We've been reported recently that increase of installing big power converting equipment which makes harmonics result in damage on transformer for incoming and load. Specially, harmonics that cause overheat and aging is severer in cast-resin transformer a kind of dr type than in oil one. The goal of this paper is to prove the process for aging of transformer that result from harmonics in according to both of theory and actual measurement on site. And we introduce diagnostic methods to estimate aging condition of cast-resin transformer in accordance with simulation.

핸드오프는 이동국이 통화 중에 이동하더라도 새로운 통화 채널을 확보하여 진행중인 호를 새로운 채널로 전환하는 과정이다. 본 논문은 IMT-2000 망에서 MSC 간 핸드오프 과정의 설계를 목적으로 한다. 이와 관련하여 IMT-2000 망 구조를 기술하고, IMT-2000 MSC 간 핸드오프 처리 방안으로 B-ISUP 메시지를 이용한 방안과 IS-41의 MAP을 이용한 방안을 비교 분석하였다. 또한, IS-41 MAP 기반의 MSC 간 핸드오프 호 처리 절차에 대해 기술하고, 핸드오프 기반의 IMT-2000 교환기 소프트웨어 블록 구조 및 기능을 설계하였다. 그리고, IMT-2000MSC간의 핸드오프 경로 구성 방안을 제시하고, IS-634와 IS-41 MAP규정을 만족하는 IMT-2000망에서의 MSC간 핸드오프를 위한 교환기 내부 소프트웨어 블록간의 호 흐름을 설계하였다.

Eight compounds were isolated from the roots of Glycyrrhiza glabra by the tyrosinase inhibitory activity guided fractionation, and their structures were identified as liquiritigenin (1), isoliquiritigenin (2), isoliquiritigenin-2'-O-methyl ether (3), liquiritin (4), isoliquiritin (5), ononin (6), glycycoumarin (7), glycyrol (8) by analysis of spectral data. Compound 3 exhibited the most potent inhibitory effect on mushroom tyrosinase activity ($IC_{50}$, 47 M).

The rhGH-loaded PLGA microsphere formulation was prepared using a double emulsion process from hydrophilic 0:50 poly(D.L-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) polymers. To investigate the sustained efficacy of this formulation, ts pharmacodynamic characteristics were analyzed. It showed particle size of ca 53.1 $\mu\textrm{m}$ with high drug ncorporation efficiency and it was sucutaneously administrated to hypophysectomized rats and whole body rowth responses of this formulation were compared to those of the different dosing patterns of rhGH. A new diterpene, agastanol[1] with dehydroagastol[2] was isolated from th root of Agastache rugosa, and their structures were elucidated by chemical and instrumental analysis. Agastanol[1], its derivatives, agastanone[3] and methylagastanol[5], and dehydroagastol[2] showed cytotoxic activites against in vitro human cancer cell lines. Agastanol[1] showed weak antifungal activity against Trichophyton rubrum.

최근 주5일제 근무로 인한 외출기회 증가와 생활수준 향상에 따른 고급형 자동차 선호로 인해 자동차에서 가정을 모니터링하거나 가정 내 가전기기를 제어하는 서비스에 대한 관심이 높아져 가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 텔레매틱스 기술과 홈 네트워킹 기술을 융합한 홈 네트워킹 기반의 텔레매틱스 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 이동 중인 차량에서 CDMA 모듈을 장착한 텔레매틱스 단말기로 이동통신망을 통해 가정의 홈 서버에 접속한 후 AVR 임베디드 보드를 통해 가전기기를 제어하거나 웹 카메라를 통해 가정 내를 모니터링할 수 있는 텔레매틱스 시스템을 구축하였다. 실험을 통해 이동 중에도 텔레매틱스 단말기를 통해 각종 가전기기를 제어하고 가정을 모니터링 하는 홈네트워킹 기반의 텔레매틱스 기능이 안정적으로 동작함을 확인하였다.

A very high content (at least 0.23%) of ergosterol peroxide was isolated from Naematoloma fasciculare Karst. Not only ergosterol peroxide but also ergosterol showed very strong anticomplementary activity on the classical pathway, the $IC_{50}$ values being $5.0 {\mu}M$ and $1.0 {\mu}M$, respectively. The $ ^{1}H $and $^{13}C$ NMR data of ergosterol peroxide were revised and completely assigned by DEPT, $^{1}H-^{1}H$ COSY, HMQC and HMBC correlations.
