Artificial intelligence in the game is mainly used to determine patterns of behavior of NPC (Non Player Character) and the enemy, path finding. These artificial intelligence is implemented by FSM (Finite State Machine) or Flocking method. The number of NPC behavior in FSM method is limited by the number of FSM states. If the number of states is too small, then NPC player can know the behavior patterns easily. On the other hand, too many implementation cases make it complicated. The NPC behaviors in Flocking method are determined by the leader's decision. Therefore, players can know easily direction of movement patterns or attack pattern of NPCs. To overcome these problem, this paper proposes agonistic behaviors(attacks, threats, showing courtesy, avoidance, submission)in animals to apply for the NPC, and implements agonistic behaviors using Unity3D engine. This paper can help developing a real sense of the NPC artificial intelligence.
Urban transport demand is derived from activity participation. A variety of individual daily activities based on the decisions on activity participation result in collective spatial behavior. The travel derived from the effort to overcome the spatially distributed locations of adjacent activities represents the detailed structural relationships among activities. An activity-based approach provides an important framework of analyzing contemporary urban daily life in the sense that it studies the interaction between individuals' daily decision making and social practice in time and space, on the one hand, and socio-spatial environment on the other. The current study identifies representative patterns of urban daily activity implementations and analyzes the correlation between representative patterns and individuals' characteristics and contextual characteristics. The study shows that urban daily activity patterns can be grouped in a limited number of representative patterns, which are systematically correlated with socio-spatial characteristics. The results provide related transportation policy implications.

IN urban areas, public outdoor recreation opportunities are limited, traditional funding sources are being eraded, and crowding as well as ecological damage appear inevitable, these developments may require new analysis on the prospective policy of park, with the evaluation of the trend of amenity resources and recreation values, 16 parks were taken as informants in Deagu city area, the data for this research were collected 2,942 samples by the on-site-interview. The abstracted results of amenity elements were revealed as institutions and resource types, the attraction of resources was about twice as much as that of institutions. The resources is to be classified into two items ; national resources and human resources. The former is about five times as mcuh atractive as the latter. The attraction of natural resources consists in the atmospheric factors(35%), the biological factors(28%), the topographical factors(19%), and the scenery factors(18%). While, the attraction of human resources consists in the cultural factors(54%), the social factors(46%). The attraction of the base institutions is very low. The attraction of the static institution is three times as much as that of that of the dynamic institution. The above tendency is a general trend in Daegu city. But when we are taking into consideration in datail, we find that there is great difference among the green tract of land of the park. When the amenity resources of one's destination was used for the value of recreation, the pattern of attraction variables as a physical characteristics could explain 58%. Based on those result, this study is a small but important guidence for decision makings concerning to the allocation of scarce amenity resources.
The completion of Jeju Naval Base on February 2016 made the Republic of Korea Navy(ROKN) review the size and role of the Maritime Task Flotilla(MTF). The new strategic environment for the 12st century and the new challenges require the Navy to counter North Korea's provocations and prevent potential enemy's threat. The Navy is also required to take part in the variety of international roles and missions commensurated with Korea's global status to maximize the national interest. Despite these changes, Korea's military construction concept is still unable to break away from the old paradigm of the North Korean threat largely centered. In order to develop the current MTF into the Task Group with the construction of Jeju Naval Base, the Navy must newly not only establish new force development plan and fleet management concepts but also go to persuade and convince policy decision makers. To this end, the following efforts should be promoted. First, the ROK Navy steps up efforts in order to share with the Task Group's vision and strategy. The Navy should also provide the size and structure as well as the missions and roles of the Task Group to react to new maritime security environment. Second, the Navy analyse the MTF's ability and what is required and necessary to perform its duty. After that, it must set out the direction of the Task Group's force development. Third, the current missions and roles of the MTF should be re-established to respond various threats. Finally, accommodating of new technology to the MTF should intensify its strengths. The ROK Navy has a mixed force structure consisting of three fixed- base fleets and a MTF. The fixed base fleet has a passive force to defend and protect its own sea areas, but the MTF should actively not only counter North Korea's threats, including ballistic missiles, but also fight potential threats and takes international missions as a primary task force. However, the MTF has a limited capability to accomplish given missions and long-range operations, and thus, the ROK Navy is strongly required to construct the Task Group.

