본 연구는 온라인 게임 세계에서 살아가는 사람들이 시간의 흐름에 따라 자신의 모습에서 어떠한 변화를 경험하는지를 탐색하기 위해 수행되었다. 온라인 게임 마비노기 사용자들이 게임 세계 속의 자신의 모습에서 변화와 성장의 경험을 어떻게 구성하는지를 57개의 행동 문항을 사용하여 확인하였다. 게임 사용자들은 게임을 시작하는 초기에는 '게임 세계는 현실 세계와 다르다'는 생각을 가지고 게임 세계의 경험과 현실 세계의 경험을 분리하여 인식한다. 그러나 게임 세계 속에서 생활하며 시간이 흐름이 따라 게임 세계도 다른 사람들과 함께 사는 세상이며, 사회적인 규칙과 질서, 신뢰와 예의를 지키면서 살아가야 하는 것으로 받아들인다. 즉, '게임 세계의 경험은 현실 세계의 경험과 동일한 의미와 가치를 지닌다'는 인식의 전환을 경험한다. 한편, 자기 변화 인식의 하위 유형들은 '성취형 변화', '통제형 변화', '관계형 변화'로 구분되었고, 이들은 각기 다른 방식으로 자신의 모습에서 변화를 경험하였다. 본 연구는 새로운 디지털 생태 환경인 온라인 게임 세계가 사람들이 자신의 행동 양식을 실험하고 이해하며, 자기 변화와 성장을 경험할 수 있는 하나의 행동 장면이나 발달의 맥락으로 작동할 수 있는지 그 가능성을 모색한 것이다. 또한, 게임 사용자들이 자신의 게임 세계 경험을 주관적으로 받아들이고 심리적으로 통합하는 과정을 탐색하였다는데 의의가 있다.

Purpose: This qualitative study aimed to understand the experiences of reorganization of everyday lives among the women with chronic health problem. Methods: In this study, the approach and its process of sociology of everyday lives were adopted. Data for the study came from 6 informants and 9 family members of the informants by interview and participant-observation from January, 2004 to May, 2006. Qualitative content analyzing methods were adopted. Results: Informants' everyday lives were reorganized as follows. During the experiences of shock from unpleasant and unclear symptoms of their body, their sight fixed on the body part. Their time also fixed on a point of present. They started to wander from medical care to folk and lay care. After they were informed that the health problem could not be treated completely, they reduced the world of everyday life and protected themselves from the chaotic unfamiliar world by setting -a- side duties as a family member and severing unessential social relationship. As they achieved a skill for managing their health problem, they gained their former pattern of everyday lives as a woman, a family member, and a social member. Finally, they created a new life world. Conclusion: We need more study on the development of an adaptive strategy by the informants, to intervene in the crisis of everyday life.

Altered acetylcholine (Ach) homeostasis is associated with loss of viability in flies, developmental defects in mice, and cognitive deficits in human. Here, we assessed the importance of Ach in Caenorhabditis elegans development, focusing on the role of Ach during dauer formation. We found that dauer formation was disturbed in choline acetyltransferase (cha-1) and acetylcholinesterase (ace) mutants defective in Ach biosynthesis and degradation, respectively. When examined the potential role of G-proteins in dauer formation, goa-1 and egl-30 mutant worms, expressing mutated versions of mammalian $G_o$ and $G_q$ homolog, respectively, showed some abnormalities in dauer formation. Using quantitative mass spectrometry, we also found that dauer larvae had lower Ach content than did reproductively grown larvae. In addition, a proteomic analysis of acetylcholinesterase mutant worms, which have excessive levels of Ach, showed differential expression of metabolic genes. Collectively, these results indicate that alterations in Ach release may influence dauer formation in C. elegans.

