교양댄스수업 참가자가 인식하는 교수행동과 수업몰입 및 지속적 참여의도의 구조관계 (The Structural Relationship between the Type of Teaching Behaviors Perceived by College Students' Participating in Liberal Dance Classes, Lecture concentration and Continuous Participation Intention)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 교양댄스수업참가자가 인식하는 교수행동, 지속적 참여의도, 그리고 수업몰입의 구조관계를 파악하고 수업몰입을 매개변수로 설정하여 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 대학의 교양댄스수업에 참가하고 있는 대학생을 모집단으로 선정하고 비확률 표본표집법 중 유의표본표집법을 이용하여 서울, 경기지역의 대학에서 총 314명의 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 구조방정식모형 분석, 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping) 방법을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 방법 및 절차를 통하여 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교양댄스수업참가자가 인식하는 교수행동은 수업몰입에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 교양댄스수업참가자가 인식하는 교수행동은 지속적 참여의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 교양댄스수업참가자가 인식하는 수업몰입은 지속적 참여의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 교양댄스수업참가자가 인식하는 교수행동과 지속적 참여의도의 관계에서 수업몰입은 유의한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

균형있는 환경 교육의 목표 달성을 위한 고등학교 환경 교재의 개발 (Development of an Instructional Material for High School Environmental Education to Achiece Balanced Objectives)

  • The purpose of this study was development of 'Environmental Science' of high school appropriate to Sixth Natinal Education Curriculum. In view that ultimate aim of environmental education is forming responsible environmental behaviors and the goals of values and behaviors are as important as knowledges and skills, A new environmental text of high school level was developed and it was based on analysis of seven texts and environmental education in Fifth Korean Curriculum. This text have seven units, 1.Habitates : What're the Meanings?, 2.Nuclear Energy: Can't be Avoid?, 3.Acid Rain : What're the Messages", 4.Ethanol : Is this Future Fuel?, 5.Wastes : A New War!, 6.What're the National and Global Environmental Issues? and 7.Our Water: Can Drink, Really? This text was stressed equally in goals of four environmental education and avoided from the array of knowledges. Therefore included various teaching strategies and independent actions of students. 'Open-ended value learning' and 'free behavior learning' in text were special learning parts for aquisition of values and formation of behaviors. To verify the effects of new developed environmental text, the direct learning was carried out by 286 students in total. Post test scores of experimental groups per each units were significantly higher than those of control groups about four goals, respectively. The Results of questionnaires by 50 teachers from five different schools were as follows. For validity of selecting contents for units, 74% of respondents replied positively. For classification and presentation of four goal-groups, 90% replied positively in validity and 82%, in utility. For validity of various teaching strategies, 88% and for the degree of including student-centered independent actions, 86% replied positively. For importances and expected effects of 'open-ended value learning' and 'free behavior learning', showed positive responses respectively, 88%, 92%. Therefore this text is effective to acheive four goals of environmental education equally.

  • 동영상 강의 중심의 온라인 학습 형태가 보편화 되고 지속적으로 증가됨에 따라 다양한 교육방법을 적용한 동영상 기반 학습 환경도 학습 효과성을 높이기 위해 변화, 발전하고 있다. 온라인 학습 환경에서의 교육 효과성 측정을 위해 학습자 로그 데이터가 대두되었으며, 학습자 맞춤형 학습 처방을 위해 로그 데이터의 다양한 분석 방법이 중요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 동영상 기반 학습 환경에서의 학습자 행동 데이터 분석, 머신러닝 기법에 따른 학업성취 예측을 실험을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과 각 모델에서 공통적으로 동영상 탐색과 코멘트 작성과 같은 상호작용 행동, 학습자 주도적 학습 행동이 학업성취를 예측하였다. 연구 결과를 토대로 동영상 학습 환경 설계에 있어 시사점을 제공하였다.

보육교사를 위한 감염관리 사례기반 소그룹 학습안의 개발 및 효과 (Effects of Case-based Small Group Learning about Care of Infected Children for Daycare Center Teachers)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop and implement a case-based small group learning program on the care of children with infectious disease, and to examine its effects on knowledge, attitude and preventive practice behaviors of daycare center teachers compared to a control group. Methods: Based on the need assessment, the case-based learning program for the management of infectious children was developed. For this quasi-experimental study, 69 teachers were recruited from 14 child daycare centers in a city located in J province. Thirty four teachers were assigned to experimental group and participated in the case-based small group learning once a week for 5 weeks. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 program to perform ${\chi}^2$-test and t-tests. Analysis of covariance was used to treat the covariate of the number of assigned children between experimental and control groups. Results: The experimental group showed significantly higher posttest scores in knowledge, attitude and preventive practice behaviors than those of control group (p<.001). Conclusion: These findings indicate that case-based small group learning is an effective educational strategy for daycare center teachers to learn infection management through the emphasis of self-reflection and discussion.

