Hydrothermal deposits on deep-sea floors are expected to provide potential metal resources for future demands. Korea was recently granted a prospecting licence to undertake exploration for hydrothermal metal deposits in the exclusive economic zone (EEZ) of the Kingdom of Tonga in the Pacific Ocean. The Korean Deep Seabed Mining Group (KDSMG), which consists of four Korean companies involved in marine technologies, oil and gas shipping, and smelter industries, has conducted research to evaluate the region's resource potential in cooperation with the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs (MLTM) of Korea. Here we present and reflect on the exploration results of these companies and their strategic plans. We also evaluate Research and Development (R&D) progress for the commercial development of seafloor hydrothermal deposits. Our own strategies and prospects for the commercial development of this potential resource are also outlined. We do acknowledge that other potentially important information regarding the amount of ore body, the inside structure, and the metal yields have not yet been clarified sufficiently. As such it is necessary to address these problems through experimental R&D and surveys.

Recently, the youth unemployment has increased due to depression, so it appreared that the importance of license is a requirement to get a job. This study aims to make investigations into an attitude about license of clothing-related among university students of clothing department and to consult a method to ability of clothing-related license. The questionnaire method was selected for the study which used the responses of 309 copies from students of university and the program and made an analysis of SPSS 10.0 statistics program. The results of study are as follows. Firstly, College students more aware of the need for the licence of clothing-related than University students but they had a lot difficulty getting a license. On the other hand, University students realized the license of language or computers than the license of clothing-related. College students responded that they were planning to set a Fashion Merchandise Certificate and University students responded that they were planning to set a Colourist Certificate.

The purpose of this study is to suggest alternative credential system of librarian in Korea. For this purpose, the study analyzes various aspects of credential system in order to find out characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses. The data used in this study are drawn from current situations and problems analysis, critical literature review case study of six countries, and questionnaire survey analysis. Four different kinds of model are suggested. Those are 'Internal Competency Model', 'Minimum Credits Model', ‘Licence Examination Model', 'Graduate School Model'. This study also suggests further research to develop more adequate credential system of librarian in Korea.

Purpose : This study was to investigate the awareness on occupational therapy by the people involved in rehabilitation of persons with disabilities Methods : The survey on the awareness of occupational therapy was conducted on 9 organizations and 111 employees associated with rehabilitation, of which the collected data was calculated in percentage using the results Result : 89.2% answered with "I know the subject of occupational therapy," 66.6% with "I know the meaning of it," 81.1% with "I know the purpose of it," being awared that it has been conducted in medical institutions and other places. However those answers might need more precise information for each occasion. In addition, for the distinction between occupational therapy and other kinds(physical therapy, speech therapy, art therapy, play therapy, music therapy), 40.5% answered with "yes in some degree," but 19% with "no." Regarding the eligibility requirement for occupational therapist, 55% answered with "qualified with a licence." Conclusion : Active promotion will be required more focusing on the subject of occupational therapy, the meaning of occupation, the purpose and working places of occupational therapy, the difference from other therapies, and the qualification of occupational therapist.

However, XrML hard to change dynamically and has controversial point that hard to reflect user's request maximum after create license and issues to user, in this paper study of active digital license administration model who can reflect user request dynamically and support reusability of license XrML eXrML model who design extension design and suggested. Expect that this presents efficient administration plan in administration study of license base as well as study for digital contents administration.

This paper describes a project - based quality management model that identifies development technologies and codes while at the same time verifying the ability to implement processes that are essential in R & D projects. In order to verify the process implemented in the R & D project implementation, there are review, checking points, and evaluating methods the process performance levels for five processes such as defining requirements which is the beginning stage of system development, testing process which is the completion stage of system development, and project management and peer review process for project management and support in the proposed project-based quality management model. For development technology and code validation, the model included the documented test cases for each requirement by the developer in the requirements definition stage, debugging and testing in the design and implementation stages, static analysis and open source licence verification procedure, and system environment. After applying the model in SW development R&D project for evaluating the process performance, and verifying the development technology and the code, the developers responded that the improvement in the development technique and the code, and upgrade of process performance level for project are more than 10%.

