  • 본 연구의 목적은 과학고등학교 학생들을 대상으로 '양자점 용액의 발광'을 주제로 하는 융합적 STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) 프로젝트를 수행하게 했을 때 학생들이 어떤 창의성과 어떤 과학적 태도를 보이는지를 조사하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 STEM 프로젝트를 수행하고자 원하는 과학고등학교 2학년생 3명을 한 팀이 되도록 구성하였으며, 이들은 과학고등학교 수준 이상의 과학기술을 공부하기를 원하는 학생들이었다. 이들은 양자점 용액과 관련된 물리적 성질을 탐구하는 것으로부터 시작하여 점차 그들의 생각을 확장해 나가면서 공학, 기술, 수학을 통합해 나갔다. 그 과정에서 학생들은 과학적 문제해결력을 보였고, 아울러 협동심, 인내, 성취에 대한 만족감과 같은 과학적 태도를 나타냈다.

Model of Future Teacher's Professional Labor Training (Art & Craft Teacher)

  • Economic transformations have led to an increase in the role of creative assets and their central role in public life. Changes in creative activity have led to a change in the organization of the work of institutes engaged in the training of specialists, in particular teachers of labor education. Methods and approaches to training determine the development of creative industries, being the basis for models of professional training of future teachers of labor training. The purpose of an article was to develop a modern model of professional training of future teachers of labor training based on the concept of creative economy. The methodology is based on the concepts of holistic craft and creative economy. Based on the integration of pedagogical learning models "Craft as design and problem-solving", "Craft as skill and knowledge building", "Craft as product-making" and "Craft as self-expression" developed and experimentally confirmed the conceptual model of professional training of future teachers of labor training. The proposed model forms a practitioner with professional, technical, digital and creative skills who is able to transfer the experience to students. The training course "Creativity and creative thinking" has been developed. The model provided for the development of a course based on the strategy of developing professional creativity, flexibility, improvisation, openness, student activity, joint practice, student-oriented approach. The practical value implies the adaptation of the developed model of professional training of future teachers of labor education during the training of teachers in higher education, which is confirmed in the experiment.

간호사 핵심역량 개발 및 타당도와 중요도 대비 수행도 분석 (The development of nurses' core competencies and the analysis of validity and importance-performance)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop nurses' core competencies and sub-competencies and to verify the validity and importance-performance of core competencies. Methods: The core competencies of nurses were derived through an analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, as well as a literature analysis of domestic and foreign accreditation institutions. Validity and importance-performance analyses were conducted on the core competencies derived from nursing colleges nationwide. Results: Six core competencies of nurses were revealed: integration of knowledge and nursing skills, critical thinking, communication, leadership, safety management, and global competency. Further, eighteen sub-competencies were derived. The content validity ratio values for the core competencies were higher than 0.74. Communication skills among multidisciplinary teams and communication skills among nursing teams were shown to be the most important competencies to be improved. Conclusion: The results of this study are meaningful in terms of how the core competencies of nurses were derived and evaluated for the fourth cycle of nursing education accreditation according to the changes of time and culture.

PBL과 메이커 교육을 적용한 가정과 예비교사를 위한 의류학 실습 수업 개발 (Developing a clothing and textiles studio course for future home economics teachers using principles of PBL and maker education)

  • The aim of this research is to develop a clothing and textiles studio course for preservice home economics teachers applying principles of Project-Based Learning (PBL) and maker education to equip future teachers with the ability to nurture creativity among adolescents. The studio course was developed in the following stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. We concluded that the resulting course met the following objectives extracted from the 2015 revised curriculum of home economics subjects: to promote creative and environmentally-friendly fashion design and styling abilities, gain the ability to use makerspace tools, understand flat pattern making and sewing processes, and develop creative thinking, aesthetic sense, and communication skills. Furthermore, the educational effects of PBL and maker education were confirmed through student comments on the course. Students mentioned the practicality of the material in their actual lives along with their enhanced integration of the subject material, self-directedness, aesthetic sense, ability to learn through trial and error, collaboration and communication, and sharing. Based on results from the implementation and evaluation stages, a clothing and textiles studio course should include the following modules: introduction of terms and tools, submission and sharing of clothing reformation and upcycling techniques, introduction to hand sewing, pouch making, heat-transfer printing, 3D printing, mask making, hat making, vest making, and the final team project on fashion styling. It is important for instructors to provide detailed guidelines on selecting personas for styling, looking for available materials, and selecting materials online.

