소장정보용 KORMARC은 자원의 소장기관이나 소장위치는 물론이고, 복본 수나 연속간행물의 소장 권호 정보, 대출이나 복사, 이용조건 등 실질적인 이용에 필요한 데이터를 표현하고 상호 교환하기 위한 표준 형식이다. 이러한 소장정보는 자원의 소장여부 및 물리적인 위치를 정확하게 지시해 주고, 이를 도서관 간에 공유해야 할 필요성이 크게 증대하고 있는 오늘날 그 중요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 그러나 소장정보용 KORMARC은 서지정보나 전거데이터용 KORMARC에 비해 활용도가 떨어지며, 국내 도서관들로부터 크게 주목을 받지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 (1) 최근 업데이트된 MARC21 Format for Holdings Data (Update No.26)를 비롯하여 도서관 소장정보 관련 표준 및 적용 사례를 분석하고, (2) 국내 도서관 및 종합목록 운영기관들의 소장정보 관리 동향 및 기술형식을 조사한 다음, (3) 이를 바탕으로 소장정보용 KORMARC의 개정 및 활용 방안을 제안하였다.

국내 건설시장의 침체가 예상되는 상황에서 지속적으로 국내 중소엔지니어링 기업의 해외시장으로의 진출을 지원하기 위해 해외건설엔지니어링 정보시스템(OVICE)이 운영되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 연구를 통해 수행된 전문가 설문조사를 통한 필요정보 우선순위와 정보시스템 사용자 통계를 비교하여 정보시스템의 정보제공 방향성을 제시하여 정보서비스 품질을 높이고자 하였다. 정보시스템의 이용 통계 분석에 있어서, 우선순위를 매기기 힘든 통계분석의 효율성을 높이기 위해 K-means Clustering 기법을 분석에 활용하였다. 그 결과 기존 설문결과와 정보시스템 이용 통계의 차이를 분석하여 정보시스템의 정보제공에서의 보완점과 함께 설문조사 과정에서 부각되지 않았던 중요한 콘텐츠를 찾아낼 수 있었다.

Simulation applications for analyzing the productivity of construction operations at operation level and project schedules at project level are crucial methods in project management. The application at two different levels should be very tightly linked to each other in practice. However, appropriate integration at the levels is not achieved in that existing systems do not support to integrate operation models into a schedule model. This paper presents a new approach named to Discrete Event Simulation-Nesting modeling approach, which supports not only productivity analysis at operation level but also schedule management at a project level. The system developed by the authors allows creating operation models at the operation level, maintaining them in operation model library, executing sensitivity analysis to find the behaviors of the operation models when different combination of resources are used as existing DES systems do. On top of the conventional functions, the new system facilitates to find the optimum solution of resource combinations which satisfy the user's interest by computing the hourly productivity and the hourly cost of the operation. By drag-and-dropping an operation model kept in the operation model library, the operation models are integrated into an activity of the schedule model. When a complete schedule model is established by nesting operation models into the schedule model, stochastic simulation based scheduling is executed. A case study is presented to demonstrate the new simulation system and verify the validity of the system.

본 연구는 국내외 기록정보서비스의 연구 동향을 분석한 것으로 2003년부터 2022년까지 한국학술지인용색인(KCI)에 수록된 학술논문 136편과 LISTA(Library, Information Science & Technology Abstracts)에 수록된 학술논문 74편을 대상으로 연도별, 연구 유형별, 연구자 유형별, 연구 대상별, 연구목적별 현황을 살펴보았다. 또한 텍스트마이닝 기법을 적용하여 빈도분석, 동시출현 빈도분석, 중심성분석, 토픽모델링을 진행하였다. 연구의 결과 국내 논문은 특정 기관이나 기록물에 집중되었고 이용자 중심의 만족도조사 연구, 콘텐츠 중심의 연구 등이 진행되었다. 국외논문은 아키비스트와 이용자 간의 관계를 연구하는 흐름과 함께 평가 중심의 연구, 자료·자원·컬렉션 등의 정보제공 연구가 다수 진행되었음을 확인하였다. 정보자원의 관리는 국내외 논문 공통의 토픽으로 확인되었으나 국내는 정보자원의 품질 유지를, 국외는 정보의 저장과 검색에 집중된 연구 흐름을 파악할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 근래 국내 대학도서관에서 도입이 가시화되고 있는 주제전문서비스를 마케팅의 한 분야인 고객관계관리(Customer Relationship Management: CRM)의 관점에서 살펴보고, 실제로 이 서비스가 대학도서관의 이용자, 특히 교수진들과의 관계에서 수행하는 역할과 이를 통한 마케팅의 효과를 알아보는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 서비스의 실무자인 주제전문사서들과의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰와 서비스 대상자인 교수이용자와의 개별 심층 면접법을 실시하였으며, 또한 대학도서관의 교수이용자와의 관계의 유지 및 심화를 위한 주제전문사서의 요건을 함께 논의하였다. 본 연구는 주제전문서비스의 목적과 특성을 이용자 및 CRM의 관점에서 논의하였다는 데에 그 의의가 있다.

