This study explores the military applications, countermeasures, and strategic implications of drone swarms. By examining the current trends in drone swarm development and deployment, this research highlights the potential of this technology to revolutionize the battlefield. The study also investigates the challenges and vulnerabilities associated with drone swarms, emphasizing the need for effective countermeasures. Through an analysis of multi-sensor fusion, directed energy weapons, and artificial intelligence, this research proposes comprehensive strategies to counter the threats posed by drone swarms. Furthermore, the study delves into the ethical and legal issues surrounding the use of autonomous drone swarms, underscoring the necessity for international norms and regulations. The findings of this research contribute to the understanding of the transformative impact of drone swarms on military strategy and national security, while providing valuable insights for policymakers, military strategists, and researchers in the field.

As drones become increasingly sophisticated, capable of performing complex missions such as reconnaissance, surveillance, and precision strikes, the development of effective air defense systems has become a critical priority. This study examines the current state of drone and air defense technologies, analyzing their impact on military strategies, tactics, and the future battlefield environment. By exploring the patterns of technological evolution, the limitations of existing air defense systems, and the potential consequences of drone proliferation, this research highlights the need for adaptive, innovative approaches to counter emerging threats. The findings underscore the importance of investing in advanced detection and interception capabilities, developing comprehensive counter-drone doctrines, and fostering international cooperation to address the ethical and legal challenges posed by the military use of drones. As the competition between drone and air defense technologies continues to intensify, policymakers and military leaders must proactively engage in shaping the future of warfare to ensure national security and stability in an increasingly complex world.

The purpose of this study is to develop a policy for the use of libraries and the promotion of the reading culture by the characteristics of communities, along with changes in social environment. It, therefore, analyzed the general condition of libraries, infrastructures for libraries and reading culture and the environment including the relevant legal system in Chungcheongnam-do, and examined the actual conditions of inhabitants' (students and general people) use of libraries and reading culture, and librarians. On the basis of the findings, it proposed the policy for the use of 20 libraries and the promotion of the reading culture, by dividing Chungcheongnam-do into six regional settlement areas, discovering policy tasks for the use of libraries and the promotion of the reading culture and collecting suggestions from librarians living in Chungcheongnam-do, to reflect the characteristics of communities in Chungeongnam-do, and therefore, suggest a desirable policy agenda. To pursue the policy proposed, it is necessary to reinforce the role and the status of libraries representing for metropolitan regions and to secure adequate personnel and budgets, in addition to effort made by libraries located at regional settlement areas.

According to data from the National Police Agency, 75.5 percent of dead traffic accidents in Korea are truck accidents. About 1,000 people die in cargo truck accidents in Korea every year, and two to three people die in cargo truck accidents every day. In the survey, Korean cargo workers answer poor working conditions as an important cause of constant truck accidents. COVID 19 is increasing demand for non-face-to-face logistics. The inefficiency of the Korean transportation system is leading to excessive work burden for small logistics The inefficiency of the Korean transportation system is causing excessive work burden for small individual carriers. The inefficiency of the Korean transportation system is also evidenced by the number of deaths from logistics industry disasters that have risen sharply since 2020. Small and medium-sized Korean Enterprises located in CIPs (Connected Industrial Parks) often do not have smart access certification systems. And as a result, a lot of transportation time is wasted at the final destination stage. In the logistics industry, time is the cost and time is the revenue. The logistics industry is the representative industry in which time becomes money. The smart access authentication system architecture proposed in this paper allows small logistics private carriers to improve legal stability, and SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) in CIPs to reduce logistics transit time. The CIPs smart access system proposed in this paper utilizes the currently active Mobile OTP (One Time Password), which can significantly reduce system design costs, significantly reduce the data capacity burden on individual cell phone terminals, and improve the response speed of individual cell phone terminals. It is also compatible with the OTP system, which was previously used in various ways, and the system reliability through the long period of use of the OTP system is also high. User customers can understand OTP access systems more easily than other smart access systems.