다중소스 데이터 융합 기반의 가스 누출 예측을 위한 선형 보간 및 머신러닝 기법 (Linear interpolation and Machine Learning Methods for Gas Leakage Prediction Base on Multi-source Data Integration)

  • 본 논문에서는 다중 요인을 고려한 천연 가스 누출 정도 예측을 위해 관련 요인을 포함하는 기상청 자료와 천연가스 누출 자료를 통합하고, 요인 분석을 기반으로 중요 특성을 선택하는 머신러닝 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 3단계 절차로 구성되어 있다. 먼저, 통합 데이터 셋에 대해 선형 보간법을 수행하여 결측 데이터를 보완하는 전처리를 수행한다. 머신러닝 모델 학습 최적화를 위해 OrdinalEncoder(OE) 기반 정규화와 함께 요인 분석을 사용하여 필수 특징을 선택하며, 데이터 셋은 k-평균 클러스터링으로 레이블을 지정한다. 최종적으로 K-최근접 이웃, DT(Decision Tree), RF(Random Forest), NB(Naive Bayes)의 네 가지 알고리즘을 사용하여 가스 누출 수준을 예측한다. 제안된 방법은 정확도, AUC, 평균 표준 오차(MSE)로 평가되었으며, 테스트 결과 OE-F 전처리를 수행한 경우 기존 기법에 비해 성공적으로 개선되었음을 보였다. 또한 OE-F 기반 KNN(OE-F-KNN)은 95.20%의 정확도, 96.13%의 AUC, 0.031의 MSE로 비교 알고리즘 중 최고 성능을 보였다.

Message Security Level Integration with IoTES: A Design Dependent Encryption Selection Model for IoT Devices

  • The Internet of Things (IoT) is a technology that offers lucrative services in various industries to facilitate human communities. Important information on people and their surroundings has been gathered to ensure the availability of these services. This data is vulnerable to cybersecurity since it is sent over the internet and kept in third-party databases. Implementation of data encryption is an integral approach for IoT device designers to protect IoT data. For a variety of reasons, IoT device designers have been unable to discover appropriate encryption to use. The static support provided by research and concerned organizations to assist designers in picking appropriate encryption costs a significant amount of time and effort. IoTES is a web app that uses machine language to address a lack of support from researchers and organizations, as ML has been shown to improve data-driven human decision-making. IoTES still has some weaknesses, which are highlighted in this research. To improve the support, these shortcomings must be addressed. This study proposes the "IoTES with Security" model by adding support for the security level provided by the encryption algorithm to the traditional IoTES model. We evaluated our technique for encryption algorithms with available security levels and compared the accuracy of our model with traditional IoTES. Our model improves IoTES by helping users make security-oriented decisions while choosing the appropriate algorithm for their IoT data.

대학교육에서의 교육적 커리큘럼으로써 광야학습경험의 효과 연구 (Research on the Impacts of Wilderness Learning Experiences as an Educational Curriculum in Higher Education)

  • 본 논문은 야외광야교육의 특성과 야외광야체험이 고등교육 참여자에게 미치는 영향을 연구하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 첫 번째 부분에서는 야외광야 프로그램을 구성하고 있는 핵심적인 공통 요소를 다룬다. 예를 들어 불균형 상태의 모험 또는 자기 발견, 임시공동체의 책임을 위한 소그룹 역동, 실제 상황에서 효과적인 의사결정을 내리기 위한 문제 해결 프로세스, 고독에서의 통합을 위한 솔로 시간, 지도력 스타일과 트립 지도자의 역할 등이다. 이러한 야외광야 프로그램의 다섯 가지 공통적 요소들은 참가자들이 프로그램의 성격에 따라 각자의 목표를 달성하는 데 도움이 되는 교육적 메커니즘으로 작용하고 있음을 소개한다. 그다음으로 두번째 부분에서는 야외광야교육이 각각의 목적에 따라 세 가지 범주로 활용되고 있음을 소개한다. 예를 들어 신입생 오리엔테이션 프로그램, 개인 리더십 개발 프로그램, 그리고 전문 교육 프로그램이다. 그리고 고등교육에서 활용되고 있는 각각의 프로그램들을 통해 참여자들이 누리고 있는 교육적 효과에 대해 소개한다. 그리고 결론에서 기독교 교육자들이 실제 광야 경험을 활용하여 자신들이 추구하는 사명과 목표에 따라 전인적인 성장을 위한 개발 프로그램으로 구상하는데 필요한 영적 형성 프로그램에 대한 지침을 제안하였다.

