금융기관의 경쟁력을 창출하기 위해서는 전 임직원들의 경쟁력 마인드와 업무현장의 실제적인 경험에서 우러나온 노하우, 은행내외에서 생산되어 유통되고 있는 명시적 지식정보 등을 서로 공유할 수 있는 조직문화가 갖추어져야 한다. 여기에 지식정보관리의 중요성에 대한 인식과 발상전환이 이루어져야 한다. 이 연구는 지식정보관리에 대한 중요성을 중심으로 국내 은행들의 지식정보공유에 대한 영향과 그 인식수준의 다양성을 조사하고 분석하여 은행에서의 바람직한 지식정보관리의 당위성을 은행의 역할과 개선방안 측면에서 모색해 보고자 한다.

이 연구는 역기능 가정에서 성장한 자녀들의 독서치료 경험을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 역기능 가정 자녀인 대학생 6명을 대상으로 이들의 독서치료 경험에 대한 현상학적 분석을 시도하였다. 그 결과, 역기능 가정의 자녀들은 1) 상처에 대한 인식, 2) 공감과 동일시, 3) 통찰과 자기 및 타인에 대한 이해, 4) 상처극복에 대한 의지 및 상처극복을 위한 해답의 발견, 5) 자기변화와 성장, 상처치유를 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 각각의 단계에서 참여자들은 매우 역동적인 사고와 감정을 경험하는 것으로 드러났다. 이를 통해 독서치료 프로그램은 역기능 가정 자녀들의 상처대처와 극복에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

대학생 중심의 독서회 회원들이 독서캠프 활동에 참여한 결과 독서캠프 활동에 경험이 있는 졸업생들과도 연관되어 독서활동을 활발하게 전개하는 것으로 나타났으며, 회원들 간의 독서회 운영에 대한 격려는 독서캠프 후 뿐만 아니라 졸업 후에게도 계속되는 것으로 나타나 독서회 활성화를 위해 가장 적합한 프로그램으로 나타났다. 대학생을 회원으로 하여 조직된 독서회는 학기 중에는 캠퍼스에서 활발하게 활동하다가 방학중에는 독서활동을 멀리 하게 되는데, 독서캠프 프로그램은 이러한 공백을 메워주는 중요한 프로그램이 된다.

Background : I investigated clinical research methodology of Traditional Korean Medicine(TKM) for treatment of lung cancer with Evidence Based Medicine(EBM) approach. Methods : I conducted the internet search of National Central Library, the National Assembly Library, Korea Education & Research Information Service, Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information for Korean theses and papers, and MEDLINE for the outside articles. Conclusion : In addition to outcomes of clinical trial, abundant clinician's experience and patients' preference are also considered. Pragmatic trials and quasi-experimental trials are better than clinical trials to plan clinical design of TKM for lung cancer and appropriate endpoints includes overall survival, disease-free survival, patient reporting outcome.

이 연구의 목적은 정리업무 아웃소싱을 시행하고 있는 대학도서관에서의 정리업무 품질관리 방안에 대해 논의하는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 조사하였고 실제 아웃소싱을 시행하고 있는 도서관에서의 품질관리현황에 대해 조사 분석하였다. 목록을 생산하고 품질을 관리하는 방식에 대해 논의하였고 정리 업무량의 변화를 분석하였다. 마지막으로 결론에서는 정리업무 아웃소싱의 품질 향상을 위해 다음을 제안하였다. (1) 품질에 대한 정의와 상세한 업무 매뉴얼을 개발하여 그에 따라 업무를 하도록 한다. (2) 자관의 핵심지식과 기술을 보유하고 이를 계속 전수할 수 있도록 한다. (3) 자체 교열시스템의 도입을 고려한다. (4) 도서관과 아웃소싱업체간의 긴밀한 의사소통을 유지한다. (5) 업체직원은 업무에 필요한 교육을 이수하도록 한다.

