Open-source software developments are basically Internet-based communities that voluntarily collaborate in developing software on the Internet and such Internet communities have become an important cultural and economic phenomenon. As a result, the emergence of open-source software has presented a challenge to the traditional offerings by providing free alternatives. The objective of this article is to review the possibility of the adoption of open source software in the creation of digital libraries, highlights advantages and disadvantage preservations. Among our objective also explaining the request of such software at the present time and the criteria evaluated in the digital preservation through surveying the best open source software from the reality of intellectual production, and standards that are being built to evaluate and choose what software to create a digital library without other software available. To achieve the above objectives, we shed the light on the top 11 open-source software to manage Libraries in addition to standards that may represent the basic building block for the selection of the appropriate systems to the needs of the digital library. This article relied on the descriptive approach by reviewing a series of studies and scientific research works related to the subject of the current study. Accordingly, the most prominent of the findings of this work is its illustration of the close association between open source software and the library community, both of which represent free culture. Also it is shown that the selection process of open source software has some obstacles most notably as there are no clear and reliable criteria for selecting these systems. Current study has concluded a set of recommendations, notably awareness of the role and importance of open source software and the facilities it provides in managing digital content.

국내외의 학교도서관 기준은 학생이 학교도서관을 통해 유익하고 즐거운 경험을 하도록 역할을 수행할 것을 제시하고 있다. 이 연구는 칙센트미하이의 플로우 이론을 학교도서관 이용상황에 적용하여 학생의 플로우 경험이 학교도서관 이용만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 학교도서관 이용만족도를 종속변수로, 플로우를 매개변수로, 그리고 플로우에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 학교도서관 이용기술, 학교도서관 이용에 대한 도전의욕, 학교도서관 이용형태, 학생의 학습유형을 선정하여 이들 변수 사이의 인과관계를 중심으로 연구모형을 설정하였다. 설문조사는 전국 293명의 학생을 대상으로 실시하였고, 구조방정식 모형을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 변수의 전반적인 인과관계는 학교도서관 이용기술이 이용유형에 영향을 미치고, 이용유형은 학생의 학습유형에, 그리고 학생의 학습유형은 플로우를 거쳐 학교도서관 이용만족도에 영향을 미치는 구조로 나타났다. 통계분석 결과를 통해 학교도서관의 이용만족도를 높이기 위해서는 학생의 플로우 경험을 확대하고, 도서관 이용기술의 수준을 높일 필요가 있다는 점을 확인하였으며, 그 방안을 사서교사의 구체적 역할과 관련지어 제시하였다.

The European Telecommunication Standards Institute (ETSI) Technical Committee (TC) Reconfigurable Radio Systems (RRS) is standardizing the multi-mode Mobile Device (MD). The configuration of multi-mode MD is determined by the downloaded mobile communication standard software. In this paper, we introduce the Radio Library concept for multi-mode MD which is one of the key components of RRS standard. This paper also introduces the Standard Functional Block which is a part of Radio Library. A method for selecting efficiency SFBs for multi-mode MD is presented and a Radio Library is generated based on the selected SFBs. This paper also shows sample Standard Functional Block Set which included in Radio Library. In order to verify the compatibility of the generated Radio Library which was made by C language, we implement the LTE Rel-10 and Wi-Fi(802.11b) to show the efficiency of generating a mobile communication standard software based on the Radio Library. Then using the Prograph Visual Programming MartenTM 1.6.4, we compiled our LTE Rel-10 and Wi-Fi(802.11b) source code.

본 연구의 목적은 문헌정보학 연구동향 및 연구방법론에 관련된 국내 연구들을 분석함으로서 앞으로의 국내 문헌정보학 연구방향을 제언하고자 한다. 이를 위한 분석 자료로 90년대 이후 문헌정보학의 연구동향 및 연구방법론에 관련된 10편의 국내 연구들을 선정하여 세 그룹으로 나눈 후 조사.분석한다. 분석결과 정보학 분야에 연구의 관심이 집중되고 문헌연구와 조사연구 등이 많이 사용된다. 주 연구자는 교수 그룹이며 학제간의 연구 및 여러 계층의 공동연구가 부족하다. 연구결과 기존의 연구방법뿐만 아니라 새로운 연구방법에 관한 논의와 다각적인 연구의 필요성이 요구된다. 또한 이러한 논의는 계속적으로 이루어져야 하며 문헌정보학 전문가를 위한 연구기반 지식의 개발과 문헌정보학의 연구기준의 필요성이 강조된다.

