It is necessary to manage the prediction accuracy of the machine learning model to prevent the decrease in the performance of the grid network condition prediction model due to overfitting of the initial training data and to continuously utilize the prediction model in the field by maintaining the prediction accuracy. In this paper, we propose an automation technique for maintaining the performance of the model, which increases the accuracy and reliability of the prediction model by considering the characteristics of the power grid state data that constantly changes due to various factors, and enables quality maintenance at a level applicable to the field. The proposed technique modeled a series of tasks for maintaining the performance of the power grid condition prediction model through the application of the workflow management technology in the form of a workflow, and then automated it to make the work more efficient. In addition, the reliability of the performance result is secured by evaluating the performance of the prediction model taking into account both the degree of change in the statistical characteristics of the data and the level of generalization of the prediction, which has not been attempted in the existing technology. Through this, the accuracy of the prediction model is maintained at a certain level, and further new development of predictive models with excellent performance is possible. As a result, the proposed technique not only solves the problem of performance degradation of the predictive model, but also improves the field utilization of the condition prediction model in a complex power grid system.

There has been a dramatic increase in the proportion of temporary employees in LIS fields, due to current trends of restructuring, automation, complete personnel systems, and complete wage systems. This research, therefore, conducted a survey exploring the current status and working environment of the temporary posts in LIS fields, in order to understand and direct the employment prospects of potential librarians. Results show that the average working period of more than half of temporary librarians are between 1-3 years. The total working period as a temporary librarian, including former experiences in their career, were evenly distributed between 1-5 years. Among those, being temporary often persisted, as 32% of temporary librarians stayed in their temporary status for more than 5 years. Second, temporary librarians perceived themselves as working the same hours as regular librarians, having independent or assistant tasks to regular librarians, and having a neutral or larger amount of tasks than regular librarians. Third, temporary librarians are employed and contracted from the work place, generally having contracts of less than 2 years or an open contract, which shows a serious level of job instability. Therefore, we should consider the following: proper remuneration for work of equal value, professional contractors, the supplementation of the total wage system and the number of public employees in the system as well as changing temporary positions to permanent positions and so on.

In manufacturing companies, different types of production have been developed based on diverse production strategies and differentiated technologies. The production systems have become smart, factories are filled with unmanned manufacturing lines, and sustainable manufacturing technologies are under development. Nowadays, the digital manufacturing technology is being adopted and used in manufacturing industries. When this technology is applied, a lot of efforts, time and cost are required and training professionals in-house is limited. In this paper, we introduce e-FEED system (electronic based Front End Engineering and Design) that is the integrated design and analysis system for optimized manufacturing line development on virtual environment. This system provides the functions that can be designed easily using library and template based on standardized modules and analyzed automatically the logistic and capacity simulation by one-click and verified the result using visual reports. Also, we can review the factory layout using automatically created 3D virtual factory and increase the knowledge reuse by e-FEED system.
The purposes of this study were to summarize the concept of well-being and well-being apartment, to grasp the present condition of apartments which were introduced with well-being elements, and to find out the consumer preferences on well-being elements for apartment planning. Library and internet surveys were performed to summarize the concept of well-being and well-being apartment and to grasp the present condition of apartments which were introduced with well-being elements. FlexRay is a new standard of network communication system which provides solutions to the degradation problems generated by many ECU (Electronic Control Unit) connections in automobiles and automation systems. The upper bound of the data rate is 10Mbps and it provides two channels for redundancy In this paper, FlexRay system is first designed using SDL. For hardware implementation, FlexRay system is designed using Verilog HDL based on the SDL design result. The designed system is synthesized using Synopsys Design Compiler with the Magna/Hynix 0.18 um cell library. In this paper, to construct a FlexRay network, active star is used since active star systems can provide high speed data transmission up to 10Mbps. The performance of the star network is tested using one transmitter node and two receiver nodes.

