이 표현되지 않고 카툰원화의 제작 기법이 다양하여 일관성 있게 라인 드로잉 추출이 힘들다. 본 연구에서는 generative adversarial network (GAN) 모델을 사용하여 2D 카툰 원화에서 3D 모델의 기하학적 특성을 나타내는 라인 드로잉을 추출하는 방법을 제안하고 이를 실험한다.

  • This study began the study by instructing enterprises to change Batch Production into U-Line. This study suggested TPS U-Line building model process and applied it to some of their product line. By connecting concerned process elements into continuous operations. Outside orders were also switched to inside operations and executed in continuous operations, thereby about 100Km of transit distance became zero Km, Production lead Time was incredibly reduced. After all, 90% of Production Lead Time, 50% of handling fault, 3/4 of workers decreased and Productivity per Person enhanced which involves improving Batch Production into Continuous Production and applies it to the real world, so that small and medium enterprises can consult this study if the company is willing to make an improvement to their product line.

도화원도의 활용방안 (A Application Method of Plotting Original Data)

  • 최근 디지털 항공사진을 이용한 수치도화가 보편화 되었으며 이로 인해 지표에 대한 3차원 데이터를 정확하게 획득하고 있다. 도화원도는 도화사가 지표를 육안으로 확인하여 제작한 신뢰 있는 3차원 데이터이며 등고선과 표고점 이외에도 지형지물에 대해 3차원 좌표를 가지고 있는 점, 선으로 표현되었을 뿐 아니라 레이어로 분류되어 활용성이 매우 크다. 본 연구에서는 도화원도를 이용해 정밀하고 정확한 수치표고모델을 제작하고자 한다. 이를 위해 수치지형도에서 등고선과 표고점 레이어를 추출하였고 도화원도에서 Break Line을 추출하여 각각 수치표고모델을 제작하였으며 이 두 결과를 비교하였다. 비교를 위해 주거지, 산지, 농경지, 제방 등 경사가 완만하거나 복잡한 지형을 연구지역으로 선정하여 최적의 수치표모델이 제작될 때까지 반복적으로 레이어를 삭제하면서 Break Line을 추출하였다. 그 결과 도화원도에서 등고선과 표고점 레이어를 비롯해 8개의 도로 레이어 및 2개의 경계 레이어를 Break Line으로 추출하였으며 이를 이용해 더욱 정밀한 수치표고모델을 획득할 수 있었다. 또한 교차하거나 접하는 Break Line을 편집하여 복잡하고 변위가 급격한 지형에서 수치표고모델의 왜곡현상을 최소화할 수 있었다.