This study seeks to find ways to improve the volunteer fire brigade as the role and importance of the voluntary fire brigade, which can prevent various disasters including fire at all times and respond most quickly in case of disaster, increases. As a result of analyzing and deducing the problems of the current legal, administrative, and financial aspects of the volunteer fire brigade for this study, first, as a legal improvement method, it is necessary to raise the status of the volunteer fire brigade mission, flexible operation of the garden, and increase the professionalism of education and training. should be improved Second, as an administrative improvement plan, it is necessary to reorganize the character of the volunteer fire brigade, expand its role as a regional disaster prevention leader, enhance the professionalism of the volunteer fire brigade selection process, and expand the number of volunteer fire brigade members through group membership rather than individuals. Third, as a financial improvement plan, it is necessary to introduce appropriate remuneration and severance pay for volunteer firefighters, and insurance to be covered in case of injury or injury.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of university students' entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial spirit on their entrepreneurial intentions. The results of the study are as follows. As for the correlation among entrepreneurial environmental factors affecting entrepreneurial intentions of college students, it was confirmed that educational environment, legal system and government support, and social values had static correlation coefficient values. It was predicted that the six detailed hypotheses would be valid and would have an impact, but unexpected results were also derived. First, the hypothesis that the entrepreneurial environment of college students will affect entrepreneurial intention was partially accepted. Employment environment and education environment were dismissed, legal system and government support. It was confirmed that social values had a positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, the hypothesis that entrepreneurship of college students will affect entrepreneurship intention was also partially accepted. Risk sensitivity was rejected, and innovation and initiative were confirmed to have a positive (+) effect.

Clothing is intimately intertwined with daily lives as every individual relies on it. The pervasive issue of plagiarism in the fashion industry has led to an increased demand to protect intellectual property rights. Currently, studies on the protection of fashion design intellectual property rights in China remain in the exploratory stage and warrant further investigation. This paper addresses the issue in two parts. The first part contains an analysis of the theoretical foundation for the protection of fashion design copyrights. It is further divided into three subsections. The first subsection primarily examines the concept of copyrights and laws. The second subsection focuses on the concept of fashion design copyrights and laws. The third subsection analyzes copyright laws concerning fashion designs in China. The second section offers an analysis of infringement cases involving fashion designs published during the Baiyi Cup Intellectual Property Case Summary Writing Competition held in China in 2023. It outlines the shortcomings of the current Chinese copyright laws regarding the protection of fashion designs, and proposes measures for improvement. This study argues that the institutional framework for intellectual property rights in the Chinese fashion industry should align with practical considerations and explores suitable legal regulations and how they relate to specific circumstances in China. Besides refining the legal framework, fashion designers and enterprises must take measures to entablish the intellectual property rights of their clothing brands.

Purpose: This study sought to explore current status of children's swimming pool in Korea and to generate insights regarding safety management of children's swimming pool. Research design, data, and methodology: The study reviewed literatures including documents of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and sport facility-related articles. Furthermore, the study collected additional statistics via search engines. Results: First, numbers of swimming pools have been dramatically increased since 2016 and Korea experienced an increase of 37% from 2010 to 2019. Of the 611 indoor swimming pools, most swimming pools are located in Gyeonggi province with 27.7% (n=169). Seoul and Gyeonggi-do have the highest proportion of swimming pools in Korea. Second, in types of swimming pools, 47.6%(n=291) was children's swimming pool which is the highest proportion in the nation. Children's swimming pools are also mostly located in Seoul and Gyeonggi province with 57%. Third, of 372 profit swimming pools, children's pools show the highest number with 78%(n=291). Conclusions: Children's swimming pools are picking up faster than the other types of swimming pool. Yet, safety-related studies are still lack. This provides motivations to produce managerial insights from academia and business sectors. Moreover, more studies of legal issues should be conducted. Implications were discussed.

The purpose of this paper is to overview the administrative system and legislation of Russia's libraries with priority given to public library. After the breakup of the Soviet Union in 1991, Russia began to set up a new political, legal, and economic system. Russia has about 51,000 public libraries. Most towns and large villages have a public library As a rule, public libraries are unified in centralized systems coincident in their location with administrative regions. The great majority of public libraries are part of a network subordinated to the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. Library legislation is an important guarantee of the success of library service. Two definitive federal laws were enacted in 1994, Library Law and Legal Deposit Copy Law. In 2001, the Russian Library Association adopted the Model Standard for Public Library. It has a recommendatory character and it is addressed to both librarians and local authorities.