이종 데이터 간 관계 모델링을 통한 개인화 추천 시스템의 지식 그래프 확장 기법 (Extended Knowledge Graph using Relation Modeling between Heterogeneous Data for Personalized Recommender Systems)

  • 많은 추천 시스템 연구에서는 다양한 이종 데이터를 상호 호환적으로 통합하여 추천 시스템의 고질적인 데이터 부족 문제를 해결하고자 한다. 하지만, 지식 그래프를 활용하여 이종 데이터의 통합을 달성한 추천 시스템 연구는 거의 없으며, 대부분 연구에서는 기구축된 지식 그래프 상의 개체 간 연결이 명시적 관계로만 구성되어있다는 한계가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 이종 데이터의 통합을 위해 다중 지식 베이스로부터 추출한 데이터 간 관계 모델링을 수행하고, 이를 통해 지식 그래프를 확장하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한, 딥러닝 기반의 잠재적 관계 모델링을 통해 지식 그래프 상 개체 간 관계 정보의 신뢰성을 높이고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 확장된 지식 그래프를 사용하면 개체의 특성 벡터 품질이 개선되고, 최종적으로 예측된 사용자 선호도의 정확성을 높일 수 있다. 또한, 실험을 통해 확장된 지식 그래프 기반 추천 정확도가 기존 지식 그래프 기반 추천 정확도에 비해 향상되었음을 확인하였다.

  • Blockchain technology has emerged as one of the most crucial solutions in numerous industries, including healthcare. The combination of blockchain technology and cloud computing results in improving access to high-quality telemedicine and healthcare services. In addition to developments in healthcare, the operational strategy outlined in Vision 2030 is extremely essential to the improvement of the standard of healthcare in Saudi Arabia. The purpose of this survey is to give a thorough analysis of the current state of healthcare technologies that are based on blockchain and cloud computing. We highlight some of the unanswered research questions in this rapidly expanding area and provide some context for them. Furthermore, we demonstrate how blockchain technology can completely alter the medical field and keep health records private; how medical jobs can detect the most critical, dangerous errors with blockchain industries. As it contributes to develop concerns about data manipulation and allows for a new kind of secure data storage pattern to be implemented in healthcare especially in telemedicine fields is discussed diagrammatically.

An Ensemble Approach for Cyber Bullying Text messages and Images

  • Text mining (TM) is most widely used to find patterns from various text documents. Cyber-bullying is the term that is used to abuse a person online or offline platform. Nowadays cyber-bullying becomes more dangerous to people who are using social networking sites (SNS). Cyber-bullying is of many types such as text messaging, morphed images, morphed videos, etc. It is a very difficult task to prevent this type of abuse of the person in online SNS. Finding accurate text mining patterns gives better results in detecting cyber-bullying on any platform. Cyber-bullying is developed with the online SNS to send defamatory statements or orally bully other persons or by using the online platform to abuse in front of SNS users. Deep Learning (DL) is one of the significant domains which are used to extract and learn the quality features dynamically from the low-level text inclusions. In this scenario, Convolutional neural networks (CNN) are used for training the text data, images, and videos. CNN is a very powerful approach to training on these types of data and achieved better text classification. In this paper, an Ensemble model is introduced with the integration of Term Frequency (TF)-Inverse document frequency (IDF) and Deep Neural Network (DNN) with advanced feature-extracting techniques to classify the bullying text, images, and videos. The proposed approach also focused on reducing the training time and memory usage which helps the classification improvement.