이 연구는 FRBR 모델을 보다 명확히 이해하여 우리 도서관계에 보다 적합한 방식으로 받아들이기 위한 기초 작업이자 FRBR 모델에 대한 우리 학계와 도서관 현장의 심층적인 논의를 이끌어 내기 위한 발제로서의 목적을 가지고 있다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 (1) FRBR 모델의 개발 배경과 이 모델이 가지는 역사적 의의와 기능적 특징에 대해 살펴보고, (2) FRBR 모델의 실행을 둘러싸고 도서관선진국에서 현재 벌어지고 있는 논쟁의 핵심을 검토한 후, (3) 우리문헌정보학계와 도서관 현장에서 FRBR 모델과 관련하여 진행해왔던 논의의 과정과 실체를 추적해 보면서, (4) 지금까지의 우리의 논의에서 간과되어 온 것이 무엇이며, 향후 FRBR 모델에 주체적이고 능동적으로 대처하기 위해 우리가 해야 할 일이 무엇인지에 대해 심층 논의하였다.

Recently, there has been a growing interest in the life cycle management field of buildings through the introduction of BIM. And as BIM application is expanded, BIM ordering guidelines and guidelines are becoming popular. Also, as diverse forms of buildings including super high-rise building have been generalized, attention to the importance of curtain walls that are advantageous for construction period shortening, building lighting and quality homogenization has been increasing. However, all BIM information from the design stage to the maintenance stage is not accumulated in stages. And the input information is not improved in proportion to the level of appearance of the BIM model. Also, current curtain wall designs rely heavily on curtain wall consulting firms or utilize accumulated data from existing processes. In this study, curtain wall components, shape and property information were derived by analyzing BIM guidelines and curtain wall construction standards to contribute to solving these problems. And the curtain wall smart BIM library which can be converted according to LOD(Level of Development) has been produced and its applicability has been verified. Through the library, curtain wall information can be systematically managed in the library from design to construction and maintenance. And the library will contribute to the expansion and activation of the BIM library market in the future.

본 논문에서는 정보가전용 실시간 운영체제 Q+에 탑재된 라이브러리의 설계 및 구현에 대해 기술한다. 실시간 운영체제에서의 라이브러리는 표준 인터페이스에 따라 정의되어야 하고, 실시간 운영체제의 응용 분야에 적합한 함수들을 제공하여야 한다. 구현된 Q+ 라이브러리는 응용 프로그램간의 호환성을 보장하기 위해서, POSIX.1, ISO 7942 GKS 등의 업계 및 국제 표준에 따라 설계되었다. 그리고, Q+ 응용 분야에 적합한 C 표준 함수, 그래픽/윈도우 함수, 네트워크 관련 함수, 보안 지원 함수, 파일 시스템 관련 함수들을 제공한다. Q+ 라이브러리는 Q+ 커널과 디지털 TV용 셋탑박스, 그리고 디버깅 툴인 KBUG를 이용하여 구현되었다.

장애인 독서문화 활동의 진흥은 정보소외계층의 정보격차해소, 독서문화 활동을 통한 국민의 삶의 질 향상이라는 도서관 핵심 사명을 수행하는 주요한 업무이다. 활성화 방안을 도출을 위해 독서문화 진흥정책과제에서 사용하는 4개 과제 영역을 틀로 사용하였으며, 국내외 도서관 장애인서비스 분석을 통하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 연구결과 현재 도서관 장애인서비스는 장애인 독서환경조성, 균등한 독서 기회 제공 서비스가 대부분이고, 장애인 독서생활화 및 독서운동 활성화과제는 매우 부족하였다. 독서 생활화를 위한 독서교육, 독서체험, 이용자중심의 프로그램 개발이 필요하며, 장애인 독서운동 확산을 위하여 도서관 홍보 전략을 활용하는 것이 필요하다.

본 연구는 국내 공공도서관에서 청각장애인에게 적절하고 전문적인 서비스를 제공하기 위해 필요한 청각장애인 서비스 지침의 개선 요소를 제안하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구, 국내외 지침 및 매뉴얼 사례분석, 국내 설문조사를 이용하였다. 국내외 사례조사 및 설문조사를 토대로 도출한 구성요소를 필수 요소와 권고 요소로 나누어 국립장애인도서관지원센터에서 개발한 "도서관 장애인서비스 기준 및 지침(2009)"의 개선 요소를 제안하였다. 공공도서관에서 청각장애인 서비스 지침이 개선되어 제시되면 사서는 보다 체계적이고 전문적인 서비스를 청각장애인에게 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 병원도서관과 관련한 데이터를 객관적이고 체계적으로 수집할 수 있도록 병원도서관 통계지표를 개발하고자 하였다. 이에 병원도서관 통계지표로 활용할 수 있는 항목을 도출하기 위해 1) 관련 법, 법령 및 기준, 2) 기존에 제시된 병원도서관 관련 통계지표, 3) 국외 병원도서관 관련 가이드라인 등을 조사 분석하였다. 그 결과, 1차적으로 7개의 영역, 44개 항목, 57개의 소항목으로 도출하였다. 1차로 도출된 통계지표를 전문가 및 현장 직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 적합도를 조사하였다. 이를 기반으로 최종적으로 7개의 영역, 39개의 항목, 54개의 소항목으로 병원도서관 통계지표를 개발하였다.