한국에서의 외국이주민 인구 비율이 늘어나고, 도서관의 다문화서비스가 도입되고 있는 현실에 비해 사서의 다문화수용성에 대한 논의가 부재하다는 문제의식에 기초해서 이 연구는 사서들의 다문화수용성을 점검하고, 사서들의 다문화수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색해보았다. 이를 위해, 2016년 2월 전국의 공공도서관 사서를 대상으로 하는 설문조사를 수행하여 319명의 사서로부터 설문지를 수집하였으며, 최종 292개의 설문지를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 공공도서관 사서의 다문화수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 해외거주 경험, 다문화서비스 담당 경험, 다문화 관련 교육경험인 것으로 조사되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 사서의 다문화수용성을 함양하기 위한 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness and value of reading, the role of reading for character building and reading education for the character building instruction. A great book can change a person's life and future. Especially, reading in the juvenile period is important because of their intellectual curiosity and sensitivity. The results of the study were as follows. (1) In order to solve the problem of the dehumanization, and the confusion of the sense of value among young adults, we should enrich and cultivate the character of young adults through the reading education. (2) The effects of reading for personality are verbal effects, experimental effects, cultural effects, reformational effects and recreational effects etc. (3) The value of reading in the past were inspiration, information and recreation. But, in recent times, the interest in therapeutic value of reading is increasing. The theraputic value of reading is identification, catharsis and insights of one's problem through the character in the works. (4) The role of reading for the character building are the assistance of self-realization, the promotion of self-regulation and the assistance of self-understanding. (5) Psychological needs causing reading activity are the desire to escape from reality, better socialization, recreation and pleasure. (6) The mechanism of character building through the reading are the enlargement of experience, better adjustment to the environment and the society. (7) Reading education for the solution of developmental tasks of the young adults is important. The standard reading lists of Japan Reading Society, the list compiled by Lee Kyung-Sik and the list of Park Yong Doo are the example of the selected reading list for the solution of developmental tasks.

플로우는 칙센트미하이가 처음 사용한 용어로 특정 활동이나 행동에 완전히 몰두할 때 느끼는 최적의 경험 상태를 말한다. 기존의 연구 결과에 의하면 플로우 현상은 암벽 등반, 예술 활동, 댄스, 모터사이클, 생산적 업무 등 많은 행동을 통해서 체험할 수 있으나 독서를 통해서 가장 많은 사람들이 공통적으로 플로우를 경험하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리나라 초.중등학생들의 독서 플로우에 대한 성향을 파악하고, 독서 플로우에 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 본 연구에 사용한 설문지는 독서자료, 독서목적, 독서방법 등 6개 영역의 36개 항목으로 구성하였고, 40개 초.중등학교로부터 1,836명의 학생이 참여하였다. 수집한 데이터는 SPSS18을 사용하여 카이자승, 교차분석, 요인분석을 실시하였다.

This study is a preliminary study to develop an evaluation framework necessary for evaluating the DataON platform. The first objective is to examine expert perceptions of the level of DataON platform construction. The second objective is to evaluate the importance, stability, and usability of DataON platform features over OpenAIRE features. The third objective is to derive weights from the evaluation perspective for future DataON platform evaluation. The fourth objective is to examine the preferences of experts in each evaluation perspective and to derive unbiased evaluation criteria. This study used a survey method for potential stakeholders of the DataON platform. The survey included 12 professionals with at least 10 years of experience in the field. The 57 overall functions and services were measured at 3.1 out of 5 for importance. Stability was -0.07 point and usability was measured as -0.05 point. The 42 features and services scored 3.04 points in importance. Stability was -0.58 points and usability was -0.51 points. In particular, the stability and usability scores of the 42 functions and services provided as of 2018 were higher than the total functions were, which is attributed to the stable and user-friendly improvement after development. In terms of the weight of the evaluation point, the collection quality has the highest weight of 27%. Interface usability is then weighted 22%. Subsequently, service quality is weighted 19%, and finally system performance efficiency and user feedback solicitation are equally weighted 16%.

본 연구는 문헌정보학 연구자들의 인용문헌 수집경로와 자료 수집행태에 대한 분석을 위하여 수행되었다. 연구방법으로 인용문헌 수집경로 확인과 형태 분석을 위한 데이터 수집을 위해 질문지 조사방법을 이용하였고 통계분석은 SPSS프로그램을 이용하였다. 데이터 분석을 통하여 설정된 가설을 검증하였고, 상관관계분석, 그리고 기술통계에 의한 경향분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과로 설정된 가설에서는 연구가설이 채택되었고, 연구경력 및 논문편수와 수집경로 간의 상관관계는 유의하지 않았다. 또한 연구자 상호간 정보자료 교환 이용과 연구진행 정보의 공개 및 정보교환에 대해서는 연구자 대부분이 긍정적으로 동의하였다.