Following ginsenoside-Rb1-hydrolyzing assay, strictly anaerobic bacteria were isolated from human feces and identified as Prevotella oris. The bacteria hydrolyzed ginsenoside Rb1 and Rd to $20-O-{\beta}-D-glucopyranosyl-20(S)-protopanaxadiol$ (I), ginsenoside Rb2 to $20-O-[{\alpha}-L-arabinofuranosyl (1{\rightarrow}6)-{\beta}-D-glucopyranosyl] - 20(S)-protopanaxadiol$ (ll) and ginsenoside Rc to $20-O-[{\alpha}-L-arabinofuranosyl (1{\rightarrow} 6){\beta}-D-g1ucopyranosyl]-20(S)-protopanaxadiol$ (III) like fecal microflora, but did not attack ginsenoside Re nor Rgl (Protopanaxatriol-type). Pharmacokinetic studies of ginseng saponins was also performed using specific pathogen free rats and demonstrated that the intestinal bacterial metabolites I-111, 20(S)- protopanaxatriol(IV) and 20(S)-protopanaxadiol(V) were absorbed from the intestines to $blood(0.4-5.1\;{\mu}g/ml)$ after oral administration with total saponin(1 g/kg/day).

"I only went out for a walk, and finally concluded to stay out till sundown, for going out, I found, was really going in." (John Muir, 1938) Building interior and urban interior is understood as a single concept of interior: "the outside is always an inside" (Le Corbusier, 1929). Both are thus related to each other, and under the same system of meaning. Architecture comes from the making of an interior. A city comes out of the making of another interior felt as an undeniable inner demand; a street is "a community room by agreement" (Kahn, 1971) and a square is an open aesthetic room by agreement of community. Urban interior that contains our public life-world is an extension of the concept of interior that building interior contains our private/semipublic life-world. This paper explores the idea of interior and urban interior through literature research. The first site the paper traces is the physical interior, space, and place to figure out their meanings. The second site this paper illustrates is the transposition of the physical interior and the psychic interior, which influences the physical space where we create our own life-world. The last site the paper clarifies is the development of the idea of urban interior and the contextual rationale of urban interior. This ramble from building interior to urban interior discloses a twofold singular interior of both the building and urban interior that explains the meanings of interior, the scopes of interior, and the objects of interior to design and create interior.

최근 통신 기술과 인터넷의 발달로 인해 현대인들의 활동영역이 사이버 공간으로 넓어지면서 사이버공간에서의 자아 정체성과 윤리 문제가 중요하게 부각되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 가상공간에서의 환몽 체험을 통해서 진정한 자아를 탐색하는 과정을 담은 우리 고전 소설 구운몽 은 현대 네티즌들에게 의미있는 시사점이 될 수 있다. "구운몽"의 주인공인 성진은 환생을 통해서 또다른 욕망의 주체인 팔선녀와 만남으로써 가상 세계를 체험하고 있다. 이를 통해 성진은 '진/가'의 이원적인 세계관을 극복하고 진정한 구도자로서의 자아를 확립하기에 이른다. "구운몽"의 환몽 체험은 현실 세계와 가상 세계를 구별하면서, 성진에게 양소유라는 새로운 자아를 부여한다. 성진은 아바타인 양소유를 통해서 자아의 한계를 초월하여 다중적인 주체로서 자신을 자리매김한다. 이러한 주체의 확장을 통해 결국 성진은 현실과 가상이 모두 깨달음을 위한 주체의 통합 과정임을 인식하게 된다. 이렇듯, "구운몽"은 컴퓨터와 같은 물리적인 매개로서가 아니라 인간의 정신으로 구성되는 가상 체험, 가상 세계를 이야기하고 있는 작품으로 이해된다. 현실 세계와 가상 세계의 대립, 충돌과 욕망의 무한성 속에서 갈등하는 현대 네티즌들에게 자아에 관한 성진의 깨달음은 모순적인 상황을 해결할 수 있는 열쇠가 될 수 있을 것이다.

The railways in Russia is a core of the industrial, trade and technological development. They changed the country for the best affecting all sides of its life. The total length of the railways in Russia is 87,500 km (7％ of the World railway network). They account for about a 25％ of the World freight and 15% of the passenger traffic. In terms of length of electrified railways Russia is a World leader and in terms of total length of tracks it is second after the USA. Annual freight turnover is the third after the USA and China. Virtual world typically characterized by Second Life (www.secondlife.com) has been successfully drawing a great deal of potential users all around the world. Attention towards 3D avartars has been increasing exponentially especially in the electronic commerce world. 3D avatars have firm position in the virtual world. This study is launched to explore this research void in which trust transference from 3D-avatars-sales representative to customers purchase intention will be especially analyzed on. To perform experiments, a research model was built in a form of path analysis. Two types of 3D avatars were designed and implemented-at-tractive type and professional type. Questionnaire survey was adopted, and empirical analysis results were obtained from the research model. Results reveal that the proposed hypotheses are proven with statistical significance.

