The purpose of this study is to find good references for the administration & operating system of Korea Architects License Examination. It is because we may predict to discuss with its system to develop the international level. To achieve this goal, the 'Architect Registration $Examination^{(R)}$($ARE^{(R)}$)' in the USA was selected and analysed as one of the role models. As a result, the analysed key contents and study scopes are as below; 1) Consideration the evolutionary process to the administration & operating system of the Architect Registration $Examination^{(R)}$ in the USA 2) Working role the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards(NCARB) for the $ARE^{(R)}$ 3) Analysis the carrying out system of the cooperation network & infrastructure for the $ARE^{(R)}$ 4) Analysis the operating regulation & system of the newest version in the $ARE^{(R)}4.0$ 5) Consideration the administration & operating system's know-how of the Computer Based Examination in the $ARE^{(R)}$ 6) Research the taking exam.'s full process of the $ARE^{(R)}4.0$ from the beginning to the end 7) Comparative analysis between the Korea Architects License Examination and the $ARE^{(R)}4.0$.

In this study, we presented a method to recognize vehicle license plates using CNN techniques. A vehicle plate is normally used for the official identification purposes by the authorities. Most regular Optical Character Recognition (OCR) techniques perform well in recognizing printed characters on documents but cannot make out the registration number on the number plates. Besides, the existing approaches to plate number detection require that the vehicle is stationary and not in motion. To address these challenges to number plate detection we make the following contributions. We create a database of captured vehicle number plate's images and recognize the number plate character using Convolutional Neural Networks. The results of this study can be usefully used in parking management systems and enforcement cameras.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the perceptions to improvement directions of related regulations for water leisure activation. In order to accomplish such study purpose, the study utilized a survey methodology with 205 water leisure participants and 117 water leisure business employees. In addition, this study attempted to review the license and education system, registration and inspection system and business organizations from the advanced countries such as US, British, Australia and Japan. Accordingly, following findings were derived from current study. First, the problems of current license system included difficulty of operating the system and deficiency of operating organizations, and the improvement directions included expansion of education organizations and differentiation of education based on levels. Second, the improvement directions of registration and inspection included simplification of registration procedures and expansion of registration and inspection organizations. Third, difficulties perceived by business employees included complexity of entry and departure, complexity of registrating water leisure business and insufficiency of supporting business policies. In conclusion, water leisure related regulations including Water Leisure Safety Act need to be reformed continuously to reflect changing demands and needs from participants and business sectors.

The proposed system in this paper uses a camera attached to a mobile device in order to inquire a car and track its location anywhere. To do this, the system recognizes and verifies license plates on the front and back of a cu. The plates are scanned by the camera attached to a mobile device. The technology enables us to detect a car registration number and to transmit the number along with the location of the device to a server through a wireless communication network. The information of a car obtained through the terminal is encoded and transmitted to a server in a remote place through a wireless communication network also. The car registration number and its location information are decoded and transmitted as a text to the server in a remote place. In order to track a user´s location through spatial relative distance estimated in real-time, the server uses the spatial and attribute information which are the most prior to the desired data value. With this property information, the right location can be calculated.

Everyone has the desire to be well shaped. Modern people in the $21^{st}$ century utilize their external appearance as a tool to express their personalities and social activities for the improvement of cultural life and the acceleration of information transfer. The expression of beauty is a method of communication from the view point of creation in addition to the exchange of meaning & value, and it has become a method of image transfer due to the increased desire for a better appearance. The beauty industry was established in 1948 by the execution of the 1st hairdresser's license test, and has been developed in full scale through the enactment of the public health control act. Therefore, beauty education is currently qualitatively and quantitatively developed, and the educational role of the beauty institute has expanded to include training beauty professionals. Private beauty institutes provide students with beauty related education in preparation for the national technical qualification examinations or private beauty association tests. These beauty education opportunities enable aspiring beauticians to attend various beauty competition events and acquire a sense of accomplishment. The purpose of this study was to determine how the quality of the beauty educational institutes affects the re-registration rate, and to analyze the effect of the beauty educational institutes quality on the intention of re-registrations using a survey. The study results show that variables such as 'lecture satisfaction', 'internal environment satisfaction', 'facility satisfaction', and 'tuition satisfaction' are significantly related to the rate of re-registrations, with 'lectures satisfaction' especially having the largest influence on re-registration.

