Artificial ground greening has been developed gradually in accordance with increasing demands of out-door space in Apartment complexes. Nowadays other social demand, environmental load abatement, needs qualitative growth of artificial ground greening as well as quantitative growth. So the objects of this study would be seizing and analyzing changeable items in artificial ground greening in the future, and show drafting materials for the development of spheres in connected with artificial ground greening. For this study, Delphi method was applied. First, three groups of panel, 48 people, were selected. Second, set up items of changes possible in the future from the first questionnaire and additional inquiry. Third, made up the second questionnaire of change possible in the future with Likert summated scale, and finally one way - ANOVA executed; independent variables were items of changes, and dependent variables were three groups of panel. To conclude, although limits of this study, we could glance over general flows and changes in artificial ground greening, and discover items which are hardly changeable and necessary to change in present condition of artificial ground greening.

To quantify an concept we often use Likert summated rating scale of original or standardized variables in case the variables are relatively less. When variables have different scales, standardized values tends to be used rather than the original values. This is also true in evaluating systems. For example, we may use standardized values of local tax levy, population, and etc. and use the summed value of the standardized values to access the degrees of development. In this paper, we propose using a data-driven weighted sum for a scoring system and the way how to obtain the weights. We apply the proposed method to a real data set and find that proposed method is better than the usual summated rating scale.

The purpose of this study was to make improvement plan of supplement education for multifamily housing managers. It had investigated a difficult degree of managerial work and troubles of education through questionnaires by 144 housing manager in Ulsan. Analysis methods adopted in this study were frequency, percentage, mean, one-way ANOVA by the SPSS 10.0 for windows program. The parts of evaluation tool were composed of maintenance, operating management, residential life management. The evaluation tool got contents through the documents research, present education contents and questions on the Internet. Likert summated scale(5 point) was used. The results of study showed that a difficult degree of managerial work in the residential life management was the highest. A difficult degree of maintenance work was the highest on the defect examination and decision of repair method of equipment facilities and construct frame. The degree of difficulty of the operating management was high on the homepage management through Internet and well-being progress of housing managers.