이 논문은 매월당(梅月堂) 김시습(金時習)의 광자 성향에 관해 연구한 것이다. 광기의 속성에 대해 구분할 때 크게 마음에 품고 있는 광기를 드러내는 경우인 심광(心狂)과 행동거지의 광방함으로 표현되는 광기 차원의 형광(形狂)이 있다. 본고는 조선조 역사에서 보기 드문 형광과 심광의 모습을 동시에 드러낸 김시습의 광기를 '장왕불반(長往不返)'과 '색은행괴(索隱行怪)'라는 두 가지 관점에서 분석한 것이다. 김시습은 어렸을 때는 신동이라고 일컬어질 정도로 촉망받는 인재였다. 하지만 세조가 단종의 왕위를 빼앗자 '책을 모두 불태우고' 그 길로 집을 떠나 승려가 되어 속세에서 자취를 감추었다. 과거는 더 이상 미련을 두지 않고, '미친 척[양광(佯狂)]'하고 숨어 살면서 괴팍하고 기이한 행적으로 괴상하다는 소리를 들어도 후회하지 않았다. 결연히 오랫동안 속세를 벗어나 돌아오지 않는 장왕불반의 삶을 지향하면서 유명한 산천을 두루 다니고, 아무런 욕심이 없이 '세상 밖[방외(方外)]'을 노닐었다. 때론 「대언(大言)」과 「방언(放言)」 같은 시를 통해 자신의 자유로운 영혼과 광기를 진솔하게 표출하였다. 이런 삶은 유가의 온유돈후(溫柔敦厚)함을 추구하는 중화미학에서 멀리 벗어나 있는 삶이다. 때론 '청광(淸狂)'이라고도 일컬어진 김시습은 '양광', 괴이한 행동, 방외적 삶, 속세와 관계를 끊어버리는 장왕불반의 삶 등을 통해 자신의 광기를 표출하였다. 김시습의 이 같은 광기어린 삶은 단순히 미친 것이 아니라 당시 조선조 사회의 부조리한 현실을 비판하고자 한 깊은 뜻이 있었는데, 이런 김시습에 대해 이황은 색은행괴한 인물이라고 비판한다. 이황과 달리 선조의 명으로 「김시습전」을 쓴 이이는 김시습을 '심유적불(心儒迹佛)'이라 보면서 제한적으로는 긍정적으로 평가한다. 그런데 이 두사람이 김시습을 평가하는 내용은 달랐지만 김시습이 광자 성향을 가진 인물로 본 것은 동일하다. 이처럼 심광이면서 형광의 삶을 살았던 김시습은 주자학이 강력한 영향력을 발휘한 조선조 유학사에서 볼 때 특이한 경우에 속한다고 할 수 있다.

This study is to explore implications for sustainable development of Yangdong Village in Gyeongju through identifying effect of its designation as a World Cultural Heritage on residents' quality of life. The following are the findings achieved by empirical analysis. First, eight valuable factors of placeness were identified through factor analysis, about which residents were especially conscious in terms of "living condition", "cultural environment", "economic QOL", "natural environment conservation", "sense of community", "cooperative facilities", "control over increasing population", "transport environment". Second, the importance -satisfaction scores of identified 8 factors were found very high in importance showing relatively low level of low level of satisfaction. Especially, what caused residents's low QOL was economic status-concerned factor showing the lowest QOL index, and other factors such as cooperative facilities and transport environment negatively impacted on resident's QOL as well. Also, it was revealed that residents had a positive attitude toward entering of their village into UNESCO world heritage sites with hope that it would improve their economic QOL. Based on these results, implications for sustainability of Yangdong Village and research limitations were discussed, and further research direction was supposed.
