The objective of this research was to develop a framework of the Soil Environment Information Management System (SEIMS). In this study, we found that the SEIMS needs to be consisted of three sub-systems (i.e., information input system, DB system, and opening to the public system), which is operated on the Web-GIS basis. Also, we suggested structure and detailed items for each sub-system which are acceptable under the basis of current legal and institutional system. Furthermore, we made several suggestions for future-oriented system. Further researches need to be pursued for developing efficiently the SEIMS, such as 1) DB standards for the SEIMS, 2) guidelines for each cleanup phase, 3) improvement of the SEIMS for groundwater quality, and 4) integrated SEIMS for both soil and groundwater system.

Strategic aim of Poland is an accession to The European Union. This accession means consolidation of democratic transformations and acceleration of economical development. Possibly full and quick execution of preparing works at building domain is one of conditions of Polish membership in the European Union. Poland has to adopt rules and standards, which are required at EU. It will permit to make polish companies more attactive at international market. We should know, that economical, legal whether political reforms, this is not all what consists on membership at the Union European. We must change internally, become open to the world, to represent dynamism, enterprise, knowledge and culture. We must become more tolerant and be able to communicate with people with different culture whether political orientation, we have to accept this dissimilarity and will find way of dialogue and cooperation.

This study begins with investigation of the purpose and background of the International convention on Standards of Training, Sertification and Watchkeeping for seafarers 1978, London(STCW) which will be put into force on and after 28th April 1984. Author tried to confirm those common points on requirement of the qualifications between the radio officer regulated it. the STCW Convention and radio communications between the radio officer regulated in the STCW convention and radio communication operator's general certificate in the Radio Regulations annexed to the International Telecommunication convention. Then, Japanese communications administration is taken as a model for the comparative analysis, as Japan and Korea have many resembling aspects, especially legal and social aspects. Therefore, as one of urgent tasks of Korean Communications Administration preparing for the STCW convention, Istressed on partial amendment of the Korean Radio Regulatory Act.

By no means rapid advances in technology affects the working and improvement of all systems built to increase the quality/standards of human living. Information technologies as the main driving force of technological progress today happen to be a sine qua non for all organizations hoping to keep pace with or surpass rivals. However, despite their vital advantages it is true that these create undesirable side effects that harm social systems and the rights of persons. Similar to all others in the world Turkey is trying to cope with the problem through creating an appropriate legal and administrative substructure trusted to discontinue or at least minimize such criminal acts.

Purpose: To examine the awareness and experiences of nurses and physicians on DNR. Method: The sample contained of 199 nurses and 98 physicians. The Instrument used in this study was The Nurses' Understanding and Attitude on DNR(AEDNR) developed by the Han et al and revised by the research the AEDNR included 29 items. Result: About 97.3% of them feel the necessity of DNR, Majority of subject(78.8%) have practiced DNR by the demand of 'the patient's family' and 91.8% of them made a medical record at the time they carried out DNR. There were no significant differences in their perceived necessity of DNR between nurses and physicians. Conclusion: This study can be a basis for making objective standards educational, ethical, and legal issues concerning DNR.

In this study, the remodeling of the insulation for the study of economic evaluation to find out. Targeting first Hyomin Domitory in Dong-Eui University, the purpose of the study is to carry out insulation work to conform to the strengthening of legal insulation standards. Studies in the way of insulation construction surveys of students who after living through the Survey. Exterior walls and windows with a comparative analysis of the thermal transmittance insulation performance is calculated according to the annual heating costs. The study is about 108 years after the investment is recovered through the break-even point was to know. Resolve residents' complaints, the gap wind reduction, reduction of environmental pollution and other problems solved.

Leakage problems in underground spaces of domestic apartments is becoming more serious and legal disputes related to leakage problem have become more commonplace. In this regard, leakage problem is not only a problem in construction, but is also a concern from a societal aspect. In this paper, we propose the details of a below-grade waterproofing design and specification standards of specific areas and sections of residential apartment buildings, and propose that a detailed examination of positive-side waterproofing methods is required.

In the case of korea, it was enforced the performance based design in 2011 for fire safety to the construction that is hard to safety secure by code based design. However as a result of domestic performance design case analysis, as it conducts that the standard is insufficient, most of cases show that they use the method of adding facilities by strengthening legal standards. Therefore on this study, it conducts the analysis of Performance based design seminar data that it was done by SFPE and each countries Performance based design guidelines. Also based on this, it will use the basic data for developing the domestic performance based design guideline.

The purpose of this study is to obtain an effective enclosing method for noise reduction of press machine operating in a manufacturing company located in Taegu region. Noise level of the machine is about 95～120 ㏈ which is higher than legal standards by industrial safety and health law. In this study, two experiments were conducted to achieve the above purpose. In the first experiment in which the effects of three independent variables-type and depth of sound-absorbing materials, and depth of air space-on noise level was investigated, it was found that depth of sound-absorbing materials and air space was significant at $\alpha$ = -0.01. In the second experiment studying relationship between depth of sound-absorbing materials and air space and noise level, it was shown that noise level lowered as depth of sound-absorbing materials and air space became thick. Based on these results, two alternatives of enclosing method adequate for the selected company's noise characteristics were suggested.

Asbestos has been widely used for construction materials due to its sound absorption and insulation properties. Despite the announcement that asbestos may cause cancer, asbestos demolition work has become more active. Asbestos was scattered by demolition work and the government started to regulate it. This study was started to predict the scattering asbestos concentration according to the research that it can cause cancer even if the concentration of asbestos meets legal standards. Therefore, in this paper, a regression analysis was conducted to derive a predictive equation after collecting and arranging the variables affecting scattering asbestos. As well as, artificial neural network analysis was used to make a more suitable prediction model.
