본 연구의 목적은 녹색도서관에 관한 문헌연구를 통하여 연구 방향 및 내용 분석과 향후 연구 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 녹색도서관 연구는 초기에 녹색도서관 건축에 대한 부분과 필요성에 대한 연구가 많이 수행되었으며, 점차 녹색도서관 운영에 대한 연구로 확산되었다. 녹색도서관 건축에 관한 연구는 LEED 평가시스템의 5가지 범주를 기반으로 진행되었으며, 5가지 범주 중 '에너지와 공기'와 '실내 환경의 질' 범주가 가장 중요시 되었다. 녹색도서관 운영에 대한 연구는 도서관 자원의 재활용에 대한 부분과 장서의 효율적인 관리를 통한 에너지 활용에 관한 연구가 수행되었다. 이를 기반으로 미래의 녹색도서관 연구방향으로, 해당 지역에 건립 가능한 도서관 수, 도서관 서가의 위치 및 간격, 도서관 공간구성, 서고에 소장할 자료의 비율, 이용자 연구를 제시하였다.

This article describes the technical information management strategy for engineering company. The present time the quantity of information is increasing day by day, so company have problems for information service and needs the more efficient methods for information management activities. In this paper, the author suttests the improvement for engineering library system. Especially the case of KOPEC library system that can be useful engineering company information management plans.

본 연구의 목적은 단위 학교도서관에서 장서관리정책을 수립할 때 근거 및 기준으로 삼을 수 있는 국가 수준의 학교도서관 장서관리지침서에 포함할 구체적인 항목과 내용 요소를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 학교도서관 장서관리 관련 문서를 국제 수준 및 국가 수준으로 나누어 분석하였다. 분석 결과 해외 장서관리지침서에서는 장서의 양적 기준 이외에 디지털 정보자원에 대한 접근성과 자원 공유를 강조하고 있으며, 이의 제기 자료에 대한 처리 절차를 규정하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 국가 수준의 학교도서관 장서관리지침서가 포함해야 할 항목을 크게 장서관리의 일반 원칙과 장서관리지침으로 구분하고 각 항목별 내용 요소를 제안하였다. 그리고 국가 수준의 장서관리지침서가 학교 현장에 효율적으로 적용할 수 있는 제도적 기반 마련 방안을 제안하였다.

This study aims to understand human resource management in the Library of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) during the COVID-19 pandemic. This institution had to change its work procedures, including its management of human resources. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, carried out from October to December 2020. The findings show that working from home practices had the following impacts: reduced ability to concentrate while working; many forced changes to the work programme; and problems of miscommunication due to work instructions being conveyed through a WhatsApp group. In response to the situation, the planning function of management was used to suspend the recruitment of interns; the organizing function was divided up tasks into two or three working days a week; the actuating function was seen in the willingness of leadership to motivate staff and to optimize resources by providing training; and the controlling function was realized in an online presence and online reporting mechanisms. It was concluded that the implementation of human resource management in the library was achieved through flexibility and staff empowerment. This involved carrying out initiatives and controlling their effectiveness in response to whatever changes were required by the latest pronouncements from government. Obstacles were still encountered in the implementation of these changes, especially in relation to the organizing function of management, where some conflict was seen between the DPR RI librarians.

Efficient use of scientific and technical information is indispensable for research and development. This study is aimed at new system design of Agricultural Information for RDA Library operation by an expeditious system for appropriate support of research activities through information service. Current Library management factors such as organization, budget, collections, staff. space, and information service was surveyed and user's requirements was also evaluated. In order of optimize the information system performance the new designed system was suggested as follows : 1) Existing dispersed library functions have to be unified as a whole 2) Library could be reorganize as a independent unit 3) Construction of inter-library network between libraries engaged in the same field highly recommand for the exchange of information.

최근 WWW 환경에서 콘텐츠들이 대량으로 제공되는데 이용자들은 이러한 정보과잉으로 인해 정보를 제대로 소화하지 못하고 있는 형편이다. 따라서 본고에서는 가상 공간에서 개인별 맞춤 정보서비스를 제공하는 전문도서관 MyLibrary(MrCyberLibrary)의 모델을 제시하고자 한다. MrCyberLibrary는 각 연구원의 프로젝트들을 지원하는 My Project, 관심있는 전자저널을 선택하여 링크시키고 최신호가 나오면 New 표시가 나타나는 My Favorite Journal 등을 포함하여 각종 도서관 정보(대출 이력, 예약, 연체) 확인과 희망도서/원문복사 신청 조회를 할 수 있는 모듈들로 구성된다.

공공도서관 자원봉사가 점점 확대되고 그 중요성이 커지는 현실이다. 이에 본 연구는 공공도서관자원봉사의 운영 및 관리의 중요성을 바탕으로, 광진구립도서관의 사례를 자원봉사 기획부문, 자원봉사자 관리부문, 자원봉사 행정부문으로 나누어 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 기존 연구를 이론적 바탕으로 광진구립도서관의 해당 사례들을 심층 조사하고, 공공도서관에서 자원봉사에 관한 의미를 찾아보고 분석하였다. 본 연구의 조사결과 공공도서관 자원봉사의 운영과 관리는 공공도서관의 업무수행과 운영에 밀접한 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다.

본 연구에서는 친환경 녹색도서관을 인증함에 있어 도서관의 친환경성을 평가할 수 있는 평가지표를 개발하여 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 녹색도서관 관련 문헌 및 사례조사를 통해 도서관 녹색요소를 추출하였으며, 평가요소에 대한 도서관 직원들의 인식을 설문조사하였다. 최종적으로 11개의 평가영역, 31개의 평가항목, 135개의 평가지표를 가진 녹색도서관 평가지표를 개발하였다. 11개의 평가영역은 토지이용 및 교통, 에너지 및 환경오염 방지, 재료 및 자원, 물순환 관리, 유지관리, 생태환경, 실내환경, 도서관 자원, 친환경 교육프로그램 및 캠페인, 직원 및 운영, 전산화 등이다.

이 연구는 정보환경의 변화와 대학도서관에 있어서 전자정보원의 비중 증가, 그리고 이용자 요구의 변화 등에 따라 대학도서관에서 그 중요성이 증가하고 있는 전자자원관리정책의 모형을 제안하고자 한 연구이다. 이를 위해 우선 전자자원의 정의와 유형 전자자원관리정책의 개념과 기능, 그리고 필요성을 정의하였다. 다음으로, 전자자원관리정책의 구성요소를 도출하였는데 이를 위해 국제도서관협회연맹(IFLA)의 전자자원개발정책 가이드라인과 미국의 대학도서관들이 실제로 수립, 공개하고 있는 전자자원관리정책 사례, 그리고 관련연구들을 바탕으로 구성요소를 선정, 취합하였다. 이 결과를 종합하여 전자자원관리정책의 구성요소별 우선순위를 정하고 가상의 대학을 대상으로 전자자원관리정책 모형을 제안하였다.

The university library plays the most important role in university. It provides the space and facilities to keep a variety of books and read them. One facility which is the most frequently used in a library is a reading room. In reality, it is the place where many college students spend most of their time. However, there are sometimes severe competitions to get a seat in a reading room, especially near the time of examinations. In order to resolve this situation and to increase the student‘s satisfaction, these days, many universities have installed a seat management system. In this paper, first, problems on the management of a reading room and student’s responses are reviewed. Then operational issues on the seat management systems are investigated and analyzed through simulations. Finally, discussions are followed to improve the effectiveness of a seat management system.
