Metabus, currently represented by Second Life on the Internet, is the next-generation 3DCG Internet world in which the 2D Internet world has evolved, and has grown as a new ICT culture of mankind that can replace real society with virtual society. As such, the reason why the world of metabus has rapidly expanded is that the era of 3D Internet has arrived due to the evolution of the Internet, which only used information, and the spread of 5G communication in user-participating WEB. However, there are many situations in which laws do not exist in this virtual world and various illegal acts occur. As the Internet culture developed earlier, illegal activities by users began to appear, and as the legal responsibility of Internet providers was discussed, mankind quickly passed the Millennium Copyright Act or introduced new copyright protection measures such as technical protection, transmission rights, and rights management information. Therefore, this paper reviews and studies how to accept and further grow this new metabus culture, including the viewpoint of intellectual property.

A monoacyldigalactosyl glycerol was isolated from the $CH_2Cl_2$ soluble fraction of the MeOH extract from the green alga Enteromorpha prolifera. The structure was established as $1-O-palmitoyl-3-O-[{\alpha}-D-galactopyranosyl(1{\rightarrow}6)-{\beta}-D-galactopyranosyl]-sn-glycerol$ (1) by chemical and spectroscopic methods.

본 연구는 지난 30여 년 동안 두 번의 신도시개발 정책으로 인하여 이원적 도시구조를 지니게 된 성남시의 차별적 생성과 변화를 행위주체자로서 여성을 선택하여 그들의 생활세계-생활사, 사회.경제적 배경, 지역정체성, 지역사회의 관계, 일상과 생활공간-를 통하여 공간과 사회와의 관계에서 경험적으로 입증하고자 하였다. 그 결과 성남시는 차별성을 지닌 두 지역사회를 생성하게 되었으며, 각 장소의 행위주체자(여성)의 생활세계에 있어서도 차별적 특성을 나타내어 기존시가지 주부들은 신시가지에 <가까이 하려는> 경향을, 신시간지 주부들는 <구별짓기>의 경향을 나타내고 있었다. 또한 전업주부의 일상생활을 통해서 볼 때 기존시가지의 경우에는 오전에는 주로 부업활동에, 오후에는 주변 이웃과의 교제활동을 주로 함으로써 자신의 거주지를 생산현장으로서의 공간으로 형성해 가고 있는 반면 신시가지 주부들은 오전에는 사적인 생활 즉 여가활동에, 오후에는 자녀교육활동에 참여하는 등 자신의 거주지를 소비현장으로서의 공간으로 형성해 가고 있었다.

The purpose of this paper is to explore Laos mysterious 'Plain of Jars' area in a village. 'The Plain of Jars' site has been proposed for listing as a UNESCO World Heritage Monument. The study used convenience sampling and surveyed tourists who visited Tonghahin in Xieng Khouang. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, Tonghahin is introduction stage from the tourism life cycle due to lack of basic infrastructure such as road condition, transportation, information service, etc,. Second, this study examined the ways to improve methods such as adminstration system and hospitality service manual for tourist site. Thereafter, third, to develop each attraction, they have come with better tourism products. These things are foresight-able to-do list for nomination as the UNESCO World Heritage. The recommendations and suggestions for future research are also discussed.

본 연구는 성인의 삶의 만족도, 스트레스, 정당한 세상에 대한 믿음, 분노표현의 정도를 파악하고, 분노표현에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 자료수집은 2017년 9월 3일부터 10월 10일까지 일반 성인 272명을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 삶의 만족도는 평균 $14.75{\pm}4.51$점, 스트레스는 $27.30{\pm}5.15$점, 정당한 세상에 대한 믿음은 $25.17{\pm}6.93$점, 분노표현은 $26.57{\pm}9.16$점이었다. 분노표현은 삶의 만족도(r=-.361, p<.001), 정당한 세상에 대한 믿음(r=-.419, p<.001)과 유의한 부적 상관관계가 나타났으며 스트레스(r=.494, p<.001)와는 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 분노표현의 영향요인은 성별, 스트레스, 정당한 세상에 대한 믿음으로 나타났으며 이들의 설명력은 33.5%이었다. 본 연구는 현대인의 분노표현에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 부적절한 분노표현을 줄이기 위하여 스트레스 관리가 필요하고 정당한 세상에 대한 믿음을 높이기 위한 사회적, 제도적 노력이 필요할 것이다. 또한 성별에 따라 분노표현의 차이를 고려한 분노조절 프로그램이 요구된다.

