Safety is totally established through not only legal regulations and system but the establishment of safety culture. As a foundation of safety culture, safety and health communication is the essential condition. Therefore, in the case of researching safety culture the communication network of a organization is a crucial factor. This study has analysed the structure of occupational safety and health communication between domestic and foreign corporations comparatively by the statistical analysis. The occupational safety and health communication is composed of four sub-dimensions: general communication in working site, using safety information communication, communication with the board of directors, and communication with labor union. The nationality of corporations influences the safety communication significantly except for communication with labor union. Consequently it is possible to infer that the nationality of corporations is a significant factor for safety communication network.

Metabus, currently represented by Second Life on the Internet, is the next-generation 3DCG Internet world in which the 2D Internet world has evolved, and has grown as a new ICT culture of mankind that can replace real society with virtual society. As such, the reason why the world of metabus has rapidly expanded is that the era of 3D Internet has arrived due to the evolution of the Internet, which only used information, and the spread of 5G communication in user-participating WEB. However, there are many situations in which laws do not exist in this virtual world and various illegal acts occur. As the Internet culture developed earlier, illegal activities by users began to appear, and as the legal responsibility of Internet providers was discussed, mankind quickly passed the Millennium Copyright Act or introduced new copyright protection measures such as technical protection, transmission rights, and rights management information. Therefore, this paper reviews and studies how to accept and further grow this new metabus culture, including the viewpoint of intellectual property.

The predominant concern of the study centers on: (1) the direct effects of the job satisfaction, social support and hope on the individual's quality of life; (2) the direct effect of hope alone on the individual's quality life; (3) the mediating effect of the hope between the job satisfaction/social support and life quality; (4) the moderating effect of the worker's legal status(legal labors Vs. illegal labors) on each causal relationship. Research is based on a survey conducted with 453 Mongolian immigrant workers(333 legal workers, 120 illegal workers) from 10 cities including Seoul. In order for respondents to address research questions, structural equation models are explored. A variety of tests are conducted(metric invariance test, critical ratio for difference test, multi-group analysis, bias-corrected boot-strapping, latent mean analysis including Cohen's effect test). The noticeable findings are as follow: First, both job satisfaction and social support have a positive influence respectively on the individual's hope and the individual's quality of life. Second, we found a partial mediating effect of hope between both job satisfaction/social support and the individual's life quality. Third, we failed to find a moderating effect of the workers' legal status on each causal relationship. Finally, there is no significant difference of the latent means of each latent variable -job satisfaction, social support, hope, and life quality - between the legal group and the illegal group, except the latent mean of workers' quality of life. A range of practical and political implications are discussed based on the study's findings.

China and South Korea have effectively reached a free trade agreement. The deal now faces legal and parliament reviews in the two countries. We need to discuss the recommendations on XML conversion with UN / CEFACT electronic documents. To solve this problem of interworking between these standards, Two kinds of translation rules is proposed for exchanging to UN / CEFACT Tag smoothly. For development and distribution of electronic documents to be conformed to international standards, it is enough to have the role of international activities continue to supply part of the domestic industry and the trends in participation and international standard. Our principal focus is on facilitating national and international transactions, through the simplification and harmonization of processes, procedures and information flows, and so contributing to the growth of global commerce. The agreement with South Korea will be China's ninth bilateral FTA.

From the viewpoint of color perspective, black has more obvious effects to impart images than dress itself This study aims to examine black dress through the fashion history to highlight the aesthetic value of black and to make better use of black in designing. Black in fashion, particularly in the guise of the little black dress, became an indispensable feature of cosmpolitan style after World War I. Designers harnessed the power of black, drawn irresistibly to its innate qualities of drama and strength of line. For the past five hundred years, aside from the use of black for mourning as well as for religious, academic, legal and ceremonial dress, black with a greater or lesser dominance has been a fashion constant. Since then black has been an important color in fashion. How to use black in formative designs should be studied continuously.

