Analytic Study on the Design Elements for Energy Conservative Green-Home Prototyping (에너지 저감형 그린홈 프로토타이핑을 위한 설계요소 분석 연구)

  • In respond to the global energy crisis and climate change, there have been many ongoing national efforts to develop a sustainable housing prototype followed by "2 million Green Home Project" in Korea. More than 50% of nation's population are currently living in apartment housing thus the country is seriously in need of developing green apartment prototype. In this research, we focused on energy-conservative green apartment design prototype that have both passive components and active systems explored in a systemic design approach. After selecting an existing basic apartment unit, we analyzed and compared statistical data with the simulated annual energy consumption to match these two data sets for validating simulation accuracy performed with TRNSYS package. We performed energy simulations with different passive design factors such as varied insulation thickness, window types and infiltration rates as well as the active design factors including boilers and lighting fixtures to analyze their impacts on the energy performance of the housing unit using TRNSYS software. As a result, we acquired significant energy reduction effect with explored design strategies but the life cycle cost analysis for the final design guidline would need to be performed. In this study, we focused on a systematic comparative energy analysis based on TRNSYS that can improve the design of a green apartment housing.

  • The reinforced concrete(RC) structures strengthened with fiber reinforced plastic(FRP) has been accepted by the construction engineering community for rehabilitation. FRP composites can present many advantages like a corrosion resistance, strength-weight ratio, relatively short application time, and cost effectiveness. The beams under design load, however, are cracked and result in degrading the strength. It is difficult to recognize cracks and deflections on the surface of the concrete members retrofitted with FRP through the life cycle. For these reasons, if they result in the effects, which were below the expected strength, we must monitor the state of concrete structures all the time in order to take an appropriate measure. Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG) sensor excel as monitoring of investigating the stress state of the retrofitted beams with FRP. The main objective of this study is to measure strain by experiment and analyze the behavior of RC beams retrofitted with FRP using FBG sensor. The kinds of FRP which were used in research are carbon, glass and improved hybrid FRP(IFRP) that has capacity than any other FRP. Other variables are the length of FRP, the number of sheet.

A Study of Estimation for Web Application Complexity (웹 어플리케이션의 복잡도 예측에 관한 연구)

  • As software developing paradigm has been changing to complicate Web environment, study of complexity becomes vigorous. Yet still it seems that general agreement has not to be reached to architecture or complexity measure of Web application. And so traditional complexity metrics - program size(LOC) and Cyclomatic Complexity can be derived from the source code after implementation. it is not helpful to the early phase of software development life cycle - analysis and design phase. In this study 6 Web projects has been used for deriving applications with possible errors suited by Complexity Indicator. Using 61 programs derived, linear correlation between complexity, number of classes and number of methods has been proposed. As Web application complexity could be estimated before implementation, effort and cost management will be processed more effectively.

  • With the diversified and enlarged softwares, the issue of software maintenance became more complex and difficult and consequently, the cost of software maintenance took up the highest portion in the software life cycle. We design Reverse Engineering Tool for software restructuring environment to object-oriented system. We design Rule - Based Reverse - Engineering using Class Information. We allow the maintainer to use interactive query by using Prolog language. We use similarity formula, which is based on relationship between variables and functions, in class extraction and restructuring method in order to extract most appropriate class. The visibility of the extracted class can be identified automatically. Also, we allow the maintainer to use query by using logical language. So We can help the practical maintenance. Therefore, The purpose of this paper is to suggest reverse engineering tool and evaluation reverse engineering tool.

사회보장제도(社會保障制度)의 생애후생부담귀착(生涯厚生負擔歸着)에 관한 연구(硏究) : 일반균형연산모형(一般均衡演算模型)을 이용한 접근(接近)