이 연구는 대구${\cdot}$경북지역의 주요 대학도서관 중 전자정보실 또는 이와 유사한 자료실을 운영하고 있는 5개 대학의 전자정보실을 대상으로 담당자에 대한 설문조사와 면담을 바탕으로 운영상의 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 모색하고자 시도되었다. 인력과 규모 및 기기관련사항, 운영방법, 수행업무, 운영상의 문제점, 향후의 운영계획 및 장기발전방안에 관련된 현황을 분석하였다. 현황분석과 연구자의 전자정보실 업무수행경험을 바탕으로 전자정보실의 효과적인 운영 및 이용증진을 위한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 현재 이 지역대학도서관의 전자정보실현황은 다양한 양상을 보이고 있으나, 그 실체에 대한 각 주체들의 공감대가 형성되지 못하였고, 전자정보실 자체의 종합적인 발전 목표 및 정책이 수립되지 못한 채 단기적인 계획 및 정책을 수립하고 운영되고 있다는 점은 유사한 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 OpenGL 그래픽 라이브러리를 이용하여 스키점프 시각화 도구를 구현하였다. 점프의 평가요소 중에서 점프의 거리가 가장 중요한데 이는 양항비에의해 가장 크게 결정된다. 기존 연구에서는 다양한 영향 인자의 변화에 따른 시각화 도구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 양항비를 이용하여 사용자에게 직관적인 비행 자세 시각화 도구를 제공한다. 또한 5가지 주요 정보를 입력받아 국제 규격에 맞는 점프대를 실제 구현하였다. 본 논문의 결과물은 더 나은 스키 점프를 위한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

여러 가지 형태의 동영상을 재생하기 위해서는 특정 디코더 및 Demux가 필요하다. 필요에 따라, 많은 개발자들이 필터 개발을 하고 있지만, 기존의 GOM플레이어나 KMP플레이어는 API가 Open되어있지 않아, 작성된 필터 사용의 어려움이 있고, 동영상 재생에 사용되는 Codec의 선택에 대한 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 작성된 필터를 이용하여, 손쉽게 플레이할 수 있는 라이브러리를 개발하며, 화면을 찾기 위한 Seek기능을 설계하고, 화면캡처, 전체화면, 재생화면, 확대, 축소 등 사용자 편의성을 위한 DLL파일로 구축하여 개발한다. 본 연구는 멀티미디어 제작 S/W기술과 정보통신 발전에 기여 할 것이다.

This article is a part of a doctoral research project on developing the faculty-librarian collaboration model to support learning and research at Vietnamese universities. The findings of this study have crucial significance in drawing a broader view of the importance of faculty-librarian collaboration and the roles of such collaborators at Vietnamese universities. Qualitative methodology was used to formulate related topics and achieve these research objectives. Semi-structured interviews were carried out at four universities in Vietnam with three key informants, including the faculty, librarian, and administrators (dean/vice dean of faculty, director/deputy director of the library). From March to April 2019, researchers conducted 29 interviews with three participant groups. The striking results of this research showed that the faculty and librarians realized the significance of a collaborative relationship and expect that Vietnamese universities will design and deploy a model to boost the effectiveness of this collaboration. Besides this, the study found that the collaborators play certain important roles within the collaborative relationship, for instance, that of reference, coordinator, special lecturer, cooperator, and information user.

The present study examines the impact of value co-creation on satisfaction and intention to adopt of e-resources among users. Four components of the DART model have been adopted to describe value co-creation. These components are dialogue, access, risk-assessment, and transparency. Ph.D. scholars and faculty members from National Capital Region, India, were requested to respond on a five-point Likert scale. A total of 220 responses were collected with the help of a structured questionnaire from respondents of the top 50 business schools according to National Institute Ranking Framework. These responses have been analysed by means of structured equation modelling on Adanco 2.2 software. Findings of the study reported the insignificant impact of access and risk-assessment, and positive impact of dialogue and transparency on satisfaction. Further, satisfaction has been identified, creating significant impact on adoption of e-resources. Such findings reflect the real picture of customer experience with respect to their role in co-creation of e-resources. Respondents have conveyed their dissatisfaction with the co-creation process of e-resources, as companies do not provide all the information and access to their customers beforehand. Consequently, customers fail to make informed decisions and also find themselves unable to show trust in the service providers of e-resources.
