양계초(梁溪超) 사상(思想)을 통해서 본 한국 근대 군(軍) 체육사상(體育思想) (Korean Modern Army Physical Education through Thought Liang, qi-chao)

  • 중국의 부국강병을 주장한 근대 정치학자 양계초(1873-1929)는 애국(愛國)과 자강(自强)을 외쳤던 구한말 지식인의 큰 축이었다. 서구 열강의 힘에 무너진 중국 재건을 갈망하던 그의 애국사상은 한국의 근대 국가 건설의지에 지대한 영향을 주었다. 양계초의 사상의 중심에는 군사력과 체육이 있었다. 그는 강한 체력을 기반으로 한 군사력을 강조하였다. 양계초의 사상을 바탕으로 구한말 지식인들은 한민족이 체육을 통해 건강하게 거듭나야 한다고 믿었다. 초기 우리나라의 체육 도입은 군 체육과 일체성을 보였다. 1895년 처음 서구 체육의 개념이 도입되면서 1896년 군 체육인 체조가 학교교육에 처음으로 도입된 사례는 초기 체육이 군 체육이었다는 사실을 증명해 주고 있다. 더욱이 지속적으로 민족학자들은 양계초 상무정신이 바탕이 된 체육으로 강한 민족 양성에 힘을 쏟았고 그 중심에 군 체육인 체조를 강조하였다.

량치차오와 최남선의 계몽 기획 관련 양상 (Aspects of Liang Qichao and Choi Namsun's Enlightenment Project)

  • 근대시기 한중 양국에서 제기된 계몽 기획은 제국주의 열강에 대항하는 애국계몽운동의 일환으로 작동했다. 그 중에서 '소년'은 계몽의 주체로, '바다'는 매계체로 등장하였다. 구체적으로 '소년 담론'을 통해서 량치차오는 궁극적으로 '신민'을 위한 나라를 상상했으며, 최남선 역시 망국의 위기를 벗어나고 나아가 '신대한'이 강대국 반열에 들어서길 고대하였다. 량치차오는 소년담론을 통해 '소년 국가'와 '노년 국가'의 개념을 제창하고, '실력양성'을 통한 '소년 국가'로의 발전을 기원한다. 최남선 역시 량치차오의 소년담론에 영향을 받아 국가의 미래가 '소년'에 달려있다고 인식하였으며, 조선이 '소년 국가'가 되기 위해 실력 양성을 해야 한다고 주장한다. 뿐만 아니라, 량치차오와 최남선은 시 창작을 통해 '소년 담론'을 적극적으로 전파하였다. 량치차오는 바다와 관련된 시 창작을 통해 세계 지리와 역사 등에 대해서 소개함과 동시에, 넓은 의미에서 세계를 이어주는 통로로써 바다를 인식하고 이를 개척하고자 하는 도전의식을 고취시켰다. 최남선 역시 '바다'와 '소년'을 직접적으로 연관시킨 시를 창작함으로써, '해상에서의 모험심', '바다와 소년의 진취적 정신' 등을 진작시켰다.

  • 作者在本文中着重阐述了20世纪初梁启超关于地理--文明知识体系的近代建构与中华民族主义之间的关系. 通过种种辨析, 本文主要论证了以下两点 : 一是梁启超对欧洲地理条件及工商文明的向往与近代民族主义有关 ; 二是他对于亚洲和中国的地理条件及古代文明的赞叹, "大一统"政治意识形态的强调, 淮水, 汉水地区革命传统的关注等均以中华民族主义为依据. 根据这些分析, 在结论部分, 作者对中华民族主义和梁启超的地理-文明知识体系提出了以下批评 : 中国在近现代历史上自然需要民族主义, 但中华民族主义本身是一种霸权主义, 若中国知识分子以此作为精神武器, 只希望中国重新称霸天下, 不知反思传统中华文明中哪些是真正合理的部分;梁启超关于地理-文明知识体系的近代建构也以这一中华民族主义作为依据, 只是一味地赞美欧洲近代工商文明, 一点也没能批评它.