구성원들의 학습관성, 폐기학습, 지식통합능력, 혁신행동 간의 관계에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Relationships Among Employees' Learning Inertia, Unlearning, Knowledge Integration Capabilities, and Innovative Behavior)

  • Employees' knowledge integration capabilities and innovative behavior are still of crucial importance in the effective knowledge management. Recently researchers and practitioners are interested in both the potential benefits of unlearning and the negative aspects of learning inertia. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among learning inertia, unlearning, knowledge integration capabilities(knowledge exploitation and knowledge exploration) and innovative behavior. The results of analysis show that learning inertia is employees' psychological obstacle factor affecting knowledge integration capabilities and unlearning, that unlearning of employees is a key factor affecting knowledge integration capabilities, and that knowledge integration capabilities are driving forces leading to innovative behaviors of employees. For theoretical and practical implications, the research presents the grounds for arguments that knowledge integration capabilities are employees' dynamic capabilities from the knowledge management perspective, that unlearning is a driving force of employees' positive behaviors, and that organizations trying to perform the dynamic knowledge management need to identify the causes of employees' psychological resistance to learning. Limitations arisen in the course of the research and suggestions for future research directions are also discussed.

과학관에서의 사용자 참여 행동과 상호작용적 경험 (Participatory Behaviors and Interactive Experiences at a Science Museum)

  • In allowing visitors to manipulate objects or models with their hands, science museums can become informal education institutions. However, little research has been conducted analyzing the specific interactions of visitors at museums and the effects that specific characteristics of interactive exhibit have on visitors. This research classified exhibits according to the three characteristics: the presentation of concepts, interaction with exhibits and concept levels. Further, relationships among engagement behaviors, visitors'attraction to exhibits, and the holding power of exhibits were analyzed. Using the three characteristics, 55 exhibits were classified into five styles. The results suggest that intriguing content and novel interfaces, maximizing information on science and technology, should be developed for the educational purpose of encouraging visitors to engage in active learning with interactive exhibits. The results of this study provide useful data that planners, designers, and instructors of science museums can use to maximize visitors' participatory learning and interactions.

  • An action-selection-mechanism is proposed to deal with sequential behaviors, where associations between some of stimulus and behaviors will be learned by a shortest-path-finding-based reinforcement team ins technique. To be specific, we define behavioral motivation as a primitive node for action selection, and then sequentially construct a network with behavioral motivations. The vertical path of the network represents a behavioral sequence. Here, such a tree fur our proposed ASM can be newly generated and/or updated. whenever a new sequential behaviors is learned. To show the validity of our proposed ASM, some experimental results on a "pushing-box-into-a-goal task" of a mobile robot will be illustrated.

Markov Chain을 이용한 핸드폰 메뉴 선택 예측 (Prediction of Mobile Phone Menu Selection with Markov Chains)

  • Markov Chains has proven to be effective in predicting human behaviors in the areas of web site assess, multimedia educational system, and driving environment. In order to extend an application area of predicting human behaviors using Markov Chains, this study was conducted to investigate whether Markov Chains could be used to predict human behavior in selecting mobile phone menu item. Compared to the aforementioned application areas, this study has different aspects in using Markov Chains : m-order 1-step Markov Model and the concept of Power Law of Learning. The results showed that human behaviors in predicting mobile phone menu selection were well fitted into with m-order 1-step Markov Model and Power Law of Learning in allocating history path vector weights. In other words, prediction of mobile phone menu selection with Markov Chains was capable of user's actual menu selection.

아동의 또래 괴롭힘 가해 및 피해경험과 교사보고에 따른 문제행동과 유능성 : 학년과 성별 비교 (Children's Bullying, Victimization and Teacher's Reports of Problem Behaviors and Competencies)

  • Data were collected from teacher reports and from 529 1st to 6th grade students through questionnaires. Bullying was higher among boys than girls. Victimization was higher in 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th grade boys than girls. Acting out was highest in 2nd graders and lowest in 3rd graders. Shy-anxiousness was highest in 4th and 6th graders and lowest in 1st and 3rd graders. Learning problems were lowest among 3rd graders. Competencies were higher in 1st and 2nd grades. Boys had more problem behaviors; girls showed better competencies. Bullying was positively related to acting out, and negatively related to frustration tolerance and task orientation. Victimization was positively related to shy-anxiousness and learning problems, and negatively related to frustration tolerance, assertive social skills and task orientation.

학습전략과 심층학습 (Learning strategies and deep learning)

  • Learning strategies are defined as behaviors and thoughts that a learner engages in during learning and that are intended to influence the learner's encoding process. Today, demands for teaching how to learn increase, because there is a lot of complex material which is delivered to students. But learning strategies shouldn't be identified as tricks of students for achieving high scores in exams. Cognitive researchers and theorists assume that learning strategies are related to two types of learning processing, which are described as 'surface learning' and 'deep learning'. In addition learning strategies are associated with learning motivation. Students with 'meaning orientation' who struggle for deep learning, are intrinsically motivated, whereas students with 'reproduction orientation' or 'achieving orientation' are extrinsically motivated. Therefore, to foster active learning and intrinsic motivation of students, it isn't enough to just teach how to learn. Changes of curriculum and assessment methods, that stimulate deep learning and curiosity of students are needed with educators and learners working cooperatively.