Issuance of certification and licensing for toxicologists authorized by the Japanese Society of Thxicology (JST) became effective on July 24, 1997. The certification system consists of examination, eligibility requirements for the applicants, authorization/license by the board of trustees of JST, and the re-certification of previously authorized qualification. In the last 2-3 years, about 30-40% of candidates for the examination have succeeded. The Committee has estimated that the level of the examination would be sufficient to determine qualified toxicologists. This updated status and a detailed explanation are to be presented at the workshop. In global terms, the JST special committee agrees that "harmonization of certification/registration procedure for qualified toxicologists means to ensure/set the minimum requirement for the global authorization of qualified toxicologists". The following items in global authorization are ad-dressed for further discussion: (1) What's the benefit\ulcorner (2) Toxicological safety assessment standards, and (3) the JST position for authorization.orization.

Purpose: The importance of occlusal contacts of the natural dentition for durability of teeth, mandibular stabilization, and restorative dentistry is well known. The purpose of this study is to analyze the occlusal contact and guidance pattern of Koreans by evaluating the static occlusion on maximal intercuspal position and measuring dynamic occlusion during straight protrusion. Materials and methods: The occlusal contacts at maximal interincisal position and the occlusal guidance pattern during straight protrusion of 29 subjects were recorded with shimstock foil (Whaledent, Langenau, Germany), T-Scan III (Tekscan Inc., Boston, MA, USA), polyvinylsiloxane registration material (Genie Bite, Sultan Healthcare, Hackensack, NJ, USA) and compared. Occlusal registration procedures were repeated 3 times. The position was fixed to an upright position and the head position was fixed with the Frankfurt horizontal plane paralleling the horizontal plane. Fisher's Exact Test (R-General Public License, ver. 2.14.1) and Pearson's Test were used to assess the significance level of the differences between the experimental groups (${\alpha}=.05$). Results: When using shimstock foil, T-Scan III system, and polyvinylsiloxane registration material, most of the patients showed contact on anterior, premolar, and molar teeth during maximal intercuspal position. Approximately 51% of maximal intercuspal position showed anterior contact using shimstock foil. When examining the protrusive movement using shimstock foil and T-Scan III system, guidance pattern with the central incisor was the most common. Conclusion: During maximal intercuspal position, there were cases in which not all of the teeth showed occlusal contact. During mandibular protrusive movements, one or more maxillary central incisors frequently joined in straight protrusion and the posterior teeth were disoccluded. Therefore, the anterior teeth protect the posterior teeth, and vice versa. Thus, mutually protected occlusion should be applied when reconstructing occlusion.

It is increasingly recognized that the construction equipment play an important role as resources in construction process. The number of registered construction equipment in korea is over 320,000 according to the statistics. It is obvious that the machine-intensive construction method achieves productivity and quality improvement as well as safety. The main objective of this paper is to propose improvement plans for construction equipment management system in terms of scope, registration, inspection, rental business, operating licenses, and etc., which are the major issues described in the Construction Equipment Management Law. In order to satisfy the objective, this research conduct survey and interview with experts, and literature review on domestic and overseas related laws and regulations. The results of the research are about 20 issues for improvement plans for the better management system, so the further in-depth study on each issue will be recommended for the practical application to the law.

The major object of the Space Exploitation Act lies in defining and governing the object and definition which is distinct from the ones regulated by the Aerospace Industry Act. The concept of "space exploitation" defined in the Act is defined for that purpose. The space exploitation is defined as a comprehensive concept including the research and development of the space technology which is only enabled through the actual utilization and space exploration activities. Based upon such conceptualization, any problem related to the present legal system might be put up with, especially space exploitation being differentiated from the space industry. On the other hand, the Act is to make the international obligations derived from the international treaties be fulfilled through the minimal regulation with respect to the space activities such as space object registration procedure, the licensing regime of launching activities from the korean territory, etc.

This research is based upon the nursing statistical data published by the Institute of Nursing Policy in 2007, on behalf of Korea nursing association. We analyzed the problems on the healthcare human resources supply in Korea. We suggest that a solution is to adopt immigration policy for foreign workforce employment. The result of the research shows that more than 1,000 nurses are registrated every year except for 2004, according to the yearly status of healthcare jobs. The variance of doctors' registration was quite significant. Compared to 750 registrations in 2004, 4000 doctors were registered in 2002. The healthcare accounts for the property of citizens in terms, which represents the health and lives of everyone, so the country must take all measures to supply the healthcare services in need. Focusing on the underdeveloped region where it is difficult to approach the medical services, the foreign workforce could be added into the healthcare profession field. We conclude that employing foreign healthcare professionals will contribute to the improvement of lives in those people living in underdeveloped region, as well as unity of the local community.