  • 지금까지 사회보장제도(社會保障制度)의 경제적(經濟的) 효율성(效率性)에 대한 많은 논의가 있어 왔다. 그러나 그중 생애주기(生涯週期)(life-cycle)에 바탕을 둔 일반균형연산모형(一般均衡演算模型)(AGE : Applied General Equilibrium)에 의환 경험적 분석은 미진하였다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)의 목적(目的)은 사회보장제도(社會保障制度)의 세대내(世代內) 생애소득분위간(生涯所得分位間) 재분배효과(再分配效果)와 경제적(經濟的) 효율성(效率性)을 분석하는 데 있다. 연구방법으로서 Fullerton and Rogers(1993) 모형을 수정한 일부문(一部門), 다소비자(多消費者) 생애주기(生涯週期) 일반균형연산모형(一般均衡演算模型)을 이용하였다. 본 연구는 미국을 대상으로 한 정상상태(定常狀態)(steady state)의 분석이며, 소비자(消費者)를 생애소득별(生涯所得別)로 5분위(分位)로 나누어 기존 사회보장세(社會保障稅) 및 급여(給與)가 경제적(經濟的) 효율성(效率性)뿐만 아니라 계층간(階層間)의 분배(分配)에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 분석하였다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)의 주요한 기여사항(寄與事項)은, 첫째 사회보장제도(社會保障制度)의 부담귀착분석(負擔歸着分析)에 새로운 연구방법(硏究方法)을 시도하였다는 점, 둘째 재정정책(財政政策)의 하나인 사회보장제도(社會保障制度)의 실질적(實質的) 부담(負擔)의 귀착문제(歸着問題)를 생애주기모형(生涯週期模型)으로 분석하였다는 점, 셋째 부담(負擔)의 귀착(歸着)은 사회보장세(社會保障稅)와 아울러 사회보장급여(社會保障給與)를 고려하여 분석하지 않으면 편향(偏向)(biased) 될 수 있다는 점을 지적한 점, 넷째 분석결과(分析結果) 기존 사회보장제도(社會保障制度)는 생애주기적(生涯週期的) 소득분배(所得分配)의 관점에서 누진적(累進的)(progressive)인 제도이지만 경제적(經濟的) 비효율성(非效率性)(efficiency cost)을 내재하고 있다는 점 등을 밝힌 것이다.

  • Reports on VE/LCC based coastal structural design were analyzed to derive possible improvement. VE/LCC technique may be effectively applied to making decisions in coastal structural design. However, it has not been well utilized in recent projects for some problems. Therefore, recent project reports on VE/LCC have been analyzed and merits and demerits were classified. Then, the reason why VE/LCC cannot be effectively applied to real projects was drived. Finally, some pre-requisites to improve the technique were summarized.

  • 상수도시설은 준공후 관련지자체에 이관 관리하는 시설로서 사용관종이 현재 다양하게 생산 보급되고 있어 관종 선정시 다각적인 측면에서 검토하여 채택하여야 한다. 최근 한국토지공사에서 사용하고 있는 상수도 관종은 대부분 택지개발계획 등 인허가 당시부터 관리주체인 지방자치단체 등과의 협의과정을 거쳐 선정되는 경우가 많아 자재선택에 한계성이 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해서는 자재 성능에 대한 공사내 명확한 기준이 제시되어야 한다. 상수관종을 선정하기 위한 가장 중요한 요소는 경제성으로 판단되는데, 관종의 경제성은 시공비와 자재비를 포함한 단순 공사비에만 국한되는 것이 아니라 유지관리비용을 포함한 생애주기비용(LCC: Life Cycle Cost)을 평가하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한국토지공사에서 택지지구 조성을 위해 사용한 배수관.급수관용 상수관종에 대한 경제성 평가기준을 제시하였고, 평가기준에 따라 각각의 택지지구 조성사례별로 종합적인 경제성 평가를 수행하였다. 보다 풍부한 자료를 바탕으로 객관적인 경제성평가 기준을 수립하기 위한 전(前)과정으로 이해되길 바라며, 설계시부터 객관적인 평가기준을 통해 합리적인 상수관을 선정하여 지금까지의 상수관종 자재선택의 한계를 최소한으로 축소하고자 하는데 가장 큰 목표를 가지고 있다.

  • Information technology has affected various industries, and the construction industry is one of those. In construction industry, the operating body for maintenance is trying to implement more systematic management skill for public facilities in order to minimize the life cycle cost. For more efficient maintenance system, first, the target facilities were selected and the present condition of their systems was estimated. And, the implementation plan of new system was proposed based on them. Accordingly, the new system managed by working-level personnel can supplement the weak points in the current system.