This study was conducted to investigate the clear concept of patient safety and obtain theoretical evidences. Methods Research was conducted using Walker & Avant's conceptual analysis process. Results: Patient safety was defined as a activity that minimizes and removes possible errors and injuries to patients. It includes a basic desire to secure the patient's right to safety, and the legal regulations and duties of medical teams. The results of the establishment of a safety culture are patient-centered medical treatment and caring. Antecedents were found to be open and clear communications, continuous education and training for health care personnel, sufficient allocation of qualified personnel, cooperation among departments, improvements in the recognition of patient safety. Consequences were found to be the provision of high quality medical care and treatment, and increase in patient satisfaction. Conclusion: Patient safety as defined by the results of this study will contribute to the foundation of institutionalization of the pursuit of patient safety and creation of a hospital culture focusing on patient safety as a first priority.

Strategic aim of Poland is an accession to The European Union. This accession means consolidation of democratic transformations and acceleration of economical development. Possibly full and quick execution of preparing works at building domain is one of conditions of Polish membership in the European Union. Poland has to adopt rules and standards, which are required at EU. It will permit to make polish companies more attactive at international market. We should know, that economical, legal whether political reforms, this is not all what consists on membership at the Union European. We must change internally, become open to the world, to represent dynamism, enterprise, knowledge and culture. We must become more tolerant and be able to communicate with people with different culture whether political orientation, we have to accept this dissimilarity and will find way of dialogue and cooperation.

The article formulates the key characteristics and features of country models of corporate governance. It was revealed that all countries are characterized by a fairly high concentration of ownership, insider control; Key gaps in the implementation of corporate governance principles were found: transparency and disclosure of information, protection of shareholders' rights, gender diversity of boards of directors, implementation of recommendations on the share of independent directors; The criterion of countries' efficiency (total investments) was identified and recommendations for their improvement were developed.

The purpose of this study is to develop a policy for the use of libraries and the promotion of the reading culture by the characteristics of communities, along with changes in social environment. It, therefore, analyzed the general condition of libraries, infrastructures for libraries and reading culture and the environment including the relevant legal system in Chungcheongnam-do, and examined the actual conditions of inhabitants' (students and general people) use of libraries and reading culture, and librarians. On the basis of the findings, it proposed the policy for the use of 20 libraries and the promotion of the reading culture, by dividing Chungcheongnam-do into six regional settlement areas, discovering policy tasks for the use of libraries and the promotion of the reading culture and collecting suggestions from librarians living in Chungcheongnam-do, to reflect the characteristics of communities in Chungeongnam-do, and therefore, suggest a desirable policy agenda. To pursue the policy proposed, it is necessary to reinforce the role and the status of libraries representing for metropolitan regions and to secure adequate personnel and budgets, in addition to effort made by libraries located at regional settlement areas.

According to data from the National Police Agency, 75.5 percent of dead traffic accidents in Korea are truck accidents. About 1,000 people die in cargo truck accidents in Korea every year, and two to three people die in cargo truck accidents every day. In the survey, Korean cargo workers answer poor working conditions as an important cause of constant truck accidents. COVID 19 is increasing demand for non-face-to-face logistics. The inefficiency of the Korean transportation system is leading to excessive work burden for small logistics The inefficiency of the Korean transportation system is causing excessive work burden for small individual carriers. The inefficiency of the Korean transportation system is also evidenced by the number of deaths from logistics industry disasters that have risen sharply since 2020. Small and medium-sized Korean Enterprises located in CIPs (Connected Industrial Parks) often do not have smart access certification systems. And as a result, a lot of transportation time is wasted at the final destination stage. In the logistics industry, time is the cost and time is the revenue. The logistics industry is the representative industry in which time becomes money. The smart access authentication system architecture proposed in this paper allows small logistics private carriers to improve legal stability, and SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) in CIPs to reduce logistics transit time. The CIPs smart access system proposed in this paper utilizes the currently active Mobile OTP (One Time Password), which can significantly reduce system design costs, significantly reduce the data capacity burden on individual cell phone terminals, and improve the response speed of individual cell phone terminals. It is also compatible with the OTP system, which was previously used in various ways, and the system reliability through the long period of use of the OTP system is also high. User customers can understand OTP access systems more easily than other smart access systems.