  • Social Evolution was the most influential idea in modern China. Chinese intellectuals, who had made the survival of their country and people a top priority in the face of threats from Western powers, accepted the theory of social evolution as an idea calling for national unity. For Liang Qi chao, the theory of social evolution was a reason to raise the modern nation-state and the new people, along with the need for reform. This article examines that philosophical content and meaning modern Chinese social evolution has around his concept of "nation". His ideas, which are regarded as the origin of Asian nationalism, reflect his belief in and will toward a nation-state, and occupy a unique position in the political history of modern China.

중국(中國) 소아과학(小兒科學)의 사적(史的) 고찰(考察)(고대(古代)부터 청대(淸代)까지) (A Study of Literature Review on Chinese Pediatrics)

  • From all possible chinese medical literatures, I studied the history of chinese pediatrics by dividing into Chunqiu Zhanguo, QinHan dynasties, LiangJin, SuiTang five dynasties, Song Dynasty, Jin and Yuan dynasties, Ming Qing dynasties. The conclusions are summarized as followings 1. The mentions related with pediatrics existed already in Yan ruins turtle shell letters, and 〈Yellow Emperor's classic of internal medicine> in Chunqiu Zhanguo time formed the system of medicine, established the theoretical foundation. 2. Chang Ji established the system of diagnosis and treatment based on overall analysis of symptoms and signs in , and later pediatricians commonly applied his prescriptions to the febrile diseases. 3. The period from LiangJin to SuiTang, Pediatrics was established as special department then in , Chao Yuanfang stated the etiology, pathogenesis, symptomatology of pediatric diseases. 4. In Song dynasty. pediatric 4 major, symptoms that had been mentioned from SuiTang dynasties, were clearly established, pediatrical special books were published, and written by Qian Yi who is considered as the founder of chinese pediatrics, established the foundation of pediatrical division formation in distinction from adult fields. 5. In Jin and Yuan dynasties, four eminent physicians established the actual relationship between the theories and practical applications and insisted various and creative theories based on the classical medicine, for example, the theory that fire and heat in the body was the main cause of diseases of Liu Wansu purgation theory of Zhang Congzheng, qi regulating theory of Liu Gao, ministerial fire theory and the theory that yang is ever in excess while Yin is ever deficient of Zhu Zhenheng, etc, and they applied those theories to pediatrical various sides. 6, In Ming Qing dynasties, pediatrical specialists and pediatrical publications had increased, eg, father and son Xue Kai Xue Ji, Wan Quan, Lu Bai-si, etc in Ming dynasty, Ye Gui, Chen Fuzheng, Xia Ding, etc in Qing dynasty were famous as pediatricians. Specially, the doctrine of epidemic febrile diseases at that time showed prominent effects to children's epidemic febrile diseases.

Identifying Differentially Expressed Genes and Screening Small Molecule Drugs for Lapatinib-resistance of Breast Cancer by a Bioinformatics Strategy

  • Background: Lapatinib, a dual tyrosine kinase inhibitor that interrupts the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and HER2/neu pathways, has been indicated to have significant efficacy in treating HER2-positive breast cancer. However, acquired drug resistance has become a very serious clinical problem that hampers the use of this agent. In this study, we aimed to screen small molecule drugs that might reverse lapatinib-resistance of breast cancer by exploring differentially expressed genes (DEGs) via a bioinformatics method. Materials and Methods: We downloaded the gene expression profile of BT474-J4 (acquired lapatinib-resistant) and BT474 (lapatinib-sensitive) cell lines from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database and selected differentially expressed genes (DEGs) using dChip software. Then, gene ontology and pathway enrichment analyses were performed with the DAVID database. Finally, a connectivity map was utilized for predicting potential chemicals that reverse lapatinib-resistance. Results: A total of 1, 657 DEGs were obtained. These DEGs were enriched in 10 pathways, including cell cycling, regulation of actin cytoskeleton and focal adhesion associate examples. In addition, several small molecules were screened as the potential therapeutic agents capable of overcoming lapatinib-resistance. Conclusions: The results of our analysis provided a novel strategy for investigating the mechanism of lapatinib-resistance and identifying potential small molecule drugs for breast cancer treatment.