In this paper we present an integrated methodology for strategic planning in telecommunications standardization. Especially this paper focuses on the method of setting priorities for telecommunications SWAs(Standardization Work Areas) and related SWls(Standardization Work Items). To make a strategic plan for telecommunications standardization in which usually includes prioritization, resource allocation, standardization schedule for each SWA is based on prioritization of SWAs. Our methodology integrated various existing methods including the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and a modified Delphi technique. Recently, rapid technology evolution in telecommunications fields increases the necessity of developing more and more new standards. Also increased complexity of those technologies makes standards more complicated, more specified and more thick than the past ones. As a result, the number of SWAs and SWIs are being increased constantly. Furthermore, rapid telecommunication environment changes such as deregulation, liberalization, privatization, regionalization, and globalization surrounding standardization bring about new challenges and opportunities. Due to all these trends, strategic planning for telecommunications standardization grows more and more important. To cope with these challenges and also to make the more efficient use of the limited standardization resources including time, financial, human resources, we suggest more logical and rational approach that will be a backbone of strategic plan for telecommunications standardization. The telecommunications standardization planning process involves a MCDM(Multi-Criteria Decision Making) process. The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is a kind of MCDM approaches. Our method is based on a combination of a modified Delphi technique and an application of AHP(Liberator's spreadsheet model). Analyzed data from Delphi technique is used as inputs to ABP. In addition, we also focus on the technique how to combine group judgments and to handle a large number of comparisons. We present analyzed results including Pilot and Full Scale Survey according to the proposed process. The result of this study will be useful input for telecommunications standardization policy making and practical implementation.

The purpose of this study was to examine consumer purchasing behavior of the online shoppers particularly using online clothing shopping mall and to analyze the key factors of both satisfaction and dissatisfaction of their purchase and to compare the both group by lifestyle segmentation in order to provide the e-CRM strategies. Focus group interviews and survey were conducted in December, 2003 with 30 online shoppers who have an experience of online clothing purchasing. The data analysis included the content analysis, descriptive statistics, K-means and factor analysis. Key findings of the study were as follows: First, online shoppers spent average 3.5 hours on internet and usually purchased clothing while surfing the web. Second, consumers were satisfied with reasonable price and customized service but dissatisfied with delayed delivery, limited product availability in both size and color and return policy. Third, according to the lifestyle segmentation, online shoppers could be characterized as 'Luxurious', 'Trendy' and 'Prudent' 'Luxury-oriented consumers', who value fashion, diet and social activity, tended to purchase basic yet high quality products. However, 'Trend-oriented consumers', to whom fashion trend was most important, purchased various latest fashion products with reasonable price and showed generally positive response to emails sent by e-retailers. And lastly 'Prudence-oriented consumers', whose buying decision was based solely on practicality, appeared to be reluctant to purchase clothing online while seeking more credible information and competitive price. In conclusion, this study has its significance in that it helps promote relationships between customers and e-retailers by providing differentiated e-CRM strategies through each customer groups 'lifestyle segmentation and consumer purchasing behavior analysis.
Objectives The study of the clinical effects of traditional east asian medicine (TEAM) using Taiwan national health insurance claim dataset (NHIRD) is useful in Korean Medicine research. We reviewed the clinical studies of TEAM using NHIRD as a whole through this study. Methods We comprehensively searched PUBMED and NHIRD DB for clinical effects of TEAM study using NHIRD from inception to 17, January 2017. As a result, 40 studies investigating the contribution of TEAM intervention to health benefit have been confirmed. We analyzed publication time, target disease, sample size, outcome measurement and main result of 40 searched studies. Results The number of TEAM studies using NHIRD grdually increasing. The topics of the team study using NHIRD covered a wide range of subjects including cardiovascular disease, tumor, gynecological disease, diabetes and kidney disease. The studies have shown large samples and reported significant effects on severe diseases. Conclusions The results of this study suggest that the study of Korean Medicine using Big data will be useful for decision making related to health care in Korea. However, considering the limited domestic Korean health insurance data, it will be necessary to activate the big data research of Korean Medicine through the establishment of a separate cohort in Korea.