오시이 마모루에 대한 연구는 대체로 그의 작품들이 현실의 황폐함을 '폐허'의 이미지로 재현하고 있다는데 집중해 왔다. 또 오시이 마모루의 애니메이션이 점점 디자인적으로 '현실미'를 드러내기 위해 발전해 갔다고도 주장해 왔다. 그러나 본 연구는 그의 작품이 근대적 자본주의의 억압된 '현대세계'를 벗어날 수 있는, 전복의 가능성을 모색하고 있음에 주목하고자 한다. 이를 위해 <스카이 크롤러>(The Sky Crawlers)를 공간, 신체, 일상성 세 가지 층위로 나누어 분석했다. 2장에서는 <스카이 크롤러>의 공간이 근대적이고 기계적인 빈틈없이 자본화된 공간이자 '반복'의 성질을 지닌 폐쇄된 회로와 같은 공간임을 분석했다. 3장에서는 캐릭터 신체의 측면에서 <스카이 크롤러>가 '키르도레'(Kildren)라는 인간과 비인간의 사이에서 유동하는 신체를 제시하고 있으며 이를 통해 현대세계의 자본화되고 물화된 신체를 재현하고 있다고 분석했다. 또 그 신체가 처한 극단적 불안이 현대세계의 노동 유연화에 따른 '불안'과 '장소상실' 현상을 반영하고 있음을 밝혀 보았다. 4장에서는 미장센과 디자인 그리고 연출의 측면에서 현대세계의 '일상성'이 신체에 남긴 '기억'과 '습관'의 측면을 분석했다. 5장에서는 이런 현대세계에 대한 현실 인식을 바탕으로 오시이 마모루가 근대공간에서 어떻게 '도주'하고자 하는가를, 근대적 일상을 어떻게 '전유'하려 하는지를 살펴보았다. 6장 결론에서는 이러한 오시이 마모루의 작품이 지닌 의미와 가치를 해석해 보았다.

Rice grain has several styles, brown rice, white one, semi-white one, sprout one, etc. All of them are utilized as gohan(=boiled grain) in the dietary life. Among them, the sprout rice, recently developed on the industrial level, has been found to be so conspicuous for general functions in food science and for healthy functions in dietary life that would be worth to characteristically be called 'super rice'. Thus, the super rice should widely be promoted for production and consumption in the world.

Body has been high-lightened as one of the most important theme since the philosophy and the arts are focused on it in the late 20th century. It would be of worth to study the characteristics of contemporary fiber-art works, especially done by Abakanowiz who has been regarded as a dominant pioneer in the contemporary fiber-arts from the viewpoint of inter-grade of the physicals and the mental. This paper, therefore, deals with the Abaknowiz' works in the context of human body and body-signs. Life and works might be classified into 5 stages: first, learning period since her birth in 1930, second, creation period of Abakans, third, remodelling period of Abakans, fourth, composition and dissolution period of Abakans and the last and fifth, new transformation period of Abakans. 'Abakans' through her whole life as an artist have been a plastic language and based ultimately on external human body but in various materials and forms. Abakan as a human-sign uses the past experiences and the texts of the other world in mixed and overlapped forms. Life-size Abakans by Abaknowiz can be easily understood as Abakanowiz herself and her Polish ancestor at the same time. The neuter Abakans with mashed face and obscure body is a expressive figure of coexisting world with opposite concepts like war and ideology, anxiety and freedom, man and woman, and etc. Human body as body-sign is an extensive image has existed since our forefathers and overlapped with the inter textual and the popular images. 'Abakans' that is our world and inner-self at the same time might be a window through which she tries to show what the world is.

4차 산업혁명의 기술 발달은 세계와 사회의 발전을 가속화 시키고 있다. 4차 산업기술은 Cyber World와 연결되어 국가와 사회 인프라를 발전시키고 4차 산업기술의 응용은 Cyber-city와 Cyber-life system을 창조할 수 있다. Cyber 세계와 현실 세계를 연결시키는 ICT 비즈니스 업계에서는 Cyber 업무와 현실의 업무를 연결시켜야 한다. Cyber 업무와 현실의 업무의 연결 방법 중 한 가지로 AR명함을 사용하는 것이다. AR명함을 스마트폰으로 인식하면 3D 캐릭터가 등장하여 명함 주인공을 소개하도록 한다. 또한, AR 명함은 사업자의 상품·제품·서비스가 AR로 반영되어 제품, 서비스 등에 대한 홍보가 가능하도록 한다. 연결된 유무선 5G 통신을 이용하면, 실시간 전자상거래도 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 Source Coding으로 AR명함 제작하고 AR 명함 platform을 설계할 것이다.