This paper presents an investigation into the operational comparison of SPOT triangulation to build GCP library by analytical plotter and DPW (digital photogrammetric workstation). GCP database derived from current SPOT images can be used to other image sensors of satellite, if any reasons, such as lack of topographic maps or GCPs. But, general formulation of a photogrammetric process for GCP measurement has to take care of the scene interpretation problem. There are two classical methods depending on whether an analytical plotter or DPW is being used. Regardless of the method used, the measurement of GCPs is the weakest point in the automation of photogrammetric orientation procedures. To make an operational comparison, five models of SPOT panchromatic images (level 1A) and negative films (level 1AP) were used. Ten images and film products were used for the five GRS areas. Photogrammetric measurements were carried out in a manual mode on P2 analytical plotter and LH Systems DPW770. We presented an approach for exterior orientation of SPOT images, which was based on the use of approximately eighty national geodetic control points as GCPs which located on the summit of the mountain. Using sixteen well-spaced geodetic control points per model, all segments consistently showed RMS error just below the pixel at the check points in analytical instrument. In the case of DPW, half of the ground controls could not found or distinguished exactly when we displayed the image on the computer monitor. Experiment results showed that the RMS errors with DPW test was fluctuated case by case. And the magnitudes of the errors were reached more than three pixels due to the lack of image interpretation capability. It showed that the geodetic control points is not suitable as the ground control points in DPW for modeling the SPOT image.

Manufacturing Message Specification (MMS) is designed as a communication standard protocol, ISO/IEC 9506, on factory automation for messaging between heterogeneous programmable unit controller, PLC, NC, Robot, of different vendors on the networks. MMS is also a standard protocol of OSI reference model application layer, In this paper, we show an implementation of MMS over TCP/IP using ANSI-C programming language on the unix environment, and make java classification using java native interface (NJI) with MMS library. The use of java classification provides a basic environment ot overcome a difficult programming with different MMS application programming interface (MMS-I) which requires a siklled programming technique of graphic user interface (GUI). In this paper, we implement a MMS application program of the automated assembly model for printed circuit board based on WWW which shows the operation, control and monitoring of real manufacturing device (RMD) with web browser providing users for consistent user interface.

For FA (factory automation) and ATE (automatic test equipment) in the industrial area, the standard bus needs to increase the system performance of multiprocessor environment. VME(versa module european package format) bus is appropriated to the standard bus but has features of small package and low board density. Beside, the density of board and semiconductor have grown to become significant issues that affect development time, project cost and field diagnostics. To fit this trend, in this paper, we composed Revision C.1 (IEEE std. P1014-1987) of the integrated environment for the main function such as arbitration, interrupt and interface between, VMEbus and several control modules Also the designed, VME system controller is implemented on FPGA that can be located even into slot 1. The control and function modules are coded with VHDL mid-fixed description method and then those operations are verified by simulation. As a result of experiment, we confirmed the most important that is the operation of Bus timer about Bus error signal should occur within $56{\mu}m$, and both control and function modules have the reciprocal operation correctly. Thus, the constructed VHDL library will be able to apply the system based VMEbus and ASIC design.

In this study, an embedded system composed of equipment setting, block importing, scenario setting and output reporting is developed in multi-body dynamics program, ADAMS, for conducting dynamic structural analysis of block lifting process. First, equipment used for block lifting process is set in the simulation environment and the shapes and functions of two lifting beams, and six block loaders are provided as the equipment. Second, the modal analysis result of the lifting block is imported from the static structural analysis system, NASTRAN. Third, the lifting scenarios, such as hoisting, waiting, trolley moving, and wire connecting, are set in the system. Finally, output results in the forms of plots, texts and tables, are reported after the dynamic structural analysis. The test examples conducted in a shipyard are applied into the developed system in various condition and scenarios. The loads at the lug points, the stress contours, and the hot spot tables of the developed system are compared with the result of the static analysis system.
