Lumbar Vertebral Osteomyelitis in a Dog (개에서 발생한 척추골 골수염 증례)

  • A castrated male, 9-year-old Yorkshire terrier was presented with a depression and bilateral hind limbs lameness. On physical examinations, upper motor neuron signs and stiffness of the hind limbs, back pain and progressive paresis were identified. Marked periosteal new bone formations and lysis include the first lumbar vertebra to the sacrum, bilateral iliums acetabulums and bilateral femoral heads were observed in survey radiographs. After death with septicemia suspected, renal infarction and the 5th vertebral osteomyelitis include pelvic periostitis were diagnosed in histological examination.

  • This paper presents a optimal path search of mobile robot using energy efficiency. Proposed method has two goals that determining the velocity of mobile robot and finding the optimal path. We model the relationship of motors' speed and power consumption with quadratic polynomials. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, we performed simulations on the energy consumption of different paths.

  • This paper proposes a method of position estimating through compensating the autonomous mobile robot's noise. Proposed method is that estimated position error by modified Kalman filter method using neural network. We use a neural network for measurement noise covariance and system noise covariance. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, we performed experiments for position estimation. The results show that convergence and position error is reduced than the Kalman filter method.

  • This paper presents Spectral-Domain optical measurement system using self-fabricated CCD sensor driver. The light source is a high brightness white LED and the detector is a 2048 array typed CCD image sensor. I have fabricated the CCD sensor driver to generate four pulse signals, which are the CCD-driving pulses. Using this Spectral Domain optical measurement system, the distance value between the reference mirror and the sample mirror can be obtained successfully.

  • As a reflector of reference arm in OCT systems, a coated fiber reflector has mostly used. Instead, this paper has realized the swaept source optical coherence tomography system using a loop mirror within a reference arm. Through the experiments for a tilted thin glass plate, we found that the loop mirror is better than the coated fiber typed mirror for obtaining the clear image.

  • We studied to select the best consolidant and water-repellentsynthesis resins on the weathering caused by many factors(temperature variation, ultraviolet light, moisture, salt etc.) for using internal or external of stone cultural properties. The specimen〔granite(Pochon-suk), granite(Hwangdung-suk), tuff(in Kyong-ju)〕was treated by Wacker OH, Wacker OH 100, Wacker 290L, D.W.R, SS-101and tested in the five kinds of test and analyzed. After all test, D.W.R is the excellent results on the measuring of the property of matter. Especially, water-repellent efficiency is the best.

  • In this paper, we consider some aspects of binding properties that bind an anonymous user with messages. According to whether all the messages or some part of the messages are bound with an anonymous user, the protocol is said to satisfy the full binding property or the partial binding property, respectively. We propose methods to combine binding properties and anonymity-based authenticated key agreement protocols. Our protocol with the full binding property guarantees that while no participant's identity is revealed, a participant completes a key agreement protocol confirming that all the received messages came from the other participant. Our main idea is to use an anonymous signature scheme with a signer-controlled yet partially enforced linkability. Our protocols can be modified to provide additional properties, such as revocable anonymity. We formally prove that the constructed protocols are secure.

  • A practical method for reducing the number of spot welds in automotive structures considering fatigue crack initiation life is suggested. At first, an influence index for the durability and the fatigue life of a spot weld itself is defined and then taken as the main effect of the DOE analysis. Spot welds that can be removed without serious reduction of durability through numerical experiments are selected by the results of DOE. The proposed method was applied to the shock tower and LCA(lower control arm) structure of a vehicle, which are important components in durability-related point of view.

  • In this paper, we propose a method for improving the performance of the face recognition using a hybrid neural network. The propose method focused on improving face recognition technique using SOM and LVQ. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, we performed simulations on face database supplied ORL. The results show that the proposed method considerably improves on the performance of the eigenface, hidden markov model, multilayer neural network.

  • 프로그래밍 개발 시에 발생하는 위험요소로는 비용, 품질, 일정이 있다. 이와 같은 문제는 구현시에 발생하게 된다. 구현 중심의 개발방법론을 택하여 이러한 위험을 방지하기 위해 본 논문에서는 애자일 방법론을 적용하여 앱 개발을 수행했다. 앱 개발에 필요한 기능 추출 및 분석, 애자일을 적용한 짝 프로그래밍, 사용자 스토리, 스프린트 계획을 작성하였다. 애자일 방법론을 적용해 고객, 사용자, 개발자 간의 소통을 이끌어내 프로젝트의 성공률을 올리고 개발자간의 원활한 의사표현을 통해 복잡도가 높은 업무를 원활히 수행할 수 있도록 애자일 방법론을 적용하였다.