The purpose of this study was to improve job satisfaction and welfare of the employees in the long-term mental health care facilities. This study was conducted to examine the job satisfaction of 102 employees in the long-term mental health care facilities. Data were collected through education programmes held in Seoul National Hospital at June, 1. The job satisfaction of employees is $2.60\pm0.40$ in total average score. The job satisfaction in the physical environment item is the highest score, $2.76\pm0.62$. The peer relation item value is the lowest, $2.00\pm0.45$. 2. In the case of consideration of job satisfaction by general characteristics, there was no differences in job satisfaction. According to the job satisfaction by types of licences, by the director's efforts, there was significant differences. Comparing to other employees, the employees who doesn't have any licence were more satisfied. Also the director's efforts was significant variable to improve job satisfaction. 3. The total satisfaction level was influenced by the variables of working condition (0.738), welfare (0.728), allowance(0.714), pride(0.701). The total satisfaction level showed positive correlation of this variables. 2002. The questionnaires included items about general character. facility character. and job satisfaction items of employees. The results of this study were summarized as follows.

The aquatic animals of Tan stream were composed of 46 species, 28 families, 11 orders, 6 classes in 4 phyla during the survey period of April, 1996 to December, 1996. They were composed of 31 species in aquatic insecta, 6 species in annelida, 3 species in mollusca, 1 species in crustacea, and 5 species in fishes, respectively. Major dominant species in Tan stream were Chironomidae sp.1, Chironomidae sp.2, Chironomidae sp.3, Tubufucidae sp.1, Physa acuta and hirudo niponica. Dominance indices of benthic macroinvertebrates ranged highly from 95.74 to 100.00% at lower stream(site 4), but ranged 50.00 to 95.85% at site 1 through site 3. The aquatic animals ranged from 25 to 32 species at site 1 through site 3, but they were only 3 species at site 4 for survey period. Tan stream in the light of urban stream ecosystem has a little less riffle areas and hydrophyte areas by cementation of riparian area and channel type of water course. Therefore, the species of aquatic animals in Tan stream decreased because of deterioration of water quality according to reduction of self-purifcation ability and loss of microhabitat according to reduction of hydrophyte areas and riparian areas. The tendency of decreasing species of aquatic animals appeared seriously at lower stream From drive licence test authority at Kangnam-ku, Seoul to conjunction point of the Han river.

The aim of this study is to observe the spread and implementation of acupuncture as an official medical treatment in France. This research is based on the study of the scientific magazine produced by the Association of Acupuncturist Doctors of France from 1945 to 2008 as well as medical and sociological studies. Western medicine was introduced and spread in Korea about one hundred years ago and is the foundation of modern Korean medicine. Nowadays it is more commonly employed than traditional Oriental medicine. Oriental medicine was introduced in France in the 17th century but only acupuncture gained notoriety. The French Faculty of Medicine officially chose to legalize acupuncture after WWII but only allowed doctors to study acupuncture. It takes three years to obtain an Inter-University Degree(DIU) in acupuncture therapy. Why would the Faculty of Medicine make a holistic treatment system official that is in opposition to the systematic treatment method of the Western medicine? The second question posed is, does Western Academia still recognize acupuncture as a viable treatment method? The final question addressed is, has acupuncture any real impact on medical treatment of the French Society?

Operational license of WWER-440/213 units at Paks NPP, Hungary is limited to the design lifetime of 30 years. Prolongation by additional 20 years of the operational lifetime is feasible. Moreover, enhancement of the reactor thermal power by 8% will increase both the net power output and the competitiveness of the plant. Paks NPP is a pioneer considering the power up-rate and preparation of long-term operation of WWER-440/213 design. Systematic preparatory work for long-term operation of Paks NPP has been started in 2000. A regulatory framework and a comprehensive engineering practice have been developed. According to the authors view, creation of a gapless engineering system via consequent application of best practices, and feed-back of experiences together with proper consideration of WWER-440/V213 features are the decisive elements of ensuring the safety of long-term operation. That systematic engineering approach is in the focus of recent paper. Key elements of justification and measures for ensuring the safety of long-term operation of Paks NPP WWER-440/213 units are identified and discussed. These are the assessment of plant condition and review of adequacy of ageing management programmes, also the review, validation and reconstitution of time limited ageing analyses as core tasks of licence renewal.