This study examines work and family life of married women employed in a manufacturing industry. Data were gathered from the use of fact-to-face interview method from a sample of 230 married working women. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows : (1) With high rates of change of job, most of the respondents remain unstable in their working situation. It was shown that the important factors influencing job satisfaction of married women are women's life cycle, degree of contribution of wife's income toward total family income, and husband's attitude toward wife's empolyment. The degree of job satisfaction is also strongly influenced by labor structural factors such as pay, work environment and fringe benefits. (2) The amount of household labor time was limited by job-related factors rather than by family-related factors, because among these working women employment itself is necessarily for their subsistance. (3) It was shown that wives participated more actively in their marital communications than their husbands. Most of the respondents showed the syncratic type of the decision making patterns, but this results does not necessarily mean wives exercised an equal power with their husbands. The economic factors and the emotional instability of the husband are the ones mostly influencing marital conflicts of the employed women. It was found that the respondents easily revealed marital conflicts related to personal problems of their husbands(such as extramarital affairs, gambling and alchoholism). However, they tried to overcome the structural conflicts related to authoritarian attitudes of their husbands or economic problems without any complaints. (4) Mothers have difficulty in controlling their adolescent children, due to the weakening of parental authority. Although most of the respondents perceived their employment as having negative impacts on their children, they still have high expectations toward their children. Inspite of low degree of father role expectations and facther role performance of their husbands, most of the respondents anticipated expressive roles as well as traditionally instrumental role from their husbands. Finally, these findings would help us determine family welfare policies in Korea. Improvements in paid and household labor structure of married women should be accomplished at the national level. Also, the acting programs for parent education, marital councelling services, and law enforcement for equal employment between men and women should be provided in our society.

Long Term rental housing, which is supplied for performing housing welfare, has been aging from permanent rental housing. Therefore, variety housing welfare projects are planing and performing for improving aged facilities. However, although every welfare policy are necessary, we have to efficiently allocate and commit the funds, because the fund and resources is limited. And there is required the feasibility study before performing public project for housing welfare, because it needs large amount of financial supports by government. Meanwhile, because most of existed studies are focused on guide development, it has limitation to apply the result of existed studies in this study, which considers public remodeling project for housing welfare. But in reality, public project is been decided by willing of policy decision-maker. Therefore, in this study, we suggest the evaluation method of policy value for two alternatives(remodeling and maintain) of a aged long term rental housing. To extract the attributes of policy value, we considered categorized items of preliminary feasibility study. Through extracting attribute factors of policy value for aged long term rental housing, we can calculate the policy value of remodeling and maintain alternatives by using MAUT. As a result of analysis, we can find that the utility value of remodeling is 0.6161 and the utility value of maintain is 0.2461 and also the utility of remodeling is higher than utility of maintain. Therefore, when we plan the public projects for performing housing welfare, we can choose remodeling alternative rather than maintain alternative using quantitive data.
This study observes the fact that there exist restrictions due to the election-law-based regulations on web campaigns in Korea although web campaigns are widely spreading around the globe, and aims to analyze this aspect from the political context. As a result of the research, first, this study found out that Article 93, Clause 1 of the makes it possible to do permanent web campaigns on the strength of the Constitutional Court's decision of limited unconstitutionality, whereas Article 59 and 254 of the same Law(Election Campaign Offence) differ from the above Article 93, Clause 1; thus, it is necessary to revise the relevant law. Second, as for the request for taking measures for the depletion of ISP, etc., it is necessary to reform the provisions of the and together. These provisions are excessive regulations of the on ISP, also having the possibility of dual punishment. Third, there is also the need to amend Clause 6 of Article 82 (Real Name Confirmation of the Message Board, and chat room of Internet Media) of the from a long term perspective. It is because this Clause also has much room for restrictions of the freedom of expression in the long term despite the Constitutional Court's decision of its constitutionality in July, 2015. Lastly, this study is to reinterpret why it is difficult to revise the from the two sorts of political contexts and to propose the ' Reform Multiple Governance' as the revision method for web campaign revitalization.
